You probably know someone with a reputation for being “temperamental”. Ever wonder why? I mean, some people are considered to have an emotional, logical, or creative “temperament”, and you can almost always find someone with a bad “temper”. What makes you different from the rest? Numerology Part 3

To complete this perspective of Numerology I shall attempt to describe the energy behind each number – the energy that gives it life.

Once you have found your number, (ref. Part 1) you will have identified what your soul wishes to experience in this life-time. But remember, if you have changed your name, you may have changed your number and this is also relevant. If you use a personalised name on a daily basis, this, too, is part of your expression. Start with your birth-date number, then look at your name number, and then any subsequent changes. You will notice that every number in your birth-date and every letter-number in your name offers more insights, but to keep it simple decide which number – your birth-date or your name – you wish to identify with.

For any human-made system to work it must comply with a natural system, or Cosmic Law. Numerology is one of many forms of Divination, i.e. finding the Divine part of yourself and the Divine is whatever, or whoever, you see as the Creator of All-that-is. So to understand these numbers, created as part of the evolution of Human psychology, we can look to the Natural Order for inspiration.

I shall start with Zero, just to put it to one side, because it is not used in Numerology as a number. This is because it is the All-that-is, and Nothing, the Void, where all potential exists before it is made manifest.

Double numbers are known as Master numbers and require a mastering of that number.

Number One.

One is the first, an individual Thing. It is the point at which something becomes identifiable as ‘Some-Thing’. And so if your number is One (10, 11), you will work with your own identity as an individual. To identify yourself, and to be recognised as an individual, you will first have to know your Self. Who are you? In our physical world every single thing is identified as being different from other things and then given a name. What is your name and what does it mean? Do you like it? Have you changed it? Of course, no One Thing can exist entirely on its own, for all things, especially people, rely on a symbiotic relationship with others. This can present a problem for Ones, who either struggle with losing their sense of Self around stronger personalities, or have such a strong sense of Self that others cannot easily relate to them. Many Ones will have some form of identity crisis in their lives, but once this is overcome they can go on to be famous, successful and even pioneers in their soul work. Ones can be unique and valuable individuals once they emerge from the chrysalis where they wait for years for their moment of glory.

Number Two.

Two is seen either when two parts become a whole, or when one thing divides into two. This is seen in the first stage of creation, when two parents unite in love to create a child. The child starts as a single cell which divides and divides again to create a new individual. And so a Two person is looking for some kind of partnership to realise its potential. It may be in parent-hood, but it could also be in a business partnership, or a process of learning to find your opposite and equal to achieve something you cannot do on your own. The Yin/Yang symbol has been seen to represent this aspect. Two people can be poles apart, yet very attracted to each other. For a Two, the struggle may be to give up your individuality and learn co-operation, or in finding yourself struggling with co-dependent relationships. Partners, pairing, uniting with another to create something more than you can achieve singly, is the work of a Two. Do you have controversy, conflict or negative competitiveness in your life, or have you found compliance, co-operation and compromise?

Number Three.

Three makes a triangle in geometry, and we have the expression ‘The Eternal Triangle’. This suggests that there is some energy at work here that is not the singular, stand-alone of the One, nor the diametrically placed opposites of the Two, the pair standing facing each other, but the more complex relationship in Three, where the energy becomes cyclical. Poseidon’s trident, the Holy Trinity and the Three Wishes are just three examples of how Three becomes more mystical. It is the flowing, cycling, continuous energy of Three that starts to create something more imaginative. The Two parents of creation now have a Child but the child is not exactly like either of the parents. When Threes get to work they use their imagination and create something entirely new and unique. The human brain demonstrates this: the left brain likes order, the right brain like free-thinking, and when the two co-operate, the Third-Eye (pineal gland), in the centre, starts to do something amazing – it creates an image of something new, different and possibly unique. When the Third-Eye of the Three is blocked, the brain is stifled and the mind is frustrated and so that person may have problems in thinking outside the box, feel depressed and unfulfilled. Once the Third-Eye is open, that person goes into action and expresses its soul, many times in one of the Arts.

