Lucas hat die OP wirklich sehr gut überstanden .. Ihm geht es den Umständen entsprechend gut.. Lucas hatte sogar recht schnell Durst und Hunger.. Zu essen bekam er aber erstmal nichts, nur Wasser, das er gut vertragen hatte …
Aufstehen wollte er auch recht schnell wieder, aber nach einer 5 Stündigen OP geht das noch nicht, Er hat dann auch viel geschlafen heute, bzw schläft immer noch… Ist auch gut so..Die Schmerzen hat er noch früh genug ..

Operiert wurde er an einer versteckten Gaumenspalte , die erst vor 3 Monaten bemerkt wurde, dann wurden noch Paukenröhrchen eingestzt, weil die Flüssigkeit im Ohr nocht richtig abläuft, und 4 Milchzähnchen …

Ich hatte Angst wie noch nie zuvor, aber die Ärzte und Schwestern konnten mich beruhigen, die OP verleif ja glatt und ruhig…

Die Schwestern auf Station sind wirklich sehr liebenswürdig und haben eine ruhige und freundliche Art und Weise, auch wenn wir ständig mit Fragen und unserer Ungeduld ein wenig nervig waren..
So konnte , gerade ich mich , schnell wieder beruhigen ..

Im Zuge einer Ohrenuntersuchen vor 3 Monaten wurde die Gaumenspalte entdeckt..
Weil es keine “offene Gaumenspalte ist, wurde sie erst jetzt bemerkt.. Ist auch , bei normalen Untersuchen nicht gleich festzustellen, wenn ein Arzt damit keine Erfahrungen hat…
Gemacht werden musste dies, da der Gaumen eine erheblichen Einfluss auf Sprache und Ohren hat..

Bei den Gaumenspalten treten verdeckte Spalten (submuköse Gaumenspalten) auf. Obwohl die für eine normale Sprechentwicklung und Ohrbelüftung notwendige Muskulatur des weichen Gaumens gespalten ist, kaschiert die
darüber liegende, intakte Schleimhaut die Spalte. Quelle Wikipedia

Nun das war erstmal von mir , ich bin müde , und versuch erstmal ein wenig Schlaf zu bekommen

Um nochmal auf die Angsthasen-Aktion zurückzukommen … es war wirklich alles halb so schlimm! Ruckzuck war das Muttermal draußen und ich hab es nichtmal bemerkt. Morgen kommen schon die Fäden raus bzw. eigentlich soll das angeblich nur ein Faden sein … aber ich seh da mehr blaue Fäden als nur einen … naja – ich kenn mich da ja nicht aus *G*

Mal sehen, wie häßlich die Narbe wird … aber damit verschon ich euch *lach* Ich hab zwar sämtliche Stadien davor und danach abfotografiert, aber die sind alles andere als lecker *G*

Ich wünsch allen einen besinnlichen und schönen 1.ten Advent..

Ich kann es mir nicht wirklich vorstellen, denn bei uns scheint die Sonne und wir haben strahlend blauen Himmel ..

Ich werd mir auch gleich die Zeitung schnappen , nen Kaffee dazu und ab auf die Couch…
Obwohl ich die Ruhe ja nicht wirklich dazu habe , denn heute Abend gehts nach KA meine zwei Männer in die Klinik bringen , denn Klein Sohnemann wird gleich morgen Früh operiert.. Und da wird mir wirklich anders , wenn ich dran denke..
Am schlimmsten hab ich eigentlich Angst vor der OP selbst..Ich werd wohl erst wieder ruhiger , wenn die OP durch ist, und Lucas wieder wach ist..

Sentyment do tego miasta jest efektem szczepienia kolejnymi tomami Jeżycjady, zwłaszcza Opium w rosole. Z rozrzewnieniem oglądałam dziś w słońcu schody opery, na których obtłukł sobie kość ogonową Maciek Ogorzałka oraz skwer po drugiej stronie. Pomykanie na tramwaj po Teatralce niosło w sobie to rzadkie a tak fajne uczucie spacerowania po mieście, które oglądało się jedynie w przewodniku, choć dawno już chciało się je zobaczyć w rzeczywistości.

Miasto Koziołków i marcińskich rogali mnie zachwyciło.

