Azi am citit o declaratie a primului ministru Boc referitoare la taierea din radacina a surselor evaziunii fiscale.

M-a bucurat initiativa, dar as fi vrut in calitate de economist, mai multe date despre cum vede Guvernul aceasta problema si mai ales daca a identificat sursele marii evaziuni si de cine este ea protejata in Romania. Si fiindca Guvernul trebuie ajutat in aceasta misiune m-am gandit sa impartasesc ceea ce stiu si sa vin si cu solutii, asa cum ar trebui sa faca toti cei care vor cu adevarat starpirea acestui flagel, care poate fi numit fara exagerare MAFIA sistemului economic.

Asadar, inainte de orice sa vedem marile sursele de evaziune :

- alcoolul

- tutunul

Inainte de a trece la solutii sa vedem ce se intampla in economia reala, in care incepand din anul 1992 pana in 2002 a mai fost incercata combaterea evaziunii fiscale si care s-a dovedit ca a dat chix. De ce ? Fiindca una din Institutiile implicate si anume Garda Financiara, o institutie care este interfata ascunderii evaziunii si care se calca pe picioare cu Ministerul de Finante in ceea ce priveste atributiile de control este o adevarata capusa, unde de-a lungul timpului si-au facut loc marii mafioti si care nu au rezolvat si nici nu vor rezolva ceva, in afara de a lua spaga la greu si de a-i proteja pe marii evazionisti.

Ca sa va faceti idee de ce inseamna Garda Financiara si de ce ar trebui ea desfiintata o sa va aduc aminte celor care poate stiti, despre telefoanele date de inspectorii ei la NIRO, EUROPA, DORALY sau alte en gross-uri  in perioada controalelor, pe vremea cand seful ei era Vorniceanu Marius, mafiotul mafiotilor ajuns apoi director in Directia Marilor Contribuabili, acolo unde s-a dat celebrul Ordin 623 -  care nici macar nu a fost publicat si pe baza caruia s-au facut toate rambursarile  de TVA, scutirile de tva si accize in vama,  toate fiind ilegale prin nepublicarea acestuia in Monitorul Oficial timp de 2 ani, desi a functionat cu brio in 2003- 2004 -  individ care isi permitea in perioada de glorie a PSD sa fluture facturi  si chitante false pe la nasul inspectorilor din finante  si pe care il regasim astazi mai curat si mai uscat la Curtea de Conturi…..adica, taman unde controleaza cheltuirea banului public ! Sa va amintesc de coloratii de pe marginea drumurilor care ofereau spre vanzare facturi si chitante false si care erau ignorati de politie si garda si chiar protejati ?

Apropo, Curtea de Conturi controleaza o laie si a devenit cuibul mafiotilor din Finante si Garda sub inaltul patronaj al lui Paharoiu ! Cand si-a facut echipa, Vaca a vazut CV-urile candidatilor sau s-a mers pe principiul Bogdan Olteanu-BNR ?  Nu de alta dar toata lumea vorbeste despre risipirea banului public, dat tocmai institutia care controleaza banul public este intesata de mafioti specializati in blatuirea lui. Si totusi nici un mogulizor nu ia la puricat Curtea de Conturi….si averea inspectorilor ei ! Dar toata lumea cere transparenta ! Iata cum functioneaza manipularea….si ipocrizia !

Ce combatere a evaziunii poate exista, cand la tigari se da spaga cu TIR-ul , cand lui Rusanu i se dadea 100.000 $ spaga pentru fiecare autorizatie in ‘98 ( ca doar pentru  asta  s-a spanzurat Anghelescu, ca nu mai facea fata la spagile tot mai numeroase la Garda)  sau cand Taher cu restaurantul sau Macedonia de la Iancului cotiza la greu, lunar,  cu plicul la aceeasi minunata Garda ?

Garda Financiara dateaza de pe vremea PSD, iar de atunci pana acum s-au supraimbuibat !  Asa ca este practic protectoarea evaziunii fiscale in Romania pe sistem mafiot dupa cum vedeti, luand spaga cu tirul, valiza diplomat sau boxpaletul ! Asa ca cel mai bun lucru pe care l-ar face Guvernul este sa o desfiinteze, fiindca practic mai mult incurca fiind interfata intre Vama si inspectorii de la Ministerul de Finante,  singurii care pot rezolva problema, ajutati de vama. Sa fim bine intelesi…nu in en gross se identifica evaziunea fiscala ! Vama ar trebui sa aiba puteri sporite si in acelasi timp ar trebui imbunatatita major comunicarea intre aceasta si Ministerul de Finante, care sa fie anuntat in timp util atunci cand intra o cantitate importanta de marfuri.

Ca sa va dati seama de importanta acestui lucru va dau un exemplu concret : o fabrica de biscuiti ( nu dau nume ) importa faina, zahar si ulei ca materii prime. La un control al Ministerului de Finante se constata o cantitate mai mare de materie prima importata, decat cantitatea de produs finit. Raspunsul instantaneu al fabricii: reteta de fabricatie a biscuitilor este secreta ! Cand inspectorii MF fac stocurile, iata si adevarul…fabrica facea dumping cu materie prima, pentru care primea SUBVENTIE de la Ministerul Agriculturii din subordinea caltabosului Remes si pe care o importa cu “2 lei” si o vindea la negru, mai ieftin decat pretul materiei prime pe piata, dar mai scumpa ca pretul de achizitie. Efectul ? Politia economica i-a facut scapati, iar urmarea este ca s-au mutat la Baia Mare exact in fief-ul lui Remes !  Cam asa functioneaza mafia  in Romania unde Garda si Politia economica isi dau mana intru prosperitatea evazionistilor si pentru santajarea firmelor. Politia economica ar trebui sa aiba atributiuni stricte si nu peste cele ale inspectorilor  din MF !

Daca Guvernul Boc ar lua in calcul cea mai mare evaziune, cea a alcoolului cu toata pleiada de importatori, fabricanti si cei care il comercializeaza ( a nu se intelege boutiq-uri), precum si tutunul…atunci bugetul ar avea bani !

Solutii :

- desfiintarea Garzii Financiare !

- delimitarea atributiilor Politiei Economice !