Number Four.

What can you do with a Four? Four is two times two. Imagine a line going from east to west and two people standing at each end. Then turn a quarter circle and imagine two more people standing at the end of another line going from north to south. The two lines form a cross and the lines between each person forms a rectangle, or a square if the lines are equal. Yes, a Four person is a natural mathematician, and one who would enjoy Numerology! The Four seeks balance and order, has their feet firmly planted on the ground and doesn’t want anyone to come along and spoil it by tipping it off-balance. Fours like Law and Order, neatness, logic and things to be understandable. The religions of the world mostly use some form of cross, which represents balance, order and devotion. ‘religio’ means ‘I re-read carefully’ (the sacred texts) and the cross represents binding God and Man. The Indigenous people of the world put this cross, the Four Directions, representing the four elements of Earth, within a circle or Wheel, representing the cycles of time (Medicine Wheel). Therefore, Four represents order, being ‘all-square’ and people who are this number will be either asked to find this order in their life or to not be too regimented by it.

Number Five.

Leonardo De Vinci’s famous drawing of a man in a circle, with his feet and hands touching the line of the circle, demonstrates very well what Five is. It is Hu-Man. If you look at you, the first things that you will see, (hopefully) are your hands and feet, each with five digits on them. If we are to continue to see how numbers feature within the Natural World, then this is quite simple. But if all humans have these five parts, how would that effect a Five person? Ask yourself what you do with your hands and feet and you will find the answer. Fives are about walking and working. I need to keep this simple so I will leave this to your own imagination, but Fives will find there is either a challenge here in not being able to come to terms with this basic human activity, or being so entrenched in their own physical life that they never stop to stare at the wonders of life.

Number Six.

And that is what a Six person is being challenged with – to stand and stare. When we look up instead of down, we start to connect to the celestial realms, the spiritual side of life and the meaning of the Cosmos. A Six may devote a life to studying the Meaning of Life, the Mysteries of the Divine and the Cosmic Order, whether that is through the sciences or the spiritual teachings. Hermes Trismegistus, aka Thoth, was a master of this subject. He is thought to have lived in Atlantis, or in another dimension, but he has come through the corridors of history to teach us that there is a spiritual law that explains karma. Karma is the recycling of souls, the reincarnation of humans through continuous physical lives, and the reason this happens. The evolution of the soul is thought to take place through a series of lives where the conscious process of learning through experience raises the human up from being just an animal to being a fully self-realised Divine being. Sixes are on their way, and yes, we all are, but Sixes may suddenly come to realise that they are. ‘AS ABOVE, SO BELOW’ is the rule of thumb for a Six.

Number Seven.

A Seven person may be a lunatic, or a moon-gazer. They may be highly emotional, moody, mystical or psychic. They may be none of those things, but still be influenced by the Moon. They may wonder why life is so changeable, so fluctuating and annoyingly different every time they go to do something and expect it to be the same. They may be ever so slightly obsessive, fascinated by the occult, or be staunch conservative in their thinking and religious practice to counteract a deep unconscious fear of the unknown, witches, ghoulies and ghosties. The Moon rules the feminine principle of water, emotions, dreams, mysticism, intuition, and the unconscious, and so a Seven is going to meet some challenges around their belief system, the strange co-incidences that happen in their lives and all those intangible, inexplicable thoughts and occurrences that make life not quite controllable. The purpose of this is to break open the right brain and break the control of the left brain – and let the Moonlight shine through.

Number Eight.