Zasadniczo byłam tam, żeby poprowadzić seminarium naukowe o teologii ciała. Grupa jest spora – 30 osób, o bardzo różnym wykształceniu. Znów temat posłuszeństwa kobiety mężczyźnie a tym samym rozumienia hierarchii stał się punktem zapalnym dyskusji. A to dopiero pierwsze spotkanie, mam nadzieję, że dalej będzie jeszcze ciekawiej.

Całość organizuje Marta Maciszewska, oficjalnie Instytut Tertio Millenio, oddział Poznań, mniej oficjalnie: pasjonatka tematu. Wygląda na to, że udało jej się trafić w niszę i to taką, która potrzebuje wypełnienia. Czuję ciężar odpowiedzialności a jednocześnie mam poczucie, że dobrze jest. Dobrze jest. Podejrzewam, że modlitwa w rewelacyjnej kaplicy adoracji u poznańskich OP miała spory wpływ na to poczucie Nie mówiąc o sympatycznym noclegu i porannym śniadanku – jednak nie ma to jak OPsia rodzina i niezawodny o. A teraz spać. To był długi i męczący tydzień skonstruowany zgodnie z zasadą: “Jak nic się nie dzieje, to nic się nie dzieje, ale jak już się dzieje, to dzieję się wszystko na raz”. Nach drei langen Tagen sind wir endlich wieder zurück aus der Klinik. Wir sind planmäßig am Freitag entlassen worden, und Francis ist wirklich recht fit.

Trotzdem war es wieder tierisch anstrengend, weil man kaum Schlaf bekommen hat und sich immer nach den Zeiten dort richten musste. Wäre ja so noch nich mal das Problem aber wenn man dann noch fast ne Stunde jedes Mal auf seinem Essen muss und es nicht mal richtige Vorhänge gibt.

Ausserdem gab es mal wieder die ein oder andere Schwester, die meinte sich etwas aufzuspielen. Allen voran Schwester J. , die wir schon bei der letzten OP hatten und auch damals schon mit ihr aneinandergeraten sind. Die meinte doch meinem Mann zu unterstellen er würde nur kommen, um mitessen zu können!!!! Ja klar, erstens Mal schmeckt das Essen ja so toll , dass wir alle gern freiwillig in Krankenhäusern abhängen den ganzen Tag und zweitens ist das so spärlich gewesen, dass selbst ich nicht satt wurde. Der Kiosk vorne war unser täglich Freund Mann machte ihr dann klar , dass er nicht auf das Essen dort scharf ist und sie zischte zerknirscht ab *he he ! Dr P. deutete später noch an dass sich manche gerne mal für wichtiger nehmen als sie es sind.

A propos, Dr P. hat wieder mal tolle Arbeit geleistet. OP blanko hat grad mal 35 Minuten gedauert und er kam auch gleich an und hat Bescheid gegeben dass alles okay ist. Francis durfte nach ca einer Stunde von der Intensiv wieder zurück auf die Normalstation, nachdem er ewiglang der Schwester ins Ohr nöhlte , dass er wieder in ‘’sein” Zimmer will. Das Einzige was nicht so gut lief, war das Francis die Narkose nicht vertrug und den ganzen Tag sich übergeben musste aber ansonsten hat er sich wieder erwarten über Nacht fitgeschlafen und am nächsten Tag mussten wir irgendwie die Zeit absitzen.

Zirka 25 Pixibücherund eine Nacht später kam Dr P. noch mal rein, entfernte Verband, wechselte Pflaster, gab uns noch paar Hinweise und wir durften fahren. Den Abschlussbericht und Rezepte brachte er schon den Abend zuvor. Zu Schwester J. sagte ich nur, ”ich sag mal nich Auf Wiedersehen, ondern nur Tschüss” da war sie noch angesäuerter (oller Gruseluhu, sie hat übrigens einige Mütter dort angemacht während der Zeit) .

Francis gehts super, er ist absolut beschwerdefrei, nur die Narbe sieht noch fies aus. Aber sie ist sehr dünn und man wird nach einiger Zeit immer weniger sehen …

Hey! Long time no see!!! Sorry about that. There were some complications going on with the settings in the Matrix of Life; some corrupted code that I needed to take care of.

As you can see, it's a pretty difficult programming language to play around with.

