<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Es war so eine große Idee, es war zudem ein Vorhaben, das wirklich mal den Endkunden, also jeden von uns nutzen bringen sollte, doch das digital &#8211; terrestrische Fernsehen scheint schon wieder am Ende zu sein &#8230;.</p>
<p>Die Vorstellung, das man theoretisch überall Fernsehen empfangen kann ist wunderbar, und es hat auch nicht lange gedauert, bis viele verschiedene DVB-T Receiver und Antennen zu anständigen Preisen auf dem Markt waren. Und auch die fast flächendeckende Aufschaltung von ARD und ZDF, sowie deren Dritte und Digitalprogramme über DVB-T war relativ zügig abgeschlossen.</p>
<p>Doch dann, dann folgte irgendwie nichts mehr &#8230; Die großen (und auch kleineren) Privatsender senden nur in Großstätten digital &#8211; terrestrisch. Überall sonst ist nichts von denen zu sehen, und auch kein Vorhaben dieses doch noch zu realisieren zu erkennen. Ganz im Gegenteil. In einigen bayrischen Orten und Kreisen werden sich sogar wieder ein paar Privatsender verabschieden, so zum Beispiel DMAX und Eurosport! RTL sendet zwar bald via DVB-T neben der Region Stuttgart auch in Halle / Leipzig, aber in MPEG 4 und in Conax verschlüsselt. Das heißt, jeder der jetzt schon digital &#8211; terrestrisches Fernsehen hat und die RTL &#8211; Programme empfangen möchte, braucht wieder einen neuen Receiver!</p>
<p>So wird wohl das Ende von DVB-T beschlossene Sache sein! Denn wenn Jeder gegen Jeden arbeitet und der Zuschauer dabei nur verliert, dann wenden die sich davon ab. Anstatt die Übertragungsart erstmal attraktiv zu machen, veräppeln sie die Verbraucher. Es ist schade, das man so eine wirklich sinnvolle Übertragungstechnik so verkommen lässt!</p>

<p>Although the websites out there guides you through the required steps to get it done, none of them mention you that Video LAN release 1.0.1 does not support MPEG4-Audio codec. I am not so sure why Video LAN latest release does not provide you this support. In either case the 0.9.9a release does. Download it from the archives and Have fun!</p>

<p>Mpeg-4 is a new multimedia standard for coding and composing audio, video, graphics, text etc., into a presentation scene with user interactivity.Mpeg-4 is an ISO/IEC standard developed by MPEG (Moving Picture Experts Group).</p>
<p>Mpeg-4 is a standard for composing rich media in a graphical scene. Various rich media including audio, video, images, text and graphics can be placed in 2- or 3-dimensional scenes with which user can interact.</p>
<p>I have done the Sample Video using IBM ToolKit in Java.I had designed my Front Page with HTML.The IBM Toolkit for MPEG-4 consists of a set of Java classes and APIs with five sample applications:</p>

<li>Three cross-platform playback applications and</li>
<li>Two tools for generating MPEG-4 content for use with MPEG-4-compliant devices.</li>

<p>Apple ha publicado una nueva versión de QuickTime (la 7.6.4), que<br />
solventa cuatro problemas de seguridad en sus versiones para Windows<br />
y OS X.</p>
<p>Dos de las vulnerabilidades afectan al tratamiento de la codificación<br />
H.264, de forma que un atacante podría llegar a provocar la ejecución<br />
remota de código arbitrario si un usuario visualiza una película<br />
codificada maliciosamente en este estándar.</p>
<p>Las otras dos vulnerabilidades, que afectan a los formatos FlashPix<br />
y MPEG-4, también podrían permitir la ejecución remota de código<br />
arbitrario al visualizar archivos en dichos formatos.</p>
<p>La actualización puede ser instalada a través de las funcionalidades de<br />
actualización automática (Software Update) de Apple, o según versión y<br />

<p><strong><strong>Q.</strong> Has the popularity of M-JPEG caused the CCTV sector to accept low frame rates as the norm? Is there any truth in the adage: “You don&#8217;t miss what you’ve never had.”?</strong></p>
<p>I wouldn’t say that M-JPEG is more popular than MPEG4 or H.264. Rather, it’s just that it is an older and easier format and therefore more convenient to adopt.  But then I think the key to this is that when MPEG-4 was introduced, the classic scenario occurred in that those who didn’t offer it tried to frighten the industry by saying that as the B or P frames in MPEG weren’t “complete” frames, this would render the footage inadmissible in court on the grounds that it had been “tampered” with. It’s a similar scenario to so many vendors at this year’s IFSEC saying “Go hybrid!” My contention is that they are only taking this position as they don’t have a comprehensive IP solution and are fudging the issue.</p>
<p>What this has meant is that since M-JPEG makes big demands in both storage and bandwidth, frame rates have been sacrificed meaning that you could miss the crucial shot of a human face. By contrast, with H.264 you can now offer both high frame rate and high resolution very easily over the same bandwidth.  The issue of judicial admissibility of MPEG4 or H.264 has long been solved so I do see H.264 as the future of CCTV in general just as few would argue now that HD is the future of commercial television and movies.</p>

