No really how cute is this store?!

I’ve fallen in love with Ah Love Oil and Vinegar!  I was browsing my Scout Mob the other night and I came across a great deal for olive oil and vinegar at this place called Ah Love Oil and Vinegar in the Mosaic District shopping center in Fairfax, VA.  Haven’t heard of the Mosaic district, well it’s off Gallows road right outside of eastern Fairfax and is quickly becoming one of the better shopping locations in Northern VA with a Target, Ginger Boutique, Neiman Marcus Last call, an Anthropologie and my new favorite obsession Ah Love Oil and Vinegar!

Ah love Oil and Vinegar was opened by Cary Kelly whom in the past few decades found a fondness for Mediterranean olive oil and brought to Fairfax a very lovely tasting room filled with an assortment of olive oils, vinegar, salts, preserves, etc.  The staff was also very friendly and knowledgeable and I ended up making it out of there with just two bottles; one of Mushroom sage olive oil and a bottle of the Fig Balsamic vinaigrette all I can say is nom nom!  The inside of the store was very beautiful, and reminded me of days spent in Tuscan shops.  Overall a very pleasant European experience right in the heart of Fairfax!
