Everytime someone questions their Messiah, Obama, these bottom feeders crawl out from under their rocks and begin their vicious attacks. The level of some of these smear campaigns leads one to the obvious conclusion that this is not just an ideological front, but a well orchestrated effort emanating from the Obama camp and Obama Administration.

Attention: American citizens, modern day Patriots

It is not a conspiracy theory. Using the term “birther” in a condescending, Orwellian manner to discredit decent, hard working Americans who believe that the US Constitution is the law of the land, will not be tolerated.

1. Barack Obama has employed a legion of private and government attorneys to prevent revealing his country of birth. Innocent and eligible persons seeking the office of president do not do that.

2. Barack Obama’s father was a citizen of Kenya and a British citizen.  “natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution” was explicitly written to deal with the issue of foreign allegiances at the time of the writing of the US Constitution.

3. Barack Obama’s citizenship and allegiance was further tainted when he was adopted by his stepfather Lolo Soetoro and Obama became an Indonesian citizen.

4. Some combination of the above allowed Obama to travel to Pakistan in 1981 when travel there was restricted to US citizens.

5. The only document presented by the Obama camp is a Hawaii COLB. There has been no substantiation that it is authentic and it does not establish country of birth. As Lou Dobbs stated, “It is a piece of paper that refers to another piece of paper.”

6. All other documentation, all school records, that would establish country of birth have been kept hidden and restricted.

7. No authentic documentation has been presented to establish that Barack Obama was born in the US.

8. The records of all hospitals in Hawaii have been searched. There is no record of Stanley Ann Obama ever having given birth to a child.

9. Barack Obama’s paternal grandmother in Kenya has stated on multiple occasions that she was present at Obama’s birth in Mombasa.

10. Others have stated, including multiple family members, officials and press, that Obama was born in Kenya.

This has been presented in a manner that a fifth grader can understand. However, if you have any questions, please contact me on this blog.

Failure to learn more about and understand this critical issue and take appropriate measures can only be construed as apathy,  ignorance or having an un American agenda. This includes the Mainstream Media and the Fox network.

To: The American People.

As many of you are aware, this blog has been issuing a challenge to Rush Limbaugh, Lou Dobbs, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity, Sarah Palin and others with influence to ask a simple question about Barack Obama. We must continue to keep the message in front of them. But as you know, much of what has been accomplished thus far in the battle to save this country has been done by grassroots efforts. Tea parties and town hall meetings across the country have garnered the attention of congressmen and millions of our fellow citizens. This is the way we will take back this country.

What I state below is in no way intended to diminish the efforts of the many people involved in lawsuits, grand jury indictments or other endeavors which are aimed at upholding the US Constitution and forcing Barack Obama to prove his eligibility. The impact of carrying out the simple message will in fact facilitate the other efforts.

 It is in the spirit of putting our differences aside, uniting for the common cause of keeping the ship of state afloat, that I make the following request.

Six degrees of separation

“Six degrees of separation is the theory that anyone on the planet can be connected to any other person on the planet through a chain of acquaintances that has no more than five intermediaries. ”

Due to the Orwellian thought control of the Obama camp, complicit with the MSM and left wing internet sites, the perception of most Americans is that Obama was eligible to be president, was born in Hawaii and provided a legitimate Birth Certificate. That those questioning Obama are “birthers”, i.e., right wing conspiracy theorists, Obama haters, racists, etc.

That is why it is so important to put in front of the American People, something they can understand, something that is not complex or subject to debate. That is why I am pushing to inform the public of Obama employing many private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate Birth Certificate & college records.

I am asking you to contact all of your family, friends, coworkers. Anyone in your sphere of influence and ask them to do the same. Keep it simple. Do not get pulled into controversial areas of plaintiff attorneys, personalities, case merits, judges and decisions.
Just stick with this no brainer simple question.

But people pack into the room, after waiting hours to get through Secret Service security points.  The gym floor is jammed.

He’s right. And while Clinton crowds don’t exactly go wild, this crowd is as loud and enthusiastic as they get. “Isn’t this exciting?” Clinton says when she takes the stage to huge applause.  “We’re getting to the decision day.””

The Citizen Wells blog has often quoted “1984″ by George Orwell and for good reason. Early in 2008 it was apparent we had entered the age of Big Brother in the sheep’s clothing of the Obama camp. Now, in a recent interview, Sarah Palin has stated that she believes Obama’s birth certificate being questioned is fair game. Notice that The Huffington Post has tagged Sarah Palin with birther. Then they quote the lies and misinformation from FactCheck.org. Lou Dobbs is no fool. Rush Limbaugh has mentioned the Barack Obama eligibility issues. Lou Dobbs, several weeks ago on his CNN show, referred to the Hawaii COLB as a piece of paper that refers to another piece of paper. Mr Dobbs also asked the no brainer, common sense question of why doesn’t Obama just provide a legitimate Birth Certificate. I have requested that Rush Limbaugh, Lou Dobbs, Glenn Beck and Sean Hannity ask the simple question, the question that a fifth grader can understand and draw the obvious conclusion from.

Why?

One of the cadre of Orwellian spin masters, blindly following, obeying and perhaps being remunerated by the Obama camp is Media Matters’, Eric Boehlert. In July 2009, when Lou Dobbs began devoting time to Obama’s eligibility issues, Boehlert wrote the following article on July 27, 2009.

“I can think of three (inadvertent) positives that came out of Lou Dobbs’ ill-advised embrace of the birther movement:

Eric Boehlert, prepare to become the “deer in the headlights.” Caution, you are about to be confused by the facts.