Once the individual knows who he is, has learned how to work in co-operation with others, created something extra-ordinary, got his feet back on the ground and found some order in his bohemian life, learned to hold down a ‘proper job’, then thrown open the sky-light to wonder at the stars and be thrown back by the magical powers of the mind, he may be ready to be an Eight. This number requires a high degree of knowledge, understanding and integrity to handle well. Of course, that doesn’t mean to say that all Eights are sensible, for the demands of Eight are in learning to handle a position of power and wealth. The older civilisations who built Empires were working with the principal of Eight, but as we now know, many an Empire has fallen. Heads of state, politicians, bankers, financial wizards, tycoons and entrepreneurial wizz-kids have all been ambitious and tried to handle the Eight and many have failed. The Eight is not only handling the balance of yin and yang, and the bringing in the Divine to their Earthly enterprises, it is all that is required of the individual so far but countered by a turn of the wheel of fortune, the game of chance, the twists of fate and the challenge of destiny versus choice. Put a penny in the old man’s hat and what will he do with it? Booze it or bank it? A tramp is a tramp because his destiny has led him down the path of poverty for a reason. A banker is a banker for the same reason. Abject poverty and extreme wealth are the two sides of the Eight coin.

Number Nine.

At last, the end. Or is it? For a Nine person, it may feel like they are at the end of the road, but not quite at the finishing post. Nines have learned a lot along the way, but it is time to tie up all those loose ends. Nine asks those who make it thus far, to do their karmic housework. The good news is they have a lot of tools in their understairs cupboard. If they have done quite well, they may have all the mod-cons to make the work easier, and if they have done really well they may even have a maid. But they still have work to do. Nine is about completion and the first thing a Nine will be asked to practice on will be some menial task, a simple lesson of finishing what they started. As life progresses the tasks will become harder to complete, and the hardest of all is dealing with that past-life karma. It will be possible to achieve as long as the Nine remembers all the other lessons, knows who they really are, where they have been, what they have come here to do, remembers that Spirit is working behind the scenes to help them and that everything serves a purpose. Nines are probably the ones who will understand Numerology the easiest, because they have walked a long path through all the other numbers.

Is that the end? No, because the Circle of Life keeps turning, and the Ten becomes the One once more, but rising up the spiral of evolution to start again with wisdom gained. No one person is just one number, just perhaps predominately one for a while. If you look at every number in your birth date and name, you will possibly see every number there. We are extremely complex beings all trying to find our way through the maze of life. Numerology offers just one little glimpse of who we may be trying to be.

I hope you have fun with this. It is not, by any means, all the information that you can discover about numbers. I hope it is a good place to start and you can explore it further as and if you care to.

Each number will have difficulties to overcome, and natural gifts that come easily, and by using your gifts you can succeed through the challenges. Keep an open mind and an open heart and I wish you well on your journey, numerically or otherwise.

Why the quotes around Christmas? Because celebrating Christ’s birth on this day was so late to happen, it’s obvious the day itself has nothing to do with Christ, save the meaning people have given it. From the Biblical Archeology Review (break added):

Finally, in about 200 C.E., a Christian teacher in Egypt makes reference to the date Jesus was born. According to Clement of Alexandria, several different days had been proposed by various Christian groups. Surprising as it may seem, Clement doesn’t mention December 25 at all.

Clement writes: “There are those who have determined not only the year of our Lord’s birth, but also the day; and they say that it took place in the 28th year of Augustus, and in the 25th day of [the Egyptian month] Pachon [May 20 in our calendar]…And treating of His Passion, with very great accuracy, some say that it took place in the 16th year of Tiberius, on the 25th of Phamenoth [March 21]; and others on the 25th of Pharmuthi [April 21] and others say that on the 19th of Pharmuthi [April 15] the Savior suffered. Further, others say that He was born on the 24th or 25th of Pharmuthi [April 20 or 21].”2

Like accuracy matters, yeah? There’s the oft-suggested likelihood that the day was chosen specifically because of Roman celebrations around that time of year. But as obvious an idea as that is, this writer claims it can’t be possible because they don’t have any early documentation that says so. Therefore it can’t possibly be true.

