Upacara minum teh adalah ritual tradisional Jepang dalam menyajikan teh untuk tamu. Pada zaman dulu disebut chatō atau cha no yu. Upacara minum teh yang diadakan di luar ruangan disebut nodate.

Teh disiapkan secara khusus oleh orang yang mendalami seni upacara minum teh dan dinikmati sekelompok tamu di ruangan khusus untuk minum teh yang disebut chashitsu. Tuan rumah juga bertanggung jawab dalam mempersiapkan situasi yang menyenangkan untuk tamu seperti memilih lukisan dinding (kakejiku), bunga (chabana), dan mangkuk keramik yang sesuai dengan musim dan status tamu yang diundang.

Teh bukan cuma dituang dengan air panas dan diminum, tapi sebagai seni dalam arti luas. Upacara minum teh mencerminkan kepribadian dan pengetahuan tuan rumah yang mencakup antara lain tujuan hidup, cara berpikir, agama, apresiasi peralatan upacara minum teh dan cara meletakkan benda seni di dalam ruangan upacara minum teh (chashitsu) dan berbagai pengetahuan seni secara umum yang bergantung pada aliran upacara minum teh yang dianut.

Seni upacara minum teh memerlukan pendalaman selama bertahun-tahun dengan penyempurnaan yang berlangsung seumur hidup. Tamu yang diundang secara formal untuk upacara minum teh juga harus mempelajari tata krama, kebiasaan, basa-basi, etiket meminum teh dan menikmati makanan kecil yang dihidangkan.

Pada umumnya, upacara minum teh menggunakan teh bubuk matcha yang dibuat dari teh hijau yang digiling halus. Upacara minum teh menggunakan matcha disebut matchadō, sedangkan bila menggunakan teh hijau jenis sencha disebut senchadō.

Dalam percakapan sehari-hari di Jepang, upacara minum teh cukup disebut sebagai ocha (teh). Istilah ocha no keiko bisa berarti belajar mempraktekkan tata krama penyajian teh atau belajar etiket sebagai tamu dalam upacara minum teh.

At least 100 people have been killed in inter-ethnic clashes in north-western Democratic Republic of Congo reports OCHA. Many of the victims drowned while crossing the Oubangui river in an attempt to reach the sanctuary of neighbouring Republic of Congo.

The Munzaya and Enyele tribes clashed over land and fishing rights in the region around Dongo in northwestern Equateur province on October 28 and 29. The clashes sparked an exodus of around 25 000 inhabitants of Dongo and the surrounding area, the vast majority of them heading to Congo.

Violence broke out in March 2009, when almost 200 huts were burned and 1 200 people sought refuge across the border.

The UN and the government of Pakistan believe that 2.4 million civilians were displaced over the past year by the violence. According to OCHA, around 1.7 million have returned, leaving approximately 700,000 still displaced. On October 16th, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) reported in its humanitarian update that there were still 12 camps operating and many displaced were still being hosted by relatives in safer communities. The UN refugee agency (UNHCR) is currently undertaking an assessment to determine how many people are still displaced, and what their needs are.

With humanitarian organizations under siege, donor governments have repeatedly failed to provide them the requisite political support. To avoid further disrupting relations with a key ally in the war on terror, the U.S. and the European Union have not insisted that humanitarian aid be provided to the most vulnerable and they have remained silent in the face of discrimination in the provision of assistance and reports of human rights abuses by the Pakistani military. If the goal is to earn the allegiance of the population, this is a mistake. Enabling humanitarian organizations to provide relief impartially is not only principled, but may prove to be good politics as well.

Hey There,

We flew from Kansai Airport to Sapporo on September 14th.  The flight was okay and really quick.  It felt like I had just buckled my seat belt and then they were announcing that we were about to land.  The only problem with the flight was when they were serving drinks, I thought I was ordering tea (I said “ocha” but I also pointed at a pitcher) but I was served broth.  It was okay, but imagine my surprise when I took a sip and tasted salty broth instead of plain green tea.

We had the Monday off, so for dinner we went to “Ramen Alley.”  I’m not sure if that is an official name, but there is a long, narrow alley in downtown Sapporo that has a long line of small Ramen shops.  Apparently, there are two such alleys.  We were in “Old Ramen Alley.”  The shop we entered was known for their crab ramen.  It was so small that the six of us almost didn’t fit.  The owner/cook was surprised to see us; apparently Gaijin are not common this far north.  The food was outstanding.