เราสนใจแต่ระบบ S เท่านั้น!!</p>
<p>DVB-S คือชื่อมาตรฐานข้อทีวีดาวเทียม (Satellite TV)<br />
ตามมาตรฐาน ITU ดาวเทียมจะสื่อสารระหว่างตัวดาวเทียมและสถานีรับด้วยคลื่นเล็กๆ (Microwave) ความถี่ 300Mhz ถึง 300Ghz ใช้การบีบอีดข้อมูลแบบ <a class="zem_slink" title="MPEG-2" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/MPEG-2">MPEG-2</a> ทั้ง Video และ Audio ในประเทศไทยนิยมใช้กัน 2 แบบคือ C-Band และ <a class="zem_slink" title="Ku band" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ku_band">Ku-Band</a></p>
<p>ต่างกันคร่าวๆคือ<br />
<strong>C-Band</strong> จะส่งความถี่ยาว (4-8 Ghz) ให้พื้นที่ครอบคลุมกว้าง สามารถส่งผ่านทะลุเม็ดฝนได้ดี แต่จานรับต้องมีขนาดใหญ่ ขนาด 120cm ขึ้นไป (แต่นิยมเรียกเป็นฟุตซะมากกว่า)<br />
<strong>Ku-Band</strong> จะส่งความถี่สั้น (12-18 Ghz) ครอบคลุมพื้นที่น้อยกว่า แต่จานรับมีขนาดเล็กกว่า เพราะอัตราความถี่ของข้อมูลที่ส่งมามากกว่า (30-150cm แต่ที่นิยมคือ 35,60,75cm)</p>
<p><em>ตามสเป็คของตัว USB DVB-S รองรับแบนวิธได้ 1mbit ถึง 45mbit!<br />

<p>ปัจจุบันพัฒนาไปที่ DVB-S2 สิ่งที่เพิ่มขึ้นมาอยากเห็นได้ชัดคือ HDTV และรองรับการส่งข้อมูลแบบ MPEG-4 เพิ่มเข้ามา</p>
<p>แล้วตกลง DVB-S คืออะไร?<br />
- DVB-S ก็คือ ทีวีดาวเทียม ผู้ให้บริการในไทยได้แก่ <a class="zem_slink" title="TrueVisions" rel="homepage" href="http://www.truevisionstv.com/">TrueVisions</a> (จานแดง), UBC (จานเทา) , Samart (จานน้ำเงิน), DTV(จานเหลือง), iPM(จานส้ม), ASTV(จานสนธิ) นั่นเอง</p>
<p>สิ่งที่ทำให้ผู้ให้บริการต่างกันก็คือ “ช่อง” นั่นเอง การจะดู “ช่อง” ต่างๆนั้นจะมีค่าใช้บริการก็คือ สมาชิก ซึ่งมาในรูปแบบของบัตร <a class="zem_slink" title="Smart card" rel="wikipedia" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smart_card">SmartCard</a> (ต้นทุนเท่า Sim Card)</p>
<p>“ช่อง” เหล่านั้นจะถูกส่งมาด้วยความไม่สมบูรณ์ ซึ่งจะต้องพึ่งพา Key จากบัตรเข้าไปเติมเต็ม ให้สามารถถอดรหัสภาพและเสียงให้ออกมาได้รับชมได้นั่นเอง<br />

<p>Pese a que en el mercado podemos encontrar equipos de esta naturaleza bajo mejores especificaciones técnicas esta propuesta no deja de ser interesante si tenemos en cuenta su diseño y algunas de sus especificaciones.</p>

<p><!--more-->Entre las principales características de la Sanyo Xacti DMX-CG11 encontramos:</p>
<ul>
<li>Un puerto USB</li>
<li>Un puerto HDMI</li>
<li>Una amplia pantalla de 3 pulgadas</li>
<li>Autonomía de grabación de unos 40 minutos aproximadamente</li>
<li>Peso aproximado con batería incluida de 190 gramos</li>
<li>Compatibilidad con tarjeta de memoria Eye-Fi con conectividad WiFi</li>
<li>Zoom óptico de hasta 5 aumentos</li>
<li>Estabilizador de imagen</li>
<li>Sensor de 10 megapíxeles para los que deseen capturar imágenes</li>
</ul>
<p>Esta cámara de video poco atractiva estará disponible en Japón el próximo mes de septiembre, exactamente para el 11 a un precio que desconocemos por el momento, aunque seguramente no será muy costosa debido a las pocas novedades tecnológicas que la albergan.</p>
<p>Estaremos muy pendientes de su estreno en el mercado, al igual que estaremos muy pendientes de su expansión al resto del mundo, aunque por el momento no se ha enfatizado mucho en este tema.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><h3>HBO will provide encrypted video content to distribution partners for &#8220;TV Everywhere&#8221;-style services using Adobe Systems&#8217; Flash multimedia platform, although the premium programmer said it&#8217;s amenable to working with other Internet-video technologies.  HBO&#8217;s broadband-video complement for TV subscribers, dubbed HBO Go, will use Flash and the Adobe-developed encrypted Real-Time Messaging Protocol, referred to as &#8220;RTMPE,&#8221; HBO chief technology officer Bob Zitter said in an interview.  &#8220;The Flash player is relatively ubiquitous across PCs and Macs,&#8221; Zitter said. &#8220;It was important to us to make this offering work on Macs as well as PCs.&#8221;</h3>
<h3>Last month HBO said it will participate in Comcast&#8217;s 5,000-home nationwide trial of On Demand Online. That will give HBO subscribers in the beta test access to full-length episodes of original series like True Blood, The Wire and The Sopranos, as well as movies including Transformers and The Dark Knight.</h3>
<h3>In March, HBO and two other Time Warner Inc. companies &#8212; Turner Broadcasting System and Warner Bros. Entertainment &#8212; announced a strategic alliance with Adobe to develop &#8220;next-generation video&#8221; across multiple distribution platforms.  Initially the video for HBO Go will be in standard-definition resolution, encoded with the MPEG-4 Advanced Video Coding standard compression format. &#8220;HD is something we&#8217;re contemplating,&#8221; Zitter said.</h3>
