ok so another collar build this time its for me though ^^ so i was at open collar the other day (OC)

ok so another collar build this time its for me though ^^

so i was at open collar the other day (OC) and they have this fairly nice “glow collar” yeah its kinda nice, but i wasnt a 100% convinced of the look of it nice idea though and sorry i dont have a pic but if you go to OC you can see it on the far wall on the right hand side.

i used to build stuff using darien coldwell’s scripts and since she left SL she has given out her stuff for free god bless her but eventually due to the scripts not going to get updated they are going to stop working at some point, so after a bit of convinving from shuggi the majority of my collar builds are made with OC scripts, and one big difference i saw with OC compared to a lot of other collars is the “floating kneel pose”, now i dont know about you but the 2 foot floating off the ground used to annoy me a lot and without making my AVI a midget and removing any footwear (and yeah i know apparetnly subbies/slaves/pets etc arent supposed to wear heels, no idea who said that to me but im pretty sure the conversation didnt go on much longer, but hey i spent alot of time and money training my MD ballet heels and im going to wear them okies, or heres an idea, how about you pay me NOT to wear them LOL) the standard OC kneel pose sort of adjusts your avis height to floor ratio and makes you kind of stick to the floor, an lets face it that can only be a good thing right? so anyway on with the collar i made

so i wanted the collar to look black or atleast a dark metal loking as i wanted the glowing parts to stand out (usual bump mapping scripts used to get the metal texture), oh and by the way even with the silver or white color it still looks pretty nice, so i used a few torus prims, sides where shaved a little to give a sort of beveled look, and a a few hollowed out and cut down to size with “cut start and end options” rings to make the the outer covers. also used a really thin ring in the top of the collar to give the top of it a glow aswell.

so here are two pics of the collar with the blue texture, the first one is of the collar in its less blue glowing state

and here is the collar in its sort of maximum blue glow

ok so it doesnt look that different but it looks much better inworld the pics here dont really do it justice to be honest.

so i figured out about the glowing effect and its a lot easyier than i thought, i had thought it was some sort of clever scripting, oh how wrong was i, its simply a texture i made in PSP and removed some of the midle parts by removed i mean made an alpha channel, uploaded the texture, applied it and rotated it 90 degrees so teh glow effect goes from top to bottom so it gives a sort of “pulsing” look, no to get the texture to move like that i went to a freebie place and picked up a lot of scripts,,,,,,,an i do mean a lot several 1000 i think in one of the boxes lol.

*lil side note, yes freebie places are trully terrible and we have all been there lookgin at the the stuff and wandering if we could look good when with hindsight we know that wasnt the case, but freebie places have, buried deep in them sometimes absolute gems, like scripts mainly, go check out “sarahs nerd herd” or “freebie dungoen”, for me these scripts area a godsend coz it means a “non-scripter” like me can have a look and fiddle with them as they are full perms and even use them in some of my builds. but anyway dont be a snob go have a look and watch out for virtual vampires lol*.

so ok back to the collar, right used a simply texture rotation script to get the effect i was after and also edited the texture a little, the bit where you go to the texture tab and you have the “repeats per face” well i set them to 0.000 on both the vertical and horizontal and that give it a really nice glow, or pulsing look, and because the texture can be colored, you can get some interesting colors aswell, so the first pic showed the blue i’d used, heres a few different colors.

and of course a pic of the blue one being worn, have to say the blue one is still my favorite one unless im wearing my black and white latex like my graves G76 with the G97 boots.

the texture color comes from editing them in world just using the prim editing texture thingie so i think your limited to, what is it 16 million color pallete,,,,,shame .

So collar build finished and all that was left to do was rezz and OC collar and edit the link parts, remove the cube that is in the middle and place it in the middle of teh new collar in about the same position, and remove the invisible prim sphere thats on the front of the OC one, so unlikned and link the new collar to the sphere i removed from the old one making sure that you make the sphere you removed from the OC collar is linked the rigth way making it the root prim on the new collar.

so there we go a nice simply futuristic looking collar thats only 17 prims, fully scripted with OC, oh and i added my own forcewear and amethyst plug in scripts (at someones request ) and it does look pretty nice inworld aswell

Ford Powerstrokes with a 6.0L engine have one of the worst reputations in the diesel world. Ford has

Ford Powerstrokes with a 6.0L engine have one of the worst reputations in the diesel world. Ford has been frequently asked, “Why didn’t you just keep the 7.3L engine?” But really the question is unfair given the circumstances at the time of creation of the 6.0L engine.

