Aquest hivern s’enceta una nova campanya de solidaritat amb els infants de Kosovo. Els cal el nostre ajut arran l’agressiu boicot que pateixen pels albanesos. Emparats sota el silenci còmplice dels mitjans i les forces de l’ONU, l’OTAN i la UE.

Els serbis són nadius europeus i, a sobre, no són musulmans com els albanesos a Kosovo. És pel que res no diuen, per exemple, dels talls de subministrament d’electricitat per aquests darrers comesos als indrets on els serbis sobreviuen?

Solidaritat amb els infants de Kosovo.

Minven ençà la invasió turca patida al segle XIV, fa 700 anys, però els serbis resisteixen a Kosovo encara. Malgrat segles de neteja ètnica imposada pels turcs mitjançant els albanesos islamitzats al seu servei. Islamització que encara hi persisteix com palesen les antigues i valuoses esglèsies i monestirs ara mateix cremats i enderrocats, en nom de l’islam, pels albanesos.

Fins que al segle XVIII els serbis van ser minoritzats a Kosovo. Al cor de la seva nació. Molts serbis van exiliar-se fora de Kosovo forçats per la violència turca i albanesa en contra seva en no sotmetre-s’hi. D’altres van ser forçats a islamitzar-se i després a dissoldre’s entre la imposada majoria albanesa perdent fins i tot la seva llengua. Perdent, en síntesi, la seva identitat.

Mestissatge i multiculturalitat en dirien ara els mateixos que, gens casualment, callen front els abusos patits pels serbis. Incloent les nenes i els nens serbis. Al 2008 els albanesos, en acabat, van arrabassar Kosovo de Sèrbia forçant-ne la secessió. Culminant els 700 anys de neteja ètnica i d’islamització que hi han protagonitzat contra els serbis.

Els serbis han comés també crims. Però no més que turcs i albanesos. Els cal la solidaritat de la resta d’europeus per compensar la bruta i còmplice indiferència de la UE, l’ONU -UNMIK-, OTAN -KFOR- i els mitjans envers el seu patiment atiat pels albanesos. Com si aquests nens i la resta de serbis fossin responsables dels mals del comunista i dictador Milosevic, com si els 700 anys previs de neteja ètnica contra la seva nació pels turcs i albanesos musulmans mai no haguessin succeït.

Perquè a aquests infants rau el futur dels serbis a la seva terra. Com rau al jovent europeu en general el futur d’Europa. Dels europeus s’espera, se’ns exigeix, que siguem solidaris amb tothom excepte amb nosaltres mateixos. Per què d’això darrer, inversemblantment, se’ns blasma?

The big kanji is the kanji of the day, to the right of the kanji there’s two lines with Japanese characters and two lines with roman letters.The first line with Japanese characters is the ‘On-yomi’ (Chineese reading) while the line with roman letters under is the pronunciation of the ‘On-yomi’, while the 2nd line Japanese characters is the ‘Kun-yomi’ (Japanese reading) with the pronunciation written under with roman letters. Under the kanji is a number which marks the entry number the kanji got in a dictionary (note that I’m using Kodansha’s Essential Kanji Dictionary, 1st edition 2002, ISBN 978-4-7700-2891-4, this makes that if you are using another dictionary, there’s a small chance of having another character at the designated entry).

Below all this is a list marking each entry with a hyphen, ” – “, these words are the meaning/translation of the kanji.

El noi no sap perquè fa les coses ni perquè es fan les coses, el seu comportament és socialment normal, i si no ho és, algú li ha dit en petit comitè que si, llavors el seu comportament torna a ser socialment normal. Al noi se li acumula la feina, i quan nota massaa càrrega, descarrega amb els seus amics, amb el significat més pur de la paraula amistat, amistat de veritat, sincera, com et sembla tot als 6 o 7 anys. Soạn văn là một trong những việc bắt buộc ngu ngốc nhất đối với học sinh. Hồi xưa học văn đâu có tởm như bây h. Ko biết các thày các cô cải tiến môn văn trở nên bài bản, khoa học thế nào mà chỉ toàn thấy lãng xẹt, học sinh thì ngáp với ngáy toàn tập. Cha ông ta có cần sách vở, lên lớp j đâu mà cũng thuộc văn như cháo, từ Lục Vân Tiên, Truyện Kiều tới Tam quốc diễn nghĩa, Thủy Hử…

Thưa thày, thưa cô, em xin thưa là từ trước đến h soạn văn đối với em là những dòng chữ, câu văn đi chép, chép máy móc, chép cho qua bữa, để khỏi lên sổ, xuống phết và nhất là ko bị văng ra khỏi lớp. Văn học mà em đang học chỉ bó buộc trong những bài mà giáo sư tiến sĩ nhét vào SGK, cho rằng là hay. Thay vì soạn văn đối phó, sao ko để thời gian ấy cho em đọc các tác phẩm khác !? Cảm nhận vẻ đẹp của văn là cảm nhận trong tâm hồn (nghe có vẻ chuối nhỉ) chứ ko phải trong sách giải mà ra.

