Invasione aliena o effetto ottico? Il video di un misterioso anello luminoso comparso nel cielo di Mosca sta richiamando l’attenzione di esperti e appassionati di Ufo. Il video, che raffigura una strana nube bianca, è stato girato da più di una persona la settimana scorsa. E, una volta messo in Rete, è diventato subito il tormentone dei cacciatori di extraterrestri. La sorprendente immagine, in effetti, richiama alla mente la famosa scena dell’invasione aliena del film “Independence Day” e guardandaola è inevitabile provare un leggero brivido. Su Internet è subito partito il tam tam: vero o falso?…

…La battaglia per scoprire la verità si gioca tra forum e blog. Come riporta The Sun, secondo l’esperto di Ufo, Nick Pope, si tratta di un vero mistero. «E’ davvero incredibile- spiega. Qualunque cosa sia, sul Web non mancano di certo le teorie».

Chi non crede alle teorie aliene cerca una risposta affidandosi ai meteorologi. Un funzionario del servizio meteo russo ha subito rinnegato ogni tesi “paranormale”. «Anche se è molto impressionante, è solo un effetto ottico», dice il meteorologo. «Se si guarda attentamente- ha aggiunto- si possono vedere i raggi del sole attraversare la nube». Teorie apocalittiche a parte, la spiegazione del fenomeno naturale è quella che maggiormente convince i navigatori. Responsabili di questo affascinante spettacolo sarebbero quindi le correnti d’aria. «Ultimamente alcuni fronti di aria fredda provenienti dall’Artico hanno transitato sulla Russia; queste correnti attraversando la luce che il sole emana quando tramonta producono il particolare effetto», spiega l’esperto.

Chi ancora non si è convinto può dare la colpa del fenomeno all’inquinamento atmosferico. I meteorologi, però, non sembrano troppo convinti di questa ipotesi. «Non credo dipenda dalle emissioni di gas. Un effetto del genere può  presentarsi solo se le condizioni del tempo sono buone per un periodo  abbastanza lungo. E a Mosca il vento forte di questi ultimi giorni ha spazzato via tutto lo smog». Fine del mondo, invasioni extraterrestri, fenomeni atmosferici: alla Rete non resta che continuare la lotta per scovare la verità.

E’ nel cielo sopra Mosca, bianco e luminoso. Da circa una settimana, la capitale della Russia è sovrastata da una sorta di anello splendente.
L’oggetto, ripreso da una videocamera ed inserito sul Web ha fatto rapidamente il giro del mondo, suscitando le più diverse teorie.
Gli ufologi più convinti descrivono l’anomalia di Mosca come sicuro di una presenza aliena. In effetti, l’immagine ricorda alcune sequenze di “Indipendence Day”, poco prima dell’attacco Ufo.
Dalla parte opposta, gli scettici giocano la carta del fenomeno meteorologico. Spiega un funzionario del locale servizio meteo: “Anche se è molto impressionante, è solo un effetto ottico; se si guarda attentamente, si possono vedere i raggi del sole attraversare la nube. Ultimamente alcuni fronti di aria fredda provenienti dall’Artico hanno transitato sulla Russia; queste correnti attraversando la luce che il sole emana quando tramonta producono il particolare effetto”.
Tale tesi non è però universalmente condivisa dagli addetti ai lavori.
Ecco le parole di un collega: “Non credo dipenda dalle emissioni di gas. Un effetto del genere può presentarsi solo se le condizioni del tempo sono buone per un periodo abbastanza lungo. E a Mosca il vento forte di questi ultimi giorni ha spazzato via tutto lo smog”.
Tra scettici ed “ufofili” si collocano gli indecisi. Come Nick Pope esperto di Ufo del quotidiano “The Sun”, che si limita a dire: “E’ davvero incredibile”

Lies and Deception: UFOs and The Secret Agenda gives a balanced and informed appraisal of UFO and alleged ET phenomena.

Containing a good deal of material once hidden from public access, this DVD has something for both enthusiasts and newcomers to the area.

The film features two seasoned investigators, Timothy Good and Nick Pope, and doesn’t shy away from the tough questions.

For instance, Pope concedes that 80% of all UFO accounts can be explained away through natural causes and 15% are too sketchy to be taken seriously.

But the remaining 5%, he reminds us, come from reputable sources like commercial and military aircraft pilots and highly trained astronauts. And this 5% is just too compelling to ignore.

Covering a wide range of issues from Roswell, the politics of disinformation, ET ethics, abduction stories, hypnotherapy and animal mutations, this DVD leaves practically no stone unturned. It even asks whether so-called Reptilians inhabit human bodies.

What makes Lies and Deception different, however, is that both featured guests are intelligent, articulate and appear credible.