Despite its popularity today, this theory of Christmas’s origins has its problems. It is not found in any ancient Christian writings, for one thing. Christian authors of the time do note a connection between the solstice and Jesus’ birth: The church father Ambrose (c. 339–397), for example, described Christ as the true sun, who outshone the fallen gods of the old order. But early Christian writers never hint at any recent calendrical engineering; they clearly don’t think the date was chosen by the church. Rather they see the coincidence as a providential sign, as natural proof that God had selected Jesus over the false pagan gods.

Right, because that’s more likely to be the real reason…

Another funny I didn’t know about. Christ’s conception gets celebrated in Catholic circles on March 25th. It’s the Feast of Annunciation and (break added):

Scholars are not completely sure whether the date of the Annunciation influenced the date of Christmas, or vice-versa. Before the Church adopted fixed days of celebration, early Christians speculated on the dates of major events in Jesus’ life. Second-century Latin Christians in Rome and North Africa tried to find the day in which Jesus died.

By the time of Tertullian (d. AD 225) they had concluded that he died on Friday, March 25, AD 29 (incidentally, this is an impossibility, since March 25 in the year AD 29 was not a Friday). How does the day of Jesus’ death relate to the day of his conception? It comes from the Jewish concept of the “integral age” of the great Jewish prophets. This is the notion that the prophets of Israel died on the same dates as their birth or conception. Therefore, if Jesus died on March 25, he was also conceived that day.

Interesting bit of mystical numerology going on there. Speaking of, what do the numbers say for anyone born today?

This month requires you to reflect on your life since April. Determine what’s been good and what’s been bad. Choose the best seeds (aspects of your life) while throwing away the bad. You will be given another opportunity in February of next year to reflect upon your life once again, but start reflecting now. Then in March, plant your chosen seeds… choose your seeds carefully. The quality seeds you plant in March will then govern your life until the end of October next year. This is ultimately a month of dreaming and planning. If you plant wise seeds in March then you will create a beautiful garden (success) in October. This month provides you with the rare opportunity or ability to mentally discern, with sound judgment, the negatives and positives since April.

'Tis the Season of Change

So, I’ve been getting a number of inquires as to why I haven’t been blogging as often as I have in the past or what I’ve been up to on my spiritual journey these past five months. In the beginning, I just didn’t have the capacity to create both professionally and personally. There were just too many things happening on too many fronts, all vying for my attention. Once things started to settle down (only briefingly), I found that I really wanted to begin to focus my energy inwards so as not to feel so fragmented and to process some of the events that had transpired, as well as some of the things I’ve been working on with my mentors.

I am not sure how long this process will last… if one can put any stock in numerology it is bound to be until this time next year. (If you’re familiar with the concept, you’ll probably know that every person has what is called a life number, which is determined by adding the number of the month + the day+ plus four digit year in which the person was born and then reducing that to a signal digit. My life number is 8. To see where you fall in the cycle, you would do the same thing but for your most recent birthday. I happen to be in a 7 year – a time of reflection, cultivating silence, and enhancing education). Then of course, there is the life long process of learning, integrating, healing, and growing.

I really began to feel the call to focus inward shortly after Harvest. I had a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with friends from college, meet some new “intuitive” buddies, and possibly expand my horizons into new forms of healing and wellness. At the same time I was also hit with a hard dose of reality – not the least of which being that when it came to my spiritual practice I really was “on my own” and that not everyone (including myself) had my best interests at heart and that some of the relationships I had tried to build or maintain were meant to, say the least, fall away…

Now Yule (Winter Solstice) has passed and it’s nearing Christmas, I am still feeling the call to remain inward, yet, at the same time, to learn to reembrace my personal power and expand my horizons, for lack of a better phrase. I’ve felt for some time that a change is in order. And although, I’ve consciously watched myself go through the process of evolving this last few years, I still feel as though I am not quite there yet and that I still have to “discover” what a true change transformation entails. The recent death of my cousin, who passed away on Saturday and wasn’t much older than I, only causes me to question things further: How do we truly transform ourselves and live a life of integrity and authenticity while balancing the demands placed upon us by ourselves, family, work, and society as a whole? How are we to evolve and create heaven on earth when our own self saboteur and fears prevent us from being what we know in our hearts is our true nature and when our interactions continually reinforce the idea that “we aren’t good enough” or that “we’re not what we’re suppose to be”? Then of course there is the idea that, although there are certain laws governing the universe, we are still responsible for our own energies, thoughts, and intentions. Everything we do or don’t do has consquences; every action or reaction could be our last.

