  • chicken breast or thighs (whichever you prefer)
  • 1 tub Philadelphia cream cheese (I prefer the one with onion, but anything that sounds good will work)

Breakfast- Banana and PB "Sandwich", Watermelon, Blueberries, and Sugar Snap Peas

Instead of a regular banana and peanut butter sandwich, use the banana as the bread! Skip the carbs, but keep the protein.

And remember to get your full share of vegetables for the day!