After January 1st, 2003, the federal government set tougher diesel emission standards. All the top diesel application manufactures had to restructure and invest a substantial amount of money to abide these new standards. Ford was one to do the same. Some say Ford should of added an exhaust gas recirculation system, a variable geometry turbo, and a high pressure injection system to the 7.3L engine. But others say nay, a clean burning 7.3L engine would have a horsepower disadvantage compared to the GM Duramax and the Dodge Cummins applications at the time. Also with Dodge Cummins Bosch’s latest Common Rail Injection, Ford 7.3L engines were much too loud.

So the 6.0L was created with four goals in mind:

Meet Emission Standards

Have More Horsepower than the competition

Have Better Fuel Economy

Make a quieter engine

When 2003.5 came to be, the Ford Powerstrokes 6.0L were out on the market. In stock form this was a consumer dream. The 6.0L engine met all emission standards and passed all testing performed during research and development. Obviously stock vehicles have been factory tested, so they are thought to be more reliable, which is mostly true for 6.0L engines. 6.0L engines rarely experience failures when operating at stock power levels. But let’s be honest, why own a Diesel if you can’t MAX IT OUT! This seems to be the area where 6.0L engines are having trouble, because now with aftermarket modifications your now turning more rpm, fueling heavier, and creating more heat and higher cylinder pressures. But Orange County Diesel feels that aftermarket modifications aren’t bad for 6.0L engines, they just have to be the RIGHT aftermarket product!

Here is a list of common problems of the Ford Powerstroke 6.0L 2003.5-2007

PHOTO by ALLEN J. SCHABEN / L.A. TIMES

There’s an unquestionable comfort in Hoang Yen’s chao. The Vietnamese congee is a homey, hearty meal of rice boiled down until it takes on a consistency somewhere between that of oatmeal and Cream of Wheat. Even for those whose childhood memories revolve around grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup, the porridge possesses an innate familiarity.

All of Hoang Yen’s dishes share that fundamental comfort. Simple pleasures define the year-old restaurant, which replaced a Mexican eatery that was awkwardly grafted onto the backside of late-night standby Luc Dinh Ky. Hoang Yen’s succinct menu of Vietnamese family classics better occupies the narrow space.

The Westminster restaurant is decidedly modern: deep blue tiles climb one wall as if to draw a high-water mark; a flat-screen TV recedes elegantly into the back of the dining room. It’s a clean style cultivated by the Chau family, which runs Hoang Yen with a welcoming air. The result is an open and inclusive space where uniformed electricians lunch alongside young mothers, and businessmen pop in for takeout as they pass through Little Saigon.

The Whole Story

Mayor of RSM, CA Shakes Hands

with Irresponsible Corporations

-OVERVIEW-

BRE Properties and the Mayor of Rancho Santa Margarita’s joint responsibility of protecting the safety and quality of life of it’s local inhabitants seems to be -to them- a moot point. Both simply ignore pointed confrontation by any outraged and terrorized RSM taxpayer.

Case in point, the seemingly under-the-table company Sam Cast Landscape Services out of Santa Anna CA., an employer that most would say is a prime candidate for a swift ICE investigation -along with BRE Properties- and to all appearances supports hired personnel that are straight from the devils-highway, (and suspiciously has no website), basically dominates BRE’s southern properties. Why isn’t Mayor Thompson aware of this? Or perhaps he is aware. In what era would one find a reputable company with million-dollar assets in equipment, contracted and/or hired by multi-billion corporations like BRE Properties in RSM CA., that not only abstains from acquiring their own highly visible and/or public website as the first course of action in establishing a business, but maintains virtual invisibility as far as the general public is concerned with near zero internet presence?

“We’re literally being invaded by illegal aliens in our neighborhoods. Stay out of our trash cans means stay out of our yards and neighborhood. Neither the city nor BRE Properties respond to our outcry for help” says one RSM local.

