1 siung bawang putih<br />
3 bawang merah<br />
2 buah cabai merah, dihaluskan<br />
1 sendok makan pasta tomat/saus tomat<br />
1 batang daun bawang<br />
1 butir telur, kocok<br />
100 gram daging ayam, dipotong dadu kecil-kecil<br />
50 gram udang, dikupas<br />
5 bakso<br />
1 sendok makan minyak goreng<br />
2 sdm minyak wijen<br />
merica bubuk sesuai selera<br />
garam sesuai selera<br />

<p><strong>Cara Membuat</strong><br />
Panaskan minyak goreng dan minyak wijen, tumis bawang putih, bawang merah dan cabai merah sampai harum baunya.<br />
Masukkan ayam, udang dan bakso, aduk sebentar sampai agak matang.<br />
Masukkan telur, aduk-aduk hingga telur pecah-pecah matang.<br />
Masukkan nasi putih, saus tomat, garam dan merica, aduk sampai rata dengan bumbu.<br />
Dihidangkan dengan dihias seperlunya.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>This is a big one isn&#8217;t it? We&#8217;ve all got some great recipe that we use or someone we know has. Just like spag bol, fried rice is one of those Aussie classics that everyone is the expert on.  Yes, I do realise that neither spaghetti bolognaise or fried rice is Australian&#8230;I have a tendency toward irony, you&#8217;ll catch on.</p>
<p>But <em>I&#8217;m </em>the one with the blog, so you&#8217;ll be forced to look at <em>my</em> recipe. Well not just my recipe, but one that I kind of nicked from someone else as well.</p>
<p>I spent a lot of time perfecting my version.  For many nights over the years we have dined on dry and tasteless fried rice before I realised what I was doing wrong.</p>
<p>I used to fry the egg and make a little omelette first. Then I would take it out, cut it up and then put it back into the rice, but that was where I went wrong. You <em>leave the egg in</em>, and mix the rice in with it, just before it sets. It gives the rice a lovely texture and moistness.</p>
<p>So we&#8217;ll start with the recipe inspired by another. It contains an ingredient I had never heard of before and I was rather anxious about actually using it at all. It&#8217;s called Black Olive and Mustard Green paste.</p>
<p>Calm down. Take a deep breath. I&#8217;ll talk you through it.</p>

<p>First of all, here&#8217;s a pic of said paste. You can find it at your local Asian grocer.</p>
<p>It looks weird, smells weird and doesn&#8217;t taste very nice. However, once you fry it up and mix it in your rice, it adds a lovely flavour and dimension to the &#8216;I don&#8217;t feel like cooking &#8211; we&#8217;re having fried rice&#8217; dinner.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Chinese Olive Fried Rice recipe<br />
</strong></span></p>
<p><strong>Ingredients</strong><strong>:</strong><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong><br />
</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="color:#339966;">•</span> 4 tblspn Peanut oil</p>
<p><span style="color:#339966;">• </span>3 tblspn Chinese Olive paste, with mixed mustard greens. Chopped.</p>
<p><span style="color:#339966;">•</span> 3 eggs, lightly beaten</p>
<p><span style="color:#339966;">•</span> 500g cooked rice</p>
<p><span style="color:#339966;">•</span> 4 green onions finely chopped</p>
<p><span style="color:#339966;">•</span> 1 tsp sesame oil</p>
<p><span style="color:#339966;">• <span style="color:#000000;">frozen peas and corn</span><br />
</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#339966;">•</span> salt and pepper for seasoning</p>
<p><strong>Method:</strong></p>
<p>Heat 2 tblspn oil in wok.</p>
<p>Add paste and stir fry for about 30 seconds.</p>
<p>Remove from wok, or you can keep it in and cook it into the egg.</p>
<p>Heat rest of oil in wok.</p>
<p>Pour in eggs and fry till almost set.</p>
<p>Add rice and paste and stir fry.</p>
<p>When mixed through, toss in green onion, peas and corn, sesame oil and season to taste.</p>