Xin đừng khiến em phải ghét môn học ‘tiếng mẹ đẻ’.

may be this is the kind of life i wished for when most of the time i used to sit idle, doing nothing!
These days i am packed with work! be it studies or the magazine work… or be it the erpc work of our college…
after the drama rocked, i thought i would get some time to have with myself and with my friends… instead of it i will be going to coimbatore to attend the E 360: A national e-leaders conclave.
I am loving this! I may not have time for myself… but i am liking the business i am in.. i meet so many new people each day, talk to them…. its an experience in itself!
The next in line is the LST (Lock Stock Trade) hosted by a college in Mumbai… in this project we will be working with Abhishek Rungta (CEO , Indus net technoligies).
My LST team has Abhishek rungta, Somraj sir, me, Sayantan (junie) and Kajori di (MBA, 2nd yr)

After having coming back from sainthia… I have been doing my classes religiously! except for studies, i am engaged in 4 extra curriculars right now…

1. the BCET_ERPC orientation program. My first session wasnt as good as i expected it to be. We had a powercut and all got screwed! and the rest didnt happen…

2. Sayani is controlling the magazine committee now. and i have no idea what she is up to! But i have full faith in her.. the work will be done!

3. Its cool marking the 2nd years and the first years… their interaction. scolded only 2 seniors for their harsh behaviour .. while scolded some 5+ 1st year guys/gals with good words for their misbehaviour with their senior.

took mental counselling of one guy, whom i think will be too good in the near future. I think my counselling worked!

4. the foundation day and the drama! leyy! the same anirban-aritra duo is back.. this time with a stronger sreyasi and more enthusiastic 1st years. The drama is somewhat a sequel to what we had done previously.

Sreyasi is back to form and is exactly the way how i wanted her to present herself to the juniors, although speculations and rumours continue.

Antarip is a cool drummer. he has filled the space that was left vacant for so many years… he is trying out a indian classical fusion with supratik, surajit, arijita di.

Ranjan is cool.. so is aviishek.. unmilon speaks very very much. i scold him for that… but somewhere without his bakbak.. things seem a bit too quiet! Kriti is not as bad as i thought her to be.. she is a freak and has all the qualities that makes a successfull engineer + a bit of attitude!

I wont comment on Anupam. I asked him to learn a bit of indian culture and durga puja! and previously i asked him to sleep, and to dream and write an essay on that dream and give it to me!

There are very few interesting characters in this drama team. the parvati (now she is playing radha) is cool, with a good personality. the saraswati always bring a smile on my face. She has a peculiar but very very sweet and low voice! and krishna…, who has forgot how to flirt! [:P] and there’s another girl… who can talk… i mean really talk.. whom we all met in train! baaap re! usse dur raho… and dimag samhal ke rakho. bekar bekar gyan diye dilam!

In this process i interacted with some of my 2nd yr juniors, and i regret not interacting with them before! anyway… had spoken a lot!

Through the development of digital literacy, pupils move from learning that is entirely teacher directed to learning that is more self directed, an essential shift required for lifelong learning and employability. 

Commissioned by Becta, NWLG have developed a Key Stage 3 resource focusing on the knowledge and skills related to accessing, understanding and evaluating digital information. Learners can navigate their own way intuitively around the resource and make independent choices based upon personal preference and interests. They are then encouraged to question their knowledge, understanding and behaviours through the use of magazine style quizzes providing them with feedback on their internet ‘personality’.

It was a glorious May day, her diamonds were sparkling, and we were at the Ritz, so it was hard to take her seriously. “I need to figure out how to make some money!” my very smart VC friend moaned. Huh. She’s one of the few women partners in a Silicon Valley VC firm; plenty of money there, right?

Well, yes, in a way. Plenty of VCs, plenty of money. But it turns out that my friend is right: not plenty of people making money.

Yes, folks, it’s true. VCs are not making money. The dirty little secret is out, and highlighted in lovely bar and line graphs throughout a recent report put out by the Kauffman Foundation. Indeed, over the past 10 years in the US, the returns on publicly traded small cap stocks, as measured by the Russell 2000 index, have beaten the VC returns. And the more recent VC returns are actually negative.

The venture capital industry has not always been a loser, of course. In fact, until about 5 years ago, the returns were healthy to very healthy. In fact, according the Kauffman report, in 2003 the trailing 5 year return was over 20%. Which is part of the problem. The high returns, combined with the period of incredibly good performance during the boom, attracted a huge amount of capital into the sector:  the total committed amount going up more than five times, in the space of one year.

Imagine: 5 times the capital. From less than $50 billion under management to over $250 billion.

Did the number of savvy teams and great opportunities increase by 5 times in the same span? Apparently not, if you go by the returns. Combine that with the fact that the VC’s favourite industry sector has gotten much less capital intensive over the past decade (it now takes about 30 seconds and $30 to launch an IT company) and the fact that the public, which happily gobbled up the shares of young, un-profitable companies in the past, now has a stomach ache, and the outlook for improved returns with this much money in the market is…how we say….pretty bad.

