Soy un  seguidor de las historietas de marvel, diria que una de las cosas que hago cuando no tengo nada que hacer es leerme una buena historieta y curiosamente hay en marvel una seccion que cuenta como seria el universo de superheroes si hechos que uno conoce o desconoce se dieran lugar en dicho universo y como afectaria a los elemntos que se encuentran en el…la seccion se llama What if…? o dicho en crillo Que tal si…??.

Esta seccion me llamo burda la atencion y pues se me ocurrio la absurda idea de crear yo mismo universos paralelos de lo que pudiera o no haber pasado si hubieran o no ocurrido ciertos hechos y de que manera nos afectaria a nosotros.

Bien, como esta horita la euforia por la venida de metallica a nuestro pais me puse a pensar en…Que tal si mustaine hubiera seguido con metallica???

Bueh la historia se resume asi, mustaine nunca fue despedido de metallica, todo un fue un malentendido producto de una borrachera compartida entre lars, james y el.

Asi siguieron los años y entre el renacer de un nuevo estilo y la desenfrenada vida de alcohol, drogas y rock and roll de mustaine, metallica estuvo varios años en el anonimato, con discos en el mercado como Kill’em all, rise of the destruction y skull master siguieron rodando con  ellos hasta los años 90, cuando debido a una soberana pea, a dave mustaine se le ocurrio la grandiosa idea de manejar la van en la que Metallica hacia sus giras, mustaine se quedo dormido y estrello la camioneta contra un arbol y se produjo un volcamiento el cual dejo como resultado a mustaine muerto al salir expelido por el parabrisas de la camioneta, a lars con una lesion en la espina que lo dejo paralitico, a james con lesiones leves en la cabeza y a cliff solo con un hueso roto y algunos aporreos. La inesperada muerte de dave hizo entrar en razon a james, cliff y lars (quien nunca pudo volver a tocar la bateria, pero debido a su talento para los negocios se convirtio en un gran empresario de la musica ayudando a bandas a salir del anonimato) quienes entraron en una clinica de rehabilitacion, recuperandose de sus adicciones. James y cliff siguieron con metallica y buscaron remplazos, se les unio el baterista nick mensa y el guitarrista kirk hamett, este ultimo proveniente de EXODUS, quienes estando en el punto mas alto de su carrera colgaron las guitarras y se separaron por razones desconocidas. Con los tres discos que ya tenia metallica en su haber, y la nueva formacion, decidieron sacar tres discos mas The justice is blind, The black memories y load your guns…for metal strike donde consiguieron la fama absoluta y consiguiendo mas fans que nunca con metal de la vieja escuela, caracterizandose tambien porque en todos sus espectaculos en vivo le rendian un tributo al fallecido mustaine, el cual quedo como un icono del metal, sus insesantes riffs, sus cortantes solos quedaron registrados para siempre en la historia y los nuevos retoños del metal lo escogian como modelo a seguir en la guitarra.

Megadeth nunca se llego a formar pero, friedman y ellefson si llegaron a tocar juntos en una banda que se llamo rising death donde consiguieron cierta fama en su natal USA y fueron adoptados en japon como estrellas maximas, mudandose hacia alla donde se siguen presentando actualmente.

Los cuatro grandes del thrash nunca existieron pues Megadeth nunca existio, en lugar de eso Metallica, Slayer y Exodus fueron los maximos exponentes de este genero.

En la actualidad, en la vieja casa donde solia vivir mustaine, destruida parcialmente debido a un incendio, se encontraron unas cintas de sesiones en privado de dave donde habia grabado unos riffs y letras para las futuras canciones de metallica, las cintas fueron entregadas a lars ulrich y fueron re-grabadas y completadas por metallica y colgadas en internet, en total fueron cinco las canciones,  las cintas tenian unas etiquetas que decian:  Holy wars, simphony of destruction, a tout le monde, peace sells??? y high speed dirt…

Recuerden esta es mi bizarra forma de ver como sucedieron las cosas si mustaine nuca se hubiera ido de metallica…pronto mas historias paralelas en Que tal si…???

Welcome back to the “Jesse has a lot of metal CD’s” show!  Next on the list is Youthanasia by Megadeth, recorded waaaaay back in 1994. The Clinton Era had just started, NAFTA had come together, and a figure skater put a hit out on another. Those were the days….