Eric Boehlert, I refer you to the question above. Do you have an answer? For a moment you must drop your modus operandi of attack mode and insults. This is not about plaintiff attorneys, court case merits, judge’s decisions or your elitist beliefs that anyone questioning Obama is not educated or informed.

This is about Barack Obama spending lots of somebody’s money and employing legions of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting a legitimate birth certificate and college records.

Mr. Boehlert, I have read other articles you have written. You clearly have a pro Obama agenda.

Here are some more exerpts from the Boehlert article, written in typical Obama camp fashion, heavy on attacks and light on facts. Place these paragraphs in Orwell’s book “1984″ and they would seamlesly fit in. Instead of the two minute hate directed at OBrien in “1984″ Boehlert goes after Limbaugh, Dobbs and concerned Americans.

“Of course, it’s always dangerous when hateful and cuckoo conspiracy theories are ushered into the mainstream and right-wing critics are given a platform to peddle their hateful whodunits about Obama’s nationality the way Dobbs did. But, in this case, I almost think it was worth running that risk in order to watch the tidal wave of media disapproval that Dobbs’ fearmongering unleashed.

Because in retrospect, the birthers, who had spent months lurking on the sidelines, needed to be called out on national TV; they needed to be ridiculed mercilessly and have their cheerleaders thoroughly mocked. They needed to be turned into the butt of a joke, and thanks to Lou Dobbs, last week they were.”

The ad read in part:  “Obama, the putative U.S. President, was born a British subject Governed by the British Nationality Act of 1948, and is currently a British protected person and/or British citizen to this day.  How can a person who is born a British subject be a Natural Born Citizen of the USA?”  You can view the advertorial online at Scribd.com. “

“Yesterday morning, a computer user came to The Post & Email’s site, having read a copy of our article “Mega Media” at Oil For Immigration. Our site was then attacked by a hacker using a server at the Department of Welfare for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.”

“Our confidential sources in Washington, D.C., have divulged to us that during the attack on our website, a political uproar was in progress in the Capitol., of the like not see in decades. First of all, thank you for your common sensed based comments and questions about Barack Obama avoiding presenting a legitimate Birth Certificate and referring to the Hawaii COLB as a piece of paper referring to another piece of paper.

Yesterday, December 2, 2009, I sent you an email and then called in to your show. I told the call screener about the email and held on the line for approximately 15 minutes until I was disconnected. Here is the email I sent:

“Mr. Dobbs.
First of all I want to thank you on behalf of millions of Americans for stating the obvious
about Barack Obama and his eligibility.
Your statements about the HI COLB being a piece of paper referring to another piece of
paper and asking why Obama does not present a legitimate birth certificate were long overdue
and a breathe of fresh air.
Now I am asking you to take this to the next level.
Ask one simple no brainer question:
 
“Why has Obama employed legions of private and government attorneys to avoid presenting
a legitimate birth certificate and college records?”
 
I promise you, you will be a bigger hero.

This is another simple, no brainer question that a fifth grader can understand and arrive at the obvious conclusion on.

Mr Dobbs, your fellow Americans and listeners are asking that you make this simple gesture.

Our forefathers pledged their lives, their fortunes, and their sacred honor to provide the luxury for us to have this struggle.

There are at least 3 reasons why Rush Limbaugh will ask the question of the century:
1. It is a self evident truth. Rush will risk ridicule for a just cause.

2. Rush Limbaugh is the man of the hour. This question will define this century.

3. Rush Limbaugh’s father would have asked this question.

The question of Barack Obama’s eleigibilty has been debated, distorted by the Obama camp and generally ignored by the Mainstream Media. Public opinion has been shaped by a paid cadre of the Obama camp and ideologues of the far left supporters and far left MSM. These Orwellian efforts rival those of Nazi Germany and “1984″.

The question below, that I have listed as # 1 on the Internet Billboard, is the defining question about the eligibility of Barack Obama to be president as well as a watershed moment for the US Constitution. It is, I believe, the question of the century.

However, I often remind myself of the hardships our ancestors endured to allow us to have the luxury of fighting this battle. As I sit here writing this with a sore throat, I think of the brave patriots enduring the intense cold of Valley Forge, out in the elements with rags on their feet. My minor discomfort in this safe and warm environment pales in comparison.

They pledged their lives , their fortunes and their sacred honor.

I will not give up until our honor is redeemed.

The Obama camp wants us to be afraid, to be divided and confused by controversial issues. The question above is not confusing. It is so simple that a fifth grader can understand it and quickly come to the obvious conclusion.

It is not a conspiracy theory. Using the term “birther” in a condescending, Orwellian manner to discredit decent, hard working Americans who believe that the US Constitution is the law of the land, will not be tolerated.

Barack Obama’s father was a citizen of Kenya and a British citizen.  “natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution” was explicitly written to deal with the issue of foreign allegiances at the time of the writing of the US Constitution.

3. Barack Obama’s citizenship and allegiance was further tainted when he was adopted by his stepfather Lolo Soetoro and Obama became an Indonesian citizen.

4. Some combination of the above allowed Obama to travel to Pakistan in 1981 when travel there was restricted to US citizens.

5. The only document presented by the Obama camp is a Hawaii COLB. There has been no substantiation that it is authentic and it does not establish country of birth. As Lou Dobbs stated, “It is a piece of paper that refers to another piece of paper.”

6. All other documentation, all school records, that would establish country of birth have been kept hidden and restricted.