It is no wonder that the locals are rising up in a fury. The above photo and video are just the tip of the iceberg relating to the monumental library of ammunition (photos and HD videos) taken by locals in RSM, who are organizing at a record pace to take BRE Properties and the Mayor of RSM to the mat with proof in hand.

Citizens of Rancho Santa Margarita pay a 67% higher cost of living than the national average, hoping to raise their families in a city that was once seen as family friendly and safe, offering a higher quality of life for their buck, but no more. They’re finding that the slum elements of bad neighborhoods are coming to them, literally to their front door unabated by the powers that be. “RSM locals want their 67% higher cost of living returned,” feeling with little doubt that they’ve been defrauded by the city of RSM and by housing corp.s like BRE Properties, explains a BRE tenant.

Video documentation by highly concerned members of the community shows without a doubt that not only do BRE and other properties refuse to secure their southern CA properties against trespassing prowlers and/or scavenging by unknowns cruising their properties, they encourage it by blatantly allowing it to occur daily. Both the City of RSM and BRE point the finger at each other, stating that it’s not their responsibility when handling the unending complaints.

Still, the mayor’s office refuses to slap BRE with a junction to clean up or pay restitution and get out. Even worse, his office refuses to have trespassing city ordinances and/or state laws (code 602) seriously enforced, according to those living in RSM. One vocal inhabitant says, “RSM is an open hunting ground for trespassing prowlers of would-be crimes of convenience, ever-threatening lawless illegal aliens, rapists, thieves, terrorists and murderers.” “Derelicts come and go as they please, looking as though they drove all the way from Compton or through the devils-highway and we have hundreds of hours of video to prove it,” reports a exasperated mother.

Those enduring this untenable situation, currently trapped in RSM CA. and places like BRE Properties via tainted contractual agreements (victims of facts not disclosed prior, that relate to serious personal and property safety issues), in most part are unprotected with little to no recourse to circumvent prowling trespassers in their front yards, streets, and neighborhoods. Things are quickly coming to a head, with many flocking to their attorneys for plan of action.

Angry RSM citizens gather to form a unique neighborhood-watch linking multiple communities in the area as one massive voice. Feeling swindled, they have some satisfaction, seeing their ever-increasingly motto rapidly proliferate throughout RSM comunities and So-Cal faster than a California wildfire, and it’s burning hot. “Who needs trespassing ordinances after the fact except victims of crime, newspapers, insurance companies, lawyers, mortuaries and funeral-homes,” chants one determined RSM victim!

This is not to say that those captured by near fraudulent contracts in So-Cal’s city of RSM don’t currently see themselves as victims of crime, having their homes violated by unknown and unabated frightening trespassers, as the current powers that be simply look the other way.

“If I weren’t stuck in this contract I’d leave immediately, I don’t care how nice the place is. I’m so concerned about the safety of my family from the RAZA-like scavenger’s daily intimidating gauntlet that my wife has to friggin get through in the wee early morning hours to get to her car, that I may pay the penalty and move anyway, and settle with all responsible parties later in court!” voices one fed-up RSM resident.

Locals are calling for Mayor Thompson head, relatively speaking. The rumor is that the very least that’s planed, taking matters into their own hands, is a collective mass exodus if change is not forthcoming very soon. Can you blame them?

It’s almost like home

It’s safe to say that no one would feel at home with that warm cozy and secure feeling of being snuggled up with your family while clamorous, scary, unknown strangers are prowling around just under your balcony at all hours, no matter how nice the neighborhood or home may be.

Mayor Gary Thompson is amongst the powerfully influential in southern California, while President Constance “Connie” Moore is one of the most financially influential individuals in California, bringing in a salary of over two million annually with BRE Properties.

One might think that between the two of them, via their mutually advantageous business union, that they could figure out how to not only protect their business investments in Rancho Santa Margarita, but more importantly how to best protect the safety and quality of life of the people living there.

One might also ask why the people in RSM are paying them a 67% higher cost of living than the national average and for what, for a place that’s almost safe or almost like home?

