My immediate response was to think that I was just making this up in my head.  So, I asked the tree if it was thanking me when a passing car beeped.  The timing of the car beeping was too impeccable– it just had to be a message of verification.

I had just finished meditating so I was feeling much more centered than earlier today.  I decided to sprinkle tobacco near the grapeseed tree, then sprinkled tobacco about 30 ft away.  As I walked back from the water towards the grapeseed tree, I stopped and looked at the water.  Out of nowhere, a dragonfly circled above me and then circled around the grapeseed tree.  The dragonfly did this cycle of flying at least 7-8 times!  It was as if he was acknowledging the exact location of where I placed the tobacco offering–amazing! ]]>