- puteri sporite acordate Vamii si Directiilor financiare din  MF !

- schimbarea sefului ANAF, care este fost sef de Garda Financiara si care va transorma institutia intr-o garda financiara marita  si inlocuirea lui cu un profesionist !

- luarea la puricat a averilor celor de la Garda Financiara !

O alta solutie referitoare la atragerea banilor la buget ar fi urmatoarea :

Sa se mentina impozitul minim  inca 3 luni, si sa se introduca forfetarul forfetar, pentru activitatile unde nu se pot cuantifica veniturile, cum ar fi pietarii, shaormarii, pensiuni turistice,  unde nu poti sti numarul de clienti pe vara sau restaurantele unde nu poti sti cate polonice de supa pun la o portie.

Sper ca cineva avizat din staff-ul Guvernului sa citeasca cu atentie ceea ce am scris ! Si sa si aplice !

Imediat dupa victoria in alegeri,Traian Basescu ,a promis romanilor ca nivelul de trai se va imbunatati si coruptia institutionalizata va scadea drastic.
Nici una din promisiuni nu a fost indeplinita.
Starea de saracie este vizibila in orice cotlon iar mascarada cu lupta impotriva coruptiei a insemnat,la Basescu, eliminarea oamenilor de afaceri care nu ii daruiesc lui sau apropriatilor acestuia parti importante din avere,parti importante din propria lor viata.
Coruptia institutionalizata a atins cote alarmante,nemaintalnite pina azi,cu girul lui Traian Basescu si mai ales,Elena Udrea.

Traian Basescu a castigat alegerile prin frauda electorala.
A continuat apoi cu fraudele electorale la referendum,la alegerile locale,la alegerile europarlamentare si acum incearca acelasi lucru la alegerile prezidentiale.
De la instalarea la Palatul Cotroceni si pina azi nu a facut altceva decat sa tina deschisa in mod permanent propria campanie electorala pentru al doilea mandat si sa managerieze afacerile familiei sale si ale acolitilor in alt mod decat a manageriat „afacerile „ tarii.
Traian Basescu ,alaturi de familia sa,este unul din cei mai bogati romani din categoria acelora pe care nu ii gasim in nici un top,fie el Forbes sau Capital.
Persecutia la care sunt supusi oamenii de afaceri romani pozitionati in aceste ierarhii organizate periodic ,este generata de frustrarea presedintelui de a nu putea sa isi declare oficial averea si de a nu se fali cu prestigiul de cel mai bogat roman.
Caci Traian Basescu este cel mai bogat roman,cu siguranta!

Traian Basescu este un fost marinar,un „vaporean”,cum spuneam in timpul comunismului,ori vaporenii prin intensa activitate comerciala desfasurata la negru erau socotiti bogatasii Romaniei in acele timpuri.
Traian Basescu s-a ocupat de trafic cu tigari ,a ajuns in atentia militiei si a organizatiei de partid unde a primit vot de blam.
Traficul cu armament a fost derulat cu sprijinul direct al lui Nicolae Ceausescu,trafic care a lasat urme de prosperitate in conturile din strainatate ale lui Basescu.Diamantele i-au cazut pe puntea navei si s-au oprit in piciorul sau „schiop”.
Anvers este orasul bijutierilor slefuitori de diamante,evreii au pravaliile una linga alta,ai zice ca lumea consuma diamante la masa de dimineata ,prinz si seara.
Flota Romaniei a intrat in proprietatea familiei Basescu.O parte din vase au fost vandute si sumele au intrat in conturile familiei Basescu din strainatate ,iar cealalta parte,ramasa nevanduta,a format „divizia transport maritim” in marea afacere de trafic cu armament derulata in compania fostului ofiter KGB ,Viktor Bout si agentului sirian,Omar Hayssam.
Spun „divizia transport maritim” pentru ca logistica lui Basescu este mult mai cuprinzatoare,aeronavele Romaniei alcatuiesc „divizia transport aerian”-BASE.
Navele nu mai navigheaza sub pavilion romanesc.Firmele lui Basescu sunt ascunse in off-shore-uri nu platesc nici un impozit statului roman,uniunii europene ,nu dau nici unui roman paine pe masa.

Un astfel de traficant odios nu putea sa lupte impotriva coruptiei institutionalizate,Zeita cu chip de caracatita,numita Coruptie,l-a alaptat in leagan si il mangaie pe crestet de fiecare data cand ridica sticla cu „Teachers” la gura.

Scenele de la restaurantul „Golden Blitz” au facut inconjurul lumii.Dupa acel chef ,Basescu s-a urcat la volan si inconjurat de SPP-isti s-a deplasat unde a dorit.
Politia nu putea sa intervina intr-o coloana oficiala sa il opreasca .Basescu a comis o infractiune.Unul din martori,alaturi de Olaroiu si Radoi este George Becali.
Un ochi atent poate sa traga concluzia ca unii nu se afla in tara si ca in permanenta Basescu si oamenii acestuia i-au hartuit pentru a le zdruncina credibilitatea.
Este o practica uzuala a sistemului din Romania decredibilizarea unui martor sau a unui acuzator.
Scoli de…securisti odiosi,ca Basescu.
Autorul acestui articol a formulat plangere penala impotriva lui Basescu Traian pentru conducere sub influenta alcoolului.

George Becali este un amator de jocuri de noroc,in lumea cooperativei fotbalului romanesc,s-au facut bancuri pe seama intalnirilor dintre George Becali,Victor Piturca si Dumitru Dragomir.
Becali se ducea frecvent la DNA la sectia combaterea infractiunilor de coruptie savarsite de militari unde stergea podelele cu procurorii militari ,lui Becali nu aveau ce sa-i faca ,Becali este civil.
Dupa fiecare vizita,procurorul militar,un individ cu chelie si mustata,innebunea de draci.
Politia politica –DNA,i-a organizat atunci cazul „Valiza”,un flagrant comandat de Basescu in virtutea caruia a acumulat inca 1 milion de euro in capitalul pentru campania electorala.
George Becali nu a fost intimidat,tinta atacurilor sale a devenit Daniel Morar,procurorul sef de la DNA.
Daniel Morar a fost deranjat de atitudinea lui George Becali,odata cu el Basescu,Udrea si Macovei.
Becali a sapat la postamentul favoritilor lui Basescu:Daniel Comisarul Stalinist si politia politica DNA.
George Becali a ras dintotdeauna de Ana Pauker pe care o numeste dintotdeauna Monica Macavei o aluzie la macaneala fara de folos a ratelor de pe lacurile din apropierea pasunilor unde copil fiind pastea oile.