It is no longer enough to know these things exist. No, at some point there is a choice that needs to be made. I wonder, what kind of life are we living? What spells are we weaving? And if I were to be the one to leave this plane/reality tomorrow, would I have accomplished all that my soul has set out to achieve this life time?

We welcome you on 12:12:2009, a gateway to Inner Peace Initiation.

We are Masters of the Quantum Field of Consciousness. We are conscious Love expressing in the field of all possibility, meaning that we are communicating, as are you, through the wave form energy that accesses the Divine Essence of Creation. The more you align with original expression, the more you Master your own vibrational field. All Essence is Vibration. All things vibrate and create a pathway of energy that either amplifies or decreases the original movement. What is original movement? It is the creation impetus behind all manifest matter. Dates on your calendar provide a potential for conscious alignment and attunement to vibration. This is why there is so much attention focused on dates such as 9-9-09, 11:11 and 12:12. Particularly powerful alignments through the calendar cycle in 2010 are 1-2-2010, 2-10-2010, 2-21-2010, 10-2-2010, 10-10-2010, 10-21-2010 as well as all dates next year of the 21^st of each month.

The 2010 energy, if activated consciously, is all about the Trinity: 2+1 =3. The basic trinity of human consciousness is the Balance of Love-Wisdom-Power. 21 in tarot is the final archetype of the Fool’s Journey, the World or Universe mastered as the Wise Fool understands his true essence, which is the creation-able state of Love. Equilibrium #21 in the modality of Aura-Soma represents the energy of New Beginning for Love. The color of #21 is green and pink, the heart charka energized with unconditional love.

So these final days of 2009, an 11/2 year of choice, will set the stage for the Wise Fool’s Mastery of Matter, Essence and Form in 2010, a 12/3 year. This is not just about 2010, but encompasses the next trinity of years: 2010-2011-2012. The next three years combined, are encoded with the mastery of Trinity: 2010+2011+2012 = 6033. 3+3=6. 33 is the Master Spiritual Teacher essence. It is you embracing yourself as the Master Teacher that you are. Beyond 2012, is the Master Teacher Year, 2013 = 2+1 (3) +3 or the 33, the time beyond the anticipated shift of 12-21-2012. There is nothing to fear in this when embraced with Inner Peace Initiation.

The tarot archetypes of Hanged Man (12) and Empress (3) provide another useful element of consciousness in understanding the year ahead. An eclipse is an astronomical event where one celestial object moves into the shadow of another. Meditation: You ALL know the important of meditation but some of you are “knowing but not doing”. This is what is called conscious resistance to embrace the trinity of Love-Wisdom-Power. If you choose to resist meditation, then you choose to embrace the outer conditions in the world as more important than the inner conditions of your creative powers to Master your life.

Meditation is any state of inner focus. Meditating as your first action in the morning sets the stage for your day to unfold with greater grace and ease. Classic meditation consisting of letting go of thoughts is only one way. Only 10 to 20 minutes of meditation a day will shift your focus from the outer to the inner, from chaos to calm and from reaction to creation.

We are recommending a Peace Meditation which simply consists of beginning by consciously creating a blue field of energy around your aura. With your eyes closed, imagine the color blue in and around you, permeating your space and filling you with the First Ray of Divine Creation: Will. The Will to Be, the Will to Express, the Will to Experience.