<p><strong>Some notes on this recipe:</strong> I use peanut oil for all of my Asian meals. It gives it an authentic taste. However, canola or  vegetable can also be used. Olive oil not so good, it has a very low smoking point which isn&#8217;t very desirable in wok cooking.</p>
<p>I usually make mine vegetarian and serve it up with some BBQ pork from <strong>BBQ One</strong> down the road. I know we aren&#8217;t all so lucky to have Chinese BBQ Pork products so readily available, so just use your imagination. Places that sell it usually have it hanging up in the window along with ducks and chickens.</p>
<p>They chop it up and put it in a take away box for you. Usually costs around $10 for a decent sized piece. And worth every cent!</p>
<p>I have read, and I don&#8217;t doubt that Chinese people use cold cooked rice, or left overs from the night before, but I don&#8217;t have that sort of thing lying around so I prefer to use freshly cooked, or at least warm. I find it less sticky to mix up in the wok. Cold rice clumps together and makes the whole process overly taxing on my cooking arm.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;"><strong>Fried Rice Recipe</strong></span></p>
<p>No need for lists and methods here. It works on the same premise as above. But, instead of frying off the olive paste, fry off some minced/chopped ginger and garlic in some peanut oil. Let&#8217;s say a heaped teaspoon  of both &#8211; because let&#8217;s face it &#8211; we are all using the jarred variety (despite our better intentions).</p>
<p>Add the lightly beaten eggs, and stir it all around to blend in the garlic and ginger. Let it set a little.</p>
<p>Add rice and mix well.</p>
<p>Now here&#8217;s where you can add what ever you like. Frozen peas and corn, or fried off bacon bits, or spanish onion or diced BBQ pork, prawns, chicken. What ever takes your fancy.</p>
<p>Sprinkle some light soy and sesame on for taste&#8230;and away you go!</p>
<p><strong>Nasi Goreng</strong></p>
<p>This is still fried rice really, just an Indonesian version. I have tried to make my own, and experimented with many nasi goreng mixes, but I have found the one pictured below, <strong>Conimex Nasi Goreng</strong> mix to be THE BEST one.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s really easy to use. You can make it as varied or as simple as you like.</p>
<p>All you really need is water to mix the sachet contents, some onion and green onion and some eggs. You can however mix it with peas and corn, or pork or bacon, etc just like with Chinese fried rice.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s supposed to be a meal to use up left overs, so anything goes.</p>
<p>The main difference Nasi Goreng and fried rice (for me) is that I serve it with two fried eggs on top.</p>
<p>The fried egg on top provides a nice taste and texture. My favourite part is when I discover little gold mines of creamy yolk in my mouthful.</p>

<p><strong>Bahan:</strong></p>

<li>nasi dari kira-kira 1 1/2 cup beras</li>
<li>teri medan kering sesuai selera &#8212; rendan dalam air panas</li>
<li>3 butir telur</li>
<li>3 siung bawang putih &#8212; cincang</li>
<li>2 tangkai daun bawang &#8212; iris miring</li>
<li>saus tiram</li>
<li>kecap asin</li>
<li>kecap manis</li>
<li>garam, gula</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Cara pembuatan:</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>tumis bawang putih sampai harum, masukkan teri yang sudah ditiriskan, tumis sampai teri berubah warna.</li>
<li>masukkan saus tiram, kecap asin, dan kecap manis.</li>
<li>masukkan nasi, beri garam &#38; gula, aduk rata.</li>
<li>sisihkan nasi ke pinggir wajan, pecahkan dua butir telur ke dalam wajan, biarkan sebentar, aduk telur, tutup dengan nasi, biarkan sebentar.</li>
<li>aduk-aduk nasi, masukkan daun bawang, aduk sebentar.</li>
<li>nasi goreng sudah jadi, taruh di piring.</li>
<li>buat orak-arik dari satu telur yang tersisa, tabur di atas nasi goreng</li>
<li>beri hiasan cabe, tomat, timun, dll.</li>