I found particularly interesting Good’s claim that the archetypes of contemporary ET lore are somewhat “childish” because, in his view, there’s an incredible diversity of beings out there, many of which he believes are in close proximity to the Earth and some even mingling with humanity.

Lies and Deception is innovative but it’s not an ‘anything goes’ video. Instead, different approaches and theories are assessed in light of the available evidence and all speculation is clearly identified as such.

One gets the impression that Good and Pope are extremely well connected in the field of UFO and ET research and to their credit they’re neither dismissive nor dogmatic about the mystery and intrigue which often surrounds it.

For those wanting more, the DVD includes a bonus section with Pope talking about the UK’s recent release of classified MOD documents.

Pendant des années, le plus grand mystère ufologique britannique a été maintenu secret, mais maintenant un officiel de la Royal Air Force a admis qu’ un vaisseau extraterrestre a visité la forêt de la base aérienne de Rendlesham en 1980.

“Les ovnis que j’ai vus étaient des machines structurées, se déplaçant sous le contrôle d’une intelligence, et  une exploitation au delà de tout ce que j’ai jamais vu auparavant et depuis lors,” citation par le daily star du colonel Halt, maintenant retraité selon l’enquêteur Gary Heseltine.

“Je pense que les objets que j’ai vu de près étaient d’origine extraterrestre, ” déclare t il. Il ajoute que l’Air Force a ensuite publié de la désinformation pour écarter le public des faits. Ses commentaires ont été qualifiés de “sensationnels” par l’ancien enquêteur ovnis du Ministère de la Défense Nick Pope.  “Cela pourrait nous aider à résoudre finalement le plus grand mystère ovni de Grande Bretagne” a déclaré Pope.

The psychiatrist Carl Jung once said that UFOs might be real but a good portion of eyewitness accounts may also be psychological projections from the collective unconscious.

Jung was writing in the 1950s during a veritable UFO craze, a time when most UFOs were depicted as disc shaped flying saucers. So Jung felt that many UFO reports were projections of the archetypal mandala, an ancient Sanskrit word for “circle” with profound spiritual and cosmological connotations.

Archetype of the UFO clearly borrows from Jung. For Jung, the archetype points to the interface of genetic, cultural and spiritual aspects of the human self. And as an archetype of wholeness, the self is often portrayed as the center and circumference of a circle.

As Jung put it:

The self is not only the centre, but also the whole circumference which embraces both conscious and unconscious; it is the centre of this totality, just as the ego is the centre of consciousness (CW 12, par. 44).

Archetype of the UFO, however, isn’t just a wrap up of Jung’s views. Rather, it extends Jung’s theory to the world of contemporary UFO theory and evidence.

The DVD offers a penetrating and intelligent analysis of diverse metaphysical issues often passed over by lesser lights within the realm of ET, UFO and paranormal debates.

A former official with the British Ministry of Defense said military pilots in the country have been shooting at UFOs since the 1980s.

Nick Pope, former head of the Ministry of Defense’s UFO project, said UFOs have been fired upon but none have been brought down or captured by the Royal Air Force, The Daily Telegraph reported Monday.

“There was a faction in the MoD who said ‘We want to shoot down a UFO and that will resolve the issue one way or another,’” Pope said. “We know of cases where the order has been given to shoot down — with little effect to the UFO.”

Pope said pilots only fired upon UFOs in cases where the objects appeared threatening.

“In the case of UFOs, whether the object is causing a threat is very much a pilot’s judgment call. The public won’t know unless it comes down in a heavily populated area,” he said.

Questions are increasing about damage to a wind turbine in the UK on Jan. 4, 2009, that reportedly occurred at the same time witnesses reported a large glowing orange unidentified flying object (UFO) nearby.

International mainstream media are now reporting on the unusual case.

Witnesses, who are reported to be reliable according to news accounts, said the object appeared to have “tentacles” and an octopus-like appearance.

The UK newspaper “The Sun” quoted witness John Harrison as saying he saw a “massive ball of light with tentacles going right down to the ground” above the wind turbine farm. “It was huge. With the tentacles it looked just like an octopus,” he said.

Other witnesses claim to have seen the same thing, according to news reports.

BLADE TORN OFF

The wind turbine is located near Conisholme, England. The 213-foot-high turbine had one of three 20-meter blades torn off.

The turbine is owned by the company Ecotricity and manufactured by the German company Enercon, which is reportedly examining some of the damaged parts.

Speculation about the cause includes the possibilities mechanical failure or impact from some kind of flying object, man-made or otherwise.

A representative of manufacturer Enercon was quoted in the media as saying he does not think it was a mechanical defect related to the wind turbine’s construction.

