hello people today i wanna talk to you about the nxe know as the new xbox experience for almost a year now Ive been searching and crawling the web looking for some one with a patch or a way to downgrade to no avail pissed and mad to feel stupid for buying this console to get slapped in the face buy this crappy fake cross media bar that we are forced to look at everytime we boot up the system now we probably shouldn’t be surprised it is microsoft how many times have they screwed us with windows but now there trading bow in the gamers world and we the gamers control this world and if we say it loud enough the have to listen and people how like it fine keep it all i ask is to have the option to have the classic layout if i am more comfortable it let me keep it let me decide what looks good on my console that i spent 400 dollars on the my weekly 60 dollar purchases and my yearly xbox live fee be enough to say if i want blades i should have blades its as simple as creating a toggle for classic or nxe thats if you agree please sign this petition tell people you know just to press the issue talk to other people and build the word and remember game consoles belong to the gamers your voice matter so spread this message and fight on

The NXE has come along way since its launch last November with the recent additions of Twitter, Facebook, Zune and Last.FM which moved the xbox 360 even further from the gaming side of things. The console no longer can be called a 100% gaming console more like 60% gaming. 40% social?

So this bring up the point of this topic… Whats next?

Well what is next for Microsoft, how will they move there console even further into the social experience they are thriving for? well here’s a few possibility’s which we cannot rule out.

1. BING Integration – when you hear BING you don’t think much of it because it’s just another google (but not as popular) so what can Microsoft do to make BING the new talk of the town? well one way to do it would be add a BING engine to the xbox 360 dashboard, now people have wanted a browser on the 360 for many years (personally I see no point) so it’s only a matter of time before Microsoft decide to roll with it no?
2. Virtual Environment for avatars – currently the avatar is just a new form of gamer picture which you can customise to either look like you, or to look like a celebrity or character from a game/series, the point is, their isn’t a point, so what can be done to make them a little more entertaining? give them their own virtual space (second life, Habbo, Home) of course not every one cares about virtual spaces but take a look at Home, yes currently it’s not much, but if though and attention gets put into it, great things can be done.
3. Clan support – Clan support in games has been as forgotten prospect for a long time now, the solution, go onto a clan site and make one their, but why not add a clan section to the dashboard where you can make a clan (name, bio, rep, custom picture) and with this your xbl profile can display your clan name under your gamertag.
4. BBC IPlayer – now I decided to add this due to the recent article about MS refusing to add this because the BBC want it to be free for silver members as well as gold and well MS being the money hungry whores they are decided to have a tantrum ending with the player being delayed indefinitely  MS stop and think for a second you keep making these additions for gold members while Sony are doing the same but they don’t make their customers pay, in the long run, like I have said before, MS will lose this battle due to their greed.

Microsoft ha annunciato che chi non è stato bannato dal LIVE potrà usufruire del nuovo aggiornamento che apporterà Facebook , Twitter e Last.fm alla dashboard previsto per il 17 Novembre. Per quanto riguarda il canale dedicato ai giochi musicali l’uscita è stata rinviata a Dicembre.

Nella giornata di oggi avrete notato che Microsoft ha rilasciato un aggiornamento per Xbox360 , fino ad ora i motivi di tale aggiornamento erano oscuri , Major Nelson ha dichiarato che questo aggiornamento non ha niente a che vedere con Facebook, Twitter o altro ma aggiunge solo il supporto per le protezioni WPA 2 per le reti Wireless.

Microsoft ha annunciato che nel prossimo aggiornamento della dashboard che ci sarà a Novembre non solo verranno inseriti i servizi : Facebook , Twitter e Last.fm ma anche uno store dedicato ai giochi musicali quali Lips,Guitar Hero e Rock Band e un nuovo canale di News provenienti da MSN Autos,MSNBC.com ecc.

Microsoft ha rilasciato durante la giornata di oggi dei nuovi vestiti per gli avatar a tema Halloween , i nuovi costumi sono tutti a pagamento e possono essere acquistati tramite il Marketplace degli Avatar.

Microsoft ha annunciato che Twitter,Facebook e Last.fm verranno rilasciati tramite un aggiornamento che avverrà il 17 Novembre percui non ci resta che attendere tale data e accedere a XBOX LIVE per aggiornare la NXE.

A quanto pare Microsoft ha intenzione di seguire le orme di Sony con un servizio simile a HOME. Sulla rete sono circolate delle foto su una salagiochi virtuale per gli avatar della NXE ( New  Xbox Experience).

Secondo dei rumors pare che Microsoft starebbe ancora scegliendo il nome da dare al servizio in questione , non ci resta che attendere una conferma o smentita.

MajorNelson ha annunciato che è stato rilasciato un aggiornamento per XBOX LIVE che prepara la console per Twitter, Facebook e Last.fm.

I finally gave in while browsing the Avatar Marketplace today and picked up a pair of items to pimp my little 360 clone. Although the Star Wars lightsaber looked badass and was mighty tempting, five bucks is a little much for a virtual toy that you can’t even play with so I had to decline. I settled for a pair of Halo 3 cargos and a soccer ball to go along with my Portugal MNT jersey [which I'm still glad was free, thanks Microsoft!]. I feel like a tool for buying virtual clothing for a little version of myself but on the bright side, at least I still have enough MS Points left for a couple of Rock Band tracks. I’m looking forward to a killer app where I can actually use for Avatar though, everything aside from Joy Ride looks pretty lame to be honest. How about a Mario-style epic platformer where your little dude is the star of the show?