<p>“Warung kami yang di Jalan Kusumawardani tidak permanen, jadi kami memutuskan untuk bikin di sini. Selain permanen kapasitas ruang di sini lebih besar, yaitu sekitar 60 orang. Letaknya yang strategis dan nyaman juga menjadi pertimbangan kami, harapannya penggemar Mie Lampung makin bertambah dan dikunjungi semua kalangan masyarakat,” tutur Sukardi, pemilik Mie Lampung saat ditemui di warungnya.</p>
<p>Kesuksesan Sukardi membuka cabang baru, tidak lepas dari kelezatan resep yang dimilikinya. Berbekal pengalaman menjadi koki di hotel selama 10 tahun, Sukardi mampu memadukan bumbu dan masakan ala Chinese Food dengan masakan tradisional. Tidak heran jika banyak pelanggan yang ketagihan dengan citarasa masakan yang disajikan di Mie Lampung.</p>
<p>Salah satu menu unggulan Mie Lampung adalah bakmi, baik goreng maupun kuah. Begitu terhidang di atas meja, hidung kita akan langsung tersengat aroma sedap, dan tak sabar untuk menyantapnya. Campuran mie, ayam, dan bumbunya sangat terasa begitu kita mengunyahnya. Mienya yang empuk dan kenyal, ayamnya yang gurih, dan bumbunya yang kaya akan rasa benar-benar akan membuat kita menyantapnya sampai tak tersisa. Yang menggembirakan bakmi goreng hanya dijual seharga Rp 9.000 dan bakmi kuah hanya Rp 8.000.</p>
<p>“Salah satu ciri khas masakan di sini, yaitu mie yang kami sajikan kami buat sendiri. Selain empuk, enak, dan masih segar, kami juga menggunakan bahan-bahan yang tidak mengandung zat kimia, ini tentu sangat baik buat kesehatan. Selain itu, bakmi yang kami sajikan diolah ala Chinese Food, daging ayam tidak disuwir kecil-kecil setelah mie matang seperti Mie Jowo, tapi dimasak bersama mie dan bumbu. Ini tentu membuat kenikmatan bumbunya merata dalam setiap makanan,” ungkap Sukardi.</p>
<p>Dengan membuat mie sendiri, juga bisa menekan biaya produksi. Karena itu meski sajian dan kenikmatan masakan di Mie Lampung sekelas bintang lima, harganya tetap bisa terjangkau layaknya harga masakan kaki lima. “Mereka yang pernah berkunjung ke Mie Lampung, biasa pasti kembali lagi ke sini, karena cocok rasanya dan terjangkau harganya. Bahkan ada beberapa orang luar kota jauh-jauh datang ke sini hanya ingin menikmati masakan kami,” tambah pria yang pernah menjadi koki di Hotel Telomoyo ini.<br />
Bakmie memang menjadi menu unggulan di Mie Lampung, namun menu Seafood dan Chinese Food lainnya yang disajikan di Mie Lampung juga sama nikmatnya. Kita bisa mencoba kenikmatan Kwe Tiaw Goreng/Kuah, Bihun Goreng, Tami/Ifumi, Lomi, Nasi Goreng, Fuyunghay, Bistik, Sup, kangkung, Sapo Tahu, Jagung Muda Ca, dan Caysim. “Kakap juga merupakan salah satu menu favorit di sini. Selain itu, cumi, udang, ayam, gurami juga tidak sedikit peminatnya,” ungkap Sukardi.</p>
<p>Untuk menjaga kenikmatan menu setiap masakan yang disajikan, Sukardi selalu menekankan kepada karyawannya untuk tidak merubah rasa, meski pengunjung yang datang sedang ramai. Selain itu, kepada karyawan Mie Lampung yang sekarang berjumlah 19 orang, Sukardi juga selalu mengingatkan untuk memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik.</p>
<p>Mie Lampung setiap hari buka dari pukul 10 pagi sampai 10 malam, baik yang di Jalan Kusumawadani maupun yang di Jalan Kelud Raya. <p>-goreng ikan teri dan ikan jambal, tiriskan</p>
<p>-masukkan 2sdm margarin masukkan bumbu, lalu masukkan cabai, dan sayuran, beri kecap ikan, garam, merica, dan kecap asin, aduk</p>
<p>-lalu masukkan nasi dan telur, aduk hingga rata</p>
<p>-terakhir masukkan ikan jambal dan ikan teri medan</p>

<p>A chegada em Singapura foi bem mais verde que eu imaginava. Sempre vinha a imagem de uma cidade cinza na minha cabeca, bem Sao Paulo, mas nao, era verde para tudo que e lado. Logo comecou a chover, a chover, uma baita tempestade. Chegamos no ponto final, e nos amontoamos nos lugares com telhados, que nao eram muitos. Estavamos relativamente perto da regiao onde iriamos ficar, mas pouco tempo naquela chuva seria o suficiente para ficarmos encharcados. Fui, com minha jaqueta de chuva,  algumas vezes tentar pegar um taxi, mas sem nenhum sucesso. Era final de tarde, hora do rush, e com chuva tavam todos lotados. Um bom tempo depois, numa manobra de mestre, deixando varias pessoas com seus bracos estendidos, consegui um. Chamamos um casal de franceses para ir no mesmo taxi. Eles iam em outra direcao, mas pelo menos ja tinham um carro. Bem, na verdade nao, pois o motorista ia terminar o turno e nao quis leva-los. Chegamos no nosso hotel, e deu problema com nossa reserva. Nunca reservo, e as poucas vezes que fiz deu problema. Em 5 min tinha arrumado outro hotel. Limpo, bem localizado, mas um cubiculo!! Eu procurava na internet algum lugar para sairmos, pois era Dia das Bruxas e a Bibi ja tava dormindo. Vi que acabariamos nao fazendo nada. Logo comecou uma barulheira, tambores, e quando olhamos pela janela tinham dragoes chineses passando pela rua. Pelo menos a Bibi acordou e saimos para jantar.</p>
<p>Acordamos cedo e foi um dia de muita caminhada. Comemos no cafe da manha uma comida chinesa meio estranha. Era para ser um tipo de empada, mas a massa era meio crua. Estranho&#8230; Caminhamos de Little India, onde estavamos, ate o Colonial District. Como era domingo, era muito estranho ver aquelas avenidas de 5 pistas (so num sentido) vazias. Quando vimos estavamos no Raffles hotel, com suas galerias. Nao muito longe dali a Igreja Anglicana St Andrews estava super movimentada. Fomos chegando, olhando, e tinha uma exposicao. Lemos um pouco sobre a historia, mas o movimento era por causa da missa. Nem tinhamos nos dado conta que era dia de todos os Santos, e acabamos ficandos para a missa. Igreja como muitas outras, se nao fosse o grande numeros de televisoes, espalhadas a cada 2 colunas, para que todos pudessem seguir a missa.</p>