7. No authentic documentation has been presented to establish that Barack Obama was born in the US.

8. The records of all hospitals in Hawaii have been searched. There is no record of Stanley Ann Obama ever having given birth to a child.

9. Barack Obama’s paternal grandmother in Kenya has stated on multiple occasions that she was present at Obama’s birth in Mombasa.

Questions for Rush Limbaugh

I have listened to the Rush Limbaugh show for at least 20 years. I have much respect for Rush. He strives to tell the truth and upholds American values dear to us. I do not always agree with Rush Limbaugh, but I must say, I probably agree with him at least 95% of the time.

I am requesting that that those reading this article, call in to the Rush Limbaugh show. It is not necessary to quote this blog, although that is ok. Request that Rush ask these simple questions:

1. How much money and time has Obama spent preventing the release of a legitimate birth certificate that proves his country of birth as well as other records such as college records?

2. How much of taxpayer or other people’s money has Obama spent in this evasive effort?

3. Why is Obama employing legions of private and government attorneys to avoid proving his eligibility?

There is no need to discuss plaintiff attorneys or their personalities or methodologies or judges or their decisions. These questions are simple and tell the tale about Obama’s eligibility and guilt.
This is about upholding the US Constitution and the rule of law.

The Mainstream Media and even Fox have ignored this simple but important story. Lou Dobbs, while he was still at CNN, Communist News Network, stated that Obama should present a legitimate birth certificate. I see no reason why you should not ask the above questions. This is a two part article. The first part deals with engineered and unintentinal brainwashing coming from the Orwellian Obama Camp. The second part is in response to an article produced by the London Mail Online, in the home of my ancestors. History does, indeed, repeat. I write this as a descendant of British citizens who left the tyranny of Europe, who as Americans saw through the BS of British tryanny. Now I am compelled, as my ancestors were, to sift through more BS coming from the British Isles. I quote their native son George Orwell in this endeavor.

Part 1: Obama Camp Orwellian mind control

George Orwell watched as the mind control schemes of Nazi Germany played out to insure the German people were compliant with their plans for world domination. Orwell used these techniques from Nazi Germany and other totalitarian regimes as a basis for “1984.” For example, from Joeseph Goebbels, the Nazi Propaganda Minister:

 “Not every item of news should be published: rather must
those who control news policies endeavor to make every item
of news serve a certain purpose.”

Next, from “1984.”

After watching the Obama camp early in 2008 control the Mainstream Media and attack people speaking out against Obama, including an orchestrated attack on this blog, it became apparent that we had entered the age of Big Brother written about by George Orwell. Many articles have been presented on this blog comparing the Obama camp and administration to the totalitarian regime of “1984.”

For the purpose of this article, I will concentrate on the eligibility issues surrounding Barack Obama. This one issue exemplifies how the Obama camp has expended enormous resources to shape public thought and masterfully divert attention away from the critical issue of Obama being a usurper, in direct conflict with the US Constitution.

One thing is crystal clear. The Obama camp has controlled the Mainstream Media from the beginning. There are many reason for this. It is a fact. This has been the principle means they have used to not cover important issues and to select the buzzwords and slogans to be used. Birther, fringe and other words have been selected to discredit and demean those speaking out against Obama. Also, another technique straight out of Nazi Germany and “1984″ was employed. In Nazi Germany, the focus of hate was the Jews. In “1984″ the “two minute hates” were directed at O’Brian, the supposed antagonist of Big Brother and the nation.

So we have the Obama camp continually broadcasting that anyone challenging Obama’s eligibility is a fringe birther, right wing extremist and as many of the so called elitists would portray as a sub human low intellect. That Orly Taitz is the leader of the birthers and that all court cases challenging Obama’s eligibility have been thrown out as having no merits. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Most people questioning Obama’s eligibility are normal, hard working Americans who follow the US Constitution as their legal compass. They are people like me who are well educated, well read and non racially motivated. They are current or retired military and some high ranking officers. There are a few in the MSM, such as Lou Dobbs who asked the common sense question of why doesn’t Obama simply provide a legitimate birth certificate.

Now for the questions that transcends all of the psycho babble and mind control. I have placed it as number 1 on the Internet Billboard because it is so simple and self evident.

The answer is obvious.

Part 2: What motivated the Mail Online to create or repeat lies?

First of all, I want to thank the British press for covering aspects of Barack Obama untouched by the American MSM. I am certain it did not harm your readership.

Next, what was your motivation for covering an important story about Obama’s eligibility issues and including so much misinformation and lies? Perhaps you are proving my point with the quotes from Orwell and Goebbels serving as a spotlight.

• Is this the result of pressure or remuneration from the Obama Camp ot those controlling the puppet strings?
• Are you repeating the lie that has become the “truth”?
• Or is this simply crass commercialism?
• Or possibly all three above?

Life is full of ironies. I write this, a child of the British Isles, as I suppose you are. My English ancestors left the tyranny of Europe and settled in NC. They embraced their new found freedoms and easily saw through the BS being imposed on them by the British Government. My ancestor, John Wells, was a signer of the Tryon Resolves.

Those of you in Great Britain have had 250 years to learn this. Is this clear? Except for a small percentage of the population, this is not about skin color. It is about Tyranny. Clear?

Here we go again, “fringe group.” Orly Taitz is one of many attorneys involved in lawsuits challenging Obama’s eligibility and she is not the leader. This is a grassroots, US Consitutional issue.