The nice thing about selling all of this heavy metal is getting to see all of the awesome  art displayed on any respectable metal album. From the obscene to the hilarious, any band worth their weight in Vodka has to have an iconic image atop any plastic case they sell unless they wish that case never to be opened.

It’s been a standard for heavier music to be more provocative visually just as with anything else in society that’s a bit off the social norm. Why else do you think my local strip club is shaped like a castle?

Sabbath had some great ones, Zeppelin did as well, and Judas Priest brought a new standard to the art in the 80’s. But the modern bands have taken it and been able to really push to extremes that would have never been tolerated if we didn’t have the pioneers nudge back the idea of “decency.”

Back to the album at hand, anything  that features babies hanging off a clothesline by their toes is a winner.

See? In case you missed it, here it is again…

Alright, enough of that.

Musically, this album gets a lot of flack from metal heads for a few reasons. First off, most fans find it hard to stick with a band if that band doesn’t continue being as brutal and raw and fresh as they were when they got hooked. Since Dave Mustaine and company decide to throw in a parody song, a quiet song, and an almost country song, some see this as the start of the decline of the band.

The true test of a quality Megadeth album is a simple three part ordeal.

Crazy lyrics about death, war, politics, and superhero-type fantasy?

Check.

Insane, blinding speed with dueling guitar solos?

Double check.

Memorable tunes that need to played everytime you see them live?

Check indeed, and that’s why this one goes into the “Good” pile of ‘Deth albums. A lot of them have the style and the substance, but the songs are forgettable or sound too much like other ones.

It’s only for those that have checked out their other great albums, but still want a little more. There is a rumor that Megadeth, Metallica, Slayer, and Anthrax will be touring together next year….if this happens, I will be stoked. I wish I could hyperbolize more than that, but I can’t. It’s so awesome, it drains my creativity.

I’ve seen them live twice, and the first time was the loudest show I’ve ever seen. While Travis and I were driving away, during their encore (we like to beat traffic, so shut up) we could hear Mustaine tearing it up while we were driving down the freeway, leaving the city. Just insane. Also the first show I ever saw a “This concert might be too loud. Please wear hearing protection” sign at a show.

The eternal “Metallica vs Megadeth” debate will never end, but I will throw my vote into that pile…

Ac-Dc

Es una banda australiana de rock and roll y hard rock. Parte el año 1973 con temas como TNT, High Voltage, sigue con clásicos como Let There be rock y Higway to hell (uno de los mejores). Back in Black es uno de los mejores discos con el conocido tema Back in black. Actualmente han seguido sacando temas, su último disco ha sido Black Ice que no deja de ser bueno.

Iron Maiden

Banda de Heavy Metal que comienza a principios de los 80, sus principales miembros son Steve Harris, Dave Murray y Bruce Dickinson. Han sido una de las bandas más influyentes, sus principales temas son The trooper, Fear of the dark, Run to the hills, actualmente estan vigentes y han demostrado su fortaleza.

Megadeth

Es una gran banda de Trash metal, Heavy o como quieran llamarle, su lider Dave Mustaine es un reconocido personaje del mundo del Metal, como es por sus poderosos riffs como por su voz. Al pensar en megadeth se me vienen a la mente palabras como ira, odio, guerra etc.. es una gran banda. Actualmente siguen tocando, su último trabajo ha sido EndGame.

Dave Mustaine voltou a comentar sobre o que parece ter sido uma ameaça a uma jornalista norueguesa por publicar uma entrevista com o líder do MEGADETH que focou primariamente em sua breve passagem como guitarrista do Metallica.

Logo após a primeira resposta de Mustaine, a jornalista em questão, Kristin Winsents, respondeu que não se sente intimidada pela ameaça e que riu da reação de Dave.

“O fato dele não lembrar que a entrevista foi realizada por uma mulher mostra que ele não lembra da entrevista claramente”, Winsents disse a Andreas Øverland, do blog norueguês Lydverket.

“Eu na verdade tentei seguir as regras que foram colocadas para a entrevista, que era não falar sobre o Metallica, mas foi ele quem escolheu trazer o assunto a tona”, disse ela.

