Ramli always love to think,write,aksi (act),measure,hold the gains and continue the processes again for better results…

This morning as usual,Ramli after back from his Fajr prayers done at his nearby home (just 150 walking steps-one way)will switch on his pc (my normal working starts at 8am -although Ramli works from his HomeOffice)and the thinking process starts!

Today,is all about What IF against What IS?

Lastime Ramli remembers when Reengineering was a “hot buzz word” it was always “what it is” to be “what it should be” and the business and govt sectors all started to view their processes for being more of “what it should be” and many major and minor processes were studied and new ways were developed and implemented.Finally,some of the socalled reenginnered ways did improve the business but many also failed mainly due to the many resistance to change by people who seem to be so “calm,suitable and don’t rock the boat type of attitude” and instead of getting ahead with the so called mind shift it turns out as  a nightmare since now people have the ways or opportunity to say “reenginnering cannot work” and lets do our old ways or go back to basics!Maybe true and maybe not true depends on how you look at the cases concerned.

What IF is more to do with “if all things goes my way” like examples”

1.What IF..i am a millionaire…how can I lead my life…

2.What IF..i am a CEO..can I lead my People and make my company prosper and satisfy my stakeholders

3.What IF..i am the PM..can I be “clean and good leader”

4.What IF..i have 4 wives as a Muslim Man..can i satisfy all my wives needs both financially and physically

5.What IF..my children are not discipline enough in their life…how can I teach them the right ways…

6.and many more What IFs’…..

As compared to What IS…

1.What IS..my problems now and can I prioritize them so that I can solve the main problems quickly..

2.What IS..wrong with my projects..can I be more innovative in my ways of getting projects from Clients

3.What IS..my health status..can I make efforts to get a good thorough medical check up and also afford to pay the bills

4.What IS..with Malaysia now that we 1Malaysians can become sincere,honest and love each other rather than be greedy,racial and do not care thy neighbour…

5.What IS..the skills now needed for new graduates to get hired immediately rather than wait a year or two for a stable job…

6.and many more What Iss’

Actually What IF and What IS,the only difference is What IF is more uncertain,not sure and maybe type of thinking..while What IS is things already happen,its the “now” position and we must handle them immediately…

So,maybe What IS..can be considered a reality,current and things we must do or aksi now..for making it better and all the good things life offers..

What IF,maybe we live in our dreams or hope for something good to happen to us BUT for things to happen we need many hard work,lots of sweat and at times blood will flow due to the nature of our jobs based on the 3Ds’ ie.Dirt,Dusty and Dangerous nature of our jobs…

Many people work in areas of 3Ds but the money they earned are better and more honourable than those that work in areas of sins like prostitution,gambling,cheating,gangterism,drugs and many more bad habits or haram jobs or aksi…

We must have education in our lifetime and only through all the knowledge we possessed can we become smarter,better and happier person of course in life there is 2 ways to choose or maybe three that are:

1the righteous ways -halal ways

2.the wrongful ways -haram ways

3.neither right or wrong -this people love to become “dumb and numb” maybe…

Ramli prefer to follow the righteous ways because thats the way to live honestly,with sincerity,humility and love for all humankind and also a good passport for Jannah (Heaven).Inshallah

So,finally lets be real,face the facts and make a great attempt to become Poor to Rich,Not Smart to Smarter,Good Health to Better Health  and many more…

All these can be achieved with a Good Attitude (Sikap) and a Great Passion to Excel like Ramli’s 3Es’ in the Revolusi Aksi framework ie.

Excellence,Excitement and Enthusiasm..with these 3Es, YOU will seek the What IS more than the What IF…let’s get to work and get the results…oh yes..results not reasons…
