Well, December is officially here, and with it, the end-0f-year series of Christmas and other seasonal celebrations.  Take from it what one will, be it sacred or secular, this time of year has always held significance to humans everywhere.

And yet, amidst the flurry of activity it produces, the grave challenges we continue to face remain real.  From the politically correct attack on Christmas [See Sammy Benoit's American Thinker piece] to the announcement, months after the commissioned recommendation from General MacChrystal to send more troops to Afghanistan, the beat goes on, and those who have fallen on the sword of political expedience must be remembered and fought for daily, irrespective of the season at hand.

And, on Tuesday, Walter F. Fitzpatrick III appeared before the Monroe County, Tennessee Grand Jury to present an accusation of treason against the current pResident;

The American Grand Jury Criminal Presentments have now been hand-delivered by Process-Service to the Clerk of the United States District Court, Mr. Thomas M. Gould, Memphis, Tennessee [serve affidavit by Mac MacDougall] .

The criminal charges of Eligibility Fraud and Treason (Barack Obama) and Conspiracy of Election Fraud (Nancy Pelosi and Barack Obama) are now pending before these and numerous other Courts.

If acted upon, the Grand Jury Presentments would require that both Obama and Pelosi be criminally prosecuted.

American Grand Jury is actively pursuing decisions in a number of UNITED STATES DISTRICT COURTS located in multiple jurisdictions: District for Columbia, Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Kansas, New York, Texas, California, Arizona, Connecticut and others.

More serves will be forth coming.

Last night’s Dame Truth Radio featured Sgt. Tim Harrington, Neil B. Turner and Mack Ellis, all of whom have, with Walter Fitzpatrick, worked tirelessly to seek justice to members of our Military who have been charged with crimes and jailed for doing their duty in combat zones.

I am a veteran and I understand the need for discipline in the armed forces. However, we have an administration that is pro-Islam and anti-military and anti-Christian.

We should not sit idly by when members of the military are being abused for keeping America free.

I personally am tired of my own government embarrassing this country to the world for political correctness. I will resist tyranny in every form.

Its time to demand real change and restore this country to the principles it was founded on. Make your voice heard.

Lawmakers are seeking a reprieve for three Navy SEALs facing court-martial because one allegedly punched a suspect after arresting him for an ambush killing of U.S. contractors in Iraq.
Rather than accept a reprimand, the sailors chose to fight the charges in a military court. Their appeal greatly raises the stakes because a guilty finding could bring stiff punishment.
A letter that Rep. Duncan Hunter, R-Calif, circulated in the House said prosecuting the three SEALs “seems to us to be an overreaction by the command.”
One of the SEALs is accused of punching Ahmed Hashim Abed in the face after his September arrest; the others are accused of falsifying statements on the episode.
Hunter, who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, said the men could face loss of rank, up to one year of confinement, a bad conduct discharge and forfeiture of a portion of their pay each month for up to a year.
About 20 lawmakers signed the letter to Defense Secretary Robert Gates, including House Minority Leader John Boehner, R-Ohio.
“The Navy SEALs could have been slapped on the wrist for this _ unfairly then, too,” Hunter said. “But they said, ‘We want to let the facts be known.” Prosecuting them is “baloney.”

Lawmakers seek reprieve from prosecution for Navy SEALs who captured alleged terrorist.

I was trying to find out the names of the ‘lawmakers’ trying to help the Navy Seals. The article said about 20 were involved, but I could only find five (5) so far. It’s odd that they are all Republicans; could someone explain that. Oh I forgot. The Democrats have more important stuff to do … like think of ways to rip-off the American taxpayer.

The ones I found are: John Boehner, John Ensign, Duncan Hunter, Ted Poe, and Dan Burton.

Have you heard Mickey Rourke’s appearance as a rapper of sorts on the credits for the Rogue Warrior video game? Rogue Warrior, for those who didn’t base their reading choices at 14 on a book’s percentage of guns and mayhem like I did, was based on the book by ex-Navy Seal Richard Marcinko, a commie-kicker who was really proficient with his swear words. Stick Rourke spitting a few bars of Marinko’s choicier cuts of cuss over a laid-back loop and boom, instant Internet heat. “Fuckin ninja style,” he raps.