For those of you unfamiliar with ramen, it is a simple noodle soup that usually includes a slice of pork, green onions (negi), bean sprouts and spices.  You can add other things to the noodle soup- I’ve seen noodle shops offer egg, corn, mushrooms, and other things.  The ramen shop we went to served ramen with crab meat (you could get the plain ramen if you wanted).

I’ve had a long history with ramen, dating back to college, where it was a staple for those of us who decided to have dinner at two in the morning (at 25 cents per package, how could you go wrong?).  I never used to like the flavor packets that were included with the dried noodles, but since I’ve returned from Japan, I’ve started to appreciate it better.  I have chicken flavor ramen about once a week now and I boil some frozen vegetables and add minced garlic and cayenne pepper to it.  It’s a filling, tasty meal.

One month after the West Sumatra Earthquake, OCHA reports that some remote areas are yet to receive aid and that there is still a lack of information on the overall needs and distributions.

• One month after earthquake some remote areas are still not receiving assistance.
• An additional eight camps have been established to house people displaced as a result of landslides.
• Emergency shelter needs are decreasing but there is still a shortage of transitional shelters and funding.
• End of emergency phase is expected to commence 1 November.

In addition the report notes that an estimated 8,000 people are living in camps in west Sumatra.  The Government of Indonesia is expected to announce details of its Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Plan on November 15.  The total cost is currently estimated at $745 million.

United Nations, New York, 28 October 2009 – Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon deplored todays bombing of a crowded marketplace in the Pakistani city of Peshawar that has killed more than 80 people and injured at least 160 others and is only the latest in a series of deadly attacks targeting civilians across the country.

El número de refugiados y desplazados en África aumentó a 12 millones de personas como consecuencia de fuertes olas de violencia en Somalia, Sudán y la República Democrática del Congo, confirmó hoy una agencia de la ONU.

Según un informe de la Oficina de Naciones Unidas para Asistencia Humanitaria (OCHA) difundido en esta capital nigeriana, en los últimos seis meses más de un millón de personas integraron las filas de los desplazados en el empobrecido continente.

La República Democrática del Congo figura como el país con más grave situación de emigrantes en la región debido a los persistentes focos de violencia desatados en las provincias de Kivu Norte y Kivu Sur.

Acogen, por otra parte, el mayor número de refugiados Chad, Kenya, Sudán y Tanzania. Cada una de esas naciones ha recibido como promedio 250 mil africanos, de acuerdo con la OCHA.

Frente a esa situación, el presidente de la Comisión de la Unión Africana, Jean Ping, afirmó recientemente que el futuro del continente está en juego por lo que debe aumentar la voluntad política de los gobiernos para resolver el problema de los refugiados y desplazados.

En una cita de jefes de Estado y Gobierno, celebrada en la capital ugandesa de Kampala, el funcionario señaló que el fenómeno de los desplazamientos de africanos constituye una amenaza para la seguridad y estabilidad de la región.

Les images satellites et la cartographie qui en découle sont de plus en plus utiles à l’aide humanitaire : repérage des zones touchées par des catastrophes naturelles et humanitaires, en particulier, afin que les ONG puissent accéder aux régions les plus isolées le plus rapidement possible. C’est dans cet esprit que les informaticiens, cartographes et spécialistes en géomatique et en système d’information géographique travaillent sur les images satellites afin de déterminer de façon précise et en temps réel les zones concernées, par exemple, par les inondations, les camps de réfugiés ou de déplacés, les destructions dues aux séismes, etc.

La Charte internationale, Centre Espace et Catastrophes majeures, “offre un système unifié d’acquisition et de livraison des données satellites dans les cas de catastrophes d’origine naturelle ou humaine par l’entremise d’utilisateurs autorisés. Chaque agence membre s’est engagée à fournir des ressources à l’appui de la Charte et contribue ainsi à atténuer les répercussions de telles catastrophes sur la vie des gens et sur la propriété“. La Charte Internationale a réaffirmé en juin 2009, le rôle majeur joué par l’UNOSAT (UN Institute for Training and Research (UNITAR) Operational Satellite Applications Programme) dans le déclenchement des opérations de secours et l’assistance fournie aux humanitaires en cas de désastre naturel.