Out of pure, morbid curiosity I decided to sit through an episode of this show to find out what all

Out of pure, morbid curiosity I decided to sit through an episode of this show to find out what all the fuss was about. After all, I had really enjoyed the fictional ‘Desperate Housewives’ show. ‘Desperate Housewives’ was clever, funny and had some very touching storylines over the years. So, I thought, maybe this version of ‘OC’ housewives would be as interesting. Cr*p!.. I’m now reminded why I refuse to watch television. (I watch either select shows on Hulu or DVD movies only). On this ‘OC’ show.. these women are self-centered, materialistic, shallow and have ZERO clue about anything of true value. If they were at least funny it might not be so bad. At least if they were funny it would be like the female version of ‘Jackass’ but with money and makeup.

Instead it was just -sad- to see such a collection of empty lives that have focused themselves on money and vanity to drown out any sense of self-applied shame. Add to that the needless backbiting and drama-queen attitude.. I couldn’t see myself spending more than five minutes with them in person. And I -would- feel sorry for their husbands but they sold out their own souls when they purchased a trophy wife rather than finding a woman with an actual loving heart.

Yet it’s a popular show with plenty of ratings, which is even more bothersome. It tells us that if a t.v. camera focuses on the wreckage of human depravity.. whether it be of the trailer-park ‘Jerry Springer’ variety or the upscale ‘OC’ variety.. people will slow down their lives, stop what they’re doing and stare at the carnage. I used to ask myself, “Why would anyone watch the Jerry Springer show?”. Then, one day it hit me.. so the viewer can feel better about themselves by comparison. Who wouldn’t feel like a pillar of virtue after just watching a show where some couple were confronted with having affairs with each other’s siblings?

But what is disturbingly different about ‘OC’ from ‘Jerry Springer’ is that I have no doubt there are women who watch this show and say, “Oh, I’d like to be just like -that- woman, but not like the other b*tch.”. No, I’m sorry.. but they’re altogether combined not in possession of enough humanity to make even a half of a decent woman out them. If the black exploitation shows of the 70’s like ‘Good Times’ gave black, poor people a bad name.. ‘OC’ does the same for the reputation of wealthy, white people.

As it is in most things, those who already ‘love’ this show will continue to watch it thinking it’s the best thing ever to light up their tube, or their life possibly. My opinion isn’t going to change that. I just call it as I see it.. and what I saw made me want to take out my brain and scrub it with bleach to erase the memory of sitting through an episode without covering my eyes or walking away in disgust. Watching a re-run of Gilligan’s Isle would have been a better use of my time by comparison. But.. such is the state of this world we live in. Let the parade of carnage continue as the cameras capture every twisted detail in HiDef TV.

Title: Dry Your Eyes
Pairing: Ohno x OC
Rating: G
Author’s Notes: Hope Steff-nee enjoys it since I wrote it for her birthday! ^^