<p>Um pouco mais adiante era facil de entender porque &#8220;Colonial District&#8221;. Varios predios antigos, parlamento, suprema corte, prefeitura. Ali estavamos praticamente ao lado do rio que corta a cidade. Dava para ver os altos predios do centro comercial, e achamos um restaurante baratinho para comer um Nasi Goreng. Em Curitiba, se quiser comer este prato, so no Lagundri, pagando 40 pilas (mas muito bom!!), aqui por um, dois dolares da pra comer em qualquer biboca. Imagino como nao deve ser na Indonesia (o prato e da Indonesia). Singapura teve fama de ser uma cidade cara por muito tempo. Hoje estao pipocando albergues em todo canto. Infelizmente a maioria deles nao tem quartos privados, so dormitorios com beliches. Comida e barata por aqui, com varias pracas de alimentacao, algumas delas 24 hs.</p>

<p>Do outro lado do rio fica Chinatown. Como tem Chinatown por estes lados. Em Singapura os chineses representam 70% da populacao. Muitas lojinhas, mas tudo meio que ja foi reconstruido. Dificil de imaginar o contrario sendo tao perto do centro da cidade. Mesmo assim algumas feirinhas e templos. No maior dos templos estava tendo cerimonia. Ficamos acompamhando por um tempo, depois fomos no outro andar que era lojinha, pulamos este, e fomos para o terceiro andar, que era museu. Contava toda a historia do budismo, tinham varias fotos e doacoes de estatuas e artefatos de outros paises. No andar superior tinha um altar protegido onde estava o dente de Buda, inclusive com cameras projetando para quem quisesse ver mais de perto. Um monje abencoava os chineses, la fomos nos tambem.</p>

<p>Ali perto passava o metro. Se o de KL ja era moderno, este e o top de linha. Fomos ate a estacao final de onde tem um onibus gratuito para Sentosa Island. Esta ilha e uma especie de Ilha da Fantasia, ou uma Disney mesmo, literalmente. Depois de cruzarmos a ponte, ja dava para ver as montanhas russas e muitas construcoes, provavelmente hoteis. Uma hora contei mais de 10 guindastes de construcao. Logo apareceram estatuas gigantescas de bixos. Chegamos na recepcao da ilha e podia escolher por passeios, trilhas, atracoes, telefericos, blablabla. Quem nao queria podia pegar trens eletricos para algumas das praias ou resorts. Fomos ate o Cafe del Mar, que tem uma &#8220;filial&#8221; aqui. Ao lado outros bares, todos estilo Ibiza, com piscinas, tochas e musica eletronica. Um pouco mais longe tem outros estilo Surf, inclusive um da Billabong. Pra quem gosta a ilha e um prato cheio, mas pra mim e um grande parque tematico. Tomamos uma cerveja vendo o por de sol. Os navios do porto ali na frente atrapalhavam um pouco, mas o sol estava bonito. Ja mais tarde foi so pegar um trem para o hotel, e como estavamos em Little India, nada como uma comida indiana. Tentei comprar passagem para Borneo pela internet mas nao consegui. Menos de 24hs do voo a Air Asia (verdadeiras pechinchas os precos) nao aceita.</p>
<p>De manha tive que ir em algumas agencias para confirmar o voo mas nao deu certo. Resolvemos tentar a sorte no aeroporto, umas 3 hs antes do voo. Andamos pelas enfeitadas ruas de Little India. Sabiamos que veriamos milhares de templos na India, mas alguns nao tinhamos como deixar de visitar. Tem feito muito calor, mas muito mesmo, e qualquer caminhada resulta em muito suor. Comemos alguma coisa, pegamos as coisas no hotel, e fomos de trem para o aeroporto. La nao tivemos problemas para comprar a passagem. Problema teve a Bibi para passar no raio-x com seus cremes de mais de 100 ml. Foi uma correria para comprar recipientes menores, o que acabou nao dando certo. Neste meio tempo eu convenci a mulher que estava conferindo as passagens a despachar a mala. Os cremes e shampoos estavam salvos!!</p>

