Another simple lifehack saves you time and frustration : NXPowerlite.

Từ lúc đầu làm blog mới giới thiệu được 2 phần mềm (Internet Explorer 7 beta 3 và Windows Media Player 11 beta), hôm nay giới thiệu với mọi người sản phẩm thứ 3 mà mình rất thỏa mãn.

@ Hoàn cảnh:

- Bạn tạo ra file Word, Excel hoặc PowerPoint nhưng có kích thước rất lớn bởi nội dung nhiều, ảnh minh họa sắc nét…

- Bạn định chuyển đính kèm qua email cho bạn bè nhưng dung lượng file tối đa lại quá ít (như Yahoo!Mail chỉ có 10Mb). Dung lượng trống của USB, thẻ nhớ lại kô đủ…

@ Giải pháp:

- Nén file kiểu truyền thống: RAR, ZIP… Nhưng giảm kô được bao nhiêu. Chưa chắc đã gửi qua email được.

- Dùng NXPowerLite.

- Chương trình này làm giảm dung lượng file nhiều lần mà chất lượng file vẫn rất ổn (đối với file trình chiếu PPT thì mắt thường hầu ra kô nhận ra sự khác biệt giữa 2 file trước và sau chuyển đổi). Hay nữa là vẫn giữ nguyên định dạng “nguyên thuỷ” của file.