However absurd such cases may be, Mr Sankey, who works for the group voluntarily and estimates having spent £40,000 of his own money following leads, is at pains to present himself as a level-headed former British bobby, motivated only by a determination to find the truth.”

Every case has not been dismissed.  “However absurd such cases may be,” leads one to believe that this article was influenced by the Obama camp.

Many of those alarmed by the constitutional crisis created by Barack Obama’s avoidance of proof of eligibilty are in the US Military. Some of those are high ranking officers. John Harris and Politico, don’t you think that Obama does not want the American public to know that he has spent approx 2 million dollars avoiding producing proof that he is a natural born citizen? How about the deeper ties to Rezko, Blagojevich, et al when he was a IL Senator? Perhaps he would rather not answer questions about where he was in early November 1999.

So, Ben Smith, John Harris and the rest of you at Politico, do you have an answer or response for number 1 on the Internet Billboard. Why Obama has employed a legion of private and government attorneys to avoid producing a legitimate birth certificate proving his country of birth. Lou Dobbs, while he was at CNN of all places, asked why Obama doesn’t produce a birth certificate. US taxpayers are paying for some of Obama’s legal representation. Who is paying for the rest? Cost estimates run near two million dollars. These are real issues requiring serious journalism and reporting.

When this story breaks big, the biased, incompetent or fearful folks reporting in the MSM and internet are going to have a lot of explaining and soul searching to do. After all, this is our country and the country we will leave our descendants.

It is one thing to ignore the Obama eligibility issues. It is quite another to attack and demean honest, patriotic, concerned Americans who look to the US Constitution for guidance.

It is not a conspiracy theory. Using the term “birther” in a condescending, Orwellian manner to discredit decent, hard working Americans who believe that the US Constitution is the law of the land, will not be tolerated.

1. Barack Obama has employed a legion of private and government attorneys to prevent revealing his country of birth. Innocent and eligible persons seeking the office of president do not do that.

2. Barack Obama’s father was a citizen of Kenya and a British citizen.  “natural born Citizen, or a Citizen of the United States, at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution” was explicitly written to deal with the issue of foreign allegiances at the time of the writing of the US Constitution.

3. Barack Obama’s citizenship and allegiance was further tainted when he was adopted by his stepfather Lolo Soetoro and Obama became an Indonesian citizen.

4. Some combination of the above allowed Obama to travel to Pakistan in 1981 when travel there was restricted to US citizens.

5. The only document presented by the Obama camp is a Hawaii COLB. There has been no substantiation that it is authentic and it does not establish country of birth. As Lou Dobbs stated, “It is a piece of paper that refers to another piece of paper.”

6. All other documentation, all school records, that would establish country of birth have been kept hidden and restricted.

7. No authentic documentation has been presented to establish that Barack Obama was born in the US.

8. The records of all hospitals in Hawaii have been searched. There is no record of Stanley Ann Obama ever having given birth to a child.

9. Barack Obama’s paternal grandmother in Kenya has stated on multiple occasions that she was present at Obama’s birth in Mombasa.

10. Others have stated, including multiple family members, officials and press, that Obama was born in Kenya.

Israeli settlers warned about Obama spies

The Obama Administration has sent representatives, some open and some covert, to monitor construction in Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria, according to a report in Israel National News, an agency based out of the settler town of Beit El.

Shaul Goldstein, regional council head for the Eztion Bloc of settlements south of Bethlehem, said that he had met recently with an American diplomat who asked for updates on all building projects in the area. Goldstein said that he simply told the representative the truth, and added that “we have come home to build and to remain on our land.”

But long-time settler and former Knesset Member Elyakim Haetzni warned in a letter to settler leaders not to cooperate with Obama’s representatives, since any information given to them will be used to further pressure Israel.

Haetzni also blasted the American government for thinking it has the right to keep tabs on an ally in such a manner.

“It’s great chutzpah of a foreign government to openly collect information and supervise a country on that country’s own territory. We must not cooperate with this brazenness.”

News of the “Obama spies” came just as Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, under tremendous US pressure, announced a 10-month settlement freeze.

Has it really taken nearly a year for a troop of lawyers to ask these questions? Pardon me but it’s a no brainer! I have been calling him a puppet since the New Hampshire primary, but even the slowest of us figured this out before Inauguration Day!

Who’s Really Running the Show?
I have been having a nagging intuition lately that something is not quite right about Barack Obama.  I am not suggesting there is something wrong with the man, per se.  Nor am I talking about the crazy, even dangerous, policies coming out of the White House.  No, lately, I have been wondering if Barack Obama is, in fact, the person who is actually functioning as President of the United States

I mean, there’s no doubt that he fills the position of POTUS but is he really the one in command?  The man actually seems lost at times.  He seems to be reacting to ideas about which he does not really have a clue.  He has left the writing of this health care bill to Nancy Pelosi’s House of Representatives and she, in turn, has farmed the writing out to several fairly radical community action groups.   When questioned about health care, he seems not to know or understand the details and even with his silver-tongue seems unable to demonstrate any leadership on the issue.

With respect to Afghanistan and the rest of our foreign policy, he seems equally lost.  Especially when it comes to dealing with other world leaders.  He makes beautiful speeches but seems to be unable to cut deals which benefit our nation.  He seems to be acting as a pawn of much more clever world leaders.

The more I watch the man, the more I see a person who appears to be the “face” of some other entity or group.  He seems like a “front man”.  And it is becoming clear that his strings are being pulled by someone else.  He does not appear to be the man in command of the ship of state.  At least, he is not in the driver’s seat. 