According to news reports in the UK, unmanned stealth aircraft called “Taranis” are being tested in the region by the UK Ministry of Defence (MoD). The black delta-wing craft are being developed to carry bombs, according to UK news reports.

UK press reports say that the MoD does not plan an investigation because there was no evidence of a potential threat in British airspace.

UFO EXPERT’S VIEWS

However, Nick Pope, a UFO expert who formerly worked for the MoD’s UFO office, told the “Louth Leader” newspaper that he feels the MoD should investigate.

Pope stated, “My view is something big must have hit the wind turbine to cause that damage and it appears in this case that the UFO witnesses are very respectable, and clearly not people who are making this up.”

He speculated that the aircraft could be of foreign origin. “Looking at the geography of the Louth area, taking in the coast, it is always possible some people could be seeing secret Russian reconnaissance aircraft, perhaps even unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).”

Pope said, “The Russians could have a new secret craft which they are using to probe at our defenses so I think we should be looking into this, and the MoD should be involved.”

Pope also told the paper, “This case is particularly exciting as we usually just get eyewitness reports or a few grainy images of lights in the sky, but here we can physically see the effects, which gives us a tremendous opportunity to do forensic analysis of the turbine blades.”

He continued, “This of course, raises another question – are the right people doing the investigation into this? I think the police should be involved and cordon off the site and launch a detailed search and sweep of the area. They could bring in metal detectors to search for debris from the blades.

Pope added, “Areas of the country can suddenly become hotspots although there is no logical reason for this. Often it is because people don’t report what they have seen for fear of ridicule and disbelief, but once somebody gets the ball rolling and the media pick up on it, this makes other people less afraid to come forward.”

Les années au Ministère de la Défense

M. Booth: M. Pape, au cours de l’année où vous avez exécuté le projet ovni du gouvernement britannique, avez-vous pensé qu’il y avait des informations qu’on vous faisait garder ?

M. Pope: Je n’ai jamais estimé qu’on me faisait retenir l’information. En ce qui concerne les OVNIS, j’ai  combiné la haute sécurité et le besoin de savoir. J’ai travaillé en étroite collaboration avec l’équipe de Renseignements de la  Défense  et à l’occasion j’ai été informé par eux sur des questions que   je n’ai pas été en mesure de partager avec mes supérieurs hiérarchiques et mon Chef de  Division.

Certaines personnes ont suggéré que mes enquêtes étaient une couverture et que les cas importants  d’OVNI étaient ailleurs. Ce n’est pas correct. Alors que la plupart de nos enquêtes étaient relatives à des observations du public, nous avons également reçu les rapports d’officiers de police, de pilotes de ligne et de pilotes des forces aériennes.

M. Booth: Dans les premières interviews, vous avez déclaré qu’il reste environ 10% des observations d’OVNI qui ne peuvent pas être identifiés par des objets classiques. Croyez-vous que les gouvernements du monde aient des projets top-secret   qui pourraient être responsables de certains des 10%?

M. Pope: En ce qui concerne mes enquêtes officielles sur les ovnis, les chiffres se répartissent comme suit:

80% – des erreurs d’identification d’objets/phénomènes classiques, en plus d’un très petit nombre de canulars.

15% – Manque d’information pour faire une évaluation définitive.

5% – non identifié.

Beaucoup de gouvernements possèdent des avions et des drones (à la fois expérimentaux et opérationnels) dont l’existence  n’est pas encore connue du public. En raison du caractère de ces «projets noirs»,  je ne peux en dire plus sur ce sujet.

Toutefois, je ne crois pas que beaucoup d’observations d’OVNI soient imputables à des prototypes secret, parce que ces choses sont généralement  effectuées dans  l’espace aérien réglementé de zones militaires de test éloignées et  des camps d’entrainement, et non pas dans des endroits où ils seront vus par le public.

La photo ovni perdue

M. Booth: Dans une récente interview sur Fox News, vous êtes cité comme disant qu’il y a une photo d’un OVNI qui a inquiété les fonctionnaires britanniques. Pouvez vous donner des détails sur cette photo, et a-t-elle  été rendue publique ?

M. Pope: La photo que vous mentionnez a été prise en Écosse en 1990. Des détails ont été publiés récemment par les Archives nationales du Royaume-Uni, dans le cadre du programme en cours pour rendre publics les dossiers ovnis du ministère de la Défense.

Parce que j’ai travaillé au ministère de la Défense et que  je travaille maintenant avec les Archives nationales sur la publication des dossiers (dans un rôle de conseil), j’ai été invité à commenter  ce sujet sur  FOX News et dans d’autres médias.

Cela a été une question délicate, car elle impliquait les services de Renseignements de la Défense et d’autres organismes, et parce que le ministère de la Défense affirme aujourd’hui avoir perdu les photos.

