Water is the one thing in your life that you must have to survive.  But what if the water you are drinking is filled with contaminants. Mad Water.

Last year, when I was going to the chiropractor, she put me on to the fabulous Nikken “Aqua Pour” Gravity water system – WOW. It was a grip (I was able to get the hook up so I jumped on it) – but totally worth it. The water is pristine – it takes 5 hours to filter a gallon!! Mitt navn er Anne Grethe Smistad. Jeg er bosatt i Trondheim og lever et meget aktivt liv med egen virksomhet og som spinningsinstruktør, jeg trener 3-4 ganger i uken. Er 48 år nå og kom forholdsvis tidlig i overgangsalder rett før jul i 2007. Da hadde jeg nettopp fylt 47 år, og det kom som et sjokk på meg.

Every good soldier knows that at the end of the day its his socks that keeps him alive.  Well, its a tough world out there and between the pitfalls of travel, you wanna make sure to take care of yourself the best to can.