You might recall that people said about Bush that he was a front man for the neo-cons and that it was really Dick Cheney that was running the show.  It turns out that Dick Cheney was not as influential in Bush’s second term as many thought but, perhaps it is true that the neo-cons, whoever they may be, were pulling some of Bush’s strings.

On the other hand, with Obama, it does not appear that there is anyone who is visible to we the people or the media who is pulling the strings.  If they are there, they are not in elected positions as Cheney was.  They are better hidden than that.

We know that he has been and remains surrounded by life-long radicals,  professed communists and anti-capitalists, some of whom he has even appointed as czars in his administration.  Thirty six czars, to date.  But is it Obama who is picking the czars or is it the czars who are running the show and propping up Obama as their front man? 

I know all this may  sound crazy but, really, when you look at the man without the idolatry and media worship,  does he really look like he knows what he is doing?  Does he seem to have a direction?  Firm convictions?  Something he deeply believes in?  The more he talks  now, the more his words seems empty of content.  Platitudes about America and the American people which, when he says them, simply do not ring true.  They are words being mouthed but not believed by him.

Okay, so maybe he is really clever, is firmly moving the ship to the left while mouthing the words of a centrist but I don’t think so.  What I used to think was that he was a really slick conman who was making us watch his left hand while he was manipulating us with his right. But, now I don’t think that so much.  I think the man is more plastic than real.  Now I begin to see him as the “Great and Powerful Oz”:  a fearsome presence who is being manipulated by men behind the curtain.  And while Obama does not have strong convictions, the men behind the curtain do.  And they are moving this country down a dangerous path.  All the while, we are being distracted by Obama and what he says and does.

Okay, maybe I am simply a mildly paranoid conspiracy theorist.  Why, you might ask, have Obama up there?  Why not have one of the actual people behind the curtain run for President.  Well, being a paranoid conspiracy theorist, I can come up with an answer to that question. Those other people behind the curtain have backgrounds that are so radical that they would never have made it past the first few days of a campaign.  Additionally, they are life-long community organizers and they know what kind of face can be effective if you wish to radically change the nation.  First, you need a black man to gain the support of the vast black minority.  Second, you need a pale skinned black man so as not to be too much of a threat to white Americans.  For the same reasons, you need a mixed race man who allies himself with the poor and down-trodden.  And you need someone who speaks well enough to co-opt the language of the right and appear to be a uniter, not a divider.  Someone who sees, or at least can articulate,  both sides of an issue.  This is the kind of man you would pick to be your front man so that while you move things drastically and dramatically left, the vast majority of Americans will not believe that was the intention of the moderate appearing front man. 

Yes, Obama was a community organizer.  Yes, he could be clever enough to have all this be his idea.  But he really wasn’t a community organizer for that long.  And when he was, he didn’t do anything truly radical.  It was more a time during which he was being trained than a time when he was driven by a personal sense of commitment to anything in particular.  There are people who are now in his government who have been community organizers and radical left wing activists for 20-30 years.  These people have deeply ingrained commitments to changing the system and have been actively trying to do so for all that time.  Obama is not one of them.  

 In my view, Obama has been trained and used as a puppet by others for a long time.  His successes seem to have come too easily, as if they have been orchestrated.  His life appears to have been pre-planned.  I mean, Harvard Law Review without publishing a single paper of note.  That is unusual.  A community organizer for a short time, a State legislator for a few years, a  freshman US Senator, a convention key-note speaker, and then POTUS.  How does that happen?  A person with zero governmental administrative experience is running the entire government of the United States .

How do 1100 page documents get developed and put out in such short order?  Who is writing all these proposals?  Does it not seem that something is just not quite right here?  Forget about the specifics of the policies for the moment.  Have you seen this level of activity in the first few months of any other administration in your lifetime?   Does Obama seem like the kind of person that could manage this level of activity in so short a time?  Too much does not make sense here. 

So, slowly but surely, I am becoming convinced that it is not Barack Obama who is running the show.  The White House has been captured by a group of people who are using Barack Obama as their front man.  He is nothing but an articulate but empty suit.  We have to start looking behind the curtains to find out who is really controlling the “great and powerful Obama”.

Congress could no more tell Obama not to fund ACORN, than the US Consitution could keep him from hijacking America’s banking industry.

Or than the US Constitution could keep him from running for election as president, without producing a valid birth certificate.

One of Barack Obama’s first big “community organizer” jobs involved ACORN in 1992. He has been working along side ACORN since before he became an elected official. Obama also trained ACORN employees. He represented ACORN in court. Obama worked with and protested with ACORN. His campaign donated $800,000 to ACORN in 2008 for voter registration efforts.
And, ACORN even canvassed for Obama last year.

Earlier this year Obama promoted a top ACORN operative, Patrick Gaspard, who’s oranization was fined $775,000 for election violations, to a top post in the White House. Gespard is helping shape domestic policy.

Obama’s ACORN group was banned from receiving federal funds in September after the group was busted on tape promoting the child sex slave trade.

But, today it was announced that ACORN will be paid with taxpayer funds after all.
The New York Times reported:

The Justice Department has concluded that the Obama administration can lawfully pay the community group Acorn for services provided under contracts signed before Congress banned the government from providing funds to the group.

The department’s conclusion, laid out in a recently disclosed five-page memorandum from David Barron, the acting assistant attorney general for the Office of Legal Counsel, adds a new wrinkle to a sharp political debate over the antipoverty group’s activities and recent efforts to distance the government from it.