“Quando alguém tem sido uma das superestrelas do metal por quase trinta anos, ele deveria entender como é fazer uma entrevista. Eu sou uma jornalista, não sou do seu fã-clube”, disse Winsents.

Respondendo aos comentários de Winsents, Mustaine postou a seguinte mensagem no fórum oficial da banda:

“Você deve estar de brincadeira! Como se não houvessem pessoas imbecis o suficiente no mundo.

Agora eu tenho ‘coisa’ lendo minha mensagem em meu fórum de mim – um cara que é notoriamente um cara esperto (já que ela não parece ser muito inteligente, eu vou dar uma dica – eu quero dizer eu), E EU DISSE PROPOSITALMENTE ‘CARA’ POR UMA RAZÃO, PARA QUE ESSA ESCRITORA EGOCÊNTRICA diga, ‘bem, ele tem que estar brincando, pois eu (talvez não) sou uma garota.’

Você achou que eu iria gostar? Bem no fundo, você é tão mesquinha para ter que fazer isso comigo? NÓS REALMENTE precisamos de mais uma pessoa me perguntando sobre [Metallica], ou nós realmente precisamos de mais uma pessoa pulando em mim?

Ah sim, nós não teríamos você em nosso fã-clube: até o Megadeth tem padrões.

Ao invés disso, você insulta pessoas que são razoavelmente inteligentes, e diz que eu não lembro que você era uma garota. E as pessoas imaginam porque eu quero ter minhas entrevistas monitoradas: por causa dos cuzões que continuam me perguntando do Metallica. Você mostra o trecho que diz, ‘Eu estou cansado de ser o segundo’, e então espertamente corta para a ‘Crush ‘Em’ e toca a parte que diz, ‘você nunca será mais do que o segundo melhor?’

Além de não ser muito inteligente, ser uma instigadora, e simplesmente não muito esperta, você pode adicionar ‘crédula’ a lista dos créditos jornalisticos desse pedaço de tablóide que você juntou durante sua ilustre carreira (NÃO!). Ah, a propósito, se esses créditos importassem antes, eles não importam mais agora que você é só um lixo de novelista.

Quando você tiver créditos nos EUA, então você importará para mim.

Que vergonha de você e que vergonha de seu estilo de merda – OU A FALTA DELE. Mais como que vergonha daquele que tenha te dado algo melhor do que te desconsider ou um presente de despedida.

O problema, é, AGORA eu estou realmente puto, e ONTEM eu estava brincando.

E francamente, se você é uma jornalista notável, host ou apresentadora, eu sinto muito pelas boas pessoas da Noruega.

Finalizando, eu não vou te colocar no hospital, já que você claramente não sabe que aquilo foi uma BRINCADEIRA (e eu sei que você era/é uma mulher). Francamente, eu nem te daria um tapa, porque merda esparrama.”

Cerca de 50 minutos depois da mensagem acima, Mustaine escreveu a seguinte mensagem no fórum do Megadeth:

“Agora que eu estou acordado, eu tive a chance de pensar sobre o que eu disse e eu lidei com isso de forma errada.

Eu fui profundamente ofendido por aquilo que vi em uma entrevista ontem, e eu postei algo. Eu cometi um erro dizendo algo.

Eu li a resposta da jornalista, e eu estou feliz que ela deu risada, e eu quero deletar a minha mensagem antiga desta manhã, mas não até que eu escreva isso.

Kristin, nós nunca seremos amigos, mas obrigado por não levar isso a sério.”

O que eu acho: Mustaine sempre teve esses pitis. Não adianta ele dizer que “agora está mudado”, “sou um novo homem”, etc. se ele ainda tem esses acessos de fúria a troco de nada…

“E se você levou isso a sério, aí que eu vou querer te dar porrada…”

Trallazo. Así es como se podría definir el último disco del señor Mustaine, del que pocas palabras puedo encontrar para definirlo como se merece. En una era en la que los arreglos cambian totalmente un disco, en la que el verdadero Thrash con mayúsculas brilla por su ausencia, y en la que se entiende por “carisma” el pintarse los ojos como un emo llorica, ha vuelto a aparecer Mr. Mustaine con un puñado de riffs demoledores y letras apocalípticas, como ya hizo allá en 1990 con el perfecto Rust In Peace. De poco me vale ahora el Death Magnetic y unos Metallica que no me convencen desde 1991, cuando un hombre que siempre estuvo marcado por su expulsión de la misma acaba de demostrar que se puede hacer Thrash de calidad veinte años después del auge del Bay Area de San Francisco.