Adding more cred to the joke than the developers at Rebellion Developments likely intended is the fact that Rourke’s ditty sounds like a perfect Buck 65 song. Or is it just me? The gravelly delivery, the seen-too-many-things weariness, the parodic hyper-masculinity and the lazy way he catches the beat? All Buck. Had Rourke wanted to — instead of, you know, winning Oscars and stuff — he could have made a decent career slogging through Canada’s indie scene (especially during that phase when Buck stopped making rap music) and making weeklies music scribes lose their shit.

Aside from the bible, this book single handedly changed my life. As I was drifting through school, this book gave me a sense of direction and motivation I never was able to realize before. Reading about the selection process Delta candidates go through and the level of commitment required of those who make it as actual operators is awe inspiring.

2. Biggest Brother – Major Richard Winters
More popularly known from the HBO mini-series Band of Brothers, Major Richard Winters led Easy Company, 506th, paratroopers through the European campaign. In this book, we get a more in-depth look at his background and thoughts as he dealt with training and leading his men in combat.

3. Lone Survivor – Marcus Luttrell
I don’t even know where to start with describing this book. Marcus Luttrell was part of Navy Seal recon team that made a decision to not kill a goat herder that had come across their hide site during a mission. That decision led 4 Navy Seals against a fight for their lives against hundreds of Taliban fighters. Marcus was the only survivor of the ordeal, and his story is about true patriotism and love for his brothers in arms.

4. Rogue Warrior – Richard Marcinko
A great read about Navy Seals in general. Richard Marcinko is the definition of a hard charger. I loved how he pushed the limits within his command and basically formed a unit of bad ass dudes in the famed Seal Team 6.

5. Beyond Glory – Larry Smith
This was the first book I read after having interest in serving in the military. It is a collection of experiences by Medal of Honor recipients and their stories of self-sacrifice are uncommon to us, but were just part of their duties at the time. A reoccurring theme amongst all the recipients was that if they didn’t step up to do what they did, then who would have to do it in their place? They were prepared to sacrifice their own lives in place of their fellow servicemen.

6. The Mission, the Men, and Me – Pete Blaber
Pete Blaber was the Delta Force officer in charge during the Tora Bora missions in Afghanistan. Just a great solid read on basic, basic, basic leadership skills every aspiring leader should have. I use his lessons every single day of my life. “Don’t get tread on by a chihuahua.”

7. One Bullet Away – Nathaniel Fick
Nathaniel Fick was a Lt. that lead a USMC recon platoon through its campaign in Iraq. Have you ever had to deal with incompetent superiors? Well, in his line of work, people get killed by those incompetent leaders. A Harvard grad and just one solid human being, I hope Nathaniel serves in office one day.

8. Generation Kill – Evan Wright
A writer for the Rolling Stones, Evan Wright was embedded in the same platoon that Nathaniel Fick was leading. His book was eventually made into another HBO mini-series of the same name. I usually don’t like reading second level sources regarding military experiences, but Evan’s book is a great read for anyone interested in the behind the scenes look at what was going on in Iraq at the beginning of the operation to take down Saddam.

9. Blackhawk Down – Mark Bowden
A must read after watching the movie. You might not think it, but this is a true love story.

10. Making the Corps – Thomas Ricks
The second book I read after looking into serving. A great read on USMC culture, how their commitment to honor and service is actually causing a divide between the general civilianship where honor, courage, and commitment are becoming just words in a dictionary to many.

(CNSNews.com) – The Navy Seals facing court martial for the alleged abuse of a terror suspect arrested for killing four Americans face up to a year in military confinement, discharge for bad conduct, and forfeiture of two-thirds of their pay for a year, if convicted, according to defense attorneys.
 
Further, their attorneys said that the possibilty that they would not be able to cross-examine their clients’ accuser would be grounds for dismissing the case. 

The accuser, Ahmed Hashim Abed, is the alleged architect of the murder of four Blackwater USA security guards in Fallujah, Iraq, in 2004. The bodies of the four Americans were burned and hanged from a bridge for display.