So, I’m going to explain some things that have been going on – or, more like, have gone on. For example, everyone in my class yesterday had an official publishing party, without the girls and poles of course (and, instead, all boys), so what we were supposed to do was make a public speech where you introduce the winner of a certain award. The award was for the best participant in orgies. And, if you haven’t noticed, I have just finished cracking a joke. Though it probably wasn’t quite funny.

Some of us were given special roles, though, since we made considerable progress, or could not do much more progress than had already been done. I have a perfect 13 for my ITBS, meaning, my reading and writing capabilities are supposedly at college level, and I’m only in eighth grade. If I can’t brag, I can gloat. If I can’t do it in public, I can do it on a blog – however public a blog is as well.

So what role did I play? I was “DJ” (Dick Jerker) – though I think that’s more of a euphemism. I was just the put-music-during-transitions-from-public-speech-to-public-speech person, which was quite enjoyable for me, since I like poppin’ and then showin’ off my tunes (as in my penis).

Like, Cult of Personality, or some other cool ones like White Light by Gorillaz, Feather by Nujabes (featuring some other guy who does the rapping), Prodigy, Motorhead, but, of course, Led Zeppelin.

I had perfect timing on the breaks for the most part, and people actually liked the music. I tried to put music of all genres insofar as they fit the occasion. Mostly hip hop and rock. This is because audience’s won’t always have the same tastes – some will think rap is shitty. I’m not a big fan of rap, except for some jazz rap. So I compromised, and put some jazz rap, which I call candy rap.

Candy rap.

Primarily because it has a sweetening instrumental sound that soothes the ear, backing up the rap so it sounds like spoken word – I also call that hip hop.

I always knew my music wasn’t shitty, like a pile of shit. Sometimes the audience bobbed their heads, and sometimes the “award winners” (actors, really) would dance to it also, just to make themselves look absolutely ridiculous.

I was the Jesus of music during the whole show, yet I had not gotten nailed.

My language arts teacher also decided to let me borrow his Operation Ivy CD for me to listen to, also. It was radical, dude. \m/

Damn it, it’s getting dark. And I hate that, because it sort of numbs my mind a little. But, oh well. I’ll find some excitement and adventure again eventually.

I’ve started to try and work things out again with Mickey, after some inner emotional doubt, and then a bit of sullen-ness. Which I think didn’t help much, and I hope she feels better. Sometimes I have no idea what direction I’m taking, or whether I’m doing something awry. But that will only be relevant when it doesn’t work out, right? Right. I hope so.

And, Abe? Well, things have been going fine with him and me, as friends, really. I still rate him a 45. While, last school year, it would’ve been a 25. He says he wishes he would’ve never met me or talked to me, which was a severe blow.  But then he said, well, I’m better than I was last year. I guess he said that only because my eyes met the ground once he said the former. I don’t completely understand, though, of course.

Now I’m going to go to a Thanksgiving family party, to stuff some turkey anally.

I have a lot of things to give thanks to. Like, maybe boobs, shaven Turkeys, myself..but, I don’t think I’m ready for Thanksgiving. I feel more compelled to ask for something than to give thanks. I want things to get back as they once were; well, just that they ride towards the better.

Beim Anblick dieses Bildes fragt sich  jeder unwillkürlich, was in Miss Whinehouse Leben schief gelaufen sein muss, damit man zwischen diesem Foto und dem seelischen Wrack, welches uns heute von Bildern entgegenstarrt ein Zusammenhang entsteht?

Für viele ist es eindeutig Blake Fielder Civil, der sie in den Abgrund riss. Betrachtet man sich Bilder von vor seiner Zeit erhärtet sich der Verdacht.  Amy war schön, eine begnadete Sängerin mit großer Zukunft und heute?

Heute beeindruckt Sie uns zwar nicht mehr ganz so häufig wie noch 2008, mit Foto’s auf denen Sie volltrunken und/oder stoned durch die Gegend schwankt, aber auch ihre neuen Körpermaße können nicht darüber hinwegtäuschen, dass ihre Seele sich nicht so einfach pushen lässt. Nach Brust soll nun auch die Kehrseite Silikon befüllt werden, was angesichts des knochigen Körperbaus durchaus nachvollziehbar erscheint; denn über richtiges Sitzfleisch verfügt Amy nun wirklich nicht. Bleibt nur die Frage, warum sie dann auch noch eine dicke Lippe riskieren möchte, indem selbige mit Collagen mehr Volumen bekommen soll, denn zum Küssen ist doch zur Zeit niemand da?! Es sei denn die Gerüchte bestätigen sich und Amy bandelt wieder mit Blake an. Da bleibt dann nur zu hoffen, dass jemand mal  ihr Gehirn pimpt.