Muchas dudas tuve tras aquel The World Needs A Hero, la supuesta lesión de mano y un par de discos buenos pero no excepcionales, pero de nuevo Dave ha conseguido, de la mano de Broderick, que recordase y olvidase a partes iguales aquellos gloriosos principios de los años 90, y a aquella formación clásica repartiendo metralla. Poco se puede protestar ante un disco que de principio a fin te deja con la sensación de ser un imprescindible, y que demuestra que Megadeth es, y siempre será Dave Mustaine.

¿Es tan demoledor como Peace Sells? ¿Tan bueno como Rust In Peace? ¿Tan genial como Countdown To Exctinction? ¿Y tan perfecto como Youthanasia? Recordando la frase maestra de Harvey Keitel en Pulp Fiction prefiero abogar por la cautela, pero puedo afirmar que para mí se mantiene al mismo nivel que los discos citados. Sobre todo, porque una pieza de Thrash de semejante calibre y en los tiempos que corren, merece ser abrazado mientras lloras y piensas, que pasará mucho tiempo hasta que algo tan fresco y a la vez tan clásico vuelva a tocar tus manos. O quizás no, ¿verdad Dave?

This is actually a story from last week, but Robert Trujillo, who supposedly plays bass for Metallica*, is now talking about the big four tour as if the shit might be happening. Here is a quote from Mr. Trujillo regarding the situation during an interview with Blabbermouth:

I think it’s great. We’ve had a few different conversations on the subject. I’m friends with (SLAYER’s) Kerry King and had dinner with him a few months back, and it came up there. I think (MEGADETH’s) Dave Mustaine is amazing. I’ve never had a problem with him personally. I think it’d be great if METALLICA shared the stage with his band. METALLICA’s still great friends with (ANTHRAX’s) Scott Ian. There’s a lot of history there. I think it’d be great for metal. I don’t think all four bands have played together at the same time.

I’m getting excited, but I know it’s over nothing. Let’s say everyone agrees to this tour. We all know Anthrax would open, but it’s that second spot I’m curious about. Would it be Megadeth, or Slayer? And if it’s one over the other, what would either egomaniac, Mustaine/King have to say? Things are already too complicated as it is, so, again, I won’t hold my breath. I’ll wait till tickets go on sale.

* – There is no proof Robert Trujillo plays bass, or if there even is a bass present on Death Magnetic.

“United Abominations” var fantastisk, men “Endgame” er hakket bedre.

Rett og slett fordi den byr på mer motstand enn forgjengeren. UA satt som et skudd ved første gjennomlytting, men har støvet ned i platesamlingen siden den tid. Endgame er hakket mer variert, og Mustaine utfordrer seg selv og lytteren på en slik måte at jeg nesten ikke kan vente med å komme meg hjem for å fyre i gang anlegget.

Dialectic Chaos

The album starts with an embarrassing chord progression, almost cheesy I would say. It repeats twice before a lead fills in, and then you have 2 minutes of incessant guitar shredding. The soloing is good, Chris Broderick is a skilled guitarist, but what you have here is definitively not to be compared to Marty Friedman’s work in his most inspired moments. The solos delivered by Mustaine and Broderick on Dialectic Chaos are not very melodic, they sound more like a violent vomit of notes, nothing really memorable, just generic shredding.

This Day We Fight!

The opening track actually works as an instrumental intro for the second track, This Day We Fight!, which starts with an attack of massive intrincated thrash riffing like only Mustaine can deliver. You have something reminiscent of Rust In Peace here, especially of Take No Prisioners. The vocals sound like they don’t quite fit with the instrumental, it sounds like they were placed “over” the music and not “with” the music (the remastered version of Rust in Peace suffers with the same problem, the original mix is much better in my opinion). It’s a pretty good song overall, powerful riffs and great solos, certainly one of the highlights of the album.