Dumitru Bucsaru este un miliardar care de-a lungul timpului a supt de la toate regimurile banii statului.
Prin simpla depunere a unor facturi a incasat miliarde de euro din bugetul tarii.Impozitele aferente au fost insa disimulate de la plata catre stat.
Nu doreste sa apara in fata camerelor de luat vederi.Nu doreste publicitate.
Basescu este unul din prietenii de pret ai acestui miliardar ciudat,prin trafic de influenta lui Bucsaru i-au fost mijlocite multe potlogarii de catre Traian Basescu.
Dumitru Bucsaru il sustine financiar pe Traian Basescu.
Bucsaru Mitica si-a facut echipa de fotbal la Urziceni.
Antrenor al echipei este Dan Petrescu zis „Bursucul”.
Echipa a fost antrenata de fostul fotbalist prahovean,Tavi Grigore.
Petrescu ,fostul fotbalist al echipei nationale si al clubului „Chelsea” a facut performanta in campionat.Cineva parca ii amorteste adversarii in confruntari.
Dan Petrescu este unul din cei mai buni prieteni ai fotbalistului Gheorghe Hagi.

Emanoil Savin este ceea ce se numeste un cameleon politic,a fost la PSD cand erau la putere,a trecut la PUR-PC cand a avut nevoie,apoi intreaga organizatie Busteni a devenit portocalie ca si DNA-ul.
Este un jucator de noroc.Are un anturaj deosebit de dubios.
Intocmai ca si Hayssam a fost plimbat de Ion Iliescu cu aeronava prezidentiala,dar la fel ca teroristul numarul 1 al tarii a varsat o parte din avere in pusculita electorala a lui Traian Basescu.
Emanoil Savin a preluat si el ca si Bucsaru o echipa de fotbal „Astra Ploiesti”,in mod straniu si adversarii echipei sale amortesc dintr-odata.Savin si Bucsaru sunt cei mai buni manageri din fotbalul romanesc?Mira-m-as!
Judecatori,procurori,sportivi,hoti de masini,spargatori de case,hoti de buzunare,oameni de afaceri,barbugii,prostituate,vedete,alcatuiesc lumea pestrita a primarului Busteniului venita la odihna si turism sexual in bordelul numit hotel „Alexandros” din Busteni.
In hotelul „Alexandros” au fost organizate turnee nationale,ilegale .de jocuri de noroc:Barbut Savin Cup?
Emanoil Savin impreuna cu Dumitru Bucsaru,Gabriel Oprea si Nae Nicolae au dat o teapa de proportii bancii BRD filiala Busteni.
Traian Gherasim,Placinta Constantin,Buliga Georgeta,Elena Radescu,Doana Vasile,Muscalu George,Nita Valentin sunt magistrati care fac parte din cercul lui Emanoil Savin.

Gabriel Oprea este parlamentar si sustinator al lui Traian Basescu,a fost prefect de Ilfov si s-a remarcat ca mediator al conflictelor intre Adrian Nastase si Traian Basescu,transate intotdeauna in favoarea celui din urma.
Este primul amant al Elenei Udrea,intocmai ca profesorul Higgins,a cizelat-o ca mai apoi sa o vare in asternutul lui Basescu.Impreuna cu Udrea Elena si magistratul anticoruptie de la DNA ,Doana Vasile fac afaceri imobiliare,vand petrol,ciment si orice se poate.Este un rechin imobiliar ca si Udrea Elena

Nae Nicolae,Emanoil Savin si Bica Postelnicu proprietari ai intreprinderii „Acumulatorul” sunt si ei partenerii lui Gabriel Oprea ,alaturi de Mitica Bucsaru.
Organizeaza mese festive,meciuri de fotbal la sala „Acumulatorul” ,la hotelul lui Savin din Busteni „Alexandros”,la Bucsaru,la Urziceni.
Sunt prezenti toti !Participa si Sergiu Sechelariu fost ministru ,Traian Gherasim judecator ,Bogdan Cont patron restaurant „Bulevard”,Dan Balanescu,fost director in SUNOIL,firma PDL,(astia sunt ai lui Gherasim),mai vin si chestorii Damian Miclea si Mihai Stancu,fotbalistul Rachita Valeriu,afaceristii Dumitru Ion Cristian din Baile Bobocii linga Mizil,multi,chiar si hoti si proprietari de case de amanet.
Majoritatea implicati in tunul imobiliar si teapa BRD Busteni.
Judecatorul Traian Gherasim a capatat si el un teren din afacerea lui Nae Nicolae,acolo construieste un complex alaturi de unul Florin Oprea.
Bogdan Cont i-a dat o vila in cartierul Baumeister judecatorului Traian Gherasim.
Traian G. Prin interpusii Bogdan Cont,Doru Morcovescu si Emanoil Savin este proprietarul intregului judet Prahova.

George Becali a jucat table cu Nae Nicolae.A castigat o suma fabuloasa.Nae Nicolae a ajuns vedeta ziarelor de scandal.
Cu atatea relatii sus puse si situat atat de aproape de Traian Basescu si Elena Udrea,putea sa rateze razbunarea ?
Nu! A planuit :desfiintarea definitiva a lui George Becali!
Cu girul lui Traian Basescu si Elena Udrea,gruparea Daniel Morar,Doana Vasile ,Gabriel Oprea,Monica Macovei au hotarat desfiintarea lui Becali ca om de afaceri si intrarea in proprietatea clubului Steaua.
Actiunea a fost finantata de Nae Nicolae si Dumitru Bucsaru.