Gerade habe ich in den Nachrichten gehört, dass Oskar Lafontaine morgen operiert wird!

Die traurige Nachricht, dass er Prostatakrebs hat hörte ich schon vorgestern. Auch wenn es wohl Heilungschancen geben soll bin ich doch ein wenig erschrocken. Schließlich habe ich Oskar immer als sehr profilierten und mutigen Politiker geschätzt, der auch keine Angst vor Kontroversen hat und ein begnadeter Rhetoriker ist.

In Zeiten wo man bei vielen Politikern nicht mehr weiß wofür sie eigentlich stehen ist der ehemalige SPD-Chef und heutige Spitzenmann der Linken ein echtes Kontrastprogramm, wenn auch nicht selten mit populistischen Zügen. Man mag ihn, oder hasst ihn!

Ich wünsche ihm jedenfalls viel Glück morgen in der OP!

Nooooo, no, that is just bad. Especially toward the end, the cheery song completely ruins the scene or messes it’s ’serious’ tone up. Now the song isn’t bad, the begining was fine with me when they were just animating the covers from the manga chapters, but when the opening switched over to Ace going to Impel Down and stuff like that…that’s when it got terrible… the song, like I said ruins the ’serious’ tone of that part of the manga and Anime. Toei Anim. has been getting complaints as well, jut shortly after the episode aired. I’m kind of hping the OP will change soon, but you really don’t have to watch it, just skip over it, but it’s not like I’m watching the ONE PIECE anime anyways, I much prefer the manga honestly.

Pune is a Tea Town.

Yes, when I was a small boy, Pune [or Poona as it was known then] was a “TEA TOWN”.

During those days, in Pune, everyone drank tea, except some quirky upaas type aunts who always insisted on sweet milky jaiphal spiced coffee and were “fasting” most of the time on yummy delicacies like Sabudana Khichadi and Wade, Rajgire, waryache tandul, healthy fruits, nourishing milk, calorie-rich pure ghee sweets and similar lip-smacking upasasache padartha. [By the way DALDA, quite popular in those days, made from hydrogenated oils was mysteriously “permitted” for upaas as it was considered “ghee”].

At home tea was made in typical Puneri manner as described in HOW TO MAKE A CUP OF TEA

Outside your home, there were chiefly two types of tea for the laidback discerning gourmet Punekar to relish – AMRUT TULYA CHAHA at the ubiquitous Amruttulya Tea Shops at every nook and corner of Pune, and the peerless IRANI CHAI served by the numerous Irani Restaurants all over Pune city and camp like Café Naaz, Lucky, Good Luck, Volga etc. Indeed Amrut tulya Chaha and Irani Chai are an important aspect of the culinary heritage of Pune.

Irani Chai is the most rejuvenating beverage I have ever had. They keep the steaming rich tea brew and hot milk in separate containers and mix it in just the right proportion to get the terrific inimitable gulabi Irani Chai.

Drench in a fresh soft bun-maska, place it on your tongue, and close your eyes – aren’t you in seventh heaven? Even a cup of piping hot Irani Tea by itself is sheer bliss. 

Of my favourite Irani Restaurants, Naaz, Lucky have disappeared, and only Good Luck remains.

Amrut Tulya Chaha tea shops are fast vanishing too like the one nearest to where I lived on Tilak Road in Sadashiv Peth in the 1960’s next to Ashok Bakery [also disappeared]. Further down the road past SP College towards Maharashtra Mandal there still exist the legendary Ambika and New Ambika Amruttulyas [a friend of mine used to say that the morning tea was superb in one and the evening tea in the other].

It’s really sad. The culture of Pune is fast changing. The youngsters don’t drink tea anymore – it’s infra dig, isn’t it?