I love this place so much, I&#8217;ve been there twice. This trip will be my third time, and I&#8217;m hoping it&#8217;ll be as exciting as it should be&#8211;and in a non sequitur, I&#8217;ll be seeing Deadmau5 on Friday!</p>
<p>Of course, while visiting the sights, the canals, and meeting the people, I have to eat, of course! While Amsterdam is no culinary center whatsoever, I am looking forward to eating and drinking some of these items once again:</p>
<p>1) <img class="alignleft" title="Stroopwafels" src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/6c/Gaufre_biscuit.jpg" alt="" width="178" height="118" />Stroopwafels-Literally means &#8220;syrup waffels&#8221; in Dutch, they&#8217;re just wholesome syrupy, crispy goodness. I regret not buying enough the last time I was in Amsterdam, but I won&#8217;t now!</p>
<p><img class="alignleft" title="Kroketten" src="http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/a/a5/Croquettes_with_red_lettuce.jpg" alt="" width="178" height="118" />2) Kroketten-It&#8217;s usually the fried, circular stuff I get every time I go to FEBO (a popular fast-food chain in the Netherlands). Good when you&#8217;re really, really hungry.</p>

The best Indonesian restaurants in Amsterdam are either in De Pijp or in Chinatown, near the red-light district.</p>

<p>Dengan perasaan bangga, si cadel ingin menunjukkan bahwa dia bisa mengucapkan pesanan dengan tidak cadel lagi.<br />

Akhirnya kembali dia berlatih mengucapkan kata &#8220;telor&#8221; sampai benar.</p>

<p>Untuk menunjukkan bahwa dia mampu, dia rela 3 hari berturut-turut makan nasi goreng<br />
cadel: &#8220;bang&#8230;, beli NASI GORENG, Pake TELOR!!! Bungkus!&#8221;<br />
abang: &#8220;ceplok atau dadar ?&#8221;<br />
cadel: &#8220;dadal&#8230;&#8221;<br />
Dengan spontan. Kembali dia berlatih dengan keras.</p>
<p>* Hari 4.*</p>
<p>Dengan modal 4 hari berlatih lidah hari ini dia yakin mampu memesan dengan tanpa ditertawakan.<br />
cadel: &#8220;bang&#8230;beli NASI GORENG, Pake TELOR, di DADAR!&#8221;<br />
abang: &#8220;hebat kamu &#8216;del, udah nggak cadel lagi nich, harganya Rp.2500, del.&#8221;</p>
<p>si cadel menyerahkan uang Rp.3000 kepada si abang, namun si abang tidak memberikan kembaliannya, hingga si cadel bertanya:<br />
cadel: &#8220;bang.., kembaliannya?&#8221;<br />
abang: &#8220;oh iya, uang kamu Rp.3000, harganya Rp.2500, kembalinya berapa del?&#8221;, sambil senyum ngeledek.<br />
Si cadel gugup juga untuk menjawabnya, dia membayangkan besok bakal makan nasi goreng lagi. Tapi akhirnya dia menjawab:&#8221;&#8230;GOPEK&#8230;!!!&#8221; Sambil tersenyum penuh kemenangan.</p>

Dat is nog wel redelijk gelukt: de afwas is gedaan, ik heb alles hier gestofzuigd en gekuist, ik ben naar het wassalon geweest en heb m&#8217;n kleren ook gestreken.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Mijn zelfgemaakte nasi goreng was wel mislukt doordat de ham bedorven was, maar dat zal ik maar even terzijde laten <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Ik ben gedoucht en zal seffens mijn haar eens even gaan föhnen: seffens komt K. om het weekend dan toch goed af te sluiten&#8230; En dan begint ondertussen al de vierde week van mijn stage, het zal snel voorbij zijn denk ik!</p>