Chestorul Mihai Stancu dn cadrul IGPR a fost implicat in mai multe scandaluri de coruptie carora le-au cazut victime intotdeauna subalternii,soferul sau personal,ori inferiorul ierarhic imediat inferior,Corduneanu.Afacerile sunt vaste,dar mi-a retinut atentia implicarea Chestorului Mihai Stancu in traficul cu masini furate.
Mihai Stancu de peste aproape doua decenii coordoneaza in sanul IGPR inmatricularea masinilor furate ,este un prieten al hotilor de masini!!

Emanoil Savin a afirmat in fata mea ca Mihai Stancu,chestorul IGPR,este adevaratul proprietar al hotelului „Alexandros” si adevaratul beneficiar al afacerilor lui Dumitru Bucsaru si implicit proprietarul clubului de la Urziceni.

Operatiunea care a dus la arestarea lui George Becali a fost efectuata cu coordonarea directa a chestorului Mihai Stancu.
Hotii de masini au fost protejati ani de-a randul de catre acest chestor Mihai Stancu si judecatorul Traian Gherasim.
Hotii,politistul si magistratul sunt parteneri,aveau incredere unul in altul din afacerile derulate anterior.
Numele lor sunt vehiculate adesea de interlopii prahoveni care se ocupa cu traficul de masini furate.”Avem blat cu Nea Traian si Nea Misu,e ok!Nu ti-o ia nimeni!”
Hotii de masini erau „baietii” lui „Nea Misu” asa ii spun interlopii,chestorului Mihai Stancu.
Nae Nicolae cel care a fost jecmanit la jocul de table de catre George Becali este partener de afaceri si divertisment al lui Mihai Stancu.
La doua trei „sindrofii” din acestea am participat si eu,alaturi de Mihai Stancu,Traian Gherasim,Nae Nicolae,Emanoil Savin,Dumitru Bucsaru etc.

OTV a fost dirijata de la DNA de catre Doana Vasile sa ia interviu hotilor de masini.
Hotii de masini au fost instruiti de catre Doana Vasile ce sa spuna.
Unele fraze imi apartineau mie si adaptate de hoti.
Doana a urmarit emisiunile OTV la care am participat si a memorat involuntar. Magistratul anticoruptie Doana ,coleg cu procurorul militar care instrumenta unul din dosarele Becali,este un latifundiar alaturi de Gabriel Oprea si Nae Nicolae in Ilfov si imprejurimile Bucurestiului.
Acest lucru mi-a atras atentia si am devenit circumspect ,am rememorat un episod petrecut in biroul sau de la DNA.
Doana Vasile m-a dezaprobat ca am realizat un interviu cu George Becali pentru un film documentar pentru examen la facultate (Valea Plopului),a afirmat:
”Lasa ca o sa vezi tu si cine e Becali,ti-a dat bani de ai facut film cu el ?Nu ai vazut ce le face la astia pe aici,crezi ca noi suntem prosti?”

A urmat cazul „Valiza” ca mai apoi inscenarea cu hotii de masini ai chestorului Mihai Stancu zis Misu Stancu,care a locuit in Ploiesti,vis a vis pe mine in bloc cu Tinteanu pina in anul 1996,pe Elena Doamna.

Vasile Turcu este partener de afaceri al lui Nae Nicolae.

Hotii de masini au facut obiectul unui D.U.I al SJI Prahova coordonat de coloneii Bucur Dan si Paltanea Corneliu arestati de catre procurorul Doana Vasile si aici conexiuni cu chestorul Mihai Stancu si judecatorul Traian Gherasim.Alte indicii ale unei certe colaborari in inscenarea BECALI.

Rachita Valeriu a achizitionat un autoturism atestat ca e furat dintr-o tara vestica dar cu patalama de la Traian Gherasim si Misu Stancu ca are voie sa circule in Romania si poate fi vanduta.
Hartia fusese obtinuta de un apropiat al judecatorului Traian Gherasim,numit Cristi Colonelul pentru fotbalistul Valeriu Rachita
Autoturismul ,un „Opel Vectra” fusese furat de catre acesti hoti si inmatriculat de catre Chestorul Mihai Stancu.

„Cazul” a fost ingropat in fisetele DNA ale lui Doana Vasile,dar avantajele au fost speculate in INSCENAREA BECALI.

Nicoleta Savin este un ziarist la „Romania Libera”,alaturi de Ondine Ghergut au crezut ca lupta impotriva coruptiei institutionalizate in Romania.Nu au fost decat instrumente ale politiei politice DNA ,prin care acestia si-au umplut buzunarele si pusculitele electorale ale mafiei portocalii coordonata de Basescu si Udrea.
Ambele jurnaliste fac parte din anturajul lui Doana Vasile si Monica Macovei,se cunosc bine cu Traian Basescu.

Am intrat pe site-ul ministerului turismului patronat de Camila Elena Udrea ,dornic sa aflu oportunitatile oferite de ministerul turismului romanilor si vizitatorilor din strainatate .

Am descoperit un site de autopromovare narcisista a Camilei Elena Udrea,reincarnatiunea  bietei raposate ,Elena Ceausescu.

Camila Udrea Elena devine maimuta Udrea Elena si copiaza orice considera ea ca i se potriveste,inclusiv secvente originale precum cea cu bicicleta pe holurile parlamentului creata ,instantaneu,de Adrian Nastase.Probabil ca acesta este reperul care o determina pe imensa ,la propriu,Alina Mungiu Pipidi sa o compare pe inculta Camila Elena Udrea cu Adrian Nastase care,cel putin pentru cultura,arta,sport ,muzica este un adevarat mesia.

Posibil ca Alina Mungiu Pipidi care in tinerete s-a remarcat prin punerea in scena a unei blasfemii a credintei in Dumnezeu ,sa-i fi daruit ideea fratelui sau ,Cristian Mungiu sau chiar sa fi lucrat la scenariu ,scenariu care se bazeaza in principal pe interzicerea avortului in Romania in timpul comunismului si tot e a,impreuna cu Monica MACOVEI sa fi facut ceva loby prin Franta.In unanimitate mi s-a declarat ca filmul nu place si ca decernarea premiului a fost mai mult un act politic.

Oricum la cat este de imensa Alina Mungiu Pipidi nu cred ca este inspirat scenariul din viata ei .Oare cine putea sa o fericeasca si sa se  nenoroceasca  muncind la acest colos de carne ca sa aiba nevoie de un avort?Poate…Monica MACOVEI?

Privesc site-ul ministerului turismului ,o privesc pe Camila Elena Udrea si sfarsesc prin a ma intreba:

Oare Maria Basescu,nu era mai potrivita pentru ministerul turismului?

Dupa ce treci frontiera Romaniei,esti localizat ca pozitie geografica prin trei nume,mai sunt si altele ,dar golea de la ei pe astea le stie:Gheorghe Hagi,Ilie Nastase,Nadia Comaneci…dupa care adauga:Romania.

Ei daca oamenii astia au intrat in patrimoniul universal al sportului ,anonima Camila Elena Udrea nu este cunoscuta decat in partea inferioara a biroului lui Traian Basescu,unde mai da cu capul cateodata ,acolo unde din cand in cand presteaza dansuri tematice …..”hei rup,hei rup,tam,tam,tamtam…”

In aceste conditiuni,mi se pare fireasca initiativa Camilei Elena Udrea de a-i plimba ca pe sfintele moaste pe Gica,Nasty si Nadia,pentru ca alaturi de aceste nume recunoscute pe intreg mapamondul aceasta sa se fataie pe bicicleta in propria campanie de promovare a ei,a Camilei Basesciene si nicidecum a turismului romanesc.

Ilie Nastase,Nadia Comaneci,Gheorghe Hagi,Octavian Belu…nu au dreptul sa ocupe decat roluri decorative de “sfintele moaste”?Nu puteau nici unul din ei sa ocupe posturi cheie ca :ministrul turismului,ministrul sportului,presedintia Romaniei,premier al Romaniei,primar al Bucurestiului?Nu,nu fac parte din sistem ,nu sunt indeajuns de corupti…oare Gheorghe Hagi cat trebuie sa mai astepte sa ocupe fotoliul de Presedinte al Federatiei Romane de Fotbal?

Hagi este sinonim cu fotbalul romanesc azi oriunde in lume.

Cat de geniali sunt Ritzi si Boc?Nasty un putea sa fie mai bun decat Boc?

Am avut intotdeauna curiozitatea sa stiu cine conduce Romania,cine joaca Romania la marile cazinouri,cine o vinde si cine o terfeleste,cine o vlaguieste,cine sunt jucatorii,papusarii care trag sforile puterii in Romania.

“interesul national”,”patrie”,”patriotism”,”tara”,”eroism”,”de straja patriei”,”patrie si onoare”,”limba noastra”,”teritoriu national”,ne induioseaza,ne inflacareaza pe unii,pe altii in nici un fel.

Imediat dupa revolutie am calatorit,intamplator,in acelasi compartiment cu poetul Mircea Dinescu,il cunosteam ca poet si nu ca dizident,un imi amintesc daca avea sau nu toti dintii in gura,amabil mi-a dat un autograf .

Apoi aruncand cate un ochi la televizor,in treacat,l-am zarit la acea bomba “Picolo Mondo”,apoi la “Realitatea TV” azvarlind perle ca de pilda “de cine vorbesc eu de rau seara e arestat dimineata”,apoI la ciolhanuri la mosie cu Elena Udrea.M-am oprit in mijlocul camerei perplex cand la un alt post de televiziune era acuzat ca a fost ofiter de securitate si racola copii.M-am blocat din nou cand cineva din humea fotbalului mi-a dezvaluit prietenia dintre Gigi Netoiu si Mircea Dinescu,afacerile derulate impreuna …adica securistul care il pazea si dizidentul…”friend”?Un dizident croit de securitate?am ramas buimac,apoi am revazut scena din Otopeni cu Gabriel Oprea si Gigi Netoiu ,revolta mercenarilor si am refacut zambind cvartetul:Mircea Dinescu,Gigi Netoiu,Gabriel Oprea,Elena Udrea si mai mult decat un cvartet…complexul Niro si securistii din el…cutia pandorei.

In “Saptamina” sau “Luceafarul” urmaream o rubrica scrisa parca de Eugen Barbu,o polemica continua cu postul de radio “Europa Libera”,din cauza acelei rubrici am inceput sa ascult si eu “Europa Libera”,culmea la aparat de radio sovietic.

Monica Lovinescu,Goma,Marcel Raducanu,Nicu Ceausescu,”satele romanesti”,etc,un am ajuns niciodata dizident din asta,am facut o medie din cele doua minciuni si mi-a dat un pic de…adevar.

O campanie asemanatoare cu “satele romanesti” se desfasoara azi impotriva Chinei,referitoare la localitati ce urmeaza a fi rase de pe suprafata pamantului pentru a devia un fluviu si construi baraje.

Dupa revolutie nimeni un s-a mai interesat de soarta “satelor romanesti” …satele romanesti sunt in exod…

Ma gandeam ca daca Mircea Dinescu nu ar fi fost pus“lupul paznic la oi”nu am fi avut astazi presedinte pe Traian Basescu informator,traficant de armament,diamante etc.

La ce bun votul poporului ,la ce bun mascarada cu democratia ,cand de fapt nu s-a schimbat nimic:nu poporul alege…

Albastrii,rosii,portocalii….din aceiasi echipa…cea cu epoleti.

Distrugerea partidelor istorice prin infiltrarea unor agenti este un adevar.

Cine este imaculatul Mugur Isarescu,ce locatii mai frecventeaza Crin Antonescu,in afara celor din Tulcea ,Brasov etc in compania unor libidinosi ca Dobrescu sau…Vasile,ce afaceri “respectabile” desfasoara familia Valean,cine este micutul “securist” Boc,vom afla in campanie,a inceput deja…

Nu-i nici o onoare sa slujesti in astfel de servicii,cat de desuet suna “patriotism”in gurile acestor meseriasi in invarteli…de altfel primii in “asociatii de prietenie”…romano-ruse,romano-chineze….

Daca as avea o putere,as lua toti turnatorii,toti ofiteri acoperiti,descoperiti si naiba sa-i ma ia si…nu mai zic…ca oricum nu am putere..

In timpul in care cinstitii sefi ai serviciilor secrete benchetuiesc,isi finiseaza viloaiele sau lustruiesc puntile iahturilor,ori mai cumpara cate o banca…Laslo Tokes …dezmembreaza Romania…daca nu o fi si asta o manopera in preajma alegerilor ca serviciile sa isi mareasca “aria de acoperire” in functie de gradul de alarma…

I really need to stop even pretending to predict how a show will go. Even with regards to my own rats and how I think they’ll do in relation to one another! Each judge is so individual that which rats of yours win on the table may in the long run be less important than the judge’s comment card that you get!

However, it’s certainly gratifying to have your hard work recognized and praised by your peers!

Sadly, a good deal of the rats who were registered for the show did not end up attending. Three of the exhibitors had major scratches and ended up showing somewhere at or less than half of the rats they registered. A real shame! For me, it was less satisfying, in the sense that yes, I only had to scratch 2 rats so everyone I brought got to be properly judged. However, I miss out on getting to see what the other breeders are doing and what their current stock look like! I would have really liked to see all the parents of the other exhibitors’ upcoming litters, as well as getting a general feel for their current “look.”

It was great to see some of my babies who’ve been placed elsewhere being shown and doing well! Every rat on the final judging table (Best Colorpoint Buck/Doe, Best Agouti Buck/Doe, Best Non-Agouti Buck/Doe) had the BVR prefix! Two of them were BVR-FSTR rats, which also makes me happy, since it means the breedings that Kirstin and I do are keeping our high standards, even though they’re usually outcrossy. Our Black Satin line is also getting a lot of great acknowledgement – we had another Youth out of our Black line Champion at this show! BVR-FSTR Caterpillar is not even 3 months old yet and she’s already got a Ch. in front of her name!

The highlight of the judging for me was seeing all those BVR rats on the table – BVR Northumbian (Kirstin’s) took Best Colorpoint Buck, BVR Duo (Tiffany’s) took Best Colorpoint Doe, BVR Snow Advisory (mine) took Best Agouti Buck, BVR Tornado Warning (Caesar’s) took Best Agouti Doe (and they’re siblings!) BVR-FSTR Liar! took Best Non-Agouti Buck, BVR-FSTR Caterpillar (mine) took Best Non-Agouti Doe, and BVR Misty (Caesar’s) took Best Provisional Doe. Then Snow Advisory and Caterpillar Championed by taking Best Buck and Best Doe, and then Snow got a Grand Championship by taking BIS. I was fairly flabbergasted – I really thought that Light Rain would beat Snow in the Agouti Bucks category and that Caterpillar would never take Best Doe – she’s exquisite, but very small and young, and has a lot of room to grow)

Also we finally moved Russian Cinnamon out of Provisional Status and into full Stnadardized! YAY! This has been a working goal of mine since I first produced Teacosy, so I’m just over the moon about it!!

The highlight of the day, of course, was hanging out with so many fabulous rat people and friends! And of course, amazing awesomeness to finally meet my friend James in person, who I have known online for 5 years since he was in high school, and finally got to meet this weekend! He actually lives on the east coast and he and his dad made the 12 hour one-way drive just to come out and see us and the show. James owns no rats (YET!) but Dudelsack made a convert of him and I’m positive he’s got a future with whiskers in it!

Sometimes the problem is with a funny name but sometimes the problem is someone funny totally mispronouncing the name or adding their heavy ethnic accent to it.

So I am sitting at the airport and thinking that all announcements should use a software that digitizes the voice of the announcer, neutralizes the heavy accent, corrects mispronunciations and irons out all the kinks in calling funny names and eliminating irony. Calling it a voice iron seems most appropriate

Nu till del två av helgens eskapader.

När vi vaknade på morgonen fredagen den 17:e april, var vi snudd på lika trötta som vi var när vi gått och lagt oss. Det tog tydligen på krafterna att köra 100 mil på en dag. Fia jobbade, och hade redan åkt iväg när vi lullade upp vid 09-tiden.

Vi hade högtflygande planer om att vandra omkring runt huset, men insåg att vi inte hade några nycklar till huset, så vi gick en kort promenad med hundarna, och gick sedan in i huset igen. I Fias hus finns det något som vi typiskt bara har tillgång till när vi hälsar på hos familj och vänner. En TV. Eftersom vi fortfarande var lite för sega för att göra något vettigt, sjönk vi ner i soffan framför dumburken, och fastnade där. Hela dagen, ända tills Fia kom hem vid 16-tiden. Eller rättare sagt: vi varvade TV-tittande med tupplurar och frukost (200g potatischips) tills Fia kom hem. Under de perioder vi tittade på TV, jagade Panda ner Visko från soffan och etablerade sig mellan oss, medan Visko gömde sig bakom armstödet på soffan.

När Fia kommit hem, ville hon gå och vila efter jobbet, eftersom hon blev tvungen att bära bildäck klockan 4 på morgonen, och inte väckt oss och bett om hjälp. Under tiden lagade vi lite mat. Innan vi ens hunnit plocka fram en skärbräda hör vi Fia påpeka i trappen att en av hundarna lagt en liten souvenir i hennes sovrum. Troligen Visko, medan vi sov. Också ett sätt att visa uppskattning. Vi tog inga bilder på olyckan, men för att bevisa att V. kan göra ifrån sig utomhus, lägger vi upp en bild från Fias hundgård.

Efter Fia fått en kort stunds sömn, vattnade vi hundarna, och pratade en stund innan vi packade in hundarna i släpet och körde iväg för att dra. Om detta har Fia bloggat här. Både huße och matte fick prova på att dra en sväng. Huße hade Visko och Haldex som wheel, och Tiwas och Niro som ledarhundar. Det gick markant fortare än vad han var van vid, och Fias trehjuling var väldigt annorlunda från vår egen. Framförallt bromsen var annorlunda (man var tvungen att balansera på ett ben för att bromsa med det andra), men även storleken och vikten var annorlunda. Det är en stadig trehjuling i Fjällandet. Han tyckte det var riktigt kul, även om han lyckades snurra in säkerhetslinan två gånger. Spannet som matte körde bestod av Tióne och Pya i lead, med Quadra som wheel. Matte kan bara instämma i husses upplevelse av draget. Något hon dock märkte var att Quadra var enormt lyhörd för kommandon. Hon fattade kommandona på första yttrandet, medan de andra tog ett par upprepningar på sig.