Breathe into the blue space of peace, and simply allow Peace to expand. As thoughts arise, allow them to float into the sea of blue around you, let them go and ground into peace. If you feel you are in opposition or resistance, meaning “not at peace”, do not energize the “not”. Simply observe it and feel your resistance. Do not push it away, embrace it. But embrace it from the positive. Rather than energizing “I am not at peace”, embrace, “I am resisting peace.” Allow that to be, breathe into it and accept your resistance. You will find your resistance losing power as you embrace peace more and more each day. It takes dedication, persistence and commitment.

If you wish to say a mantra, simply try this two syllable translation for peace: Pa-cem. Pronounced Pa – Chem. Peace in Latin is pacem. Breath in “pa”, breathe out “chem.” This mantra expands the blue ray of divine will in and around you. It relaxes the mind and entrains the heart to embrace peace. As you intone pa-chem, the energy in and around you softens, it shifts and you will experience moments of peace. With practice, the moments expand into a timeless field of essence: Love.

If you already know about the power of meditation, then do it! When you do it as a committed practice, your inner world becomes the creation field for the outer manifestation of your reality. To create from peace in the heart! This is one of the transformational Keys to the next there years.

Heart Coherence:

To activate heart coherence is to take the meditative practice of peace into your every day activities. Heart coherence is a state of conscious connection to your heart, the most powerful energy field of the body. (40 6o 60 times more powerful than the brain. Source: Heart Math Institute). When you are beginning a heart coherence initiative, you may at first wish to create a reminder for yourself, once an hour, to focus on your heart and to entrain your heart to peace by breathing into the heart and allowing your body and mind to relax. Set a reminder for yourself, a beep on your computer clock or cell phone, which will remind you to focus on your heart and to consciously send the energy of peace into all parts of your body. Quiet your mind from its activities, and send peace and stillness for one to five minutes to your organs, your tissues and your conscious creations. Human Heart Connection

The third inner peace initiation is to commit to making a human connection from the heart and to radiate peace from your inner being to the outer world. This is very simple but it takes practice, just like meditation and personal heart coherence! This third initiation is centered on interacting with others from the conscious intention of peace. Commit to doing this at least 3 times day. All that is required is for you to look into the eyes of another person, not from your physical eyes (or your brain’s eyes), but to look at another person from your heart’s eyes. For here is something real: the Heart Sees! Contemplate that and you will Know much.

How do you do this? Touch your heart or focus your intention on your heart, and take a moment to see another person as yourself. This is a wisdom teaching of many cultures and traditions. As the Mayan saying goes: In la’kesh or “I am another yourself”. You do not need to say anything or tell another person what you are doing, simply look at them from your heart and see them as you. Do this in as many situations as possible, at work, at the grocery store, at the convenience store, with your family, your friends, and as many Masters have enjoined you, do this with those you do not particularly like (and often this is the most powerful part of the practice!) Take this another step and silently say “I love you.” Say it out loud if you choose, but say it from your heart and you are creating inner peace by seeing with your Heart’s Eyes or the I AM of your Heart.

Some of you say “Oh, well, I like everyone!” Then perhaps you may wish to try this using a public figure who you do not agree with or a person who is being vilified in the media. Just like meditation, you must try it. If you know the power of it, then do it! One offshoot this active initiation, is that in making this human heart connection, you are shifting the vibrational field of the planet. You are this powerful. You are creating momentum for the next three years of attaining your own Mastery as the world shifts into a new place of existence. As below, so above! And of course, all things meet in the center, the heart, which is the Organ of Love Expressing.

We welcome you on this 444th Celebration of Thanksgiving in the New World. This is a wonderful tradition that we recommend you carry in your hearts all year long. Today is indeed the 444th year of feasting and giving thanks for the bounty and abundance in whatever form it is manifesting. The first feast occurred in what is now St. Augustine, Florida in 1565 in celebration of safe delivery of 600 Spanish settlers to the new world.