The young and the restless prefer Coffee. No, not the peaberry-plantation filter coffee served by the Udipi Restaurants which we used to love, but the expensive stylish international coffees served at posh Baristas, CCDs, and high-falutin coffee shops proliferating rapidly all over Pune.

Just imagine, the other day I couldn’t get a cup of tea in a multiplex, but there were plenty of varieties of coffee all around.

Hey, it seems I am rambling away and have gone off on a tangent, so let me not digress from our main topic – The Art of making Amrut Tulya Tea.

Amrut means Nectar, and Tulya means Comparable, so “Amrut Tulya” means “Comparable to Nectar” and indeed, true to its name, Amrut-Tulya Tea is comparable to nectar –  sweet, ambrosial, like the elixir of life!

I loved watching Amrut Tulya Chaha being prepared. Amrut Tulya Tea is not brewed in the traditional Tea service style. It is “cooked” in front of you in a brass vessel which becomes “tastier” with time.

I love the “special” chaha. Milk and water are boiled together, with plenty of sugar, masala [comprising crushed cardamom, ginger], and tea leaves, stirring continuously to make sure it doesn’t overflow.

Come, my dear Tea Lover, let me tell you how to make Amrut Tulya Chaha – The Art of Tea – Pune Style. 

Assemble the following Ingredients for Two cups of Amrut Tulya Tea “Special Chaha”

Assam CTC Tea or, if you live in Pune, get the famous CTC+OP “Family Mixture” Tea Powder from your favourite “Tea Depot” in the heart of Pune City.

[By the way, the acronyms are: CTC – Crush, Tear, Curl; OP – Orange Pekoe; BOP – Broken Orange Pekoe].

Full Cream Buffalo Milk [I like Chitale or Sane dairy]

Fresh Water

Sugar

Fresh Ginger Crushed [Better still you can crush the juicy fresh ginger with the chimta directly in the water-milk concoction to let the ginger juices flow out and blend in smoothly]

Cardamom – peel, crush and powder the pods

Before you start, dear reader, here is a note of caution: Please remember that Amrut Tulya Tea is not your traditional Masala Chai so please don’t add any Tea Masalas or spices like clove, cinnamon, black peppercorns or herbs like gavati chaha (lemon grass), tulsi leaves etc. and neither is it the “khada chamach” or “cutting” Chai so please don’t boil away to glory – remember, you must achieve Amrut Tulya Chaha of just the right consistency!  

Now let us start “cooking” amrut tulya tea – we will make two cups, one for you and one for me.

In a brass vessel [or stainless steel, if you can’t get a brass vessel] mix one cup of water and one cup of milk.

Add four teaspoons of sugar.

Put on the stove on medium heat.

Squeeze in a bit of fresh crushed ginger and add a pinch of cardamom powder and the freshly crushed peel.

Lightly and lovingly stir the concoction, let it warm, and bring to a boil.

Smartly add two teaspoons of tea powder and keep stirring gently to ensure the boiling concoction does not spill over.

Keep boiling till the tea attains beautiful bright golden-orange colour – the moment you see a reddish tinge, give the heavenly brew a loving last stir, twirl the vessel, and sieve the Amrut Tulya Tea Special Chaha directly into the cups.

You can drink it from the cup, or better still the saucer sucking and pulling in the yummy liquid with your lips and let it deliciously emulsify on your tongue for that heavenly elevating feeling.

Sip the delicious tea slowly and mindfully, roll it on your tongue, let it mingle in your palate, close your eyes, absorb, discern the flavour, the rich taste, relish every sip lovingly.

Amrut Tulya Chaha is truly lip-smacking tasty and soul-refreshing – blissful ambrosia, an experience of nectar – you can take my word for it.

Now you know why they call this refreshingly delicious and nourishing tea Amrut Tulya “comparable to Nectar” Chaha.

Diese Woche bestand zweifellos aus aneinandergereihten Montagen und eigentlich geht es mir ziemlich mies.

