Funny thing due to all the Sex & the City  hysteria, I decided to go back and look at my box set.  And one particular episode stood out in my mind when Carrie while being ignored by Mikail B.  decides to spend the day exploring Paris.  She ends up in this bistro and her lunch partner is this huge St. Bernard (I think).  And I got to thinking hey where are the places in my locale that would allow me to bring my Bichon Frise, Napoleon (no relation to Dynamite) along. 

Well it seems like many restaurants and public parks have gone to the dogs literally.  Although, I can’t take my my Bichon Frise -Napoleon- into the local Lowe’s anymore I came up with a pretty good list of other alternatives.  For those of you who might be interested here’s my list of local restaurants…tomorrow I will list hotels/motels that are pet friendly:
