<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Yesterday was a really good day for me.</p>
<p>I helped a few people with hypnotherapy and NLP, I was also working with two guys I respect in my field on a couple of projects for the New Year and my marketing assistant was all revved up and looking for new business opportunities.</p>
<p>To make this even better, I received an email from a discus thrower I had worked with called Kevin Brown who had won his third gold medal in October! He had sent me a photograph of the newspaper article dedicating his success to my Hypnosis sessions (picture attached). I was so pleased because this goal meant so much to him and he is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, but also was touched by his kindness in not only saying I had helped him but sending a picture of the article to me.</p>
<p>I put the article on Facebook and was checking the “Newsfeed” (I’m still not sure how that works? LOL) when I noticed a “Sports Mind Coach” had set up a group site so I thought I’d take a look. As I began reading the page I noticed the words had once again, (he’d done this on his website previously), been taken directly from my Sports Psychology website <a href="http://www.ndsp.co.uk/">www.NDSP.co.uk</a> and I found myself getting annoyed. Anyone who knows me knows the amount time and effort I have spent over the last 4 years developing my website, skills and products, helping hundreds of sports people (mostly boxers), which I am extremely proud of.</p>
<p>My mood had changed because my intellectual property had been stolen by someone who had done this in the past…I felt annoyed, why would anyone do this?</p>
<p><strong><em>But then something happened!</em></strong></p>
<p>An unconscious insight came to me and I asked myself “Why does this matter to me?”</p>
<p>I looked into the situation a little more; this guy had little or no experience, no testimonials or any measurable results from sportsmen or women and had difficulty talking in public.</p>
<p>I laughed to myself as I thought if he’s copying my stuff word for word it must be good! It’s rather like a child wears a football top with his favourite players name on it because he wants to be like him. And in boxing terms it would be like Manny Pacquiao getting annoyed by a journeyman boxer who was telling everyone he was the best, so I began to see it in a different perspective.</p>
<p>I thought once again about how great my life was because of the hard work I had put in…</p>
<p><strong><em>…and I felt brilliant again.</em></strong></p>
<p>On the road to success you will experience a few “bumps”, it’s how we react to these that affects the way we feel and how much success we have.</p>
<p>David Beckham recently said about his difficult time with LA Galaxy &#8220;There&#8217;s never a smooth road. There are always a few bumps along the way and there has been. But that&#8217;s kind of been my career. There have always been ups and downs &#8211; more ups than downs but that&#8217;s the way it is, that&#8217;s life.&#8221;</p>
<p>What keeps me motivated and inspired is having the mindset that my successes are the result of my skills and hard work, rather than accidents or freak occurrences.</p>
<p>Stuff happens, people do things and circumstances happen that disrupt your plans. I understand this will always happen so I look for the “Gold” in every situation. When I say Gold, I mean the positive insight or message.</p>
<p>Say to yourself “How can I view this situation in a way that will help me learn something or feel differently?”</p>
<p>Emotions are just energy, if you are using that energy to feel bad, it can also be used to feel good or to take action to do something that makes you feel good.</p>
<p>So whenever you are faced with a challenge…</p>
<p><strong>…Look for the Gold!</strong></p>
<p>Have a great day!</p>

<p>One day a traveler was walking along a road on his journey from one village to another. As he walked he noticed a monk tilling the ground in the fields beside the road. The monk said “Good day” to the traveler and the traveler nodded to the monk.<br />
The traveler then turned to the monk and said, “Excuse me, do you mind if I ask you a question?”<br />
“Not at all,” replied the monk.<br />
“I am traveling from the village in the mountains to the village in the valley and I was wondering if you knew what it is like in the village in the valley?”<br />
“Tell me,” said the monk. “What was your experience of the village in the mountains?”<br />
“Dreadful,” replied the traveler. “To be honest I am glad to be away from there. I found the people most unwelcoming. When I first arrived I was greeted coldly. I was never made to feel a part of the village no matter how hard I tried. The villagers keep very much to themselves; they don’t take kindly to strangers. So tell me, what can I expect in the village in the valley?”<br />
“I’m sorry to tell you,” said the monk, “but I think your experience will be much the same there.” The traveler hung his head despondently and walked on.<br />
A few months later another traveler was journeying down the same road and he also came upon the monk.<br />
“Good day,” said the traveler.<br />
“Good day,” said the monk.<br />
“How are you?” asked the traveler.<br />
“I’m well,” replied the monk. “Where are you going?”<br />
“I’m going to the village in the valley,” replied the traveler.<br />
“Do you know what it is like?”<br />
“I do,” replied the monk. “But first, tell me, where have you come from?”<br />
“I’ve come from the village in the mountains.”<br />
“And how was that?”<br />
“It was a wonderful experience. I would have stayed if I could but I am committed to traveling on. I felt as though I were a member of the family in the village. The elders gave me much advice, the children laughed and joked with me, and the people generally were kind and generous. I am sad to have left there. It will always hold special memories for me. And what of the village in the valley?” he asked again.<br />
“I think you will find it much the same,” replied the monk.<br />
“Good day to you.”<br />
“Good day and thank you,” replied the traveler, smiled, and journeyed on.</p>

<description><![CDATA[It doesn&#8217;t really matter what method you use to access the Subconscious mind, whether you use ]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>It doesn&#8217;t really matter what method you use to access the Subconscious mind, whether you use ThetaHealing™, NLP etc, the most important thing to know is how it works. Vianna Stibal teaches that the Subconscious mind believes that every belief within it is there to serve, protect or enhance your life  in a positive way. By its way of thinking there is nothing negative in it at all. It is not until the belief is communicated at the Conscious level that we realise how negative some of our beliefs really are.</p>
<p>Many people will ask why can&#8217;t we just remove and resolve all negative beliefs within our Subconscious mind with one command. Well, if you believe that you can then go for it. The thing to remember is that the Subconscious mind thinks that it is helping you and has no real judgement of positive or negative. So maybe if you were to make that command then there would be no result. The negative beliefs will not be apparent until they are filtered by your Conscious mind.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">People will use affirmations at the conscious level to try to initiate change in their life. Affirmations target the Conscious mind in order to ultimately access the Subconscious mind. Repetition is the key to the affirmation being successful, with the affirmation needing to be repeated up to thousands of times to get into the Subconscious mind. Below is a diagram that represents the mind (courtesy of Paul Blackburn), that shows how much of our thinking is influenced by each part of our mind. The Conscious mind is approximately 10% and the Subconscious mind is a whopping 50- 60%. That explains that despite all the positive thinking, we still do behaviours and have beliefs that are not in our higest and best. E.g. Consciously we say &#8221; I will not eat chocolate, I will not eat chocolate&#8230;&#8221;, Subconsciously we are saying &#8220;Chocolate makes me feel better, I want some now&#8221;, and before we can catch up with what is going on, we have a piece of Chocolate in our mouth. What the&#8230;Why?? Well it is obvious, 50 -60% will beat 10% any day of the week.</p>
<p style="text-align:center;"> </p>
<p style="text-align:center;"><a href="http://thetadevas.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/power-of-the-mind.jpg"><img class="size-medium wp-image-93 aligncenter" title="ThetaHealing : the power of the mind" src="http://thetadevas.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/power-of-the-mind.jpg?w=300" alt="" width="300" height="285" /></a></p>
<p>But what if there was a way to get any affirmation into the Subconscious mind the first time it is said, thus giving the 10% more leverage. Well there is a way and what we are talking about is ThetaHealing™. We can download beliefs and feelings into the Subconscious mind as well as remove limiting or negative beliefs in an instant. ThetaHealing™ is such a versatile technique that can make real and lasting change in a person&#8217;s life.</p>
<p>In ThetaHealing™ we use a basic Kinesiology Technique called &#8220;Muscle Testing&#8221; to check whether a person has a belief within their Subconscious mind. There was a ThetaHealing™ teacher that would muscle test whether a certain belief was in fact the &#8220;bottom&#8221; belief. Unfortunately there is a real flaw in this model, and that is if you give the Subconscious mind any opportunity to escape &#8230; it will! So the answer would always be &#8220;Yes, this is the bottom belief&#8221;. They would then change the &#8220;bottom&#8221; belief but the true bottom belief would be left in place, so realistically the person did not receive a full healing.</p>
<p>Our mind is more powerful than most people give it credit for. How many times have you become sick just before an appointment or course that was going to change your life? That was your Subconscious mind keeping you &#8220;safe&#8221;. What about people who get laryngitis just before a big presentation. Again, the person is being kept &#8220;safe&#8221;.</p>
<p>Whatever we say we are, we are! Have you noticed that people who say they can&#8217;t remember people&#8217;s names, can&#8217;t. People who say that they are bad with money, are. What are you feeding your Subconscious mind? Isn&#8217;t  it time that we changed our mental nutrition.</p>
<p>Thanks for reading,</p>

<blockquote>&#62;&#62;&#62; print conll2000.chunked_sents(&#8216;train.txt&#8217;, chunk_types=['NP'])[99]<br />(S<br />&#160; Over/IN<br />&#160; (NP a/DT cup/NN)<br />&#160; of/IN<br />&#160; (NP coffee/NN)<br />&#160; ,/,<br />&#160; (NP Mr./NNP Stone/NNP)<br />&#160; told/VBD<br />&#160; (NP his/PRP$ story/NN)<br />&#160; ./.)</p></blockquote>
<p><b>(2) Simple Evaluation and Baselines</b></p>
<blockquote>&#62;&#62;&#62; from nltk.corpus import conll2000<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; cp = nltk.RegexpParser(&#8220;&#8221;)<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; test_sents = conll2000.chunked_sents(&#8216;test.txt&#8217;, chunk_types=['NP'])<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; print cp.evaluate(test_sents)<br />ChunkParse score:<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; IOB Accuracy:&#160; 43.4%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Precision:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 0.0%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Recall:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 0.0%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; F-Measure:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 0.0%</p></blockquote>
<blockquote>&#62;&#62;&#62; grammar = r&#8221;NP: {&#60;[CDJNP].*&#62;+}&#8221;<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; cp = nltk.RegexpParser(grammar)<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; print cp.evaluate(test_sents)<br />ChunkParse score:<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; IOB Accuracy:&#160; 87.7%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Precision:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 70.6%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Recall:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 67.8%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; F-Measure:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 69.2%</p></blockquote>
<blockquote>class UnigramChunker(nltk.ChunkParserI):</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; def __init__(self, train_sents): <br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; train_data = [[(t,c) for w,t,c in nltk.chunk.tree2conlltags(sent)]<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; for sent in train_sents]<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; self.tagger = nltk.UnigramTagger(train_data) </p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; def parse(self, sentence): <br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; pos_tags = [pos for (word,pos) in sentence]<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; tagged_pos_tags = self.tagger.tag(pos_tags)<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; chunktags = [chunktag for (pos, chunktag) in tagged_pos_tags]<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; conlltags = [(word, pos, chunktag) for ((word,pos),chunktag)<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; in zip(sentence, chunktags)]<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; return nltk.chunk.conlltags2tree(conlltags)</p></blockquote>
<blockquote>&#62;&#62;&#62; test_sents = conll2000.chunked_sents(&#8216;test.txt&#8217;, chunk_types=['NP'])<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; train_sents = conll2000.chunked_sents(&#8216;train.txt&#8217;, chunk_types=['NP'])<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; unigram_chunker = UnigramChunker(train_sents)<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; print unigram_chunker.evaluate(test_sents)<br />ChunkParse score:<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; IOB Accuracy:&#160; 92.9%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Precision:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 79.9%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Recall:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 86.8%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; F-Measure:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 83.2%</p></blockquote>
<blockquote>&#62;&#62;&#62; bigram_chunker = BigramChunker(train_sents)<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; print bigram_chunker.evaluate(test_sents)<br />ChunkParse score:<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; IOB Accuracy:&#160; 93.3%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Precision:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 82.3%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Recall:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 86.8%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; F-Measure:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 84.5%</p></blockquote>
<p><b>(3) Training Clasifier-Based Chunkers</b></p>
<p>不管是基于正则表达式的chunker还是基于n-gram的chunker, 它们都使用<a target="_blank" href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Part-of-speech_tagging">POS tags</a>作为形成chunk的依据；但有时POS tags并不足以判断句子怎样chunk, 举例如下<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; a.&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Joey/NN sold/VBD the/DT farmer/NN rice/NN ./.<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; b.&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; Nick/NN broke/VBD my/DT computer/NN monitor/NN ./.<br />这两句的POS tags是完全一样的，但是chunk却不一样，第一句中， farmer和rice都是chunk，而第二句中，computer与monitor共同组成了一个chunk &#8212; 此时，我们就需要考虑词本身的意思而不仅仅是依靠POS来进行chunking.</p>
<p>解决上面的问题，我们可以借助 classifier-based tagger 去 chunk a sentence.
<blockquote>class ConsecutiveNPChunkTagger(nltk.TaggerI): </p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; def __init__(self, train_sents):<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; train_set = []<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; for tagged_sent in train_sents:<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; untagged_sent = nltk.tag.untag(tagged_sent)<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; history = []<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; for i, (word, tag) in enumerate(tagged_sent):<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; featureset = npchunk_features(untagged_sent, i, history) <br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; train_set.append( (featureset, tag) )<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; history.append(tag)<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; self.classifier = nltk.MaxentClassifier.train( <br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; train_set, algorithm=&#8217;megam&#8217;, trace=0)</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; def tag(self, sentence):<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; history = []<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; for i, word in enumerate(sentence):<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; featureset = npchunk_features(sentence, i, history)</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; tag = self.classifier.classify(featureset)<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; history.append(tag)<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; return zip(sentence, history)</p></blockquote>
<blockquote>class ConsecutiveNPChunker(nltk.ChunkParserI): <br />&#160;&#160;&#160; def __init__(self, train_sents):<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; tagged_sents = [[((w,t),c) for (w,t,c) in<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; nltk.chunk.tree2conlltags(sent)]<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; for sent in train_sents]<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; self.tagger = ConsecutiveNPChunkTagger(tagged_sents)</p>
<p>&#160;&#160;&#160; def parse(self, sentence):<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; tagged_sents = self.tagger.tag(sentence)<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; conlltags = [(w,t,c) for ((w,t),c) in tagged_sents]<br />&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; return nltk.chunk.conlltags2tree(conlltags)</p></blockquote>
<blockquote>&#62;&#62;&#62; def npchunk_features(sentence, i, history):<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; word, pos = sentence[i]<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; return {&#8220;pos&#8221;: pos}<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; chunker = ConsecutiveNPChunker(train_sents)<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; print chunker.evaluate(test_sents)<br />ChunkParse score:<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; IOB Accuracy:&#160; 92.9%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Precision:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 79.9%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Recall:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 86.7%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; F-Measure:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 83.2%</p></blockquote>
<blockquote>&#62;&#62;&#62; def npchunk_features(sentence, i, history):<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; word, pos = sentence[i]<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; if i == 0:<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; prevword, prevpos = &#8220;&#60;START&#62;&#8221;, &#8220;&#60;START&#62;&#8221;<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; else:<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; prevword, prevpos = sentence[i-1]<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; return {&#8220;pos&#8221;: pos, &#8220;prevpos&#8221;: prevpos}<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; chunker = ConsecutiveNPChunker(train_sents)<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; print chunker.evaluate(test_sents)<br />ChunkParse score:<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; IOB Accuracy:&#160; 93.6%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Precision:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 81.9%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Recall:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 87.1%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; F-Measure:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 84.4%</p></blockquote>
<blockquote>&#62;&#62;&#62; def npchunk_features(sentence, i, history):<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; word, pos = sentence[i]<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; if i == 0:<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; prevword, prevpos = &#8220;&#60;START&#62;&#8221;, &#8220;&#60;START&#62;&#8221;<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; else:<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; prevword, prevpos = sentence[i-1]<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; return {&#8220;pos&#8221;: pos, &#8220;word&#8221;: word, &#8220;prevpos&#8221;: prevpos}<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; chunker = ConsecutiveNPChunker(train_sents)<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; print chunker.evaluate(test_sents)<br />ChunkParse score:<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; IOB Accuracy:&#160; 94.2%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Precision:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 83.4%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Recall:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 88.6%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; F-Measure:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 85.9%</p></blockquote>
<blockquote>&#62;&#62;&#62; def npchunk_features(sentence, i, history):<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; word, pos = sentence[i]<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; if i == 0:<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; prevword, prevpos = &#8220;&#60;START&#62;&#8221;, &#8220;&#60;START&#62;&#8221;<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; else:<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; prevword, prevpos = sentence[i-1]<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; if i == len(sentence)-1:<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; nextword, nextpos = &#8220;&#60;END&#62;&#8221;, &#8220;&#60;END&#62;&#8221;<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; else:<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; nextword, nextpos = sentence[i+1]<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; return {&#8220;pos&#8221;: pos,<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; &#8220;word&#8221;: word,<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; &#8220;prevpos&#8221;: prevpos,<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; &#8220;nextpos&#8221;: nextpos, <br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; &#8220;prevpos+pos&#8221;: &#8220;%s+%s&#8221; % (prevpos, pos),&#160; <br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; &#8220;pos+nextpos&#8221;: &#8220;%s+%s&#8221; % (pos, nextpos),<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; &#8220;tags-since-dt&#8221;: tags_since_dt(sentence, i)}&#160; </p>
<p>&#62;&#62;&#62; def tags_since_dt(sentence, i):<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; tags = set()<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; for word, pos in sentence[:i]:<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; if pos == &#8216;DT&#8217;:<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; tags = set()<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; else:<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; tags.add(pos)<br />&#8230;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; return &#8216;+&#8217;.join(sorted(tags))</p>
<p>&#62;&#62;&#62; chunker = ConsecutiveNPChunker(train_sents)<br />&#62;&#62;&#62; print chunker.evaluate(test_sents)<br />ChunkParse score:<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; IOB Accuracy:&#160; 95.9%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Precision:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 88.3%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; Recall:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 90.7%<br />&#160;&#160;&#160; F-Measure:&#160;&#160;&#160;&#160; 89.5%</p></blockquote>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Definisi Natural Language Processing<br />

Kalimat (K) → Frase Kata Benda (FB) + Frase Kata Kerja (FK)<br />
Frase Kata Benda (FB)  	→ Artikula (A) + Kata Benda (KB)<br />
		Frase Kata Kerja (FK)	→ Kata Kerja (KK) + Frase Kata Benda (FB)<br />
		Artikula			→ si dan sang<br />
		Kata Benda			→ Robot<br />
		Kata Kerja			→ Bersihkan, Cucikan, Jemurkan<br />
Struktur data :<br />
1.(K,FB,FK)<br />
2.(FB,A,KB)<br />
3.(FK,KK,FB)<br />
4.(FK,KK)<br />
5.(A,[ ])<br />
2.jika ya maka sekarang kalimat tebentuk menjadi dua.
    C                         K1<br />
C	= unsur pertama pembentuk kalimat<br />
K1	=  Sisa kalimat setelah C dikeluarkan dari K<br />
<p>Algoritma dengan menggunakan IF yaitu :</p>
<p>1.Apakah kalimat dimulai dengan constituent?<br />
2.Jika ya, maka K = C + K1<br />
C = Constituent<br />
K1= sisanya<br />
3.Apakah C = terminal ?<br />
4.Jika ya, stop<br />
5.Jika tidak, lanjutkan ke parse list<br />
6.Parse list : ulangi langkah 3</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p style="text-align:center;"><strong>Oder,<br />
“In was wir uns so hinein quatschen“</strong></p>
 <br />
<p><strong>Wir reagieren darauf!</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ich weiß was mir den entsprechenden Nutzen bringen würde!</strong></p>
<p>Fazit.

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Douglas Hofstadter&#8217;s &#8221; Godel Escher Bach&#8221; is the best book about recursion out there. However, it is important to note that Recursion occurs in all kinds of places in life generally. I suppose it&#8217;s a question of which particular discipline that deals with recursion you&#8217;re looking for. For general philosophical and intellectual stimulation, then &#8220;Godel, Escher Bach&#8221; is the one to read. You&#8217;ll find it on Amazon.</p>
<p>Books are written in language, and language is itself of a recursive nature. NLP, or  Neuro Linguistic Programming, is also about recursion. There are many books opn NLP and it probably doesn&#8217;t matter which you read. Quite often the authors of these books give clues to their interest in recursion without direct emphasis. People who understand how to spot the recursion will pick them up without being told.</p>
<p>There best place to learn about recursion is the planet you live on. Take a look around you, you&#8217;ll spot it everywhere. The question is, of course, whether or not it is actually real &#8211; is it just in the mind?</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p style="text-align:justify;">Ok, on a completely different subject from my last post, but after watching Monday&#8217;s Loose Women program, where playwright, author and critic <em>Bonnie Greer</em> talked about how she met her current husband, I just have to share this with you.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">If you are looking for love and you thought romance was dead, think again!</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">
<p style="text-align:justify;">Bonnie said that moving to London from the States was tough and she felt lonely at first.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">One day she was in a supermarket aisle and this man smiled at her. The first person that had smiled at her since arriving to London.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">She thought that was lovely, and she found herself going back to that supermarket just to see if that person who had smiled at her would be there.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Years passed and after a string of relationships, she and her then boyfriend went to a theatre play.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">There, a man approached her and asked her if she was a critic. She said yes. He asked if she would bring him to watch a play sometime. She was shocked.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">This man put his hand on hers, and at that moment, she said she knew she would marry him.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Later they both realised they had met 6 years earlier at a supermarket aisle.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">
<p style="text-align:justify;">If you have a romantic story like Bonnie&#8217;s please feel free to romantisize our lives with it.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">And if you are looking for love, keep believing it will happen, and it will.</p>

Nowy artykuł [<a title="ezoteryka" href="http://www.antylicho.pl/ezoteryka.html" target="_self">ezoteryka</a>].
<p style="text-align:justify;"><!--more--></p>
To znaczy Jezus rzecz jasna. Oświeconych, bo kto wówczas by pracował.

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>&#8220;]<a href="http://louisegoddard.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/heart-in-hand.jpg"><img src="http://louisegoddard.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/heart-in-hand.jpg" alt="Cultivating an attitude of gratitude [Creating a wealthy mindset – part 1]" title="Cultivating an attitude of gratitude [Creating a wealthy mindset – part 1]" width="130" height="94" class="size-full wp-image-111" /></a><br />
Most of us have heard the saying “you get more of what you focus on”.<br />
I would agree but making the following amendment – you get more of what you frequently focus on, accompanied with strong feeling.</p>
<p>If you constantly bemoan your inability to afford the things you want; if you frequently focus on poverty and lack, it’s likely you will attract more of it.</p>
<p>If you need to/wish to improve your financial circumstances, it makes sense – to me at least – to focus frequently, with feeling, on abundance.</p>
<p>Many if not most of you reading this have watched or read ‘The Secret’. One of its contributors advises cultivating an “attitude of gratitude”.</p>
<p>By alerting yourself to the events/things/people/pets etc that bring you joy and feeling grateful for them, you are training your subconscious to seek ‘rich times’ – not necessarily pertaining to money. I’m not an expert on the Law of Attraction, however as a Master Practitioner in the behavioural technology of Neuro-linguistic programming and a hypnotist, I am a proven expert in reprogramming the subconscious mind.</p>
<p>Understand some basics about your conscious and subconscious minds: your conscious mind is the mind that you actively and purposely think with all day long. You likely experience it as an internal voice throughout your day.</p>
<p>The conscious mind has its uses, but it is surprisingly limited in what it can achieve on its own. Research over the years has indicated that the conscious mind can only hold a few ideas at any one time. Most of your life is run automatically by your other mind – your subconscious.</p>
<p>Your subconscious is your ‘larger mind’ – it constantly records new information you obtain from the environment around you and stores it. It processes millions of messages containing sensory information every second. Everything you have ever seen, heard or experienced in any way has been filed away somewhere in the depths of your subconscious mind. It’s the storehouse for all of your memories and more importantly, the automatic programs that influence your thoughts (feelings, perceptions of events) and actions.<br />
The information that has been recorded in your subconscious forms your belief systems, which impact how you think and act.<br />
Getting back to the subject line: unless your subconscious is programmed for wealth, it is unlikely that anything you know, do or learn will make any difference in the long run. We’ve all heard of stories of celebrities who had millions and then are reported bankrupt.<br />
Perhaps you’ve heard the term ‘poverty mentality’ bandied about? This refers to thinking constantly about what we can’t have, can’t afford. </p>
<p>If financial abundance is one of your goals, you need to prepare your subconscious for wealth. The quality of our thoughts determines the quality of our lives.</p>
<p>Let’s make a start. Take a pad and pen (or open Word <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> and write down three things that make you happy. They can be things on which you didn’t necessarily expend extra money.</p>
<p>One of my three would be that last week I took my spoiled German Shepherd girl, Lucy, to a park we don’t normally visit. I didn’t realise previously that it had a wide sandy beach. As we stood on the sand looking out across the St Lawrence towards the States, I savoured a beautiful ten minutes of gazing at a lovely November sunset. I wish I’d taken my camera so I could share with you the sight I enjoyed so much – the river was as calm as a mill pond…And pink! The water was shallow and clear and a delicate shade of strawberry pink all the way to the horizon! This only lasted for ten minutes so I’m glad I stopped and enjoyed all of them <img src='http://s.wordpress.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' /> </p>
<p>What three ‘abundant’ moments did you write or type? </p>
<p>Seeing someone or a pet you love? Enjoying a sunrise or sunset? Doing an activity you enjoy? Listening to some music that triggers happy memories?<br />
The truth is, we all have moments that make us happy, that bring us joy… Sadly we often ignore them and focus on what we don’t have/don’t like and how our situations aren’t how we want them to be. To quote Eric Hoffer: &#8220;The hardest arithmetic to master is that which enables us to count our blessings.&#8221;</p>
<p>Start looking for anything (healthy) that makes you feel happy, abundant and aware of the ‘wealth’ you already have in your life. You get more of what you focus on, so the more you practise looking for moments of abundance &#8211; precious moments of joy &#8211; the more you will experience. </p>
<p>Next week, I’ll teach you how to create and use an NLP anchor so that you can conjure those feelings of abundance whenever you wish.<br />
Talking of wishing, I wish all of my American clients and friends a very Happy Thanksgiving!<br />

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>I need to start by saying &#8216;hellooooooooooo&#8217; to you all as it has been sometime since I last blogged. In fact, 5 months. Goodness. Shocking you may say. I have not been twiddling my thumbs in that time. Far from it in fact, I have been attempting to get my body straight and play a dangerous game of catch with work that got shelved when I decided to have a lengthy stay in hospital. My wonderful clients were so patient and caring when they could have so easily moved on elsewhere. Anyway, I am all caught up now.</p>
<p>So, what is the thought for today. It took an external kick up the %&#38;$£ to get back to my blog. That is opposed to a self inflicted kick up the %&#38;$£ which is painful, severe and can be hilarious to those watching as it usually involves falling over in some dramatic style! Anyway, thanks to Jo Gooch who innocently, at least that&#8217;s what I think, asked me if I had updated my blog. Just the question shot me into action. I got all tetchy and concerned that perhaps she had been visiting my blog daily for the last 5 months just waiting for that update&#8230;&#8230;.</p>
<p>Sometimes, all of us need a good old kick up the runt in order to catapult ourselves into action. Jo&#8217;s prompt didn&#8217;t <em>make</em> me do anything. Far from it. What it did do though was present me with a very conscious choice about &#8217;should I write it, should I not &#8211; do I want to, do I not?!&#8217; How many of you admit to frequently cruising through life on your magic carpet, very unaware of making any conscious choice about the options in front of you?? You are nodding right? Eh? I knew it. We can all fall into it. The problem with it is that as much as we get seduced and dragged into the good stuff, we can also end up colluding with and embedding the unhealthy stuff. I get emails daily from clients that are struggling to navigate their current terrain. The message from them is clear &#8211; <em>LIFE IS DIFFICULT! </em>You can hear the sigh in their voice, the energy they have dropped onto the floor and are struggling to scrape back up again. They have lost sight of the choice and the options available to them. Once they recognise the choice, then they can begin to think, feel and behave differently. You can do this too. It&#8217;s not hard and yet we sometimes just need the nudge. The greatest gift is to be able to spot it in ourselves, get the foot ready and give ourselves that one big boot up the arse&#8230;&#8230;.there&#8230;..I said it. Damn that feels good!</p>
<p>Next time on this blog, I will talk about how you can do this yourself without waiting for someone else to do it for you!</p>
<p>Enjoy going BTFI!</p>

<p>Užité predikáty jsou zvýrazněny kurzívou a u v popisu jednoznačně převládá <strong>vizuální</strong> reprezentační systém.</p>
<p>Další <strong>vizuální predikáty</strong> jsou slova vyjadřující:</p>
<ul>
<li>Barvy (černá, bílá, atd.)</li>
<li>Počet rozměrů (dvourozměrné, apod.)</li>
<li>Umístění (vlevo, nahoře, apod.)</li>
<li>Jas (světlé, apod.)</li>
<li>Pohyb (mím směrem, apod.)</li>
<li>Rychlost (pomalu, apod.)</li>
<li>Počet (třikrát, apod.)</li>
<li>Velikost</li>
</ul>
“</p></blockquote>
<p>Další predikáty spojované s <strong>kinestetickým</strong> reprezentačním systémem jsou slova popisující:</p>
<ul>
<li>Intenzitu</li>
<li>Tlak (tvrdý ,apod.)</li>
<li>Rozsah (velká, apod.)</li>
<li>Povrch (hladký, apod.)</li>
<li>Váha (lehký, apod.)</li>
<li>Teplota (vroucí, apod.)</li>
<li>Tvar (šišatý, apod.)</li>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>The Mudra healing has been combined with ‘Living with Awareness’ techniques here, to achieve any goal or objective. To understand how our mind works against our own goals and objectives, please read the following posts:</p>
<p><a href="http://healbyrule.wordpress.com/2009/09/28/i-am-the-hero-and-the-villain-in-the-movie-life-directed-by-me/">http://healbyrule.wordpress.com/2009/09/28/i-am-the-hero-and-the-villain-in-the-movie-life-directed-by-me/</a></p>
<p><a href="http://healbyrule.wordpress.com/2009/06/14/dress-up-as-married/">http://healbyrule.wordpress.com/2009/06/14/dress-up-as-married/</a></p>
<p><strong>Three Steps to Fulfilment</strong></p>
<p>If you have a desire that’s not fulfilled (let us say you want to be an actor), then do the following:</p>
<p><strong>1. Do the Acceptance Mudra </strong>and affirm, &#8220;I accept myself totally. I release my desire to be an actor&#8221;.</p>
<p>If you want to reduce your weight then affirm, &#8220;I accept myself totally. I release my desire to reduce my weight&#8221;.</p>
<p>Or you affirmation could be, “I I accept myself totally. I release my desire to look attractive&#8221;. Thus release all your desires to loose your weight.</p>
<p><em>Why should I release my desires? Even desires are a form of resistance to achieve our goals and objectives.</em></p>
<p>To see how to do acceptance Mudra:</p>
<p><a href="http://healbymudra.wordpress.com/2009/08/02/acceptance-mudra/">http://healbymudra.wordpress.com/2009/08/02/acceptance-mudra/</a></p>
<p><strong>2. Do Jupiter Mudra </strong>and affirm, &#8220;I release my resistance to become an actor&#8221;. If you have a desire that is unfulfilled, it means there is a resistance inside you. To reduce your weight, affirm, “I release my resistance to reduce my weight”.</p>
<p><em>Sometimes we want something consciously, but unconsciously we will be resisting that. This is called psychological reversal. </em></p>
<p>To see how to do Jupiter Mudra:</p>
<p><a href="http://healbymudra.wordpress.com/2009/11/24/jupiter-mudra/">http://healbymudra.wordpress.com/2009/11/24/jupiter-mudra/</a></p>
<p><strong>3. Do Movement Mudra </strong>and affirm, &#8220;I have become an actor&#8221;, &#8220;I have started to act in so and so film&#8221; as though the desire has happened already.</p>
<p>To see how to do Movement Mudra:</p>
<p><a href="http://healbymudra.wordpress.com/2009/11/24/movement-mudra/">http://healbymudra.wordpress.com/2009/11/24/movement-mudra/</a></p>
<p><strong>At least spend 5-15 minutes in each Mudra, in the order mentioned. Do them twice a day.</strong></p>

<li>To move forward in life.</li>
<li>To feel fresh, especially if you are not a morning person, do this Mudra.</li>
<li>If you are stuck up in a traffic.</li>
<li>After 8th month of pregnancy is over, do this Mudra. Movement of the child will be smooth. Natural movement of foetus will happen and there will be an easy delivery.</li>
</ul>
<p>Index and middle fingers touches the thumb.</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://healbymudra.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/mudra_kubera.jpg"><img class="aligncenter size-medium wp-image-74" title="mudra_kubera" src="http://healbymudra.wordpress.com/files/2009/11/mudra_kubera.jpg?w=300" alt="" width="300" height="258" /></a></strong></p>
<p><strong>Beat the Traffic – a Case History</strong></p>
<p>Tom is not a morning person. He works for a software company. Timings are flexible. So he can afford to go late to office.</p>
<p>Due to some work pressure, though suddenly he had to go early to office. This he found it very difficult to do, even after setting up an alarm.</p>
<p>So after waking up, and until he got up from bed, he started doing Movement Mudra or otherwise called as a Kubera Mudra. After a couple of weeks, he was able to get up early without an alarm.</p>
<p>Unfortunately, the morning hour’s traffic was too much for him to handle. He started doing this Mudra, whenever he had to wait for the signal or when the traffic stops. Surprisingly he found that he could beat the traffic somehow.</p>
<p>Within a couple of months, he was asked to vacate his house. He found a house, which was closer to his office. He thinks there is a connection between this change and the movement Mudra, as he started reaching his office early without any effort whatsoever.</p>

<p>He developed a left shoulder back pain. I asked him whether he has any problem in the office. He replied that he has no role in the office and therefore, he is not working to his satisfaction.</p>
<p>The Message from his body is, “Because of your lack of interest, your contribution is less in the office. You are giving less than you are receiving. If you continue to do so, in the future you will get lesser appreciation. There may be a cut in the salary too. Even if you find a new job you will be paid less there. If you don’t want these things to happen then give 100% of your efforts”.  Otherwise your receiving will become lesser and lesser.</p>
<p>I asked him to affirm ‘I choose to find ways to give 100%. I stop resisting the present job. I accept it totally’.</p>
<p><strong>Note</strong></p>
<p>The moment he committed, the body pain was reduced. Please note that there is no right or wrong here!</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p><strong>Every God has their field day</strong></p>
<p><strong>Ramya</strong></p>
<p>For Sivarathri we pray to Siva, for Pradosham another deity and so on. On specific days we chant mantras for a specific god. Thus during different days, we chant different mantras. Do we have to say so many mantras or do we have one mantra which takes care of all the gods.</p>
<p><strong>Naran S. Balakumar</strong></p>
<p>We chant mantras based on the trust and love and association we have for a particular god. Different people prefer different gods. This is based on mind of the person. All gods are one and the same. Why so many gods or energies? Each of those gods has a specific purpose behind them.</p>
<p><strong>Hare Rama Hare Krishna</strong></p>
<p>Of course there is one mantra that gives the benefit of chanting mantras for all gods. It is the mantra, “Hare Rama Hare Krishna”. If we take bija mantras for all mantras, then they are present inside this mantra. Combination of all characters of mantras pertaining to all Gods is found in this mantra.</p>
<p><strong>I chanted so much, and thus ego creeps in</strong></p>
<p>Whatever mantra you say then immediately you get attached yourself to deity. You feel proud that you have done so much. However, while doing a Japam, it should remove my ego too. There is no flaw in the mantras. But mantra should have the capability to shed our ego. Hare Rama Hare Krishna can do that for us. Nothing else is needed. That doesn’t mean we need not go away from mantras for other Gods.</p>
<p><strong>Get a Total Satisfaction</strong></p>
<p>People have attained Siddhis or liberation with all the mantras. Why then Hare Rama Hare Krishna mantra has a special place? If you chant Hare Rama Hare Krishna mantra, then you get the satisfaction that you get by chanting all the mantras. You feel complete because you have not missed out any.</p>
<p><strong>Revathy on healing her knees – a Case History</strong></p>
<p>Earlier, I use one leg to get climb the stairs to attend the classes of Naran. After chanting Hare Ram Hare Krishna mantra, I could use both the legs. My knees are so much better</p>

<description><![CDATA[Are the short winter days taking their toll on you? If you are tired, stressed out and have no energ]]></description>
<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>Are the short winter days taking their toll on you?</p>
<p>If you are tired, stressed out and have no energy to do everything you need to do, it may be time to recharge your batteries. If the &#8220;winter blues&#8221; is getting you down, here is what you can do to get tons of energy, fast.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#ff6600;">1. Eat more energising foods</span></strong></p>
<p>In winter, a lot of people resort to comfort foods to keep warm. They connect the warming effect these foods provide with feeling good.</p>
<p>Many foods people consider comforting are in fact everything but, as they sap your energy and make you pile on the pounds. Beware of foods high in sugar,  simple carbohydrates, and the chemicals that many prepacked foods contain.</p>
<p>Make sure you eat lots of seasonal fruit and vegetables. There are some delicious and warming recipes you can cook, that don&#8217;t take long, and they will make you feel full and good about yourself.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#ff6600;">2. Stay hydrated</span></strong></p>
<p>Drink plenty of hydrating and nourrishing fluids like water (preferably filtered), green tea, decaffeinated herbal teas, and veg. juices. It is recommended you drink 8 glasses a day, and more if you exercise.</p>
<p>Stay away from coffee, sodas and other sugary drinks. These dehydrate you and play havoc with your energy levels.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#ff6600;">3. Get your dose of Vitamin D</span></strong></p>
<p>Essential for optimal health, yet, if like most people you work indoors all day, you may be deficient, and as a result feeling low in energy.</p>
<p>The best way to get vitamin D is through sunlight. It is harder to get it in winter, but you can still get some of the benefits by spending time outdoors every day. Whether you go for a walk, a run or a cycle&#8230; you will hugely benefit from it.</p>
<p>The other way to get it is supplementation with Vitamin D3. Please consult your health care practitioner to find out the right dosage for you.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#ff6600;">4. Work out</span></strong></p>
<p>Research shows that consistent exercise can help people battling depresion. <a href="http://www.superfastfitness.ie" target="_blank">Exercise</a> affects your body&#8217;s levels of cortisol and endorphins.</p>
<p>Cortisol, which is produced in response to stress, increases blood pressure and blood sugar, weakens your immune response and can lead to organ inflammation and damage. But working out burns cortisol, restoring your body&#8217;s normal levels.</p>
<p>Exercise can also cause your brain to release endorphins, your body&#8217;s natural pain relievers.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#ff6600;">5. Reduce radiation</span></strong></p>
<p>A lot of us spend most of our days in front of a computer, a tv, or on our mobile phones. The electro magnetic field radiation these emit interferes with our biological energy levels, and this can cause fatigue, insomnia, and stress, amongst other ailments.</p>