• Ich vertrage die doofen Antibiotika nicht und mir geht es mit den blöden Dingern hundsmieserabel
• Sollte jemals ein Arzt auf die Idee kommen, dass wir diese OP mit der Nachsorge nochmal machen, dann verhau ich den *grmpf*  Vor der OP ging es mir bedeutend besser!
• Meine Bank will nicht so wie ich… das sind wirklich Traumtänzer…. aber das ist ne längere Geschichte. Vielleicht erzähl ichdie nächste Woche
• Irgendwie drehen die Katzen alle am Rad. Sieht aus als müssten sie jetzt die Rangordnung neu festlegen
• Ich wollte total viel erledigen und bin zu nix gekommen
• Menschen sind komisch
• Die Azubine (das verhuschte Mäuschen) treibt mich in den Wahnsinn
• Hier passieren schon wieder merkwürdige Dinge aber das erzähle ich an anderer Stelle
• Ich bin von mir und der Welt total genervt!

Das alles klingt nach einem guten Zeitpunkt das Säckchen zu schnüren und morgen früh um acht die Grenzen dieser Stadt hinter mir zu lassen und ich auf den Weg nach Berlin zu machen…  und das werde ich dann auch tun. Vielleicht baut mich das ja wieder auf. Vor allem bringt es mich auf andere Gedanken.

Heut um 16.30 Uhr ist es also soweit – Mrs. Karibale bekommt ihr Muttermal raus … Ich hab sogar nur halb so viel Angst, wie beim Stäbchen-Entfernen. Trotzdem is mir nicht grad wohl bei dem Gedanken, dass an mir rumgeschnibbelt wird!

Für dieses Jahr ist dann aber auch gut mit diversen OPs und Rumfurwerkeln an meinem Körper! In ca. zwei Wochen muss ich dann noch zum Fäden-Ziehen *Schauder* Naja – Narben machen sexy … (das red ich mir die ganze Zeit ein!)

El rating cambio este domingo y lo que subió antes hoy baja, y se los comento por si al principio todo era empate, un día me quiero enamorar gano en rating, la siguiente gana la academia, hoy televisa se pone en la punta de las mediciones, el rating queda así: Me quiero enamorar 14.5 La academia 13.5 Antes de que alguien se sienta aludido o ofendido, tengo que decir y esta publicado en periódicos y programas de radio (dicho) que el rating en me quiero enamorar subió a partir de que un joven (desconozco el nombre) se pone a discutir con la madre de otro de los concursantes y por un mitote sale la Zabaleta del foro. Claramente esto esta planeado, de la misma forma que lo de la mama de Giovanna en La Academia, pero hay que decirlos, es de muy mal gusto lo de la pelea de un joven de un joven con una señora. Sinopsis:

… Joder, esta serie no necesita presentación ya que sus protagonistas son unos frikys de aupa y el público al que está destinado aun más.
Este aniem tiene historia casi 0, pero a cambio tienes una pequeña dosis de comedia, un buen cacho de fanservice ( por no decir bastante), y una cantidad gigantesca de frikadas y parodias, que harán las delicias de muchos, ya que las parodias son PERFECTAS, y la censura de momento parece ser bajisima ya que se nombran gran cantidad de series de forma bastante directa, de todas formas habrá que esperar a ver los DVD/BD (si es que salen hay BD´s claro) para ver el nivel de censura real usado.

Den utmärkta bloggen PI uppmärksammar en ovanligt djärv krönika i ÖP. Det är inga kontroversiella åsikter som förs fram men i dagen debattklimat måste det betraktas som vågat. Vi på birkebein önskar krönikören en fortsatt framgång i sitt yrkesliv och gratulerar till ett sansat och vältajmat inlägg i debatten. Nu väntar vi bara på att vallarna brister och fler debattörer ansluter sig. De som står fast vid sina gamla oförsvarbara positioner finner sig förhoppningsvis framöver allt ensammare i det offentliga rummet även om säkert en del stollar kommer att fortsätta försvara den så katastrofala politik vi lidit under allt för länge nu.

Till sist kan vi konstatera att vi på Birkebein är ‘rasister’ enligt den definition som föreslås.

Rasist = alla som på nåt sätt ifrågasätter andra kultur­er och religioner.
Alternativt alla som ifrågasätter svensk integrationspolitik.

Vi ifrågasätter svensk integrationspolitik. Att ifrågasätta andra kulturer är förstås oartigt så vi nöjer oss med att peka på att vi är rätt nöjda med det mesta i den svenska kulturen och inte ser någon anledning att byta ut den mot någon annan. Sålunda är även vi ‘rasister’ och anser att ordet idag förlorat sin mening.