Much has transpired in the past 444 years. Destruction of the old ways, of native peoples’ lives and traditions, of connection to the land as a living spirit, and of European world domination and colonization. The movement into the new world came with a wave of devastation which took down the very monarchs and religious hierarchs who supported the journeys into new territories.

Now, with the perspective of 444 years, we can see the larger vision of community and reconnection that is occurring. In the new world that you all live in now, there is a momentum towards greater respect and reparation, honoring and openness, diversity and self-direction. You live in a time where you can decide how to worship, you can choose to change your life circumstances and you can determine your future by your actions today. Life is no longer dictated and limited by the family status you are born into, the system of worship in your area or even the geographic location live in. Our soul knows exactly what we plan to work on and experience in incarnate form. We choose where we are going to incarnate, our family, and many potential pathways that may open in front if us as we progress through life. We choose the gifts and talents we may express as well as the challenges and opportunities for growth. In this article, I will share just how powerful soul consciousness is by looking at the “light body” energies of the Presidential candidates and their running mates as seen through the vibration of their birth names.

This soul-discovery can be applied to anyone who wishes to look deeper into their own sacred self through the modality of color and number.

With just two weeks before the US Presidential Election, it feels like the right time to examine the “Light Body” energies and soul path chosen by the two major candidates and their running mates.This is a big step for me because I am not politically active nor am I opinionated or aligned with “one side vs the other” mentality. I do believe however, that this election that brings in a leader from 2008 to 2012, is a critical turning point for the United States and it role in the world. What the Ascended Masters have been teaching you all along is the formula for the Ascension Lifetime of Humanity. You have received it in segments and now begin to see the Whole. If you had been given the whole at the start, it would have been overwhelming and incomprehensible. You have been led through the parts in such a way that Now, if you look at them with your hearts open and the way clear to the New Now, you see the score of the entire symphony.

Lifetime after lifetime, you have specialized in one instrument or another and you have played a single part. Who is the Conductor? It is you. Who is the Composer? It is God. And since God is within, you are both conductor and composer. You are no longer limited to one instrument, and one line of music on the page of your experience. You are the conductor and the composer in an improvisation of great beauty. You are all standing on the podium with the baton in your hand. Before you is the orchestra that will follow your lead. Who is in the orchestra? It is not the people you see on the outside of your life. It is not the jobs you have held or the places you have been. It is not your thoughts or your things.

The orchestra is composed of All-One Beings. It is the compendium of each of your past lives and the continuum experience of this one life you are in Now. Each is part of the Whole and holds the parts. This is what it means to be in Unity Consciousness: everything that has ever been, that is evolving and will be, is in the symphony of your soul. There is but One Soul, One Heart, One God. And you are both part of this and you are the whole of the eternal mystery of creation. In the New Now, the mystery is becoming enlightened.

Now, you have all been raised in limited consciousness. The accelerations of the month of July-August 2009 have been so powerful for you all because the limitations are beginning to truly fall away into the illusion of separation. These are some of the things you have been taught about the symphony:

To begin with, many of you believe you do not have talent for music!
Those of you who were given the opportunity to learn an instrument were told: First of all, you must choose one instrument and stick with it.
You must be instructed by a master
You must practice until it is perfect.
You must rehearse until the performance.
You must tune your instrument to A440
You must wait for the downbeat before you begin.
You must play what’s on the page
You must follow the conductor.
There is a beginning and an end.
And for the audience, you must not clap in the middle.

Well, you ask, what if we all just “did our own thing” and paid no attention to the whole? Would there not be just a cacophony of sound? Would there not be chaos? Would the exquisite harmonies not be lost? Would we not be out of tune with each other and out of synch? If we don’t practice and perfect, how do we create the masterpiece of life?