<p>Tadi ketika merebus pete untuk nasi goreng, malah yang keluar belatung semua. Gw lupa kalau pas jalan-jalan ke <a href="http://khai.cahbag.us/2009/10/berlibur-di-pantai-carita.html">pantai carita</a> kemaren sempat beli pete disana. Gw gantungin dibelakang lemari, akhirnya busuk deh&#8230; Gag jadi bikin nasi goreng..</p>
<p>Kini setelah tidak menyantap nasi goreng dan pete rebus kepala gw keliyengan! Mau ngetik saja terasa mau rubuh..duh&#8230;gaswat!!!<br />Emang dodol niy kondisi tubuh gw. Dodol emang enak,apalagi dodol garut yang terbuat dari ketan item itu. Kl disana dijual perkilo. Murah lagi. Nah pas nyampe jakarta harganya udah mahal. Jadi kl mau makan dodol harus beli di toko oleh-oleh yang terpercaya. Karena sekarang banyak beredar dodol garut yang palsu. Rasanya seperti tai ayam..</p>

<p>Next to it some <strong>healthy greens</strong>: radish flowers, a gherkin, lettuce, parsley, cucumber and orange paprika foxes <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif' alt=';)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>There was just a little rice in the nasi so on the side I brought a sunflower seed <strong>sandwich with houmous and tomato</strong>.</p>
<p>This lunch may seem decadent but at least it was <strong>completely vegan</strong>!</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Siapa yang gak kenal atau gak pernah makan nasi goreng? Gak mungkin kan ada orang Indonesia yang gak pernah makan nasi goreng?</p>
<p>Nasi goreng udah jadi menu wajib yang ada di mana-mana. Dari tukang jualan pinggir jalan, sampe hotel bintang 5 pasti punya menu nasi goreng.</p>
<p>Makanan yang sebenernya sangat <em>simple</em> ini ternyata bisa jadi gak <em>simple</em>. Dalam artian walaupun sebenernya cara masaknya dan bumbunya itu gitu-gitu doang (sok tau ya gua.. kayak bisa masak aja&#8230; <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> ) tapi ternyata rasanya bisa berbeda-beda. Bisa ada yang gak enak, biasa aja, enak, sampe yang enak banget!</p>
<p>Yah emang variasi nasi goreng itu banyak banget sih ya. Nasi goreng di restoran Indonesia beda ama nasi goreng di restoran Chinese. Apalagi kalo di restoran Jepang atau Thailand, jelas beda lagi. Gak usah jauh-jauh, yang sesama Indonesia aja bisa beda. Ini yang gua alami pas gua pindah dari Surabaya ke Jakarta.</p>
<p>Di Surabaya, rata-rata nasi goreng itu warnanya merah. Kayaknya (sekali lagi sok tau) bumbu dasarnya itu pake saos tomat atau cabe merah. Sedangkan pas gua pertama makan di Jakarta, nasi gorengnya itu coklat, karena bumbu dasarnya adalah kecap manis! AWal-awal ya menurut gua aneh. Nasi goreng kok coklat. Hehehe. Tapi lama-lama ya terbiasa juga.</p>
<p>Cuma kadang ya jadi kangen ama nasi goreng yang merah ala Suroboyoan. Apalagi dulu gua pas masih kecil tuh pernah mengalami masa dimana gua jadi maniak ama nasi goreng. Terutama kalo lagi pergi makan ke restoran. Selalu milih mesen nasi goreng. Mau di restoran apapun mesennya nasi goreng. Sampe bokap gua pernah kesel. Lha kalo ke restoran Chinese kan enaknya mesen masakan macem-macem buat makan tengah gitu kan. Tapi gua gak mau makan tengah gitu&#8230; Gua maunya mesen nasi goreng buat dimakan sendiri! Hehehe. Egois banget ya&#8230; <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' />  Yah itu dulu masa-masa kegelapan pas gua belum kenal makanan enak lain selain nasi goreng&#8230; <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Tapi ada 1 nasi goreng yang paling spesial diantara semua nasi goreng di dunia ini (mulai lebay dah)&#8230; Yang pasti nasi goreng spesial yang ini bukan cuma karena ketambahan telor ceplok ya&#8230;<br />
Sebelumnya, ini adalah suatu rahasia, tapi berhubung gua baik hati dan tidak sombong (serta gak punya topik lain buat nulis di blog&#8230; <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> ), jadi kali ini gua bocorkan rahasia ini kepada khalayak ramai&#8230;</p>
<p>Ini dia nasi goreng yang paling spesial dan yang paling enak yang pernah gua makan:</p>