<p>Take a little time to research how you can reduce radiation. Getting a low radiation mobile phone, and a radiation filter plate for your computer can help. It&#8217;s known that placing several cactus plants beside your computer can help too as these plants absorb radiation.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#ff6600;">6. Think positive</span></strong></p>
<p>By focusing on the things you can do to feel more energetic, you are <a href="http://www.delite.ie" target="_blank">thinking more resourcefully</a>, which in turn will make you feel better about yourself.</p>
<p>As Winston Churchill said:</p>
<p><em>&#8220;A pessimist sees the difficulty in every opportunity; an optimist sees the opportunity in every difficulty.&#8221;</em></p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#ff6600;">7. Learn to manage your time better</span></strong></p>
<p>In my post <em>&#8220;How to get more done with the time you have&#8221; </em>(Category: time management), I give you practical tips on how you can manage your time better so you can get more done with your day. When you put these tips into practice, you&#8217;ll notice you have more energy and you are more relaxed too.</p>
<p><strong><span style="color:#ff6600;">8. Breathe </span></strong></p>
<p>One of my most recent clients was so <a href="http://www.delite.ie" target="_blank">stressed out</a> he held his breath without realising. He said that he was getting bad headaches and his neck was always sore. Then I pointed out to him that his shoulders were up to his head. Stress was causing &#8220;cronic shrugging&#8221; and he wondered why he was getting these pains!?</p>
<p>During our session we did breathing exercises and a  relaxing induction that lasted about ten minutes. He fell deeply asleep. When he woke up he said he felt like he&#8217;d slept for 8 hours and he felt refreshed and invigorated. He walked out with a spring on his step!</p>
<p>Take a few minutes every day to just take a few deep breaths and allow yourself to relax, as you let your mind wander and appreciate your life.</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff6600;"><strong>9. Help others</strong></span></p>
<p>After performing good deeds, we are happier and feel our life has more purpose.</p>
<p>Selfless acts can help our life on many levels. And as they make us feel good about ourselves, they also affect our energy levels positively.</p>
<p>Put these tips into practice, and allow yourself to feel what it feels like to have an abundance of energy!</p>
<p>Talk soon,</p>
<p>Anna</p>

<p><strong>What I enjoyed about the programme most&#8230;&#8230;.</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>The upbeat vibrant learning enabled me to get the most out of the submodality map across and belief change section.</li>
<li>Contact with others both in the practical exercises and plenty of opportunities to have interesting chats.</li>
<li>Opportunity to work with so many different people and to ‘experiment’ with the techniques, time to practise.</li>
<li>The laughing! Practising the different techniques.</li>
<li>I can be, however I want to be. I can feel the way I want to feel.</li>
<li>Jam packed, but able to practice + process all the techniques. Lots of different people + their experiences. A great team of trainers compliment each other.</li>
<li>Variety of styles. Brain gyms, theory, practise, exercises.</li>
<li>Loved the folder and CD, most of all practical demos and practise.</li>
<li>Practical. Varied. Two trainers. Days went very quickly.</li>
<li>Practical sessions throughout, mixed with theory. Slow but intense build of learning and understanding.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>How I changed personally through my experiences&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>For greater understanding of others and ability to accept their values and beliefs for what they are &#8230;&#8230;&#8230; theirs</li>
<li>Future freedom, ability to change how I feel about me + past history. Trust my intuition + making friends with my unconscious.</li>
<li>It has given me the belief that the future will be different from the past and I can be living to my full potential.</li>
<li>Recognise why others might not ‘get it’ and how I can calibrate to them to help them ‘get it’.</li>
<li>I feel more able to step back and appreciate experiences.</li>
<li>Calmer, more relaxed, confident, learning and changing has become fun, my fears are just fading away.</li>
<li>More confident, more choices, lots of resources for work and personally. I feel calmer, more self-assured and now I know I can ‘break my arrows’.</li>
<li>I feel as I am in more control and I also have reignited the flame which will help me succeed.</li>
<li>Confident has increased considerably.</li>
<li>More positive. Back on track. Less Frustrated. Well chilled!</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What attitudes, skills and techniques I want to use in what I do&#8230;&#8230;.</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Pacing and Leading, Parts Integration and Well Formed outcomes. Open Mindedness. Peripheral vision to get in touch with my unconscious mind. S.C – Senior Instructor</li>
<li>All of it! Meta Model  + Milton Model linguistics, Storytelling, introducing tools in ‘normal’ interactions, develop self-belief and confidence in others.</li>
<li>Believe that other peoples’ maps are right for them. Being with others is about being in their map of the world, what a fantastic way to connect (roll with it).</li>
<li>Fascinated by the power + use of language.</li>
<li>Milton, Meta, Chunking, Well formed outcomes, perceptual positions, MOT (logical levels), Parts Integration.</li>
<li>Story telling, Milton Model, Rapport, Goal setting</li>
<li>I will be more positive, chilled, happy, motivational as a mum and as a trainer. Thank you for helping me realise I have all the resources I need.</li>
</ul>
<p>&#160;</p>
<p><strong>What I would tell others about this course&#8230;&#8230;..</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Do it!</li>
<li>Go on it if you want to learn how to understand other peoples’ worlds and how to work with them.</li>
<li>Learning is fun, energising and light. Having more fun I’ve found has enabled me to remember loads.</li>
<li>The way I now represent my world has changed for the better. THANK YOU!</li>
<li>Go for it.</li>
<li>Inspiring, eye opening&#8230;&#8230; a real treat for the soul.</li>
<li>It was fantastic and life changing.</li>
<li>Do it</li>
<li>Totally worthwhile whether you plan on using the skills at work or in any other area of your life.</li>
<li>Has put the WOW back into my training delivery.</li>