Les images ont été prises en plein jour et  montraient un appareil   métallique, en forme de diamant  à environ 200 mètres au-dessus du sol, avec des avions militaires dans le fond, qui semblent projeter leur ombre dessus.

Les services de renseignements de la Défense m’ont informé sur les conclusions des scientifiques et l’analyse technique de la photographie, qui étaient  comme suit:

a. Les images sont authentiques et non des faux.

b. L’objet était apparemment métallique et faisait  environ 25 mètres de diamètre.

c. L’objet était d’origine inconnue.

d. L’objet n’avait  pas d’ailes et aurait pu avoir un système de propulsion inhabituel / exotique qui était d’un immense intérêt pour nous.

Les Informations à ce propos étaient la priorité numéro un dans notre enquête et analyse.

La question de la divulgation

M. Booth: Selon vous le fait que les gouvernements gardent secrets les dossiers  OVNI   est la bonne chose à faire, compte tenu des répercussions négatives possibles sur l’économie mondiale, la religion et la structure politique et sociale?

M. Pope: La réponse dépend de la nature de l’information que les gouvernements retiennent. Je ne peux parler avec autorité sur la situation qu’en ce qui concerne le gouvernement britannique. Nous n’avons pas ce que j’appelle un «vaisseau spatial  fumant dans un hangar » – c’est-à-dire une preuve absolue que les OVNIS sont extraterrestres.

Par conséquent, il n’y a vraiment pas d’information UFO à couvrir. C’est la raison pour laquelle (avec d’autres pays comme la France), le Royaume-Uni est en mesure de publier ses dossiers d’OVNI, avec peu de matériel retenu, par exemple, des détails sur les capacités militaires tels que l’éventail et l’efficacité d’un système radar, ou la libération de matériel qui pourraient révéler nos méthodes et sources de collecte d’informations.

Si un autre gouvernement ou des gouvernements conservent secret des fichiers qui ont trait à la confirmation de la présence extraterrestre, je ne peux pas vraiment faire de commentaire. Il est clair que la divulgation de telles informations auraient  une incidence sur les structures  politiques, religieuses,  économiques et sociales. Mais il y a tellement de variables, et sans plus de détails qu’il est impossible de dire ce que ces effets seraient.

Enfin, alors que je suis en général un partisan de l’ouverture du gouvernement et de la liberté d’information, il est important de se rappeler que dans la plupart des cas, les informations qui sont classées sont retenues pour de bonnes raisons.

D’ où viennent les OVNIS ?

M. Booth: Croyez-vous que certains rapports d’OVNI pourraient être expliqués  comme étant des appareils extraterrestres structurés,  ou avons nous affaire à une autre dimension?

M. Pope: Bien je n”ai vu aucune preuve solide que les OVNI soient  extraterrestres, je ne peux certainement pas en exclure la possibilité. Je suis sûr qu’il y a de la vie ailleurs dans l’Univers. Les deux questions à se poser  sont  d’abord, est ce  de la vie intelligente?

En regardant le seul modèle que nous ayons (le nôtre), on pourrait supposer que cela est très probable, sur la base que l’intelligence semble être une bonne stratégie de survie.

La deuxième question est de savoir si le  Voyage interstellaire est possible. Bien que l’apparente barrière de la vitesse de la lumière est difficile, il y a peut être des moyens de contourner cela, par exemple en utilisant des trous de ver, ou la déformation d’espace-temps.

Et gardez à l’esprit que quand on dit quelque chose est interdit, parce que cela va à l’encontre des lois de la physique, ce qui signifie que ce sont les lois de la physique telle qu’elle est actuellement comprise – notre compréhension des lois de la physique évolue et change avec le temps.

Cela dit, il  n’y a peut être pas qu’une solution unique au phénomène OVNI, alors on ne peut pas écarter la possibilité d’autres dimensions, Voyage dans le temps, ou d’autres concepts exotiques pour lesquels  – à présent – nous n’avons pas de mots.

Un nombre record d’OVNIs devrait être remarqué cette année en Grande-Bretagne après que des centaines d’observations aient été signalées dans les six premiers mois de 2009.

D’étranges orbes flottants et des objets volants non expliqués ont tous été enregistrés et communiqués au ministère de la Défense au cours des six derniers mois.  Un total de 231 observations d’objets volants non identifiés ont été transmises au ministère de la Défense jusqu’à présent cette année, selon The Sun.  Ce chiffre est à comparer à 285 en 2008, 135 en 2007 et 97 en 2006.

On pense que le nombre d’observations est en augmentation parce que bien plus de gens actuellement portent un appareil numérique et peuvent photographier les objets étranges.