Since 1994, Acorn, which stands for the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now, has received about $53 million in federal aid, much of it grants from the Department of Housing and Urban Development for providing various services related to affordable housing.

But the group has become a prime target for conservative critics, and on Oct. 1, President Obama signed into law a spending bill that included a provision that said no taxpayer funds — including funds authorized by previous legislation — could be “provided to” the group or its affiliates.

Obviously, considering Obama’s history with ACORN, this latest news surprises no one.

It doesn’t matter how badly, and criminally, the science was done.

It doesn’t matter that scientists of other viewpoints were systematically prevented from publishing and participating in the “science.” (Settling is not science, in this and many other writer’s opinions).

It doesn’t matter that the scientists violated various national laws which provide for transparency.

It doesn’t matter that the Earth is really getting cold, while carbon dioxide continues upward.

Climate ‘czar’ says hacked e-mails don’t change anything

Obama administration climate czar Carol Browner on Wednesday rejected claims that e-mails stolen from a British university show climate scientists trumped up global warming numbers, saying she considers the science settled.

“I’m sticking with the 2,500 scientists. These people have been studying this issue for a very long time and agree this problem is real,” said Ms. Browner, who President Obama has tapped as his chief of policy on global warming.

The e-mails were hacked from the Climate Research Unit at the University of East Anglia and have come to light over the last week. They appear to show scientists saying they’ve smoothed over data that doesn’t back up their claims of warming, and pondering how to freeze out scientists who disagree with them.

Release of the e-mails has fueled skeptics ahead of next month’s major global warming meeting in Copenhagen, which is supposed to set the framework for a new global treaty to restrict greenhouse gas emissions.

The White House said Wednesday that Mr. Obama will personally travel to Copenhagen to commit the U.S. to greenhouse gas reductions.

The e-mails remain a point of debate, with skeptics pointing to several data sets that show the last few years have actually seen a cooling effect.

Sen. James Inhofe, Oklahoma Republican, has called for an investigation into the e-mails, and says they confirm his long-held suspicion that climate claims are not supported by the actual data.

Ms. Browner said the only people who still doubt global warming is happening and that humans are to blame are “a very small group of people who continue to say this isn’t a real problem, that we don’t need to do anything.”

She also said the e-mails are only trickling out, and that the entire set hasn’t been released.

Ms. Browner initially shrugged when asked about the e-mails, saying she didn’t have a reaction. But when a reporter followed up, she said she will stick with the consensus of the 2,500 climate scientists on the International Panel on Climate Change who concluded global warming is happening and is most likely being pushed by human actions.

“The election results certified by the St. Lawrence County Board of Elections for New York’s 23rd Congressional District contain some numbers that are mathematically impossible.  These numbers were requested in person and transmitted by e-mail just hours before certification on Tuesday, November 24th, 2009.

For six election districts in St. Lawrence County (the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 7th districts in Canton, the 14th district in Massena, and the 2nd district in Oswegatchie) negative numbers appear in the column for “blank” ballots, known in other states as “undervotes.”

Blank vote counts are ballots in which the voter did not choose any candidate in a given election and are determined by subtracting the total number of votes cast for the candidates from the number of voters who completed ballots.  The remaining number would be those voters who didn’t cast a vote for that election.

In Canton’s 7th district, the certified results show a total of 148 ballots cast. The results of those votes were counted as 88 votes for Owens, 11 votes for Scozzafava, and 80 votes for Hoffman.  The problem is that these numbers add up to 179 votes counted for the candidates, and there were only 148 ballots cast;  St. Lawrence County certified these numbers to the state as accurate with the number of ‘blank’ ballots reported as -31.

The Board of Elections stated repeatedly that their numbers add up, and strictly speaking, they do.  But negative numbers should not be required to make this happen. 

Election analysts refer to this phenomenon as “phantom voters,” because they are apparitions.  They do not actually exist.  There can never be more votes counted for any office than the number of actual voters who cast ballots.  There could be one or two, if on occasion an actual voter forgot to sign the poll book, but never 31.”

“Fundamentally, the fault does not lie with the Board of Elections, although perhaps they should have noticed the negative numbers before certifying them.  The fault lies with computerized vote counting and our willingness to trust it.
It has already been reported that zero votes were incorrectly reported in numerous precincts in Jefferson, Madison, and Oswego Counties for one of the Congressional candidates, and that voting machine failures occurred in dozens of polling places in at least three different counties.
In St. Lawrence County, ballots from eight polling places had to be hand counted due to voting machine failure.  Machines in Louisville, Waddington, Clare, and Rossie “broke” early in the voting process on Election Day.  Republican Commissioner Deborah Pahler said that the machines kept “freezing up… like Windows does all the time”.  Machines in Hermon, Lawrence, Colton’s 2nd district, and Massena’s 1st and 2nd districts failed to print the results. Frank Hoar, an attorney for the Democratic Party, initially ordered the impoundment of malfunctioning machines but released the order on November 5th so that Bill Owens could be sworn in to Congress in time to vote on the House health bill on November 7th.
Electronic vote counting is much too vulnerable to failure and/or manipulation.  If a mechanical (lever-style) machine breaks down, the failure is visible, and only the one machine is affected.  With electronic vote counting, one person can change the outcome of an election and not leave a trace.  This has been shown over and over again in scientific studies, including those commissioned by the Secretaries of State in California and Ohio.
But more than that, how can we have a democracy if we cannot know if the vote count is accurate?  If election officials cannot know, and if the candidates cannot know, and if the voters cannot know that the official results are true and correct, why even have an election?  Why go through the motions?”

