This is SO true!!! It’s very hard to do because we often are re-active to society and forget ourselves and the big picture of life. Often the way people treat you has nothing to do with you and everything to do with them. To not take anything personally is extremely difficult but to remember to do it is also very important.

Sometimes the biggest fight we can win in our lives is the battle with ourselves. If we work on ourselves and reflect inwardly and ask ourselves what is really going on in any situation I think that we will be more successful in life.