Nick Pope, qui dirigeait le projet ovni du gouvernement et qui est considéré comme une autorité en matière d’ovnis, a déclaré au Sun :

“Nous sommes maintenant sur la bonne voie pour une année record. Je pensais que le nombre d’ovnis signalés l’an dernier a été élevé, mais nous savons maintenant que les signalements sont de plus en plus nombreux.”

L’année dernière, le ministère de la Défense a publié  les dossiers détaillant les observations étranges et inexpliquées qui leur ont ainsi été signalées entre 1986 et 1992.

Dans un cas, un vol d’Alitalia sur le point d’atterrir à  l’aéroport d’Heathrow a fait état d’une quasi-ratage avec un OVNI, que le pilote a décrit comme “semblable à un missile – brun clair ou fauve, d’environ trois mètres de longueur, mais sans flamme d’échappement”.
Deux cas semblables furent rapportés durant l’été 1991, lorsqu’un avion se dirigeant vers l’aéroport de Gatwick signala un “projectile sans ailes” passer du côté gauche de l’avion, et un autre vol au départ de Gatwick a repéré un “petit objet en forme de losange”  passant à grande vitesse   à côté du poste de pilotage.

Les dossiers font aussi état d’un pilote de l’US Air Force qui affirme qu’on lui a ordonné d’abattre un OVNI qui survolait le sud de l’Angleterre en 1957, et on lui a plus tard été ordonné de ne jamais parler de l’incident.

The strange object shot up at a 45 degree angle and passed over Gatehead Millennium Bridge . News Anchor Colin Briggs has acknowledged the oddity and is asking if any viewers might know what it is. Former Ministry of Defence UFO Investigator Nick Pope has examined the video and has ruled out his original thought that it was a bird. He now calls the object an “ intriguing, genuine mystery” .  

     To me it looks eerily similar to the anomaly captured by CNN shooting across the sky at the President Obama Inauguration .

Esta idea expresada por el Sargento retirado del Ejército Americano Clifford Stone, uno de los miembros del Disclosure Project, resume de forma muy elocuente lo que ha sido desde su inicio y hasta nuestros días la historia de la ocultación extraterrestre.

El Sargento Mayor Robert Dean también lo expresa de forma clara y emotiva “Esta historia es dinamita. El hecho no es que no estemos solos, si no que nunca lo hemos estado.” Su autorización de Cosmic Top Secret (Autorización de alto Secreto Cósmico) le permitió estudiar un documento denominado “an Assesment” (una Evaluación), realizado a principios de los años 60 por parte de las potencias militares aliadas, que valoraba las implicaciones de la presencia extraterrestre en la Tierra. Dicho documento se hallaba en “La Cúpula” una instalación de máxima seguridad dentro “Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe” (SHAPE) – Cuarteles Generales de los Poderes Aliados Europeos.

Es como el rumor de la cascada cuando avanzamos con las barcas por el río, todo el mundo la oye, pero nadie la ve ni quiere creer que esté ahí, hasta que de repente nos topamos con ella. Estamos en un momento de la historia, en que dicho sonido ha dejado de ser un alejado rumor y se ha convertido en un rugido atronador que nos anuncia que estamos llegando al punto de no retorno.

Que militares de alto rango, miembros de la inteligencia, astronautas, pilotos militares, pilotos civiles, contratistas civiles, políticos de alto nivel y prestigio hablen sin tapujos de la realidad extraterrestre, de proyectos ocultos, de ingeniería inversa, de energía libre, de propulsión de antigravedad y no se hayan podido presentar pruebas concluyentes de dicha realidad, demuestra claramente la dimensión, los recursos, la magnitud de la implicación, los pocos escrúpulos y los innombrables esfuerzos que está ejerciendo una poderosa minoría de la sociedad, por ocultar la verdad y aprovecharla para sus propios intereses.

Esto denota las dimensiones de la infraestructura, evidencia un aplastante aparato logístico que ha estado funcionando y opera de forma sistemáticamente ajustada a los mayores niveles de influencia y poder.

Un ejemplo muy claro de la “eficiencia” del sistema nos lo cuenta el Dr. Steven Greer, Director y líder del Disclosure Project, cuando relata lo que acaeció al antiguo Director de la CIA (Agencia Central de Inteligencia Americana) , Bill Colby, durante el mandato del Presidente Americano Bill Clinton. Él mismo había estado siguiendo al grupo del Dr. Greer durante los años 90, había tenido contactos con ellos y estaba dispuesto a apoyarlos donando 50 millones de dólares y equipo con tecnología avanzada, que demostrara de forma inequívoca las premisas de la desclasificación. Según Colby, había una facción de la inteligencia americana y de los militares que estaba de acuerdo que era hora de terminar con el secreto. El fin de semana antes de que se produjera la reunión para la donación, apareció el cuerpo de Bill Colby flotando sobre el río Potomac. A día de hoy la muerte del que fuera Director de la CIA no ha sido resuelta de forma satisfactoria. En las primeras escenas de la película “The Manchurian Candidate” se narra una historia calcada al trágico suceso.

