The first taste of my silent apple. Ah yes. There is no going back on my decisions. There is no goin

The first taste of my silent apple.

Ah yes.

There is no going back on my decisions.

There is no going back to rescind whatever is decided.

No.

No way to turn the time.

No erasers dropped from God.

No.

The first taste of it.

That struck me when I was going down the stairs.

As I walk down.

The feeling seeped in.

I am going to be single for a long time.

I can see no further.

All points end to the same horizon.

I can no longer do anything.

So I have decided.

Let me be specific.

I will no longer seek my other half.

I will no longer seek to be spending whatever available time I have if possible.

I made the decision.

I will be where he left me.

But I am moving faster than you would have thought possible.

Think what you may.

You may term it waiting.

Go ahead.

The Earth is round.

No matter how you walk away.

We will meet.

Try that on ANYONE.

Either way.

I have made my decision.

And

I will walk still.

2 petals fall all the time.

3 petals I will throw out.

I will be building my life.

And my plans will still commence.

I will build though I am a wanderer.

I will move out of my sister’s place by my birthday.

That is MAY 15TH.

I have no idea who is going to live with me.

But

Even if I am to live alone.

I will accept still with a smile.

I am no longer beholden to anyone.

Even my own soulmate.

I made a decision.

I will stay.

But I am moving.

But the point here is I already made the decision.

He hasn’t.

I am not being rude.

But this is no longer my ‘Problem’

It is sincerely his.

So till then.

Sayonara.

Be indecisive.

Be where you are.

I care for you.

Thus I am waiting.

But I AM LEAVING.

You can seek me.

Your thoughts will still come to me.

So are my thoughts.

As I write I know you are aware what I am doing.

So be it.

Seek me.

That I know you will.

I will no longer seek you.

I have decided.

I am saying both yea and nay.

I am happy.

With OR without you.

Till then.

When the answer comes to you.

Either way.

I am where you left me.

And

I will be very far still.

I have got work to do.

Oh yes.

I am doing work now.

Not the paid one no no.

The answers start with a letter G.

And when you discovered it.

You can do nothing but ogle.

Oh yes.

Ogle.

But remember remember.

To find what you seek.

Thou have to be SPECIFIC.

The answers lie.

On the top right hand corner of every browser.

Google you think I am doing?

I am doing google yes.

But nowhere near the computer.

Nowhere.

Its all in the head.

Try it yourself.

Typing it out unto google solidifies your thoughts.

You hit the Enter button.

The answers comes.

But like I said.

BE SPECIFIC.

Its all in the head.

Thats for all you readers.

Goodbye.

I am left with the only picture of you I have.

Of your feet.

Which you sent to me.

Via MMS.

Those who read me before.

Will remember.

I wrote about leaves.

One that specifically fell.

And flew with the wind.

It landed on where else?

Right in front of.

My feet.

So now.

He sends me that.

Irony eh?

=D

Oh yes.

Whenever I need laughs.

When he is with me.

I always look at the feet.

So.

What does your feet tell you people?

That is the feet of my soulmate.

Do I care?

Yes and No.

Stay Or Move.

Thats his problem.

The leaf fell on my feet way before in a post in this very blog.

I am staying.

BUT

I am far away.

Answers start with a G.

Google it is.

But nowhere near a computer I am.

=)

Homeostasis

Balance.

Not moving.

But in motion I am.

I honestly believe.

That I wouldn’t have been here.

That I wouldn’t have been able to be where I am.

To be doing what I am doing now.

To see things differently.

To see everything in this world in a different light.

To feel what I had thought never existed.

To smile genuinely.

To be happy at the slightest things

Even at the sight of the crumbling ruins of my life.

To enjoy every single day.

Every single minute.

Be it doing work.

Doing housework.

Walking.

Listening to music.

Taking a train.

Be it even to eat.

All those simple pleasures.

Is almost.

Orgasmic.

Almost.

Divine.

I don’t know a lot of things in this world.

But I am happy that they existed.

Now.

Or

Soon.

To cry.

To laugh.

To feel the Wind.

To feel the Sun.

Though I have lost a lot.

I am almost zero now.

Anyone can rob me.

Feel free.

I am happy.

Truly.

All this happened.

Because.

I was tested positive for HIV.

Did I rue that day?

Looking back.

No.

My life changed for the better after that.

Better than I ever knew.

I love being HIV+.

I am truly myself now.

I am falling in place.

And

I am loving it.

I am me.

Blissfully happy.

Alone yes.

Single yes.