Les compétences techniques du programme UNOSAT dans le traitement et l’analyse des images satellites  permet de fournir gratuitement des données, suite à des catastrophes, dans le monde entier. Ce programme, mis en place en 2000 par l’Agence spatiale européenne et diverses autres agences spatiales nationales, est destiné à aider la communauté internationale à réagir efficacement aux situations d’urgence. Des données sont ainsi fournies, notamment à l’UNOSAT, qui en effectue une analyse appropriée et et les transforme en informations géospatialisées utiles. En 2003, l’UNOSAT a lancé son service de cartographie humanitaire rapide. l’ESRI fournit également de nombreuses données.

Le site RELIEF Web permet la visualisation sur cartes de toutes les crises actuelles à travers le Monde. Les cartes sont la plupart du temps accompagnées de textes et rapports.

La Mission OCHA (United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs) a pour but de mobiliser et de coordonner une action humanitaire efficace en partenariat avec les acteurs nationaux et internationaux afin de soulager les personnes touchées par les catastrophes, de promouvoir une prévention contre ces catastrophes et d’aider à la mise en place de solutions durables.

L’OCHA soutient et facilite le travail des agences onusiennes, des organisations non gouvernementales (ONG) et de la Croix-Rouge Internationale qui offrent des services humanitaires aux personnes dans le besoin. La mission fonctionne également en étroite coopération avec des gouvernements, dans les situations d’urgence.

The U.S. ambassador to the U.N. vowed to continue fighting the Goldstone Report which condemned Israel’s war crimes in the Gaza Massacre.

Ambassador Susan Rice “promised that the United States will continue to stand by Israel as a loyal friend in the fight against the Goldstone Report”, Johnathan Lis reports at Ha’aretz. The watered-down 575-page report found Israel “terrorized” Palestinians during the Gaza Massacre earlier this year.

“The U.N. Human Rights Council formally endorsed the report last week, with the U.S. one of the few nations to vote in opposition to it,” Jason Ditz, news editor at AntiWar.com, adds. “It has been referred to the Security Council [U.N.S.C.], but the U.S. is expected to use its veto power to prevent it from going any farther.”

Two of the other five permanent members of the U.N.S.C. with veto power, Russia and China, endorsed the Goldstone Report at the Human Rights Council, but are opposing further discussion, Mr. Lis reports.

The Goldstone Report found Israel and Hamas violated international law. Israel “used disproportionate force, deliberately targeted civilians and used Palestinian civilians as human shields”, the fact-finding mission concluded and recommended Israel and Hamas launch investigations within six months of recommendations would be sent to the International Criminal Court at The Hague.

Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s office released a statement pushing for a “worldwide campaign” to—instead—change the international laws of war, al Jazeera reports, adding the prime minister “has promised a lengthy fight to ‘delegitimize’ the findings by the U.N. commission” which concedes the current laws of war do not legitimize the terror inflicted by Israel on Gaza.

Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch (H.R.W.) are among the many non-governmental organizations which have compiled studies condemning Israel’s criminal conduct of ‘wanton destruction’ during its massacre of 1,200 Palestinian civilians—including police officers and hundreds of children—in Gaza over three weeks last December and January that left thousands homeless.

What the Israeli government termed, “Operation Cast Lead,” was condemned by Amnesty as “22 days of death and destruction”, finding:

The scale and intensity of the attacks on Gaza were unprecedented. Some 300 children and hundreds of other unarmed civilians who took no part in the conflict were among the 1,400 Palestinians killed by Israeli forces.

Most were killed with high-precision weapons, relying on surveillance drones which have exceptionally good optics, allowing those observing to see their targets in detail. Others were killed with imprecise weapons, including artillery shells carrying white phosphorus – not previously used in Gaza – which should never be used in densely populated areas.

More than 3,000 homes were destroyed and some 20,000 damaged in Israeli attacks which reduced entire neighbourhoods of Gaza to rubble and left an already dire economic situation in ruins. Much of the destruction was wanton and could not be justified on grounds of “military necessity”.