Desoír o desautorizar los testimonios de estas personas altamente cualificadas y que llevan años trabajando desde dentro, ya sea en el Ejército o en las agencias de inteligencia, desde posiciones de mando y con autorizaciones de seguridad de alto nivel, carece de todo sentido común. Al salir a la luz están arriesgando sus carreras, su imagen pública, además de su credibilidad.

El origen de la censura, el Comité Robertson de la CIA (1953)

El tema de la presencia extraterrestre en la Tierra ha sido objeto de una operación de ocultación continua, por parte del gobierno americano, encubierta en la política oficial, desde que la Agencia Central de Inteligencia americana (la CIA) creo el Comité Robertson en 1953, que decretó que los profesionales de los medios de comunicación tenían que ridiculizar los temas que trataban la presencia extraterrestre, bajo la amenaza de despido fulminante. Desde entonces los civiles que han informado acerca de contacto extraterrestre han sido acosados y estigmatizados, de acuerdo con las políticas de la Comisión Robertson.

Los precedentes de dicha comisión los encontramos en una Directiva Presidencial del 4 de Abril de 1951, durante la administración Truman, que creo el Consejo de Estrategia Psicológica “para autorizar y proveer de planificación más efectiva, coordinación y procedimientos dentro del marco de las políticas nacionales aprobadas de operaciones psicológicas”.

El acierto del Consejo de Estrategia Psicológica, junto con su sucesor el Consejo de Operaciones Coordinadas y de todas las operaciones psicológicas encubiertas concernientes a la vida extraterrestre, fue solo desclasificar la verdad para aquellos con la “necesidad de saber”. Esto requirió la creación de una cobertura de seguridad nacional adecuada para las operaciones psicológicas contra el público americano. El éxito se podía alcanzar a través de la formación de un comité de expertos que pudiera configurar la política del gobierno y las actividades de las agencias de inteligencia contra todos aquellos implicados en asuntos extraterrestres.

Dr. Howard Robertson

Este fue el marco que proporcionó la Comisión Robertson. Nombrada como su presidente, Dr. Howard Robertson, la comisión Robertson revisó casos de platillos voladores durante un periodo de 4 días durante un total de 12 horas, y decidió que ninguno de ellos era creíble. Las conclusiones de la comisión fueron publicadas en un documento llamado el Informe Durant. Dicho informe recomendaba ridiculizar “el fenómeno de los platillos voladores” y la posibilidad de la vida extraterrestre por motivos de seguridad nacional. El informe es clave para entender la sanción institucional y el descrédito de la evidencia concerniente a la vida extraterrestre. La confirmación del rol de liderazgo de la CIA en la formación de la comisión y la elección de los expertos aparece asimismo en el Informe Durant, a pesar de los esfuerzos de la propia CIA de suprimir su rol en versiones más actuales e “higienizadas” del mismo documento. El Comité Asesor de la CIA estuvo de acuerdo en que “ el Director de la Central de Inteligencia […] reclutaría los servicios de científicos seleccionados para revisar y evaluar la evidencia disponible a la luz de las teorías científicas pertinentes…”

Las políticas de la Comisión Robertson aún estaban activas en el avistamiento de una nave de unos 1600 metros de envergadura sobre Stephenville, Texas, el 8 de enero de 2008. La periodista Angelica Joiner fue supuestamente acosada por sus superiores y despedida de su puesto en el “Stephenville Empire Tribune”. Asimismo los testigos civiles del la nave espacial, fueron supuestamente acosados por llamadas telefónicas y helicópteros. La nave espacial que sobrevoló Stephenville, después se dirigió sin oposición al rancho presidencial de Texas (la Casa blanca de Texas), según los informes de radar de la FAA (Administración Federal de Aviación).

Las claves de la ocultación

Según cuenta el exasesor científico de la NASA durante más de 30 años, Richard Hoagland, las claves de la ocultación son dos, la estructura piramidal del sistema y la alta compartimentación de los proyectos e informaciones concernientes a la tecnología y la vida extraterrestre.

La configuración piramidal se estructura en compartimentos a distintos niveles y en cada nivel de la pirámide, se conoce una versión distinta de la verdad, de forma que cada nivel que está por encima del otro, cree ser el que está en posesión de la verdad esencial, cuando esto no es cierto. Los proyectos o el personal que esta en los distintos compartimentos de un mismo nivel, raramente se comunican entre ellos, dependen de un nivel superior de la pirámide que los coordina y esto ocurre de forma sucesiva. Así la información se filtra en los distintos compartimentos a nivel descendente, pero aunque ocurran filtraciones a nivel horizontal, nunca existen suficientes elementos para poder juntar las “piezas del rompecabezas”.