Several days ago, as I am prone to do, I read the New York State Election statutes. Before the election in 2008 I read almost half of the 50 states election laws. Here are some of those statutes regarding voting irregularities. Read them and decide if any of them apply to the chicanery that has taken place.
“ §  17-106.  Misconduct  of election officers. Any election officer who
  wilfully refuses to accord to any duly  accredited  watcher  or  to  any
  voter  or candidate any right given him by this chapter, or who wilfully
  violates any provision of the election law relative to the  registration
  of  electors or to the taking, recording, counting, canvassing, tallying
  or certifying of votes, or who wilfully neglects or refuses  to  perform
  any  duty  imposed  on  him  by  law,  or  is guilty of any fraud in the
  execution of the duties of his office,  or  connives  in  any  electoral
  fraud, or knowingly permits any such fraud to be practiced, is guilty of
  a felony.

§  17-108.  False  affidavits;  mutilation,  destruction  or  loss  of
  registry list or affidavits. 1. Any person who wilfully  loses,  alters,
  destroys or mutilates the list of voters or registration poll ledgers in
  any  election  district,  or  a  certified  copy thereof, is guilty of a
  misdemeanor.
    2. An applicant for registration who shall make, incorporate or  cause
  to  be  incorporated  a  material  false statement in an application for
  registration, or in any challenge or other  affidavit  required  for  or
  made  or filed in connection with registration or voting, and any person
  who knowingly takes a  false  oath  before  a  board  of  inspectors  of
  election,  and  any  person  who  makes  a material false statement in a
  medical  certificate  or  an  affidavit  filed  in  connection  with  an
  application for registration, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
    3. A person who shall wilfully suppress, mutilate or alter, or, except
  as  authorized  by  this chapter, shall destroy, any signed challenge or
  other affidavit required  for  or  made  or  filed  in  connection  with
  registration or voting, and any person who, except as authorized by this
  chapter,  shall  remove such an affidavit from the place of registration
  or polling place, is guilty of a felony.
    4. A person other than the applicant who, prior to the filing  of  the
  application,  shall  willfully suppress, mutilate, materially alter, or,
  except as authorized by this chapter, destroy a signed  application  for
  registration by mail, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

§  17-120.  Misconduct  in  relation  to certificate of nomination and
  official ballot. A person who:
    1. Falsely makes or makes oath to, or fraudulently defaces or destroys
  a certificate of nomination or any part thereof; or,
    2. Files or receives for filing a certifiate  of  nomination,  knowing
  that any part thereof was falsely made; or,
    3.  Suppresses  a certificate of nomination which has been duly filed,
  or any part thereof; or,
    4. Forges or falsely makes the official indorsement of any ballot; or,
    5. Having charge of official ballots, destroys, conceals or suppresses
  them, except as provided by the law. is guilty of a felony.

§  17-124.  Failure  to  deliver  official ballots. Any person who has
  undertaken to deliver official ballots to  any  city,  town  or  village
  clerk,  or  inspector  as  authorized  by  this chapter, and neglects or
  refuses to do so, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

§  17-128. Violations of election law by public officer or employee. A
  public officer or employee who knowingly and wilfully omits, refuses  or
  neglects  to  perform  any  act  required  of him by this chapter or who
  knowingly and wilfully refuses to permit the doing of any act authorized
  by this chapter or who knowingly  and  wilfully  hinders  or  delays  or
  attempts  to  hinder  or delay the performance of such an act is, if not
  otherwise provided by law, guilty of a felony.

