As you know, one of our favorite phrases is TGIM. How amazing would it be if we lived in a world where everyone got just as excited for work on Monday morning as they did for the weekend on Friday afternoon? When you’ve figured out how to pursue a career that you’re passionate about, it’s possible.

In fact, there are many people who can claim just that – and Jen Gresham is one of them. We discovered Jen through her blog, Everyday Bright. Her posts are filled with honesty, compassion and some great aha moments!

Luckily for all of us, Jen is incredibly passionate about helping others find work that makes them proclaim TGIM and recently launched a free online bootcamp to help others do just that.

In the below video, Jen shares more about her free online career course, No Regrets Career Academy. From her perspective, traditional signs of job success – a fancy title, big paycheck, etc. – don’t always equal happiness, and we couldn’t agree more. She explains why making a dramatic career change is easier than you think.

If we’ve learned anything from our own crazy journey, it’s that society teaches us some pretty concrete things about success and how to define it. Many people later wish they would have known better at the age of 22, instead of spending years trying to chasing ideals that would ultimately leave them unhappy.