Los métodos que se usan para minimizar dichas filtraciones a nivel horizontal o peor aún al público en general, son suficientemente expeditivos. La represión y la coacción que se emplean contra aquellos que deciden hablar o colaborar con las personas que denuncian este “embargo de la verdad”, van desde el ostracismo profesional, al descrédito o ridículo, a la amenaza de amigos y familiares, hasta en algunos casos la muerte (como el del Director de la CIA Bill Colby). El control en la cúspide mediática, realiza la labor de contención complementaria de las informaciones relacionadas.

En la cumbre de la pirámide existe un pequeño grupo de personas, que antaño se conocía como “Majestic12” (nombre que ha ido variando el con el paso de los años), son los únicos que supuestamente conocen todos los temas y tecnologías relacionadas con el contacto extraterrestre.

Se dan situaciones paradójicas que son fuente de inspiración para aquellos que critican e intentan desacreditar las informaciones que salen a la luz. Existe personal en los más altos rangos en el ejército y las agencias de inteligencia, que desconocen absolutamente todo lo relacionado con los asuntos extraterrestres y que por tanto defienden con convencimiento y vehemencia la no existencia de la ocultación. Esto ocurre porque el tema extraterrestre y todo lo relacionado con él, ha adquirido tales dimensiones, que su manejo no puede ser centralizado por una agencia o una parte específica del estamento militar. La envergadura del asunto implica a militares, agencias de inteligencia, gobiernos, instituciones y contratistas privados.

La clave de la ocultación es que se basa en las personas y no en las organizaciones. De esta forma existen asesores de alto rango del presidente o del ejército que conocen la verdad, mientras que el propio presidente (americano) conoce poco o nada sobre la realidad extraterrestre. A distintos niveles y distintos proyectos, se aplican diferentes autorizaciones de alto secreto, hasta llegar al máximo nivel que se denomina “cósmico”. Dichas autorizaciones son independientes de los cargos o rangos que se ocupan en las distintas organizaciones. Este es el mecanismo con el que opera la paradoja.

El Dr. Edgar Mitchell el 6º astronauta que pisó la luna y que precisamente dió el paseo lunar más largo de la historia ha vuelto a hablar. Klaus Dona es Comisario de las Exposiciones de Arte de la Casa de Habsburgo en Austria, organiza las exposiciones de arte por todo el mundo. Desde 1997 es investigador de campo de piezas extrañas y culturas desconocidas organizando la exhibición denominada “Unsolved Mysteries” [Misterioes sin resolver], la cual recientemente ha sido expuesta en Cheongju y Seul (Corea), en Berlin (Alemania) y en Interlaken (Suiza). There has been an explosion of UK UFO activity this year, mainly due to the Sun (tabloid UK newspaper) who think they are the UFO EXPERTS, seeming to print anything remotely to do with UFOs (with no facts/sensationalism and mostly no TRUTH). Unfortunately, this now seems to be spreading to other National newspapers.

Are they eventually going to make UFOLOGY a complete joke?

So, many of the sightings reported are sensationalized, with usually alot of information missing.

Please keep this in mind as you view these postings from the local and national press.

I’m afraid many also fail to follow up on their initial leads, and many reports just remain forgotten.

Some incidents could be UFO balloons (please see:  http://dandare.wordpress.com/2007/05/19/ufo-balloons-what-are-they/ for more details, from a previous article). There are also many other IFOs ( Identified Flying Objects they could be as well).

However, as i have said before, i am not sure what value they are to any UFO research.

BBC “ Dr Who link to UFO sighting rise ” ** (all links with 2 stars relate to same article)

Nick Pope mentions that the increase in UK sightings is partly to do with chinese lanterns becoming more popular in this country; true.

However, he then starts going way off track with comments like :

” Mr Pope, who continues his research into the phenomena of UFOs on a private basis, said he believed the revitalisation of the Doctor Who franchise had made people more open to seeing UFOs ” (extract from article).

He then states that it is being covered on Newsnight (bbc2 indepth show on the news) and the SUN (which he works at). First off, i do believe that chinese lanterns have had a large impact on UFO sightings, but Doctor Who has not….this is total rubbish.

But hang on there is more …. he mentions:

“ “One case that springs to mind is the recent incident at RAF St Athan when a police helicopter was apparently nearly hit by a UFO.
“Another near collision happened last year over Birmingham when the pilot had to take evasive action to avoid hitting a UFO.
“This is why their investigation is important” ” (extract from article).