Living on my own yes.

I am starting everything.

From scratch.

And

I won’t be building up temples.

I won’t be building up monuments to glorify me.

I won’t be going shopping.

I won’t be going clubbing.

I won’t be going to watch a movie.

No no.

Call me a square.

It’s perfectly fine with me.

I am falling in place.

And like I said.

I am truly loving.

Every

Minute

Of

It.

Being tested positive.

Was the turning point.

Some have been saying that I am too high up to see now.

No no.

Come on down.

From your pedestals.

I am down here.

Smiling.

No intro, no caveats, these are my choices from the last ten. Let’s Go! Aijuswanaseing

No intro, no caveats, these are my choices from the last ten. Let’s Go!

Aijuswanaseing (2000) – Musiq Soulchild

OK, so he p*ssed me off when his played the Jazz Cafe in 2008… still I cannot deny the sheer greatness of this neo-soul masterpiece.

The Blueprint (2001) – Jay-Z

Jigga’s second best album was still shades ahead of the majority of hip-hop then, still is now and will be for sometime (even if Em did kick his ass on Renegade).

College Dropout (2004) – Kanye West

Every rapper talks about ‘changing the game,’ Kanye actually did it with this record.

Eyes Open (2006) – Snow Patrol

I know this one may be wrong, however I loved this album and still now – somethings I cannot explain, like how this remains in constant rotation year-on-year.

Floetic (2002) – Floetry

Why on earth some of the best British talent has to go stateside to get a hearing I’ll never know, all I do know is I am glad Floetry did – neo-sublime.

For Emma, Forever Ago (2008) – Bon Iver

This is an album written by a broken man, and you probably won’t get it until you too are broken in pieces – only then does it all make sense. Breathtaking.

Frank (2003) – Amy Winehouse

Honest song-writing, and cheeky beats made for a quintessentially British soul album that was just good music, pure and simple.

The Great Unwanted (2007) – Lucky Soul

I cannot explain what makes me love this album as much as I do; its carefree nature, the retro sounds… I don’t know. All I do know is it’s f***ing awesome!

Half These Songs Are About You (2005) – Nizlopi

This album reinvented folk music, giving it life and energy and taking into the next millennium – a unique interpretation on a time old genre.

In Search Of… (2002) – N*E*R*D

Most ‘experimental’ hip-hop albums fail. This on the other hand was a monumental success and confirmed The Neptunes one of the great production teams of our time.

The Magnificent (2002) – DJ Jazzy Jeff

The best example of what happens when hip-hop and soul music fuse as one. Essential listening, as any record boasting Jill Scott, Eric Roberson, J-Live, Shawn Stockman, to name a few, should be.

Original Pirate Material (2002) – The Streets

This was the album to capture the feelings and tell the stories of an entire lost generation of urban dwellers. The quasi-spoken word flow made it all even more relevant.

Raised By Wolves EP (2005) – Voxtrot

Rasised by Wolves is a simply amazing EP. Period. It gave this band somewhat of a indie-cult status and should have been heard by so many more people.

Silent Alarm (2005) – Bloc Party

If it we not for this album I would not even be listening to Indie music. Aggressive, bold, exciting, with a rare ability to transcend genre.

Sincere (2000) – MJ Cole

When UK Garage was at its height and the music-snobs were saying it lacked ‘merit’ MJ Cole turned around, put two fingers up and dropped a slice of genius on them.

Speakerboxxx/The Love Below (2003) – Outkast

This was the album to give Outkast the wholesale acclaim they deserved. In essence two solo albums, they complemented each other perfectly; Big Boi’s bravado vs. Andre 3000’s psycadelic heartache.

A Tale of Two Cities (2006) – Mr Hudson & the Library

One of the hidden treasures of my record collection and it always surprises me how good this album is. It shouldn’t be this good… but it really is no matter how much I try to pretend it isn’t.

The Tipping Point (2004) – The Roots

I cannot find fault in this album. While not the cult classic of The Tipping Fault it is an exceptional piece of Hip Hop; strong beats, stronger lyrics – Black Thought, Top 10 all time?

The Vault 1.5 (2004) – Eric Roberson

Potentially my favourite album of all time – neo-soul at its most intoxicating. If you don’t own this already, but it now… it will change your life!

Viva La Hova (2008) – Mick Boogie and Terry Urban

Critics went crazy Grey Album while the Hip-Hop community was fairly lukewarm on it. This album, mixing Jay-Z with Coldplay is everything the Grey Album was and 25x more.