H.R.W. reported of numerous unlawful abuses of white phosphorus and drones on the Gazan people. “The failure of the United States and European Union governments to endorse the report of the Gaza fact-finding mission sends a message that serious laws-of-war violations will be treated with kid gloves when committed by an ally,” H.R.W. said in a September press release.

The white phosphorus and drones illegally used are as manufactured in Israel as Israel’s F-16’s and Apache’s; they aren’t. Israel’s war machine is a direct product of U.S. welfare to the regime. Voting against a House Resolution supporting Israel during Operation Cast lead, Rep. Ron Paul (R-TX) said on the floor of Congress: “I am concerned that the weapons currently being used by Israel against the Palestinians in Gaza are made in America and paid for by American taxpayers…. What moral responsibility do we have for the violence in Israel and Gaza after having provided so much military support to one side?… Many innocent children are among the dead…. Such collective punishment is immoral. At the very least, the U.S. Congress should not be loudly proclaiming its support for the Israeli government’s actions in Gaza.”

al Jazeera and H.R.W. did a program on the “human cost of white phosphorus” looking into this, its unlawful usage during the Gaza Massacre and its lasting effects that will cause the civilian death toll to continue rising—especially among children.

Judge Richard Goldstone, the self-proclaimed Zionist who headed the U.N. fact-finding mission, is facing hatred from Likudnik sociopaths. Professor Norman Finkelstein, a Palestine-Israel scholar of Jewish heritage, discussed the Goldstone Report at Democracy Now!, but it’s more fitting to repost his interview at Russia Today from last February on the criticism he faces from Jews, what ended the Gaza Massacre and what motivates the Obama Administration to collaborate with Israel’s crimes (4:02):

Covering up this “Satanic client-state’s” crimes is another action on the long list of America’s history of rejectionism in—what Professor Noam Chomsky calls—its “mafia relationship” with Israel. Then-President-elect Obama asserted his rejectionist stance during the Gaza Massacre, asserting only “Israel’s right to defend itself” as a justification for its crimes against humanity.

“During the murderous assault, Obama remained silent apart from a few platitudes, because, he said, there is only one president—a fact that did not silence him on many other issues,” Prof Chomsky wrote, days after the president’s inagu-coronation. “His campaign did, however, repeat his statement that ‘if missiles were falling where my two daughters sleep, I would do everything in order to stop that’. He was referring to Israeli children, not the hundreds of Palestinian children being butchered by U.S. arms, about whom he could not speak, because there was only one president.”

Mr. Obama never mentioned Israel’s use of U.S. arms “in violation not only of international, but also U.S. law. Or Washington’s shipment of new arms to Israel right at the peak of the U.S.-Israeli attack, surely not unknown to Obama’s Middle East advisers.”

The torture did not stop in January. Israel continues a forceful blockade on Gaza under the guise of preventing arms smuggling. The truth is that Israel is enhancing the policy recommendation laid out in 1967 by its then-defence minister, Moshe Dayan—directed at the Palestinians: “You shall continue to live like dogs, and whoever wishes may leave, and we will see where this process leads.”

The Gazans can’t even leave now. A minute, insignificant number of people, journalists, food, medicine or other aid can get in and out because the American guns of Israel say so. “It’s a prison by the sea,” Scott Horton, host of AntiWar Radio says.

On the House floor that January day, Dr. Paul also expressed he was “appalled by the long-standing Israeli blockade of Gaza—a cruel act of war” with “the tremendous loss of life that has resulted from the latest Israeli attack that started last month”.

Mel Fryberg of Inter Press Service is one of the leading journalists on the blockade and reported in June: Forty international aid agencies and non-governmental organizations released a joint statement in condemnation of the blockade that are a result of “indiscriminate sanctions are affecting the entire 1.5 million population of Gaza, and ordinary women, children and the elderly are the first victims”, the statement says.

“Most food products and other goods, including construction material desperately needed to rebuild Gaza’s infrastructure devastated by Israeli bombing during the war in January, are forbidden,” Mr. Frykberg adds.

“The situation is desperate, devastating and unbearable. Each day that passes brings more misery and suffering,” John Ging, head of Gaza’s U.N. Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), told Mr. Frykberg. When asked about the statement, he added: “We will not give up telling the truth. We have a responsibility to innocent civilians.