The three Navy Seals–Matthew McCabe, Jonathon Keefe, and Julio Huertas–will be arraigned on Monday in Norfolk, Va. They are facing a special court martial–which is equivalent to a misdemeanor charge–and have each denied the allegations of abuse and cover-up.

The show trials are due to begin in January. Once again, I have absolutely no empathy for this jihadist POS whatsoever. What they did to those Americans was indefensible. Killed them, burned them, skinned them and then hung their bodies from a bridge.

And this guy got a bloody lip which may very well have come from the Iraqis?

All this while the mastermind of the 9/11 attacks will get his very own show trial complete with being granted the constitutional rights of a U.S. citizen, many of which could lead to his case being dismissed or an outright acquittal.

F*** you very much, Eric Holder and Barack Hussein Obama. Your aims are clear: put America on trial as much as possible.

   Have you heard the story about the three Navy SEALS who are now being charged for their role in capturing a known terrorist and architect of the 2004 killings of four American contractors? If you listened to the mainstream media you probably didn’t. Well let me inform you.

   These SEALs were doing their jobs, get it? They were hunting down a known murderer. They had been trying to find him for a fairly long time. But they found him. Let me also inform you of what the savage piece of dirt did to our contractors in Iraq. But before I do so, his name is Ahmed Hashim Abed. Let me warn you, the description is very disturbing.

   In 2004 four contractors were shot as they drove through Fallujah in their vehicle. One man’s body was burned. Two others were tied to cars and dragged through the street. Several residents then hacked the bodies to pieces before hanging two of the charred bodies from a bridge overlooking the Euphrates River. Abed was the man in charge of setting up the attack. Navy SEALs were put in charge of finding the man and brining him to justice. Well they did.

   They found him and they captured him. He was brought to Camp Baharia, a U.S. base outside of Fallujah by two miles. According to an attorney, Abed was turned over to the Iraqis by mistake and was later returned to U.S. custody. There are reports of him being punched in the stomach and having a bloody lip. The SEALs then had two options: First they could choose an administrative hearing, facing no possibility of jail time or dishonorable discharge but their reputation would be irrevocably tarnished. Secondly they could choose a court-martial which could exonerate them completely or they could be convicted, land behind bars and end their careers in the military. The SEALs chose the second option. Now they stand trial.

   Is it just me or is it absolutely insane that the brave men that brought this man some measure of justice are now being forced to defend themselves against allegations made by scum like Abed. If it were me, I honestly would probably have done much worse. We should be celebrating heroes like these rather than treating them as though they are the enemy. When we made the decision to go into Iraq, we should’ve said that we will ALWAYS make sure that we stick up for our soldiers unless they are found guilty of some major crime. Punching a murderer in the face, in my eyes, should be commended rather than punished. We need troops that will want to stand by America and their fellow soldiers. These men saw that this guy was pure evil and they wanted to get a few licks in for some extra-curricular activity. Instead of making sure our contractors and soldiers felt safe by making sure of people of Abed’s ilk would never see the light of day if they committed an act like this, we go after the SEALs. Shame on the Navy and shame on Obama for not making sure that terrorists are dead and SEALs are protected.

With things like this going on the now Political Correct Armed Forces it a wonder anyone vlunteers to serve and defend our Country!

The following story is almost unbelievedable in a time of war. It is though some Nazi high Command general had been captured after he killed thousands of American soldiers in an ambush and burned their bodies in a large bonfire that was still smoldering when he was captured. The small group of Rangers that captured him was so enraged that they rough him up before he was turned over to the prisoner of war camp.

When they returned to their unit no citation or medals were forthcoming, but charges of brutality were brought against the unit and they were tried and court martialed!
If this had happened the morale of the fighting men who learned about this heinous and wrong headed charge would have a grave affect on the fighting capability of the men and women trying hard to defeat the Nazi’s. We might have lost the war!

Now comes this story from Fox News about a group of Navy Seals. The most highly trained and dedicated unit in the Service that I am proud to have served a very long time ago.

These brave men put their own lives on the line every time they go on a mission. They do things that no other unit can do and it takes dedication and a heroic effort to just become a Navy Seal!

Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named “Objective Amber,” told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it.
Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers.

Matthew McCabe, a Special Operations Petty Officer Second Class (SO-2), is facing three charges: dereliction of performance of duty for willfully failing to safeguard a detainee, making a false official statement, and assault.

Pettty Officer Jonathan Keefe, SO-2, is facing charges of dereliction of performance of duty and making a false official statement.

Petty Officer Julio Huertas, SO-1, faces those same charges and an additional charge of impediment of an investigation.
The three SEALs will be arraigned separately on Dec. 7!

The official handwritten statement from one of the three witnesses [was] given on Sept. 3, hours after Abed was captured and still being held at the SEAL base at Camp Baharia. He was later taken to a cell in the U.S.-operated Green Zone in Baghdad. . . .

The detainee was turned over to Iraqi authorities, to whom he made the abuse complaints. He was then returned to American custody. The SEAL leader reported the charge up the chain of command, and an investigation ensued. (you will notice that he complained about abuse while he was in the custody of Iraqi’s, could they have done the “fat lip” is my question?)

The source said intelligence briefings provided to the SEALs stated that “Objective Amber” planned the 2004 Fallujah ambush, and “they had been tracking this guy for some time.”

The Fallujah atrocity came to symbolize the brutality of the enemy in Iraq and the degree to which a homegrown insurgency was extending its grip over Iraq.

Blackwater agents were transporting supplies for a catering company when they were ambushed and killed by gunfire and grenades. Insurgents burned the bodies and dragged them through the city. They hanged two of the bodies on a bridge over the Euphrates River for the world press to photograph.

Intelligence sources identified Abed as the ringleader, but he had evaded capture until September.

The military is sensitive to charges of detainee abuse highlighted in the Abu Ghraib prison scandal. The Navy charged four SEALs with abuse in 2004 in connection with detainee treatment.
They are sensitive because I believe political pressure and negative press about the Iraq war has made them have “rabbit ears”!
If we were’t so “sensitive,” perhaps less American troops would die. The world is laughing at this ridiculous treatment of our own men. Why would anyone want to serve if this is what they get in return? Catch a terrorist murderer and get court martialed?

While Obama and his loathsome administration and congress busy themselves coddling our enemies and extending our constitutional rights to the foreign murderers of Americans, while they dilly around trying to avert attention from the horrific results of political correctness at Fort Hood, while they secretly make plans to turn our troops over to international courts for trumped charges of war crimes – the men and women of the greatest military in history carry on with their duty. They continue to fight, risk and sacrifice life and limb for the preservation of the nation that allows an accidental president to stand by while some of the elite of the elite face criminal charges for carrying out orders and fulfilling duty.

But, but Bubba … don’t you think there’s more to the story than what we’ve learned so far? Maybe. Maybe these three SEALS crossed a line somewhere …

As Americans, we CANNOT stand for this and MUST show our support for our troops who are constantly being put in harms way to protect the country that is now bringing them under fire. We must send a message that “political correctness” has reached a boiling point and that these service men will not be hung out to dry. I ask everyone, within reason, to take to Norfolk, VA on Dec 7 and send a message loud and clear that we stand behind them. And PLEASE, even if you cannot make it because it’s just too far or you have other commitments, invite everyone on your friend list and encourage them to do the same. The three, all members of the Navy’s elite commando unit, have refused non-judicial punishment — called a captain’s mast — and have requested a trial by court-martial. Ahmed Hashim Abed, whom the military code-named “Objective Amber,” told investigators he was punched by his captors — and he had the bloody lip to prove it. Now, instead of being lauded for bringing to justice a high-value target, three of the SEAL commandos, all enlisted, face assault charges and have retained lawyers. Matthew McCabe, a Special Operations Petty Officer Second Class (SO-2), is facing three charges: dereliction of performance of duty for willfully failing to safeguard a detainee, making a false official statement, and assault. Petty Officer Jonathan Keefe, SO-2, is facing charges of dereliction of performance of duty and making a false official statement. Petty Officer Julio Huertas, SO-1, faces those same charges and an additional charge of impediment of an investigation.