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Stephanie stared at the tall building which loomed over her small five year old figure ominously. Taking a peek into the intimidating daycare center, her small eyebrows came together in worry. The place looked filled with explosive energy from the children inside. She took a frightened step backwards in fear, only to be pushed forward by her mother.
“We’ll pick you up before bedtime, so be a good girl!” she coaxed gently. Being the good child she was, Stephanie let out a small whimper and pushed the door open.
“Hi there!” Turning to see a frightening looking man, Stephanie nearly let out a scream of terror. With a shaved head and stressed smile, the male caretaker waved at her enthusiastically. “Nice to meet you. I’m Koki-sensei!” he exclaimed exuberantly. Stephanie eyed him warily; he looked more like a Mexican yankee rather than a caretaker. Almost running away from the scary man, Stephanie let him behind so he could converse with her mother.
The girl turned this way and that, inspecting the indoor playground like a mouse in new surroundings. Bright yellow slides adorned the corners, and foam toys were thrown around in excitement. Before she could survey the area any further, three boys rushed past her, almost knocking her onto her feet.
“Watch where you’re going!” a chubby child screamed at her. Stephanie refused the urge to snort at his make-shift cape, which in reality was nothing more than a blanket that looked as if it was trying to suffocate the fat on his wide neck. Instead, she rolled her eyes and stuck her tongue out at the boy.
He seemed to erupt with anger at the gesture, his cheeks flaming red. Right as her was about to speak, another boy cut him off.
“Nice one, girl!” He laughed jubilantly, pointing a scrawny finger at the self-appointed king of the playground. “Jin, you deserved that!” he snickered into his palm. The chubby boy, Jin, screeched in repulse.
“Be quiet, Nino! You’re just jealous of my cape.” Jin stroked the red cloth affectionately, as if it meant the world to him. “You shut up and go back to training your pokemon,” he sneered rudely. Nino, a short and thin child, gaped with shock.
“Don’t insult Nino, you fat BAKANISHI!” another voiced. This time, Jin really did scream out loud, making Stephanie flinch from the high pitch. Tears clouded the young boy’s eyes quickly, hurt gracing his chubby features. Fortunately for him, one of his friends spoke up for him.
“Jun-kun, Jin is neither an idiot nor does he deserve that nickname. He may be fat, but he is certainly not stupid,” he concluded calmly and maturely. Stephanie could hear the sound of applause at the small announcement, some clearly impressed with his advanced vocabulary.
“It’s MARIO, not pokemon!” Nino wailed before storming away to a play structure, sitting at the bottom of it while fuming silently. The boy with big words smirked, proud of the attention and silent victory. Jin had a bright, arrogant smile settled on his face.
“Yamapi just wants to be a smarty pants! He actually likes PINK.”
This exclamation started a war within the center, locating Stephanie in the midst of it all.
“Stop trying to be cool, Jun-kun!” “Kame, get off me!” “Ow! Don’t throw books at me, Sakurai!” “Koki-sensei!!! Tegoshi won’t stop harassing me with his Barbie’s hair spray!” and the loudest of them all, “Massu is the fatty! Not me!”
Trying to keep her tears at bay in the middle of the excitement and violent actions, Stephanie forcibly elbowed her way out of the chaos. Once out of the majority of immature children, she ran to a discarded play house and hid inside. Stephanie curled herself up into a ball, bringing her knees up to her chest. Before she could control it, tears were streaming down her full cheeks. Helpless whimpers escaped her throat as the clamber of the war ensued.
She wanted her mom to come back. She wanted all the stupid boys to shut up and stop fighting. She wanted the Mexican yankee to do something, gosh darn it.
Stephanie shook her head and felt her pigtails bounce with the force. Tears dropped onto the overalls which hugged her tiny frame comfortably. Closing her eyes, she tried to think of her stuffed bear at home and her mother’s warm smile. But no matter how hard she thought, the harsh insults from the boys continued to bombard her ears.
“Mommy…” she cried quietly, wiping at her wet eyes pitifully.
Suddenly, there was a warm hand on her shoulder. Looking up through her tears, Stephanie could make out a shy, kind smile. When her vision cleared, she noticed the boy had a sleep but nonetheless reassuring expression. Crooked teeth poked through his pouty smile, and his chubby cheeks were lifted with the grin.