Ett par upprepningar behövdes även för Fia att få på Quadra selen. Q. var enormt obstinat och bråkig, så det tog lite tid att få henne i spannet (Q. då, inte Fia). Maktkampen inleds på bilden till höger, och om man klickar på den och sedan följer den ytterligare 6 bilder, så når den sin kulmen.

Allt som allt, var det en enormt kul upplevelse att få köra ett erfaret spann. Det var också kul att se Visko jobba i ett erfaret spann. Vi vågade tyvärr inte ha med Milou med någon av hanarna, men han fick dra med Visko och Tiwas på lördagen i stället, i det spann han skulle komma att köra hemma i Bjälkatorp sedan. Och Panda och Visko då? Jo, de slutade som kompisar och somnade jämte varandra i soffan. Tyvärr ligger de bilderna på Fias kamera, så vi hoppas att hon kan länka till dem vad det lider.

Here’s an update on what’s been going on the last few days. It’s a bit crazy…
We bought a car. We were looking for a Mini and we found one. Perfect condition, as new. We jumped on the opportunity and went to pick it up last week and love it.
We found the car on the internet. It was from a garage in Surrey. We went there and as it was sunny, we had a walk around that town we didn’t know. And we loved it so much we decided to move there!
We gave our notice for our London flat yesterday and I went to see a cottage we’d seen on the internet this afternoon. And we signed for it! We’re moving in a month!
A few days ago, I was not even thinking of moving and now I need to pack up my stuff to go and live in Surrey!
The cottage is great. It’s on a farm estate, in the forest. All we see from our windows are sheep and horses. The area is horses heaven, with several yards, riding schools and lots of huge mansions with acres of paddocks full of horses! It’s like a dream
I can’t wait to move!
The sad thing is that I won’t be able to go on taking care of Niro. I called his owner tonight to say I would not come back. I know I could have kept on until I leave in a month but honestly it’s already hard enough now, so I didn’t want to make things worse. I already had a bond with Niro and I felt very sad when I said I wouldn’t come back to see him but it was probably the best thing to do. I am going to see him on Saturday to get all my stuff and to give him a big hug. I’ll miss him. I hope he’ll be alright.

Gotta go now, I will write more later…

So as usual, Thursday went much better than Wednesday did…I really wonder what she does to that horse to stress him that much!
This morning, we played the friendly game, porcupine game, circling game, driving game and…Niro did his first figure 8! I was so so proud of him! It looked perfect!
I am glad I am not doing all of this for nothing after all!

Something else happened this morning. A girl I’d never seen before came to see me and asked if I was the girl doing Parelli. I was a bit surprised and said yes. She asked me if I could help her with her horse who has big trailer loading issues. Apparently, someone told her that the best thing to do is to use horsemanship techniques. She doesn’t know a single thing about horsemanship so that’s why she came to see me.
Well first of all, I’d like to say I am pleased that I was recommended as the Parelli girl. I don’t even know who sent her to me but I admit it felt good. Also, I think it’s great that people are starting to acknowledge that horsemanship is good and horsemanship can solve problems the right way.
I don’t know what I’m going to be able to do for her and her horse though. I said I was going to watch the latest Savvy club DVD about trailer loading (which I hadn’t watched yet, as I don’t need to load at the moment) and contact her next week to let her know if I can do anything…
Actually, the only thing I could do would be to play with her horse everyday like I do with Niro and do a lot of squeezing game and ’sniff the trailer’ and so on until the horse feels confident enough to get into the trailer. That culd take a long time, but if she has time (and isn’t looking for a quick fix!) then I would be happy to take the challenge. It would be the opportunity for me to play with another horse and maybe another horsenality (I have no idea about that horse’s horsenality). It’s good for me and for my knowledge and most of all for my savvy!

What do you think, is it a good idea?

This morning didn’t go well once more. I found out that the bad days always happen when I come back to see Niro after my 4 days off…Wonder why!

He welcomed me with the ears back, he pushed me around his stall eating my coat (probably looking for carrots) and squeezed me to the wall when I removed his rug. Then he started tossing his head and looking really unhappy. I decided not to take him out as long as he looked like this. So I started mucking out and preparing his feed.

One of the grooms yelled at me for using one of HIS bins to steam my hay. I told him I didn’t know it was HIS bin and apologised. I offered to help him soak his hay or whatever he needed to do with the bin before I ’stole’ it. But he said he didn’t need my help and that I had ruined his timing… Well I just LOVE how people treat me there. I feel like I work there and don’t do things like I should (just like when I was working in those bloody offices!) but the truth is I pay for a horse’s livery so I am a customer, not an employee. This is wrong. I don’t like the atmosphere there. I don’t feel welcome…

So anyway, after a while, I noticed Niro looked relaxed, so I took him to the outdoor school and started to play the friendly game with him. It went OK as usual. Then, I moved to the porcupine game and it was fine, until he spooked at god-knows-what. He jumped and pushed me so hard I almost fell. He did that for a few seconds and he walked on my rope which made it a bit hard to calm him down. Then eventually he stopped.
I got back to playing friendly as I wanted to be sure he was ok. He was looking around, uninterested and he looked quite worried. I tried to back him up, tossing the rope and once agin, he started to cough and cough. He was coughing so much I thought it was safer to take him back to his stall and put his rug back on. I thought maybe he was cold…

So overall we must have played for 10 minutes and it didn’t look good at all. I am so disappointed.

I put his rug on, he kept coughing for a while and I groomed him (he still had some mud all over from the last time he went to the field…don’t know when that was) and I got a text from his owner’s mum saying not to take him to the field today as he has mud fever. I was not surprised. They told me from the start he had mud fever problems and I was always surprised to get there in the morning and see that horse with mud all over his legs. I mean it is quite obvious that a horse suffering from mud fever should have his legs cleaned when coming back from a muddy field… I am shocked and angry.

They do not take care of this horse as they should. He has mud fever (but his limbs remain dirty overnight), he has a really bad cough (but they ‘forget’ to give him his drugs).