Who Is Jill Scott? (2000) – Jill Scott

This album sparked a genre of music and one of the best expressions of neo-soul to date. Warm and tender, like a loving embrace on a cold winter’s night.

Word of Mouf (2001) – Ludacris

Most artists suffer from the sophomore album curse, however Luda’s 2nd album is still his best work to date; obnoxious, chauvinistic, rude and all with his tongue firmly imprinted in his cheek. Rap the way it should be.

X&Y (2005) – Coldplay

Yes, Parachutes was a subtly beautiful album, and Rush of Blood… sold truck loads, however it was while listening to X&Y that goosebumps on my cheeks.

…Left (2007) – Eric Roberson

I tried my hardest to not put two Roberson albums on this list… however The Vault 1.5 and …Left are amongst my all time favourites. …Left took Roberson’s sound in a more R&B direction and was sensational (buy this one too!).

Soulside Funk

Ps. Braveheart Party! No great album can include a song that bad. Period. This should not even be a discussion.

Biologically we have our differences. The differences are more inside than the simpler reproductive

Biologically we have our differences. The differences are more inside than the simpler reproductive behaviour. At times its very difficult to understand and accept.

However, these come as millons of millions of years of preactice. In the early ages women have been the “berry picker” and men the “hunter”. The man had to stay focused on his prey, and shut out the outside world because otherwise it would distract him, and his aim might slip. She, on the other hand went to pick berries. There are poisonous berries besides the healthy ones. She had no legend to help her identify those. So she had to rely on all her senses to judge them- she would smell them, observe the area around the berry bush, look for the ant which might have died after a bite.

Possibly, due to this reason, through evolution, brain formation of men and women are different and plays a role in memory, hearing, vision, emotion, even how we chill out- that’s what the latest research using functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) and other noninvasive scans are saying. Last year researchers at the University of Pennsylvania used scans to try to understand how men and women handle stress. Among the findings? anxiety activates the “tend and befriend” reaction in women’s limbic systems and the “fight or flight” response in men’s prefrontal cortexes. translation: under pressure, women reach out, while guys go Rambo.

Easily the topic space vs. connect becomes our mca. Given all these, how do we balance it out?

Ok, well that’s a dictionary definition, but what does it mean to you? How important is trust to you?

How do decide if someone is worthy of your trust? Are you the kind of person who just gives it out like candy, or do people need to earn your trust? If someone has broken your trust, can they earn it back? Why, why not, how?

Musical interlude!!! I love this song!

I hear a lot of people talking about how you need to earn their trust. That it’s a privilege. So what does that mean, that you trust no one until they have passed a certain number of ‘tests’? Seems a little depressing to me…

I am more of the I trust you. Done, until you do something to break that trust. Perhaps it’s naive of me, but I like it. I suppose one could argue that I get hurt more often for my innocent trusting ways. But to be frank I couldn’t really imagine it any other way… I’m not big on tests. I will admit I’m a lot slower at letting people on in, but not so much out of a lack of trust just that I don’t feel like making everyone my best friend and then having them crap on me. So I wait a little while before making them my bosom buddy.

So what happens if someone breaks my trust? Well, it’s pretty much done. If you break my trust, it’s not that I won’t forgive you I will. But try as I might, I just can’t trust you anymore. I can often let it go and ignore that area.. say if it’s about money then we’ll just avoid that topic to the end of time. But what if it’s something bigger that can’t be avoided?

So once someone has betrayed or broken a trust can it be earned back? I mean for me… it seems like the answer is no. I just don’t have any protocol in place for establishing trust.. it’s either there or not. So what about people who make you jump through 25 hoops to win their trust. Can you earn trust back from them? I mean they have already established a pattern of proving yourself, so in theory while possibly challenging couldn’t you just jump through 100 hoops and prove yourself once again?

Or is it just over? Once trust has been broken can it be fixed? Does it need to be earned? Or can you just have faith in the goodness of others?

What do you think?

Horse people are extemporaneous and quick-witted. They are quite intelligent and use their practicality to their advantage in their business and personal lives. Their sharpness makes them quick to pick up new skills and are able to handle many tasks at one time. However, this ambition can be harmful because Horse people often don’t finish what they start for fear of missing out on the next big challenge.

Horses are trustworthy, friendly and open-minded. They are good friends to have and will always be honest with you. Although they are good confidants, Horse people do enjoy their alone time and are usually independent people. They can struggle with obstinance and self-centeredness, which can lead to a flare of the temper if they don’t get their way. Usually, after an episode or temper-tantrum a Horse can feel remorse, yet not all people will be able to forgive their reaction.