44 Minutes

After a furious piece of technical riffage, Endgame offers a track that sounds more like a Megadeth song from the early 00s. 44 Minutes could easily figure on The World Needs a Hero or The System Has Failed and even United Abominations. It’s a melodic song with a quite good chorus and a couple of interesting guitar solos. The verse reminds somehow the song The World Needs a Hero from the homonimous album. James LoMenzo’s bass sound is powerful here. When the song is over it leaves the chorus echoing in your mind.

1,320

The song starts with an interesting eerie riff, which shares some similarity with the fast riff of Poison Was the Cure from Rust in Peace. It’s an interesting track, I guess it would sound even more interesting with an “old-school” production, but that’s just me. The vocal melodies are kind of uninspired, especially in the chorus, but the awesome riffs are enough to place the song among the best tracks Endgame has to offer. There’s a lot of shredding on 1,320 too, again it’s not at the level of the soloing in Rust in Peace, but it’s still quite good.

Bite the Hand that Feeds

This track could be in any Megadeth album from the 90s or the 00s. There’s a kind of NWOBHM vibe to it and a chorus that sounds a bit tacky to me (at least part of it). There’s nothing special about it really, it’s not bad, but not great either, just an average track.

Bodies Left Behind

Another song that could be on Youthanasia or Cryptic Writings. I think Andy Sneap’s production suits this kind of track much better than the old-school thrash metal ones. I especially like the way the bass sounds here and how the guitars really add some heaviness to the song. The chorus is really, really good, and the lead that follows it at the end of the song reminds me the most inspired moments of Megadeth throughout the 90s. Great stuff.

Endgame

If you had the opportunity to check Megadeth live in 1990-91 or to listen to the live CD from Warchest, perhaps you will remember the sample they used as intro for their shows back then, which consisted of the main riff of (the song) Black Sabbath and orders being aired to the population. Well, they captured exactly the same atmosphere here for the intro of Endgame. Unfortunately the song that follows doesn’t sound anything like Rattlehead or any other old-school Megadeth song; in truth the track sounds more like a leftover from Countdown to Extinction. The aesthetic here is really reminiscent of the Countdown era and it would be a good song wasn’t the quite annoying chorus.

The Hardest Part of Letting Go…

Definitively the hardest part of Endgame to swallow. It tastes terrible. The song starts as an orchestrated ballad just like Promises from The World Needs a Hero (a beautiful ballad), but with a much less inspired melody. Things get ugly when the acoustic ballad turns into a distorted uptempo kind of metal epic piece with an extremely cheesy keyboard arrangement and disastrous results. I’m not considering the lyrics in this review, I’m focusing solely on the music, but the lyrics really don’t help here either, the track is just terrible in every aspect. And I remember reading somewhere someone saying people who like A Tout Le Monde would love this one… what’s the problem with these reviewers? A Tout Le Monde is so much better than this.

Headcrusher

Another thrash metal blast, fast, short and unmerciful. This song is around for quite a while already, so there’s not much left to say about it. It’s not as good as This Day We Fight!, and in my opinion it’s inferior to many of the other songs in the album, but that’s me, I just love the stuff Megadeth was doing back in the 90s and the early 00s (even Risk has some really nice songs if you ask me, even though it was pretty much ruined by the excessively popish arrangements and production). For the more radical thrashers this is certainly gonna be one of the highlights of Endgame, a song you can easily bang your head to.

How the Story Ends

This is the kind of song I would expect from Megadeth and they weren’t being able to deliver in the last few albums. It probably won’t become a Megadeth classic and it will hardly figure in the band’s live set (even though it would be awesome to hear it live), but it’s still a killer song. Nice riffs, awesome vocal melodies, a chorus that invites you to sing along, a charming solo and even an acoustic flamenco-like intervention. Once again, great stuff.

The Right to Go Insane

An inoffensive track concludes the album. It’s similar to some of the stuff Mustaine was doing more recently, melodic stuff with a more rock’n'roll approach. Actually other than The Hardest… it’s the song I liked the least on Endgame, but it’s not a bad song at all, it just sounds pale after the more intense bright of some of the previous tracks.

The highlights on Endgame are probably at the same level of the highlights of the last previous Megadeth efforts (I would point Blackmail the Universe and Kick the Chair from TSHF, Sleepwalker and Washington is Next from UA), but as an unity Endgame raises as a more consistent album, the more consistent album Megadeth has putted out since Cryptic Writings I would say.