<p>Kenapa spesial?</p>
<p>Yang pertama tentu resepnya spesial. Resep rahasia dari Oma gua. Hehehe. Yang hanya diturunkan kepada anak-anak perempuannya (halah ngarang&#8230; mendramatisir doang&#8230; <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> ). Trus bumbunya ini diracik secara spesial oleh nyokap gua. Diekspor kemari secara spesial oleh mertua gua. Dan dimasak secara spesial oleh istri gua. Tuh spesialnya bukan main kan yaaaa&#8230; <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Asli enak banget dah nasi goreng ini.</p>
<p>Aslinya nasi goreng ini pake sosis babi Titiles. Tapi karena disini sosis babi model gitu tuh gak jelas enak apa gak, kita jadi gak berani beli. Jadi kita pake sosis lain tapi gak membuat ke-spesial-an nasi goreng ini berkurang.</p>
<p>Dulu tiap kali ke rumah Oma, kita suka request untuk dimasakin nasi goreng ini. Trus yang gua inget banget, kalo kita lagi pergi rame-rame ke Bojonegoro (tempat keluarga nyokap gua berasal), Oma gua selalu bawa nasi goreng ini 1 jerigen gede. Nanti pas jam makan siang, kita makan di mobil rame-rame. Seru dah&#8230;</p>
<p>Yang pasti, kalo makan nasi goreng ini gak bisa brenti. Rasanya pengen makan terussss saking enaknya!!!</p>
<p>Pada penasaran kan pastinya rasanya kayak apa?? Hehehe&#8230; <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>Kalo kalian ada punya nasi goreng favorit gak?</p>
<p>PS. Nasi goreng yang enak di Surabaya seinget gua tuh di restoran Kit Wan Kie (gak inget bener namanya bener gak ya? Dan gak jelas juga ini restoran masih ada gak ya sekarang&#8230;) ama restoran Bima.</p>
<p>PS lagi. Kalo di Jakarta, pastinya nasi goreng Bakmi GM yang paling mantep! Apalagi kalo dimakan bareng ama pangsit gorengnya. Dan biasanya gua suka minta saos pangsitnya banyakan trus gua sirem di atas nasi gorengnya. Hehe. Aneh ya? <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif' alt=':P' class='wp-smiley' />  Trus nasi goreng nya Baji Pamai juga enak tuh&#8230; Pake babi merah&#8230; Hmmm&#8230;</p>
<p>PS yang terakhir. Kalo disini, ada 1 nasi goreng andalan kita. Di restoran Thai, namanya Natalee Thai. Nasi gorengnya namanya Heavenly Combo. <content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Ya son muchos los días que voy buscando excusas para no ponerme delante de la que tal vez será, la penúltima crónica. Y, ya son muchos los días, que busco esas palabras enmarañadas en mi mente para poder volver a hablar de este viaje.<br />
Tras dejar atrás Port Moresby (Papúa Nueva Guinea), teníamos más de 1000 millas por delante nuestro hasta llegar a Indonesia.<br />
Después de un estrecho de Torres que cruzamos a gran velocidad,</p>

<p> con viento y corriente siempre a nuestro favor, y tras un avión de la Guardia costera australiana que nos pasó casi “rozando” el mástil mientras estábamos montando el tangón para configurar las velas (estuvieron llamando antes por la radio pero pensábamos que llamaban a otro barco), llegamos al mar de Arafura, tirando por el lado de sotavento, todos los desechos orgánicos que generábamos. Os cuento esto, ya que antes de salir de Port Moresby, tuvimos que enviar –es obligatorio-, un e-mail a Australia para decirles que íbamos a cruzar sus aguas. Rápidamente nos llegó su respuesta diciéndonos tooooodo aquello  que no se podía hacer en sus aguas, entre ellas, tirar productos orgánicos por la borda. Y a mi cómo que cada vez me caen peor los australianos (no enumeraré los motivos pero os aseguro que cada vez son más), pude realizar mi pequeño acto de rebeldía, tirando las pieles de las frutas que consumíamos y asomando “mi culito” por la borda cuando las necesidades apremiaban o eso digo yo, también estaba prohibido?.<br />
Tras más de una semana de navegación en un Mar que no superaba los 40 metros de profundidad y de un color verde intenso, llegamos a Indonesia.</p>

<p>Este gran país formado por miles de islas, fue desde un principio para mí, una gran decepción.<br />
Indonesia, en estos pequeños recodos de mi memoria supone Nasi Goreng y cerveza Bintang casi cada noche para cenar.</p>

<p>Navegaciones sin viento y corriente en contra. Fondeos cuyas playas eran vertederos de basura. Dragones de Komodo y macacos pescando cangrejos en la isla de Rimca.</p>

<p> Cientos de pescadores, de redes a esquivar y de zambullidas al amanecer en plena navegación (entonces sí que teníamos viento), para arrancar enjambres de sedal y cuerdas de la hélice. De islas y más islas abrasadas por el fuego. De un poder corrupto y de blancos (australianos) todavía más corruptos amparándose en la corrupción de los locales. De la isla de Bali, bonita y llena de encanto</p>