“We are convinced that if the policy and decision makers behind the blockade could witness the situation in Gaza first-hand, they would change their minds. Those who don’t believe what we are saying, we invite them to come to Gaza and see the situation for themselves first hand.”

The U.N. reports nearly a quarter of the humanitarian goods are able to get through the blockade compared to before, in 2007. Since then, Israel’s assaults have also exponentially increased the need.

UNRWA officials told Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) during his visit to Israel in February that pasta was on the list of banned items to enter the Gaza Strip with nuts, coffee, clothing, school textbooks, agricultural products—including seedlings, fertilizer and piping. “Fuel supplies and spare parts for Gaza’s sewage and water treatment plants and hospitals have also been severely restricted. This has forced tonnes of untreated sewage to be pumped into the sea on a daily basis thereby threatening Gaza’s underground drinking water supply,” Mr. Frykberg added.

Of the “critical water situation in Gaza“, he reported:

The UN Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) says 150,000 Gazans still remain affected by inadequate and unsafe water supply. Of these, about 50,000 remain without any water, while the remainder receive water only every five to six days.

The OCHA adds that approximately 28,000 children in the Gaza Strip have no access to piped water. An additional 56,000 children have access to water only every week or so.

Gaza’s Coast Municipalities Water Utility (CMWU), which handles water and sewage treatment, says the water crisis will continue until Israel allows sufficient spare parts and repair materials into Gaza.

Israel’s continuing blockade of the strip means that construction material, most spare parts and repair materials have been prevented from entering. This has made it impossible to rebuild the thousands of destroyed and damaged buildings. It has also severely restricted repair of vital infrastructure such as waste and water treatment plants.

Continual electricity blackouts have further limited the treatment plants’ operating capacity, while severe restrictions on the import of fuel have limited the ability of emergency generators.

The CMWU has been forced to pump tons of untreated sewage directly into the sea, which then seeps back into Gaza’s underground water supply, further threatening safe drinking water supplies.

Recent water tests indicate that piped water in Gaza is not safe for human consumption. Forty-five of 248 water samples tested were found to be contaminated, primarily in the North Gaza and Gaza City districts.

Israel shelled Gaza’s biggest wastewater treatment plant in Sheikh Ajleen, southeast of Gaza City, which usually treats raw sewage from approximately 400,000 people. The torrent of raw, untreated sewage flowing into residential areas, agricultural land, and the sea was visible from outer space, according to satellite images released by the UN….

The fishing sector was estimated to have suffered direct and indirect losses of $2.2 million, due to destruction of fishing boats and related materials. And even those who are employed and earning are struggling. According to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Israeli restrictions on the entry of cash into Gaza has affected the livelihoods of up to half a million Gazans, in a population of 1.5 million.

The Obama and Netanyahu Administrations are now collaborating to take this ‘prison by the sea’ closer to being Hell on Earth. “Loyal friend” is taking on a new meaning.

We at the Joint UNEP/OCHA Environnment Unit have become aware of the Hazard mapping and environmental summit you are organizing in April 2010. As part of efforts to improve the international response to environmental emergencies we have developed a tool to identify secondary environmental risks that industrial facilities and large infrastructure may pose when affected by a natural disaster: the Hazard Identification Tool (please see the attachment for further information). In addition to using this tool in response to emergencies, i.e. to identify environmental hazards after a disaster has struck, we have been exploring different ways to use the tool to identify and map hazards before the on-set of natural disasters, thereby contributing to preparedness efforts.

It is before this background that we would like to inquire whether any contribution from our side could be of value to the Eco Summit and/or whether there might be other possibilities for collaboration. I would be happy to provide you with more details on our work in regards to environmental hazard identification.

2010 Hazard mapping and environmental summit (HMES), Eco Summit 2010

The Resource Recovery Movement will hold the first 2010 Hazards Mapping and Environment Summit (Eco 2010 Summit) in Manila, Philippines. This is ultimately borne about by the tremendous
changing of the Philippine landscape and those of other countries in the Pacific Rim in the last few decades. All efforts towards risk mapping in relation to calamities and disasters in the past should now take into consideration the great shifts and transformations in land mass, the enormous amount of rainfall brought about by climate change and many new factors that were heretofore not factored into national and sub-national planning by governments as well as even by business establishments and non-government organizations.