Today was so so good!
First, it was sunny and I love sun. I miss the sun actually. It is the only thing that makes me think I won’t spend my whole life in England. I love this country but I miss the sun way too much…
So anyway, I spent a good time with Niro in the outdoor school this morning. He did a lot of licking and chewing and for once he was looking at me and not at the birds! He looked really interested. Well at least that’s what I think! Everything went well. Still the same problems with back up and sideways. He did one sideways step though. Woohoo!!
I tried to make him do a figure 8 but it is more a problem to me than it is to him. I mean at some point he always has his HQ facing me and I am not sure that should be happening… Will watch my on line patterns DVD this afternoon and look how Pat does it
Oh I took a few photos of us this morning but I can’t post them now as my iPhoto application has vanished from my laptop! Don’t know what happened there…
So overall, I really really good day!
Even the humans were nice with me today. The livery manager even asked me how I was doing with Parelli! I was so surprised! I mean I never even mentioned the name Parelli once, but she guessed! It was really nice to hear someone interested in what I am doing. She is nice.
It’s the weekend now and I’m happy but I find it long to wait until Wednesday to see Niro
Oh and on Sunday, my first Parelli play day in Essex!! I can’t wait!!!!

It went much better today! I’m happy.
We played the 7 games in the large outdoor school. I still haven’t managed to do anything that looks like sideways (still too busy eating the fence, the pole, whatever’s there!) or to back him up other than pushing his chest, but the rest was OK. I think it still look s a bit messy when I do it, but I guess it will improve with time.
I also tried the figure 8 using 2 small blocks. That did not work at all! Niro was looking at me wondering what he had to do and to be honest, I didn’t know what I was doing either! It’s goinf to be figure 8 videos this afternoon, I guess!
Then, I spent some time with him and let him graze the tiny bit of grass next to the outdoor school. And then it was time for turn out with his friends. He stormed away from me and galloped toward his muddy mates! He is the boss in the field and that was so much fun to watch! At least I know I’m not the only one he likes to boss around!
There has been a small issue this morning though. Nothing to do with Niro, he was perfect. This girl shouted at me because I left 2 blocks in the outdoor school (nobody was at the yard or using the school and I wanted to turn Niro out before going back to the school to remove the blocks) and I was really shocked. I mean I am always nice with everyone, I try to make everything look clean in the yard, I always leave the schools clean after I leave, and I try to disturb the people riding as little as possible (I wait until everyone’s finished riding before I go and play with Niro). So I didn’t get it! She doesn’t even work there! But she’s one of these traditional dressage people who laugh at horsemanship people like me. So I went back to see her afterwards and asked her what was wrong. She seemed surprised I came to see her so she smiled and said that she just wanted to know if I was still going to use the blocks, but nothing wrong… Yeah right! I hate people like that! Hate hate hate!
I don’t care you don’t like what I do with my horse but just leave me alone and don’t shout at me.

Yesterday, I went back to see Niro. I was really excited to go, I was full of good intentions, my motivation was at its peak, after spending several days watching videos! I was ready to really play with him and have fun.

I got there earlier than usually. Niro greeted me with the ears back, head up and not looking too happy, but I pretended I didn’t see it and spent some time with him in his stall, trying to be friendly. Then, we went to the indoor school, just because I wanted to change the environment (we’re in the small outdoor school usually). As soon as we got there, he rolled! I wasn’t expecting that but I let him do.

Then, it didn’t go well at all…He was jumping around, coming straight to me with his head up high, then showing me his HQ… I tried to be persistent for about 15 minutes and then thought I was going to get seriously hurt if I didn’t stop. So I decided to take him back to his stall. Going out of the indoor school is always a mess. He spooked at god-knows-what, pulled on the rope and tried to trot back like a loonie to the yard!
I was shaking! I put him back in his stall and realised that the horses had just been fed, and it explained why he wanted to get back so much. Maybe a little too much food driven…?

So anyway, I let him eat his slice of hay quietly and mucked out + prepared his feed during that time. I was feeling very frustrated but I tried to forget it.

After a while, I decided it was time for us to get back to the games. So I took him to the large outdoor school this time (first time for us too). He was more calm this time, but there was still some head up and pushing me around going on…
We played the 7 games and it went quite well. That’s the good news! The only thing I still can’t do with him is back up wiggling rope (I can only back him up pushing on his chest) and the sideways game.
Talking of the sideways game, I tried it yesterday and the problem was he started to eat the fence (he does that a lot!) so couldn’t care less about my carrot stick asking him to move sideways… That game’s gonna be a problem I think.

After a good session, I took him back to his stall and got ready to leave. Then out of nowhere his owner showed up. I hadn’t seen her since I’ve started taking care of Niro as she sleeps late and I always go in the morning.
She said ‘did you have fun with him today?’ so I said yes and told her about the indoor school freak out. She said he’d never done that with her… Then she asked me if I’d ever ridden him. I said that I was doing ground work with him first and would move to the riding part later…I can tell she’s not happy about that. She said OK and then I left because I didn’t know what else to say.

I can feel that this is going to become a problem soon. All I can do is wait and see how it goes but I have doubts I’m going to take care of Niro for a long time…

I woke up very early today and I’m going to go to the yard in a while. I’ll wait for Niro to have breakfast first this time. I don’t want to upset him.

This morning I went to see Niro. I was excited, especially with such a wonderful weather! It doesn’t happen very often here in England, so I was happy.

Niro looked around my pockets looking for some carrots and then off we went to the outdoor school.
I did the same as yesterday.

Still no problem with the friendly game…even when I slap the savvy string on the ground next to him!
He backed up when I pushed gently on his chest, which is really good. I didn’t have to push strongly. That’s a good start I’d say!

He still doesn’t want to play the yo yo game, he keeps walking towards me (that’s so sweet!)

Then, we did a bit of circling game and he did well. A good 4 laps at walk without stopping. I only had to pick up the stick once!

After that, I tried to play ‘Touch it’ with the nose. It took a long time until he decided to put his nose on the block but he did it.

I am quite pleased with my first week. I would say Niro’s very good at friendly game and more training needs to be done on the rest, but it’s looking good.
I can’t wait to see him next week. I hope we’ll progress on the first 3 games!

My only concern regarding this week is that he doesn’t seem to be interested in me. He’s always looking around and I have problems getting his attention. Is it possible that I bore him?