<p>pero tan explotada y ocupada que en breve será insostenible de tanta construcción, demografía y turismo.  De atardeceres en el sur de Java donde miles de zorros voladores cruzaban el horizonte en busca de bananas y papayas silvestres en las montañas y de un fondeo en el cráter que dejó la explosión del mítico volcán Krakatoa hace ya más de un siglo.<br />
Y así, después de más de dos meses y medio en este país, saltamos a Malasia tras el cruce de la vía de navegación que rodea Singapore y que probablemente, sea una de las más transitadas.</p>

Malasia fueron saltos de marina en marina. Remontar el estrecho de Malaca. Navegaciones cortas pero intensas de tráfico de mercantes y pescadores. Aguas sucias todo el tiempo y del fondeo en un río (Port Klang), donde cada día con el bichero, tenía que apartar toda la basura que se acumulaba alrededor del Talula (incluido un gato muerto a punto de reventar).<br />
Fueron días de reparaciones,</p>

<p>de mal humor y de distanciamiento en el Talula. Fueron días de nuevas amistades que han quedado ahí por siempre.</p>

<p> Fueron días de cambio y de crecimiento duro pero necesario.<br />
Malasia fue la isla de Penang. Noches en el barrio hindú. Rotis y los mejores tandoris en el Mustafás, calamares rebozados en el “restaurante” chino más sucio de Penang, donde las ratas estaban tan saciadas que retozaban por debajo de las mesas ante la indiferencia de los clientes menos de la nuestra.</p>

<p>De una marina en dónde a partir de los miércoles, ya no se podía dormir hasta las tres de la madrugada, ya que la discoteca que albergaba el recinto, estaba totalmente descubierta. De numerosos templos, paseos, pensamientos y más pensamientos…<br />
Y también fue Langkawi. Última isla antes de partir hacia Tailandia. Cargamos bodegas, salida del país y rumbo a Phuket. En este trayecto de 120 millas,  hicimos varias paradas en islas donde las aguas volvían a ser limpias y de escenarios dónde, una vez más, la naturaleza se imponía soberbia y desafiante  ante la medida humana.</p>

Llegada a Phuket. Fin de Año en el barco de unos amigos y empezamos el año sin saber qué hacer de nuestras vidas. Continuamos? Nos quedamos un año más por la zona y aprovechamos para pintar aquí el Talula? Qué haremos en España cuando lleguemos con tanta crisis? Es aconsejable hacer este año el Mar Rojo?. Y así fueron pasando los días hasta que el día 10 de enero tomamos la decisión: Mar Rojo, Mediterráneo y vuelta a casa.<br />
Y así tras 1600 millas más a nuestras espaldas y con el alma un poco más en calma, hoy os estoy escribiendo desde un atolón de las Maldivas (probablemente el más feo de todos al menos visto desde el mar). Tranquilidad, sol, arena blanca, aguas transparentes, un poblado encantador con casitas hechas de coral y calles de arena sin asfaltar, un pozo donde puedes coger agua dulce y lavar la ropa y unas gentes humildes pero tremendamente hospitalarias cómo rige su costumbre musulmana.</p>

De un día de ayer donde pescamos 15 calamares por lo que pude hacer finalmente, un arroz negro y unos calamares a la cerveza que compartimos con nuestros amigos suecos del Eos.</p>

<p>Y mañana, de una cena en el poblado y al día siguiente, de una excursión a otra isla.<br />
Luego serán 1200 millas más hasta Omán (Salalah),</p>

<p>que será desde donde envíe esta crónica, para saltar a Yemen (país del que tengo grandes expectativas) y atravesar con otros veleros,  la zona marítima más conflictiva que es el Golfo de Adén. Allí serán días con todos los sentidos a flor de piel y con la tarea aprendida de cómo hacer un SOS a través de las radios en caso de amenaza de piratas. Navegaremos por un corredor de seguridad en donde la flota internacional está presente y que una vez superado el estrecho de Bab el-Mandeb, quedarán atrás los piratas pero entonces, las noches de insomnio vendrán por los fuertes vientos que soplarán del Norte y que nos harán buscar refugio en las costas de Eritrea, Sudán y Egipto y esperar con mucha paciencia a que Eolo se despiste un poco, para seguir remontando ese mar Rojo hasta llegar al Mediterráneo, donde, con nuestro querido Serrat y una botella, esta vez de Champagne francés comprado en Nueva Caledonia, será descorchado y regado sobre la cubierta del Talula para darle las gracias por habernos llevado de vuelta a nuestro querido Mar Mediterráneo.<br />
Aún falta al menos dos meses para ello, pero así será.<br />
Cómo tantas veces he soñado y deseado.<br />
Cerrando un ciclo más de mi vida.<br />