The 2010 Hazard Mapping and Environmental Summit (HMES) is intended to develop better approaches to mapping risks and dangers to communities in the Philippines and other countries with tropical climates. It takes a cue from the recent experience in China, Indonesia and the Philippines, notwithstanding the previous experiences in Thailand, Bangladesh, Pakistan where scores of people died due to unforeseen occurrences during the incidence of a natural disaster: earthquake, typhoon, tsunami and other calamities.

The databasing, mapping and full coordination of efforts towards use and sharing of a full function GIS on hazards, volcanoes, water, flood, forests in the Philippines and Asia, vulnerability areas, liquefaction potential, crisis and hot spots is long due because of the long-running phenomenon of climate change in the planet. • Logistic constraints remain a major challenge in providing emergency items such as shelter supplies to remote areas.
• The National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) report 198,200 households need emergency shelter.
• Operational agencies are concerned about the implications of the pending decision by the Government to end the relief phase by the end of October. Clusters are concerned this could hamper ongoing relief operations.
• The UNDAC team has ended its deployment in Padang.
• USG/ERC Mr. John Holmes has announced US$ 7 million as part of CERF for Indonesia.

The Government has revised the official number of dead to 1,117 as this now includes the numbers of missing people that have not been found since the earthquake hit. Figures for remote areas will not be verified until 20 October.

• Priority needs include emergency shelter (almost 100,000 tents and tarpaulins), education, water and sanitation.
• National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB) has indicated that the rehabilitation and reconstruction phase may commence before the 1 November.
• This phase will last about six months (April 2010), with a two year projection to rehabilitate all damaged facilities.
• The World Bank in coordination with the Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) will begin a damage and loss assessment (DALA) tomorrow with 20 experts.
• The UN Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator, Mr. John Holmes, is scheduled to arrive in Indonesia for a two-day visit on 14 October.

OCHA has also established a standalone website for the Sumatra Earthquake at www.sumatraearthquake.org.  The site includes a breakdown for cluster activities, situation reports and other information related to the humanitarian effort.

We at the Joint UNEP/OCHA Environnment Unit have become aware of the Hazard mapping and environmental summit you are organizing in April 2010. As part of efforts to improve the international response to environmental emergencies we have developed a tool to identify secondary environmental risks that industrial facilities and large infrastructure may pose when affected by a natural disaster: the Hazard Identification Tool (please see the attachment for further information). In addition to using this tool in response to emergencies, i.e. to identify environmental hazards after a disaster has struck, we have been exploring different ways to use the tool to identify and map hazards before the on-set of natural disasters, thereby
contributing to preparedness efforts.

It is before this background that we would like to inquire whether any contribution from our side could be of value to the Eco Summit and/or whether there might be other possibilities for collaboration. I would be happy to provide you with more details on our work in regards to environmental hazard identification.

Description 

The Resource Recovery Movement will hold the first 2010 Hazards Mapping and Environment Summit  (Eco 2010 Summit) in Manila, Philippines. This is ultimately borne about by the tremendous changing of the Philippine landscape and those of other countries in the Pacific Rim in the last few decades. All efforts towards risk mapping in relation to calamities and disasters in the past should now take into consideration the great shifts and transformations in land mass, the enormous amount of rainfall brought about by climate change and many new factors that were heretofore not factored into national and sub-national planning by governments as well as even by business establishments and non-government organizations.

The 2010 Hazard Mapping and Environmental Summit (HMES) is intended to develop better approaches to mapping risks and dangers to communities in the Philippines and other countries with tropical climates. It takes a cue from the recent experience in China, Indonesia and the Philippines, notwithstanding the previous experiences in Thailand, Bangladesh, Pakistan where scores of people died due to unforeseen occurrences during the incidence of a natural disaster: earthquake, 
typhoon, tsunami and other calamities. 

The databasing, mapping and full coordination of efforts towards use and sharing of a full function GIS on hazards, volcanoes, water, flood, forests in the Philippines and Asia, vulnerability areas, liquefaction potential, crisis and hot spots is long due because of the long-running phenomenon of climate change in the planet.