I’m afraid again i have to question these sightings, that THE SUN took a particular interest in. Where are the facts, and the data for this……..They usually never seem to follow up with any more evidence, but just carry on saying its a definate UFO sighting…..or they have selective data of a sentational kind if they do follow up!

” Canadian Marty Wilbur, 29, who lives in Hush House, next to The Chronicle office, was on his mobile to a friend back home when he noticed a pulsating orange light rising up in front of him to the east of the city at 9.02pm on Sunday.
Quick-thinking Marty filmed the mysterious orange glow as it tracked northwards then disappeared out of sight, possibly behind a cloud ” (extract from article).

Lochaber News ” Mystery lights spark UFO alert “

” Mysterious white lights have been seen above the Fort William area at around the same time it emerged that glowing orange and yellow lights in the sky were reported around Inverness ” (extract from article).

Nick Pope seems to come out with amazing statements, but not back them up with anything substantial, or base them on any facts at all.

His latest statement to The sun’s article ” Google Unearthed“  (posted 30th March, 2009) was:

” Yesterday baffled ufologist Nick Pope said he was “very excited” by the image, which he labelled “truly fascinating”.
He added: “It appears to show nine objects flying in near perfect formation. About the only thing I know that can do this is the Red Arrows — and it’s not them” ” (extract from article). Ironically at Above top secret, there is a possibility that they are either jets, (including red arrows) or balloons : see Here and Here . Also they point out that google started mapping London out in 2008. One possibility could be that it was the Queen’s birthday flypast see here. Again i say possibilities, and as such should be presented as such.

You can see the google map in question here . I did notice that the next camera to the right, has (looking at the skyline) an aerial dissected half way up, and am unsure how this was caused (unless it was collected at two seperate times, for instance).

Anyway, it soon finds its way into many newspapers and media outlets, but why? Again, i say why is this an amazing image….. to me one answer could be that its an image malfunction. I’m not saying that it should not be discussed, but the way it is being put ‘out there ‘ is getting sad, and there are better cases that should be disscussed/ talked about ina rational way, but i guess it does not sell papers.

I will within the next week or so, put together an article, on why i have come to this conclusion about Nick Pope, and give my reasons with background information.

For example, i wrote about  ” Is nick Pope being GULLable towards UFO sighting? ” in which the image was clearly a seagull (or Unidentified Feathered Object).

Although i’m not saying that you can get everything right, he does not seem to be learning from his mistakes, or even looking at the evidence with a clear head, and reassessing his answers to these questions.

Of course, sometimes all you can give are a series of alternatives (ie what they could be), and leave it at that.

Therefore we have to ask what are his motives in all this? Maybe i’m reacting to strongly to all this, possibly, but i do believe it is more sensationalism again.

The Sun newspaper is also proving to not be interested in the truth about UFOs whatsoever, and sooner the rest of the media realize this the better. For instance, the latest wind Turbine incident is a good example of hype by them.

I would be interested to find out what you think of Nick Pope? is he a reliable source of information on UFOs, and Ufology as a whole.

I only bring this whole subject up, because i wonder why some  people are surprised, when they ask ” why is ufology not taken seriously”.

uk-sceptics conference 2009- see you there?

The UK Sceptics have announced their 2009 conference to be held at Muncaster Castle, Cumbria on the 18th-20th September 2009.  Speakers include Chris French and Chris Roe, but also interestingly John Walliss on mediumship and amazingly Nick Pope – yes,  Nick “real X Files” Pope! I have never heard of the other speakers but it looks like an excellent line up, covering a huge array of topics, from the social psychology of conspiracy theory to “The Lure of the Dark side: Sex, death and the paranormal in cult movies.” Sounds intriguing! I don’t know if I will be able to make this one – places are limited, and Cumbria is a bit of a trek for me unless Dave Curtin is interested or some of my other friends are interested, but if you are considering going do email me or comment and let’s see if we can work something out!

It is astonishingly cheap for a weekend in a castle — to quote their website “As is clear from the location chosen and the invited speakers, we have decided to make the conference a quality event rather than go for minimum cost; however, the price per head will still only be £65 as an Early-Bird booking discount (£75 if booked after July 1^st).

This price includes, access to both days of the conference (10 talks, 5 per-day); access to the Friday night welcoming wine reception (meet the speakers) to be held in the castle; tea, coffee and biscuits each morning and afternoon session; a two course hot fork buffet style lunch on Saturday and Sunday, full access to the castle and grounds for the duration of the conference (note castle is open Friday and Sunday – grounds open all the time).

Well I’ll be skipping the dinner, and it looks like one has to find accommodation – where is Dave when you need him? Still it looks pretty good to me!