The album was hyped in way that makes it hard to eliminate expectations created by the pre-release blabber and to make a straight judgement of its inherent value. To compare it to Rust in Peace is just stupid, we are dealing with two different moments separated by almost 20 years in time. Besides, Rust in Peace was written and recorded once already, to do it again would be pointless.

To compare Chris Broderick with Marty Friedman (like I did) is also pointless. Friedman is not interested in metal music anymore, he has left his outstanding contribution to the genre and that’s it. Broderick is a great guitarist and he’s definitively a perfect choice for Megadeth right now.

As Endgame indicates where Megadeth is in 2009 I should say the band is doing quite well. Now we just have to wait and see what else Mustaine will be able to offer us while he still has fuel to burn.

Kerry King, of Slayer, tells Metal Hammer:

“I’ve heard people referencing Lars,” says King. “I don’t know Lars that well and I haven’t heard it from Lars but apparently he’s talking to somebody about it. Maybe us, Metallica, Megadeth (and), I think he even threw in Anthrax and I said in this day and age, I know we had that time together but how do you leave out Machine Head? There’s better options than Anthrax and that’s nothing against Anthrax, but they’ve just been in pieces for quite some time and that doesn’t make as much sense to me.”

/nod on the Anthrax issue.  I would rather get Testament or something.

Desde el dia de ayer estoy escuchando el nuevo trabajo de la mitica banda MEGADETH, “Endgame”, un disco que todos los fans de la musica dura esperabamos con ansias despues de aquel buen sabor de boca que nos dejó “United abominations”" de 2007, toda una vuelta a los origenes speed metalosos de la banda del Big Dave.

Debo decirles que “Endgame” es un disco sin riesgos, ni novedades, una muestra de metal pesado lineal, muy bien esculpido en la misma piedra que se usó para crear “United”, con un sonido de estudio extraordinario, trabajo de guitarras casi perfecto, letras politicas como es usual y una base ritmica potente, directa, sin duda es un buen disco, pero solo hasta alli, bueno, nada mas.

Son once temas que le muestran al mundo -ahora es que queda Megadeth para rato-, eso si, el de este siglo, porque aquella banda que se atrevia a crear cosas extraordinarias como “Hangar 18″, ” Foreclosure of a dream” o “Sweating bullets” se fue hace tiempo, han tratado de volver pero algo los ha parado, ¿Será que realmente Menza y Friedman pesan tanto?, no lo podria asegurar, pero algo cambió.

“End” abre con una intro muy simpatica llamada ” Dialectic chaos” que no es mas que una pequeña canción instrumental, algo que me recordó a aquel grandioso tema llamado “Into the lungs of hell” que abre el ya mitico album “So Far, So Good, So What”,  inmediatamente entra en escena la canción “This day we fight”, denso corte que facilmente podria formar parte de cualquiera de los dos discos anteriores de la banda, nada del otro mundo.

Las cosas comienzan a ponerse divertidas con el corte “44 minutes” despues de un tipico intro Megadeth (Gente que parece hablar por radio) se desarrolla un tema pesado, armonico con unos solos increibles, definitivamente una de esas canciones que en vivo deben funcionar muy bien, “1320″ es el nombre de un veloz tema que nos invita a pisar el acelerador, riff destructivo, bateria repetitiva, un estribillo contagiante, excelente pieza de heavy metal, bien por la banda.

“Bite the hand” es un tema aburrido, sin emoción, nada mas que comentar. “Bodies” pareciera ser el mismo caso de “Bite” pero no, despues del minuto 1.51 la canción se convierte en una belleza de medio tiempo lleno de dobles armonias de guitarra, solos magicos y mucha pasión, lo mejor es que todo esto se transforma en un final agresivo y directo, muy buen tema.

“Endgame” es el corte mas largo de todo el disco (5.56) una demostración poderosa de buen metal que comienza de forma casi marcial para desarrollarse y ser lo que son las buenas canciones de Megadeth, guitarrazos, adrenalina y criticas a una sociedad que esta sumida en su propia mierda, muy divertido.