THE EARTH HORSE 1918 AND 1978

Earth Horses are able to see situations from all angles and corners. They are relatively easygoing, preferring to determine each pro and con before making a final decision. Earth Horses work hard to accomplish goals they have set and would rather take longer to do an outstanding job than to work shorter and shave a little quality. They have great senses of humor and are extremely adaptable in most instances.

HEALTH AND HABITAT

HEALTH

When concerning health issues, Horses exuberate a strength known only by the animal they are shaped after. Horse people are usually quite healthy people, perhaps due to their positivity, perhaps due to their athleticism. They get a lot of exercise and love to be out in the air and open spaces. If they can’t be outside hey begin to feel run down and out of their element. Horses must be careful to resist the pressures of alcohol and nicotine that often suck them in in times of despair or stress.

AT HOME WITH THE HORSE

Horses love company and therefore will always welcome visitors in for a hearty chat or a wholesome meal. As aforementioned, Horses don’t always finish what they start, especially if something more exciting came along, so there are likely to be various unfinished projects in their homes. In addition, there may be a few dirty dishes in the sink or a couple of unwashed loads of laundry, as housework and chores aren’t the Horse’s forte. They fill their homes with autumn colors such as gold and orange and create an atmosphere that is both comfortable and beautiful.

CAREER AND FINANCE

THE HORSE AT WORK

Their willingness to try anything and their ability to pick up new skills with ease makes Horses suitable for most any careers they choose to tackle. However, they may reconsider if taking orders or following strict routines are involved. They are people persons and enjoy occupations that allow them to interact with other people. Their need to be independent and self-reliant makes them crave positions of power and they are well-suited for careers in the field of communications. Horses are smart, fabulous speakers who have a gift for getting through to other people.

MONEY AND THE HORSE

Horses don’t think much about money. When they have it, they spend it. When they run out, they make more. Money does not constitute a Horse’s happiness or well-being. He feels it is only icing on the cake to have some and would rather buy fun things than hoard it or save it. His philosophy? You can’t take it with you.

Tuesday evening, while I am in office I was extremely disappointed for not catching the bowling of Sreesanth, surely not to see his antics but to watch his bowling. He is a troubled kid in cricket arena but I love his bowling action, from that beautiful run-up to delivery stride, those seamed up deliveries and lovely out-swingers. He can be thrashed for those wayward deliveries he bowls now and then but still I enjoy watching him. In India, very few fast bowlers have the perfect run-up. Kapil Dev had that, Srinath had that, Zaheer have that and then Sreesanth. I like Agarkar’s but its not the perfect one for a fast bowler.

It’s the year of 2005. India cricket team is searching for the fast bowling talent. With Zaheer nursing injuries, out of shape and out of form, Nehra too out due to injury and Agarkar out of squad for his waywardness the selectors search handed them 2 fresh talents in their hands: Santhakumaran Sreesanth and Rudra Pratap Singh. Both were young and basically swing and rhythm bowlers.

How he got into the team?

The news is in the air that Sreesanth has trapped Sachin in front in the challenger trophy 2005. He was also the highest wicket taker and man of the series in that series earned the much awaited national cap for him. He debuted against Srilanka in 2005. In that bilateral series he has bowled with lot of pace and less accuracy. But he has been among the wickets. Moreover, he has own the confidence of then coach Greg Chappell, who ran the show. But he didn’t attract me due to his waywardness. Actually it is R.P.Singh who attracted me straight away with his clean run-up and his ability to swing the ball into right hand batsmen. But Sreesanth has always got the nod above RP. My heart always will go to RP for not being in the team and more than that its Sreesanth who holds it.

When it all changed??

It was the tour of South Africa which changed my perception about Sreesanth. He ran in hard, beautiful wrist and seam position, making the ball to cut both the ways, he made inroads into the South African batting line-up in the first test and India won the first test in SA soil. The much talked about aspect of the Sreesanth’s ability is his wrist position and perfect seam. With that perfect seam he makes the ball to move in and out and kept the batsmen guessing.

The MRF pace foundation’s bowling coach T A Sekhar then said,

“I have not seen anybody bowling with such beautiful seam. The only time I have seen it was when Zaheer was at his peak”.

The Golden run….

Sreesanth has got a permanent place in the Indian team and was part of the Dhoni’s young brigade till April, 2008. Until that period he has some nerve-cracking moments like holding on to the catch of Misbah-ul-Haq as India laid their hands on the inaugural T20 world cup and then the face off with Australia in Australia winning the triangular series. He has lost his temper and control completely over those days but not his pace and his ability to hit the seam.

