Waiting for the New Year! Only one month and I hope that next year will be best year of my life and so many good things will happen to me. I hope I can change myself and be better as a human in next year. And I hope the all changes I will do will be stay, I don’t want to be same before again in February already.

Well, my wishes for next year are:

- Start healthy life… and it means especially for me that I will stop eating candy and chocolate and bad food and I will start some new sport exercise and do more exercises and lose some weight.

- Change the money using habits. I think I’m using money now too much like without thinking. I want to start saving something for the future. <3 dreaming for a baby girl…

- Get a study place and move to another city. I want to study whole spring so much and get the study place what I want. and then I can move another city also. I’m so boring here where I’m living now. Ok, here’s my mom and dad living and I know I will miss them, but I will come and visit and I think that should try to live own life little more.

That’s it. I wish next summer will be so good. I’m waiting for it so much. Wishing to go travelling somewhere.

A few amusing items from the past couple of weeks:

Last week I rented Science is Fiction, a compilation of director Jean Painlevé’s exciting short films, mostly about microscopic underwater creatures. Blissful images accompanied by a trumpeting French narrative and bizarre, magical musical compositions.

RT and I watched Hiroshi Teshigahara’s The Face of Another (see the trailer below) based on Kôbô Abe’s book of the same name. The book is better, but the film is still long, slow and fascinating. The set for the doctor’s office blew my mind. I just wish I could stop referring to this one as The Man Without a Face. Mel Gibson isn’t worthy of the (mis)alignment.

Via Google Reader, a friend passed along Feministing’s post about this appalling abstinence-only rap. For some reason, Vimeo isn’t cooperating, so maybe just visit the post to see the video.

i’ve always  wanted so badly to work with my hands. to be good with my hands.

to draw straight lines, to mold nosebridges and eyeballs, to paint. to be an artist.  to create something tangible, some tangible things.

i can draw a pretty good wu-tang sign. i’d say that’s really not enough.