En forma suave y preciosista empieza “The hardest part for letting go”, guitarras acusticas y armonias de fondo para estallar en un riff energico que pareciera orquestado, tremendo tema, desde mi punto de vista el mejor de este disco. “Headcrusher” es ampliamente conocida por los habituales de este sitio, potencia pura, el primer single de la banda, de seguro una de las canciones preferidas en el moshpit, hecha para el headbanging.

“How the story ends” y “The right to go insane” son dos temas facilmente olvidables, planos, sin nada de magia, desgraciadamente para mi este disco se acaba en el corte nueve, como les dije un buen disco pero hasta alli, espero que los fans de Megadeth que de seguro diran que este disco es mejor que “Rust in peace” entiendan que mi opinión es la subjetiva visión de otro fan, disfruten este nuevo disco de una de las bandas mas importantes dle metal de todos los tiempos….

End Game

the title track for the new megadeth album, and……. I have nothing to say other than holy shit. That was the single best most awsome song ive heard thats been released in the last 5 years. All of the mettallica fanboys out there can go suck a lemon becuse, tho it may not do as well mainstream, END GAME is a thousand times better than anything mettallica’s released since the black album. Lars if your reading this then go out and fuk your self becuse you have mainstream sucess but your music has blowed since the black album, in my opinion every thing you guys have done sux since master of puppets. Back to my point I CAN’T WAIT FOR ENDGAME.

Megadeth frontman Dave Mustaine is planning to open up the band’s California recording studio to under-privileged kids to teach them about rock ‘n’ roll.

I’m pretty positive the music will be just as good. Better, even. Breathing the Fire will be released October 13th, on Prosthetic.

O que eu acho: Algo me diz que esse novo disco do Megadeth vai pôr de volta a banda no topo das maiores bandas de Thrash, posto que sempre ocupou e que por algumas atitudes e contratempos ela deixou (temporariamente) de ocupar.

“Venha fazer parte do novo clipe da banda, mas se ficar naquelas de olhar pra câmera com quem diz ‘oi mãe, tô aqui no clipe do Megadeth’, vai tomar uma kickada na bunda imediatamente, OK?”

Gente, hace mucho q no posteaba, es q estaba estudiando como un forro y por q hay muchos garcas dando vuelta por la vida. ahora empiezo con una reflexion cortita sobre el genero musical mas detestable del universo, bah en realidad a mi me gusta, lo q es un bando total es el ambiente careta, falso, y berreta que tiene: El JAZZ.

Antes que alguien llore, aclaramos q en este blog se generaliza, obvio que hay excepciones, por ejemplo si piensan que Miranda es buena musica… para mi son unos forros, pero bueno,tienen la libertad de pensar eso (que esta mal, obvio).

Aca van algunas caracteristicas de la gente del Jazz:

-Requisito fundamental….Pose jazzera: hacer gesto de aprobacion(la cual es una cara de pelotudo bastante importante)mientras el musico toca el solo.

-Pensar que uno es mas “maduro ” por q escucha Jazz, o despreciar a los otros generos (Los cuales poseen mucha mas carga de huevo y sentimiento, hasta la cumbia te diria). Frase tipica: “si me acuerdo, antes escuchaba rock , pero ahora ya fue, estoy con el Jazz”.

-Hablar con los demas musicos sobre cuantas escalas / arpegios esta usando uno en su “musica”(que no es mas q un monton de notas en vez de ser una obra maestra como Wake up dead) : mientas mas mejor, y mientras mas rara, mejor),increiblemente en este estilo, mejor la cantidad que la calidad, q pedazo de giles

-Vestirse de tonos raros y pseudo-hippies.

-Juntarse a tomar algo con la banda en lugares “suburbanos” y “alternativos” lejanos de los lugares de moda, solo por el hecho de sentirse diferentes y superiores. Caracteristicas de estos lugares: mal higiene, porron igual de caro que en cualquier lado y mal ambientados.

-Hacerse los buenas onda, y decir cosas como “no importa como toques, lo importante es compartir el momento”. Cuando en realidad los q estan abajo del escensario los cuerean a 2 manos a los q estan tocando, diciendo cosas como “que solo mas cliché, que falta de escalas”, COMO SI POR Q TUVIERA MAS NOTAS FUERA MEJOR LA MUSICA… es lo mismo q decir que por tener mas dedos en los pies, uno jugaria mejor al futbol!!!.
