<p>It really isn&#8217;t that big of a deal as far as delegates are concerned, but Obama won his 11th straight victory Thursday, winning the Democrats Abroad global primary by a 2-to-1 margin over Hillary.  Like New Mexico, the &#8220;win&#8221; doesn&#8217;t mean much as far as delegates are concerned.  He only gets 2.5 delegates, compared to her 2 delegates, but those of you counting along at home can turn Obama&#8217;s winning streak up to 11.</p>
