Notting Hill Carnival is nothing short of a hilarious, messy time — trucks belonging to different organisations parade along at a truly glacial pace leading hordes of people in amazing colourful outfits, people have no problem attempting to get police officers involved in dance parties (which they are often succesful at) and girls stuff their pants with rainproof ponchos in order to up the booty-ante (this is what is happening in the photo with the guy enjoying inspecting the merchandise). 120 more words