He quietly handed her a napkin and murmured, “Dry your eyes. It’s okay now.” A pretty blush spread over his tan cheeks. Stephanie took the soft paper wordlessly, entranced by the boy’s cute features. She dabbed the tissue at her eyes, surprised to find that the tears were diminishing rather quickly. “This place gets crazy,” he mumbled to her.
She found that she had to strain to hear his voice; it was a quiet melody which eased her ears. Her lips seemed shut tight, for she couldn’t force out any words. However, the boy looked as if he understood, and took a seat right next to her. Stephanie felt her cheeks color and her heart flutter with his contact. His body was heated with an inviting warmth, letting her subconsciously lean towards it.
Without thinking twice, Stephanie laid her head on his small shoulder and closed her eyes. She took in a deep breath, losing herself in innocent bliss.
This boy was nice, she thought. And he was cute. She giggled to herself silently, content that she had found someone to spend the rest of her day with. Feeling his short brown hair tickle her ear, Stephanie moved closer to him. She could hear his muffled laughter, the vibrations traveling from his chest to hers.
“You know Nino?” he started. “He’s really a kind person. He’ll share his lunch with me, even though he doesn’t always have enough for himself. Sho-kun, he’s the smartest out of all of us. He had to take an entrance exam to get into preschool.” Peeking though her eyelashes, Stephanie could see the sincere awe located on his face. “Jun-kun, the one who defended Nino, I think he’s the nicest person in the whole world. He’ll always notice when someone’s down, and he’ll give them his red crayon, the only one in this playground.” The boy stopped to laugh before continuing. “Aiba-chan, I don’t think he’s here today, but if he was here, he would be trying to stop this stupid fight.”
Stephanie watched him talk, smiling fondly as his expression softened with appreciation and love. Even with her innocent eyes, she could tell he truly cared about some of the kids in the play center. Maybe if they were as kind as he said they were, than this place might not be so bad. She wanted to trust the boy, and so she did. She continued to leave her eyes on him, tilting her head with a question as he took out a drawing pad.
He pulled a few crayons out of his back pocket and put the color to paper. The boy was quickly lost in his work, working at lines and faces. He possibly worked for fifteen minutes; he could’ve worked for three hours. Stephanie watched him intently, her eyes never leaving him for a second. She either examined his concentrated face or his artful hands.
She’d never seen someone her age so skillful at art. Even though the drawing was no more than two stick figures and a circle with spikes coming out of it, it seemed detailed and exquisite. Hesitantly, Stephanie opened her mouth to speak and pointed at one of the people he was drawing.
“Is that…me?” She could recognize the blue eyes and brown hair as her own, held in two tight pigtails similar to the ones she had. The boy turned to her, surprised, as if he had forgotten she was there, before breaking out into a shy smile. He nodded once and returned back to his art. “And is…that you?”
He suddenly stood up, signifying that he had finished his masterpiece. A brighter smile now graced his lips, confidence brimming. The boy handed it to Stephanie, his facial expression reflecting that he was waiting for her comments.
Having the full view of the piece, Stephanie felt her jaw drop open. There was her, and there was the boy. A roof stood above their heads, possibly the one hanging above them at the moment. Smiles were on both of their faces, but her eyes were slightly stained with red. Next to the house, there were a few words written. Looking at it sideways, Stephanie felt an embarrassing blush spread over her face. He’d written, “Dry your eyes” with a smiley face next to it.
“You can’t really smile if you have wet eyes, you know?” he said sheepishly, avoiding her eyes. “A-and you look pretty when you smile.” He fidgeted with his hands shyly, his lips curving up slightly.
“Really?” Stephanie wondered aloud, surprised by the flattery.
“Yeah. The prettiest I’ve ever seen,” he whispered quietly. She smiled; even though he wasn’t very audible with his compliments, they meant more than anything anyone had ever said to her.