No doubt, venture capital has been very important to fuel the growth of some of the most important companies in the world – we know the names. Absolutely, it’s a vital asset class, and we welcome the growth of this industry in India.

But let’s also learn from the US….more is not always necessarily better.

Banyak orang menduga aura hanya dapat dilihat dengan kekuatan batin tingkat tinggi, atau dengan bantuan khodam. Yang lebih modern, aura dapat terlihat jelas lewat hasil jepretan kamera kirlian. Tapi tahukah, aura sebenarnya dapat dilihat dengan mata telanjang. Tips berikut ini akan memandunya. Namun sebelum kita ulas lebih jauh, ada baiknya kita tengok sejenak mengenai apa dan bagaimana sifat aura itu. Maksudnya agar kita tidak berpijak pada pemahaman yang salah.
Ada beberapa hal penting yang berkaitan dengan aura :
- Aura manusia selalu berubah-ubah sesuai dengan kedewasaan kepribadian seseorang.
- Aura manusia berwarna-warni sesuai dengan kepribadian dan kehidupan seseorang. Masing-masing warna aura menunjukkan kepribadian yang berbeda.
- Panjang pendeknya aura dapat dideteksi dengan indra peraba kulit maupun dengan tongkat deteksi.
- Aura seseorang dapat mempengaruhi maupun dapat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan sehingga dapat bertambah maupun dapat berkurang karena faktor lingkungan.
Ada beberapa hal yang dapat dilakukan agar pancaran aura tetap cemerlang, diantaranya :
- Makan makanan yang halal, baik dan tidak berlebihan.
- Olahraga yang cukup dan teratur.
- Memenuhi kebutuhan tubuh akan udara segar.
- Istirahat dengan cukup, mengurangi rokok, alkohol dan obat terlarang.
- Mengurangi gerak hati, gerak pikir dan kegiatan-kegiatan yang buruk.
- Mengurangi sikap hati yang kasar, mudah emosi dan memperbanyak rasa kasih sayang.
Sekarang, mari kita mulai latihan melihat aura. Sebelum melihat aura orang lain, ada beberapa urutan latihan yang harus dilakukan demi kesempurnaan hasil.
1. Melihat Aura Dengan Jari Tangan
Carilah tembok yang berwarna putih, lalu duduklah dengan tenang pada jarak 1/2 meter dari tembok. Ambil nafas sebanyak mungkin dan tahan selama mungkin. Lakukan sebanyak 5 kali. Gosoklah kedua telapak tangan hingga terasa hangat. Tempelkanlah masing-masing jari tangan kanan dan kiri saling berpasangan. Letakkanlah kedua tangan yang masih berpasangan tadi 30 cm didepan mata dengan latar belakang tembok berwarna putih. Renggangkanlah perlahan-lahan kedua telapak tangan saling menjauh. Perhatikanlah, antara kedua ujung jari tadi akan mengeluarkan garis cahaya putih. Itulah aura yang memancar dari ujung jari kita.
2. Melihat Aura Dengan Telapak Tangan
Tariklah nafas dan gosokkanlah kedua telapak tangan seperti pada cara No. 1. Tempelkanlah salah satu telapak tangan pada tembok yang berwarna putih. Tariklah nafas, tahan dan hembuskanlah. Lepaskan telapak tangan dari tembok. Amatilah bekas telapak tangan yang tertinggal ditembok. Itulah aura yang memancar dari telapak tangan dan lama kelamaan akan larut dalam aura alam.
3. Melihat Aura Diri Sendiri
Letakkanlah cermin besar dihadapan kita. Duduklah dengan tenang. Usahakanlah latar belakang tembok berwarna putih dan penerangan berupa lampu neon. Tariklah nafas sebanyak mungkin dan tahanlah selama mungkin. Ulangilah sebanyak 5 kali. Tataplah bayangan diri kita yang ada dicermin. Pandangan mata diusahakan tidak melihat tubuh maupun bayangan tubuh, namun lihatlah batas tepian kepala dengan latar belakang tembok. Setelah pandangan mata kita terfokus, maka perlahan-lahan dari kepala dan bahu akan keluar cahaya aura kita. Sinar yang pertama kali terlihat, biasanya berwarna putih. Putih ini biasanya bukan merupakan warna aura kita yang sesungguhnya, melainkan dari warna aura yang sesungguhnya. Tataplah terus sampai kita melihat warna lain yang tidak berubah. Setelah berhasil, mulailah untuk melihat aura orang lain.
4. Melihat Aura Orang Lain
Mintalah bantuan seseorang yang akan menjadi objek untuk berdiri didepan tembok yang berwarna putih. Usahakanlah penerangan didalam ruangan dibuat remang-remang atau redup. Berdirilah lebih kurang 3 meter didepan objek. Fokuskanlah pandangan mata pada bagian tepi kepala dan bahu objek. Perlahan-lahan akan keluar sinar aura dari tepi kepala objek. Fokuskanlah pandangan pada seluruh tepian tubuh objek, maka seluruh tubuh objek akan memancarkan warna aura.
