I had to go into Chatham today, ( I’m not keen on the place to be honest! It’s one of those places you have to go to rather then want to go to!) Whilst there I treated myself to a well deserved McDonalds’ breakfast! Normally I make my own Sausage and egg Muffins and as much as they are tasty there is something about a McDonalds’ breakfast that I can’t resist!

I then drove home my music up very loud, today I was reliving my youth with some old school RnB which reminds me of being about 15/16 getting ready for Under 18′s Amadeus with some great friends! Great memories for a great mood! I made up my batch of cake mix then popped my Giant cupcake in the oven and run to the shops again! to get all my boards and boxes for the week ahead.  I tend to do this a lot! going to and throw my house and the shops! I have a really bad memory and as much I think I am organised, I really am not! But This week is going to be busy so today is going to be my only real day to get organised and sorted for the week ahead! I don’t have a huge amount of cakes on but a lot are quiet high in detail and will require a lot of time to make toppers etc for them.

I then decided to do something I haven’t done in a while, I decided to grab my laptop and diary and go to one of my favourite places.  Blue Bell Look out point, if you have never been you should try to find time to make a visit. It is so peaceful and beautiful with great views of country side, I like to go for walks around this area, but today I pulled up, Remembering to turn the music down low as I got near, as it was still up high with Coldplay blaring out and me screeching along to the words! which to those that have ever come along to one of my Lips nights will know is not a good sound!!! I then found a lovely little spot next to a couple of elderly people who had there deck chairs out and a little picnic going on and looked so happy and content with life like they had no worries in the world! remembering that I was still staring at the pair I decided to get on with my work, I sailed through my email and messages, and even Fan mail today from another cake maker who sent me a lovely message saying that I inspire her and she loves my work.  To which I was very chuffed with, I have had a few cake makers message me over the last couple of weeks saying the same kind of thing, and it really does encourage me to continue with my work, I kept glimpsing up every now and then to take in the view and embrace the smell of fresh crisp air and the sound of birds tweeting away. this has put me in a great mood I feel content and relaxed and I am all ready for the evening ahead which entails icing and decorating my Giant Cupcake for tomorrow.

I was meant to be making a Cookie Monster Cake but the customer in question decided to go with a girly giant cupcake instead, I would have loved to make the Cookie monster cake but I really do enjoy making girly Cupcakes. I shall post a picture tomorrow.

Other then this and the general housework, kids homework dinner run of the meal routine, I am hoping to sort out a little bit more about my cupcake parties which shall now be starting up very soon, I am really looking forward to this when I was a child growing up I really wanted to be a teacher or a cake maker and by doing this I am sort of tieing the to together.

But as with every Funday Sunday comes the Monday Blues, (Something we all experience at some point) But I hate them, I think Monday’s are such an important day, I try to get all organised on a Monday, after a long Weekend of Baking I tend to have a huge amount of queries to deal with come Monday. And today I have done none of them.  It all started off so well as well great plans to begin with but hey that is the way it goes!

So tomorrow my main aim is to get on top of my queries and getting my diary into order.  I always dislike this bit of my job the most, I would much rather be in the kitchen baking but sadly not in the position to be able to have a PA.  Then I have a pretty cool cake to make, and I also was hoping to look into finding a venue for me to hold classes! this may have to wait for Wednesday tho!

Anyway back to the cakes!

HIGHLIGHT OF THE WEEK- I made a Giant Cupcake that I loved to bits, it was all pink and girly for Freya’s 1st birthday.

LOW POINT OF THE WEEK- Wisdom tooth has been giving me serious grief all week and having to spend all afternoon on a Saturday catching up with queries and requests.

Kue ini seluruhnya terbuat dari cake yang dilapisi cokelat. Figurine dan hiasan-hiasan di atasnya juga terbuat dari cokelat, sehingga sangat aman untuk dikonsumsi.

Bath tub berukuran diameter 15cm, dan dadu masing-masing berukuran +/- 5 cm.

“maminya anak2 yang paling rajin  jadi EO buat acara2 teman2 dikantor dah mesen nih..terus kebeneran dari salah satu yang ultah si “mami” ini salah satunya..temen2 dah nitip bikin yang heboh ya vick..secara ultahnya keroyokan dan kebeneran yang ultah “orang2 gila” dikantor..hehehe kepikiran iseng deh abis melototin sitenya debbie brown jadi pengen nyoba bikin figurine yang nakal2..”

Di NCC ada kursus membuat figurine dari fondant..hiks yang ngajar peni respati lagi..hiks ada syaratnya kudu pernah ikutan kelas fondant sebelumnya..huaaaaaaaaa..aku lom pernah ikut kursus2an…semuanya serba nekat dan serba coba2, makanya sambil mbayangin ikutan kursus coba2 aja dulu sendiri…”

HUahahaha gini nih kalo modal nekat…”si mami ” (INA)yang jadi pole dancer kegendutan hihihi plus tangannya patah lagi..huhuhu bikin satu ini doang lamaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa banget ampe begadang tapi hasilnya juelek, ampun deh!!dah dikeringin 2 malem di AC tetep jengkang uy ga bisa berdiri dengan cantik, mana retak2 lagi higs…dua cowok bugil kanan kirinya (YUCKY and LEO)juga tangannya masih aneh..

nah yang tiga berikutnya less naughty ..cuma karakter2 pendukung secara salah satunya ada yang berjilbab makanya kan ga pantes banget kalo jadi peran utama..(digambarkan lagi nutup matanya aja maluuu liat yang nakal2) yang sebelah kanan Andry..hobinya Photography makanya dia digambarkan lagi motret lengkap dengan kameranya…yang tengah DODO masih bujang..makanya digambarkan lagi ngayal yang “aneh2″