“Stephanie, honey?” The echo of her mother’s voice reached her. But she didn’t want to go! she thought hurriedly. She wanted to stay here with the boy with sleepy eyes and kind words. The boy seemed to notice her look of recognition at the name, his face falling momentarily. He didn’t want his new friend to leave either. “Stephanie?” the voice came again. Stephanie exited the small play house slowly, the boy right behind her.
“Yes, mommy?” Her mother’s face lit up at the sight of her child.
“It’s time to go home, hun,” the parent stated happily. She approached the girl quickly, taking her hand like usual. “You ready to leave?”
Stephanie looked helplessly at the boy, her eyes clouding with tears once more. This time, he seemed to struggle with his sadness with her being taken away from him. Water was streaming down her cheeks, startling her mother. The boy forced out a choked laugh, not wanting to cry. He pasted a shaky smile on his face, his eyes watering already.
“Oi,” he said playfully. And before he could say his next sentence, Stephanie said it for him.
“What are you crying for?” she asked, her voice shaking with an awkward giggle. “Dry your eyes!” Her fist tightened on his picture which she still held. “C-can I keep this?”
Surprised, the boy nodded enthusiastically. He watched her mother laugh, probably with the thought of childish infatuation.
“Ready?” she asked her daughter, only to have a tentative nod. The small girl sent the kind boy one last smile, wiping at her eyes. She wanted to leave him with dry eyes, so he knew that she would be okay in the future. He beamed happily back at her, watching until she disappeared beyond the door.
Once she was gone, the boy laughed at himself.
“What are you doing, Ohno?” he asked to the air. “She told you to dry your eyes, didn’t she?”
Od 10 grudnia mają wzrosnąć tzw. minimalne sumy ubezpieczeń, ale czy to musi pociągnąć za sobą skoko
Od 10 grudnia mają wzrosnąć tzw. minimalne sumy ubezpieczeń, ale czy to musi pociągnąć za sobą skokowe podwyżki składek obowiązkowego ubezpieczenia od odpowiedzialności cywilnej (OC)?
Jak twierdzi Europejska Federacja Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji, polscy kierowcy płacą znacznie mniejsze ubezpieczenie niż pozostali użytkownicy samochodów w Europie.
Podwyżka ma być spowodowana głównie koniecznością podniesienia przez polskie ubezpieczalnie sumy ubezpieczenia, a więc maksymalnej kwoty, jaką ubezpieczalnia może wypłacić poszkodowanemu.
Obecnie wartość ta wynosi 300 tys. euro, po podwyżce będzie to kwota 500 tys. euro. Jednak nie oznacza to, że po podniesieniu tej wartości towarzystwa zaczną nam wypłacać w każdym przypadku większe odszkodowania oraz, że nagle wzrośnie liczba odszkodowań sięgających ich maksymalnej wartości.
W przeciągu kilku ostatnich lat można zauważyć, że pojawiające się na rynku nowe towarzystwa ubezpieczeniowe nie tylko obniżyły średnią cenę ubezpieczenia, ale wprowadziły wiele udogodnień ułatwiających opłacenie obowiązkowego ubezpieczenia (np. możliwość rozłożenia składki ubezpieczenia na znacznie większą ilość rat niż jeszcze kilka lat temu).
- Na razie nie ma powodów do paniki. Przede wszystkim zmiany, które mają wejść po 10 grudnia dotyczą tylko podniesienia minimalnej sumy ubezpieczenia o czym towarzystwa ubezpieczeniowe wiedzą już od dłuższego czasu. Po drugie zmiany te nie oznaczają, że firmy ubezpieczeniowe podniosą stawki za obowiązkowe ubezpieczenie OC – tłumaczy Marcin Tarczyński z Polskiej Izby Ubezpieczeń.
- Obecnie na rynku ubezpieczeń trwa bardzo duża rywalizacja, która w zakresie ubezpieczeń OC, głównie polega na konkurencji cenowej. Stąd raczej nie spodziewajmy się dużych i nagłych podwyżek. One, jeżeli nastąpią, będą raczej spowodowane rosnącymi ostatnio dość gwałtownie wypłatami odszkodowań. Przyczyną tego jest m.in. fakt, że jeździmy coraz nowszymi samochodami, których naprawa jest znacznie droższa niż samochodów starszej generacji, a także coraz droższe koszty leczenia, które obejmuje ubezpieczenie, a których nie pokrywa NFZ, jak leczenie czy rehabilitacja – dodaje Tarczyński.
W związku z tym podwyżek składek OC raczej możemy się spodziewać, co w dużej części przypadków będzie uzasadnione grudniowymi zmianami, jednak jest to dla wielu towarzystw ubezpieczeniowych jedynie pretekst, aby skusić klientów niskimi cenami, jeszcze przed wejściem rzekomych „skokowych” podwyżek.
So after a pretty uneventful Friday night, Saturday night was full of activity =).
My friends from Riverside decided to have a group reunion dinner thing at Cham Sut Gol Korean BBQ in Garden Grove. The service was really good but I felt the meat was kinda bland, I dunno. Still good though and it was cool to see everyone =).