This is what we have to say about these very important questions: you have been practicing lifetime after lifetime already! You have already learned every instrument by being and doing an infinite compilation of incarnate persons. You are already in tune with the whole at the A440 frequency of Universal Consciousness. There is no beginning and no end and you may clap (celebrate) whenever you choose. The only One to follow is the God Within, and it is all the same within each one of us (All-One Beings). There is no more rehearsal! This is it! This is the performance, now and in every New Now. For the formula of Harmony is this: express what is in your heart and you are attuned to Source. You are already a Master, and you need no further instruction. All you need do is to follow your heart, to Love and to Celebrate the greatest symphony ever heard in all of Creation: this Ascension Lifetime for all who choose to say “Yes”.

The word “spiritus” is of Latin origin and means “Breath”. It also means soul, courage and vigor. Spiritus is the calling to embrace your soul which is one with US. Spiritus is not only a noun but a way of emerging with courage and vigor. It is a calling of your soul to emerge from the unknowing with a sense of gratitude for being alive and awake in this, the great turning of ages. It is not an ending, promises the Great Coral Goddess, it is a new beginning.

The Great Coral Goddess energy activates within you when you give yourself permission to go deep, deep within your incarnated being with compassion for all you have ever been and done, all that you are now and all that you are becoming. Why has the coral chakra been dis-connected from the consciousness of humanity? It is a very long hi-story but we will tell you this: it was disconnected when you were told that you were not worthy to feel and know the Divine Within You. In the timelines, someplace and somewhere, you all bought this false belief and thus, turned outward rather than in-ways for your nurturing, comfort and sustenance. You turned to ones who did not know their own truth and from this place of the inner lie, they entrenched the life system of lack and fear deep within you, so that they did not need to see it within themselves. In order to fully reawaken, you must reintegrate the love-wisdom in the tenderness and beautiful color of coral in what we call the “Low-Heart”.

What are the physical organs of the Low-Heart? They are represented by the uterus in women and the prostate in men. What is the condition of low-heart organs of humanity at present? There is chronic dis-ease in these organs of both men and women. Among American women, hysterectomy is the second most common surgery, surpassed only by the c-section operation. One in three American women will have endured a hysterectomy by age 60. Prostate dysfunction and disease and cancer is a leading illness among men.

The energetic cause of this disease is a lack of loving-kindness to the self. It manifests in self-criticism, self-denial and addictive patterns to cover up the inner place of longing and lack. How do we suggest that you heal this back to wholeness? Through the power of conscious love. Very simply, we will show you one In-Way.

We will use the “spiritus lenis” technique of low-heart breathing. Spiritus lenis in Latin means smooth breathing. In orthography is it represented by the symbol: O with a comma over the top.

First, center yourself in your heart. If you reside primarily in the mind of thoughts and analysis, you may first choose to focus on the third eye center between your brow. Envision your pituitary gland at the center of the brain as a eye. rotate the vision of this third eye downward towards the heart. Look from your third eye into your own heart center. Center here and breathe without thought. Allow your breath to move in and out without effort or concentration. Simply Breathe the One Breath, Be I AM. This is a mantra of the spiritus lenis: “Breathe the One Breath, Be I AM.” (note for those of you interested in numerology, this phrase equals 111 and connects to the Crystal Grids of Trinity on Gaia. See the strength and beauty of coral light pulsing in your low heart organs, the organs of generative power, the organs of life-giving blood, the organs of germination of new, tender creation.

When you make your life a living prayer, you are entreating the ONE GOD to emerge from within and to manifest without. By the word, “prayer”, we refer to the action of re-quest and entreaty. To pray is to enter the Quest again, to find the Holy Grail within you, and the make treaty or promise to yourself that you enter into this inner sacred space.

Connect to your heart, to your core, to your soul.

Do this in the beginning, the middle and the end of your day, pray without ceasing, pray without end. What does this mean? To live in the heart, to act with compassion and to lead with loving kindness. In this way, everything you do, everyone you meet, no matter how fleeting the connection, becomes infused with the energy of One God by touching your heart. If only for a moment, you, in prayer, connect to someone who is veiled in fear, and thus, you transmute that to something new. Yes.

I pray that I am choosing to be free