§ 17-130. Misdemeanor in relation to elections. Any person who:
    1.  Acts  as  an  inspector  of election or as a clerk at an election,
  without being able to read or write the  English  language,  or  without
  being otherwise qualified to hold such office; or,
    2.  Being  an inspector of election, knowingly and wilfully permits or
  suffers any person to vote who is not entitled to vote thereat; or,
    3. Wilfully and unlawfully obstructs, hinders or delays,  or  aids  or
  assists  in  obstructing  or  delaying  any  elector  on  his  way  to a
  registration or polling place, or while he is attempting to register  or
  vote; or,
    4.  Electioneers on election day or on days of registration within one
  hundred feet, as defined herein, from a polling place. Said  prohibition
  shall  not  apply  to  a  building  or room that has been maintained for
  political purposes at  least  six  months  prior  to  said  election  or
  registration  days,  except  that  no  political  displays,  placards or
  posters shall be exhibited therefrom. For the purposes of this  section,
  the  one  hundred feet distance shall be deemed to include a one hundred
  foot radial measured from the entrances, designated by the inspectors of
  elections, to a building where the election  or  registration  is  being
  held.
    5. Removes any official ballot from a polling place before the closing
  of the polls; or,
    6.  Unlawfully  goes  within  the  guard-rail  of any polling place or
  unlawfully remains within such guard-rail after having been commanded to
  remove therefrom by any inspector of election; or,
    7. Enters a voting booth with any voter or remains in a  voting  booth
  while  it  is occupied by any voter, or opens the door of a voting booth
  when the same is occupied by a voter, with the intent to  watch  such  a
  voter  while  engaged  in  the  preparation  of  his  ballot,  except as
  authorized by this chapter; or,
    8. Being or claiming to be a voter, permits any other person to be  in
  a  voting booth with him while engaged in the preparation of his ballot,
  except as authorized by this chapter, without openly protesting  against
  and asking that such person be ejected; or,
    9.  Having  lawfully  entered  a  voting booth with a voter, requests,
  persuades or induces such voter to vote any particular ballot or for any
  particular candidate, or makes  or  keeps  any  memorandum  of  anything
  occurring  within  the  booth,  or  directly  or  indirectly, reveals to
  another the name of any candidate voted for by such voter; or,
    10. Shows his ballot after it is prepared for voting, to any person so
  as to reveal the contents, or solicits a voter to show the same; or,
    11. Places any mark  upon  his  ballot,  or  does  any  other  act  in
  connection  with his ballot with the intent that it may be identified as
  the one voted by him; or,
    12. Places any mark upon, or does any other act in connection  with  a
  ballot  or  paster  ballot,  with  the  intent that it may afterwards be
  identified as having been voted by any particular person; or,
    13. Receives an official ballot from any person other than one of  the
  clerks or inspectors having charge of the ballots; or,
    14.  Not being an inspector of election or clerk, delivers an official
  ballot to a voter; or,
    15. Not being an inspector of election,  receives  from  any  voter  a
  ballot prepared for voting; or,
    16.  Fails to return to the inspectors of election, before leaving the
  polling place or going outside the guard-rail, each ballot not voted  by
  him; or,
    17.  Wilfully  defaces,  injures,  mutilates, destroys or secretes any
  voting maching which belongs to any municipality or board  of  elections
  for use at elections, and any person who commits or attempts to commit a
  fraud in the use of any such voting machine during election; or,
    18.  Not  being  lawfully authorized, makes or has in his possession a
  key to a voting maching which has been  adopted  and  will  be  used  in
  elections; or,
    19.  Not  being  an inspector or clerk of election, handles a voted or
  unvoted ballot or stub thereof,  during  the  canvass  of  votes  at  an
  election; or,
    20.  Intentionally  opens an absentee voter’s envelope or examines the
  contents thereof after the receipt of  the  envelope  by  the  board  of
  elections and before the close of the polls at the election; or,
    21.  Wilfully  disobeys any lawful command of the board of inspectors,
  or any member thereof; or
    22. Induces or attempts to induce any poll clerk, election  inspector,
  election  coordinator,  or  officer,  clerk  or employee of the board of
  elections discharging any duty or performing any act  required  or  made
  necessary by the election law, to do any act in violation of his duty or
  in violation of the election law; or,
    23.  Not  having  been appointed or named an inspector of elections or
  clerk and not having taken the  oath  for  such  office  shall  wear  or
  display  any  button,  badge  or  emblem  identifying  or  purporting to
  identify such person as an inspector of election or clerk, is guilty  of
  a misdemeanor.

§   17-136.  False  returns;  unlawful  acts  respecting  returns.  An
  inspector or clerk of an election who intentionally makes,  or  attempts
  to  make,  a  false  canvass  of  the ballots cast thereat, or any false
  statement of the result of a canvass, though not signed by a majority of
  the inspectors, or any person who induces or attempts to induce any such
  inspector or clerk to do so, is guilty of a felony.

§  17-148.  Bribery  or intimidation of elector in military service of
  United States. Any person  who,  directly  or  indirectly,  by  bribery,
  menace  or  any other corrupt means, controls, or attempts to control an
  elector of this state enlisted in the military  service  of  the  United
  States, in the exercise of his rights under the election law, or annoys,
  injures or punishes him for the manner in which he exercises such right,
  is guilty of a misdemeanor.

 §  17-166.  Penalty.  Any person convicted of a misdemeanor under this
  article shall for a first offense be punished by  imprisonment  for  not
  more  than  one  year, or by a fine of not less than one hundred dollars
  nor  more  than  five  hundred  dollars,  or  by  both  such  fine   and
  imprisonment.  Any  person  who,  having been convicted of a misdemeanor
  under this article, shall thereafter be convicted of another misdemeanor
  under this article, shall be guilty of a felony.

 § 17-168. Crimes against the elective franchise not otherwise provided
  for.  Any  person  who  knowingly and wilfully violates any provision of
  this chapter, which violation is not specifically covered by any of  the
  previous sections of this article, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

§  17-170.  Destroying  or  delaying  election  returns.  A  messenger
  appointed by authority of law to receive and carry a report, certificate
  or certified copy of  any  statement  relating  to  the  result  of  any
  election,   who  wilfully  mutilates,  tears,  defaces,  obliterates  or
  destroys the same, or does any other act which prevents the delivery  of
  it  as  required by law; and a person who takes away from such messenger
  any such report, certificate or certified copy, with intent  to  prevent
  its  delivery,  or  who  wilfully  does  any injury or other act in this
  section specified, is guilty of a felony.

“15,620 Missing Votes are disturbing

Let’s take a look at each race, considering simply the total votes counted, and comparing this to the total votes in the Congressional race on the same ballot:

For the State Supreme Court race:  39, 969 votes

For the NY-23 Special Election: . . . . 24, 349 votes

For County Coroner: . . . . . . . . . . . . 29, 664 votes

District Attorney: . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 17, 541 votes

These are the races which all used the same 102 voting machines.  Since the entire county voted for each race you’d expect nearly identical numbers, if there were identical interest in the different races.  And while that nearly never happens, the Owen-Hoffman-Scozzafava race was surely the most followed in the national and local press.

That 15,620 more votes were cast in the State Supreme Court Race than in the Congressional Race, seems simply unbelievable. That means that nearly 40% of the voters who voted, cast no vote in the Congressional Race! Unbelievable!”