After eating, most of the group went to Irvine for a party / kickback at Dan’s apartment.
I decided to go with Ben to catch up with some of my OC friends since it was both Ian’s and Kevin’s birthdays. They were having a bonfire at Huntington Beach. Unfortunately, we got there kinda late (beach closes at 9:30-10pm ish) so instead we met up with them at Diamond Jamboree plaza in Irvine. Chilled with them for a bit, lots of good laughs.
(Ben’s Evo leading to the beach since I am directionally challenged as he likes to put it haha)
At this point, Ben was hungry as shit since he didn’t eat anything at korean bbq cept for ice cream. We decided to leave the group and head to In-N-Out and catch up with the Riverside people at Dan’s apartment after.
Hung out at Dan’s apartment for a little bit, there was the usual beer pong, etc. There was some very homo-erotic activity going on in Dan’s room that I won’t go into detail about lmao. Lots of drunk dudes + small # of girls = uhh….
At this time it was around 1:30 or so, I texted Ian to see what they were up to. They had poker going on at Johnny’s apartment in Santa Ana so I left and headed over.I don’t understand poker at all, but Ian was explaining to me as they played what was going on and etc. I think imma learn a bit more and join in next time =).
(everyone super tired hahahah, maybe not Cosio, hes on a Ukelele lol)
Didn’t leave Johnny’s apartment till like 3:45, got home at like 4:00. I havent been out this late for a long while ahha. But ya, very eventful night. It was cool seeing everyone and jumping back and forth between groups lol.
Stworzyłem tego bloga o ubezpieczeniach komunikacyjnych ponieważ chciałem przedstawić Wam moich kilka stron internetowych. Są one głównie w tematyce ubezpieczeniowej, ale znajdziecie co nieco o kredytach samochodowych, leasingu samochodowym. Są to dość nowe serwisy – jestem webmasterem od całkiem niedawna – dlatego może być tam jeszcze wiele niedociągnięć. Staram się poprawiać wszystko z czasem. Czytam, wypytuje. Mam nadzieje, że za rok będą to już mocne strony www znajdujące uznanie u wielu osób. Fajnie byłoby gdyby ludzie/użytkownicy związali się z nimi na stałe. Ale do rzeczy.
Pierwszą stroną jaką chciałem Wam przedstawić jest www.motobiznes.net. Znajdziecie na niej państwo oferty ubezpieczenie OC AC, NNW, Assistance oraz kredytów samochodowych i leasingu. Strona powstała z myślą o kierowcach. Zgromadziłem na niej wiele Towarzystw Ubezpieczeniowych. To od nich zależy czy chcą się reklamować na mojej stronie. Do tego czasu korzysta z moich usług CU AVIVA, Liberty Direct, Allianz Direct. Wstawiłem na niej kalkulatory OC i wni0ski kontaktowe. Pozwolą one na obliczenie składki OC w kilka minut, a następnie kupno ubezpieczenia online.
Dzięki zakładce leasing samochodowy, poznać można oferty firm leasingowych. Jest ich jeszcze nie wiele, ale zainteresowanie rośnie. Póki co świadczymy oferty dla firm, z czasem zaczniemy przechodzić w ofertę dla klientów indywidualnych. Warto jednak zapoznać się z tamtejszymi artykułami, żeby zobaczyć co to jest leasing finansowy, czy też operacyjny. Jakie różnice są między nimi.
W zakładce kredyty samochodowe daliśmy możliwość osobom zainteresowanych kupnem samochodu na zapoznanie się z wysokością oprocentowania, marży kredytu udzielanego w różnych bankach i instytucjach finansowych jak Kiosk PDK, Dominet Bank, Santander Consummer Bank. Także staramy się rozwijać i te ofertę współpracując z innymi finansistami.
Inną strona, która może być dla Was pomocna jest www.e-acoc.pl. Znajdują się tam podobnie jak na www.motobiznes.net – oferty ubezpieczeń komunikacyjnych OC AC, NNW. Dostarcza ona informacji o Towarzystwach Ubezpieczeniowych (w tym najprężniej rozwijającego się teraz Liberty Direct), o warunkach ubezpieczenia Autocasco, Obowiązkowego i ubezpieczenia odpowiedzialności cywilnej OC,. Wiele z nich jest podpartych ustawą o ubezpieczeniach komunikacyjnych i Polskim Biurze Ubezpieczeń. Strona jest w wyszukiwarce Google od około roku. Przewinęło się przez nią już około 300.000 osób. Przeprowadzono na niej kilkanaście tysięcy kalkulacji oraz wysłano wiele wniosków kontaktowych. To nasza strona, która cieszy się największym zainteresowaniem. Dbamy o jej wygląd. Niedługo wprowadzimy tam możliwość oceny oferty ubezpieczeniowej. Pozwoli to czytelnikom/klientom wybrać lepsze być może tańsze ubezpieczenie OC. Cieszymy się, że możemy ułatwić kupno ubezpieczenia wielu osobom. Jest to męczące, raczej nikomu nie sprawia to przyjemności. Zapraszam do korzystania z naszych usług.