Trouble and more trouble..

And then he lost his place in the Indian team due to injury and when he was started to play again public started to remember him more for his antics on and off the field, from the dance on field after hitting the six off Andre Nel, slapping incident between him and Bhajji, those antics he does before bowling every delivery, staring at the batsmen for a nothing delivery and then the way he ran around after bowling Dhoni at the last IPL.

The comeback – its by tomorrow……

Its sad that there has to be a loser in every game that is played. The only way to avoid this unfortunate occurrence is to not play the game at all. Ironically this just makes the self become the loser.

At least I had a job still. Now I’m 20 pounds heavier, no job, no career, no friends and no life. Every year I try to accomplish something, but lately I can’t even get out the bed. Earlier this year I was going pretty descent. My depression and weight were under control. Now I’m back where I was last year, alone and broke. Helpless.

of the year. People wake up early to wait in long, cold lines for special sales that business make to bring buyers to their doors.
Though it may be a good day to get discounts on particular items, retailers know that people will spend more because of those discounts. For some reason we get in the mindset that says, “since I saved money on this item, I can go buy other items.”
Now don’t get me wrong, a good deal is a great thing to find, but I think people take consumerism too far. Buy, buy, buy. Charge, charge, charge.
I want to challenge you to avoid using a credit card this holiday season. Don’t go in debt to buy that high-priced item. Try and buy items outright, with cash, for your family. Granted, you may have smaller gifts for Christmas, but gift-giving is not really what Christmas is about.
Do this and you will not only be better off over the next year, but you will also be a good steward of your money.

I have several friends struggling with deep hurts and trials right now. I keep waking up in the nig

I have several friends struggling with deep hurts and trials right now. I keep waking up in the night praying for them. I’m so sorry they have to suffer in such personal ways. But I know that God is present and working in their situations. He showed me this in a strong and powerful way this week.

I was returning from a neighboring town and driving towards the Big Horn Mountains. I felt nudged to call one of these friends to let her know God was still waking me up in the night to pray. Lo and behold, she had been sitting in the middle of the room, on the floor, feeling pretty discouraged and low. God had nudged me to call her at just the right moment. He loves her that much. But there is more.

When we finished talking I was delighted to see a glorious sunset before me. It covered the mountains and the whole town of Buffalo, wrapping all around me. Only a small portion of the sky was dark, and the rest was covered in bright purples, pinks and blues. It was unbelievable. And then I realized — this friend was sitting there in her home, feeling a bit dejected, and had no idea that God’s glory was all around her, on every side and right across the top of the whole town. She couldn’t even have seen it if I’d called her back to tell her to step outside, because it required a view from the distance. Some of God’s glory is too big to see; too mysterious and all-encompassing.

But there is more. My scripture reading the next morning said it all.

The LORD has established His throne in heaven, and His kingdom rules over all. – Psalm 103:19 (HCSB)

How often do we sit in despair, not realizing that God is all around, and that His glory actually covers and protects us? Do we worry over finances or grieve a loss and not realize that His glory covers us in this? Do we miss what He is doing around us — not seeing that at the same moment of our sorrow He is performing a miracle elsewhere — bringing a child into the world, feeding a hungry soul, lifting a wounded spirit? Do we forget that it’s not “all about us?” It’s all about Him — His purposes, His plans, His ways.

It is not to our shame to realize this, for we will not see every sunrise or sunset. We cannot see His glory in the deepest parts of the ocean or in the darkest caves. The sorrows and feelings of each of these friends are very deep and personal and cannot be easily dismissed, nor should they be. We will not always feel or see His glory; we miss so much every day. But we can at least be encouraged that it always there, and that His Presence is always with us, even when we don’t see it. We can at least believe and trust that His glory and presence surrounds us in these times. Perhaps the picture is bigger and greater and far more wonderful than anyone could ever imagine.

Open my eyes so I can see what you show me of your miracle-wonders. – Psalm 119:18 (MSG)

A need to accomodate and compromise.

There’s so much that I can do, yet, the limitations that exists restricts me from doing so.

Its funny how things happen. Even when we don’t even think about it, when we don’t even want it, when we aren’t even ready for it, sometimes life just smacks things straight to our faces and forces us to deal with it.

Don’t forget to read! Makes us complete…

P.S. Week-end-ul acesta are loc targul de carte Gaudeamus.
