Make sure to answer questions 1-10 before moving on…NO CHEATING!!
Read the following questions, imagining the scenes in your mind,
and write down the FIRST thing that you visualize.

Do not think about the questions excessively.

1. You are walking in the woods. Who are you walking with?
2. You are walking in the woods. You see an animal. What kind of animal is it?
3. What interaction takes place between you and the animal?
4. You walk deeper in the woods. You enter a clearing and before you is your Dream House. Describe its size.
5. Is your dream house surrounded by a fence?
6. You enter the house. You walk to the dining area and see the dining table. Describe what you see on AND around the table.
7. You exit the house through the back door. Lying in the grass is a cup. What material is the cup made of?
8. What do you do with the cup?
9. You walk to the edge of the property, where you find yourself standing at the edge of a body of water. What type of body of water is is it?
10. How will you cross the water?
– This has been a relational psychology test. The answers given to the questions have been shown to have a relevance to values and ideals that we hold in our personal lives. The analysis follows:
1. The person who you are walking with is the most important person in your life.
2. The size of the animal is representative of your perception of the size of your problems.
3. The severity of the interaction you have with the animal is representative of how you deal with your problems. (passive/aggressive)
4. The size of your dream house is representative of the size of your ambition to resolve your problems.
5. No fence is indicative of an open personality. People are welcome at all times. The presence of a fence indicates a closed personality. You’d prefer people not to drop by unannounced.
6. If your answer did not include food, people, or flowers, then you are generally unhappy.
7. The durability of the material with which the cup is made of is representative of the perceived durability of your relationship with the person named in number 1. For example, styrafoam, plastic, and paper are all disposable, styrofoam, paper and glass are not durable, and metal and plastic are durable.
8. Your disposition of the cup is representative of your attitude towards the person in number 1.
9. The size of the body of water is representative of the size of your sexual desire.
10. How wet you get in crossing the water is indicative of the relativeimportance of your sex
life.

Hi Guys & Girls What follows is mainly a copy and paste of a comment I recently posted today on

Hi Guys & Girls

What follows is mainly a copy and paste of a comment I recently posted today on the Facebook wall of hypnotist Alan Whitton in reply to a comment made towards me by James Rolph aka James Tripp…

This may very well be my final ever attempt to HELP ALL UK HYPNOTIST’S AND THAT INCLUDES – Stage Hypnotists and also of course Street Hypnotists and even those magicians who want to LEGALLY add a little hypnosis to their acts whether stage or close-up…

It’s up to you, if you’d like to discover the final 25% of the information that you truly need in order to be 100% Legal, Licensed, Insured and to ensure that even for STREET HYPNOSIS you are operating 100% LEGALLY and within the law at all times then take this final chance to post a comment reply to this blog posting making it clear that you would truly like to know more about how to be LEGAL – INSURED & SAFE…

Oh and make it clear that you have looked in detail at the web links in this posting (especially the one at number 6)….

If enough of you comment positively and demonstrate that your ready to learn the truth, that your ready to discover how to do Stage and Street Hypnosis without potentially harming your subjects and without breaking any laws then leave a comment to let me know that your ready for the final 25% of information that you do need to know and perhaps, just perhaps if enough of you show an interest I may consider setting aside the time in 2010 to sit down and write up EVERYTHING that you’ll ever need to know..

You’ll need to get a lot of your colleagues to leave comments here also for me to even consider writing up such a book, as believe me its cost me thoushands of pounds in time and money to have Solicitors check out my reseach, to do the research myself and of course also the costs involved in finding companies who will actually insure such activities at a price all can afford, rather than £700 – £1K which is what the average UK Stage Hypnosis insurance costs (BUT YES I CAN GET THE SAME COVERAGE MUCH – MUCH CHEAPER)..

And ~YES I can get coverage for UK STREET HYPNOSIS when the Street Hpynosis is done LAWFULLY (as I would reveal in such a book should I decide to write it in 2010)

Get those comments in now as to compile such a publication would take me many months and even if I started writing now I guess it would not hit the marketplace until around August 2010…

But REMEMBER as yet I’ve not decided to do this, in fact to be honest based on the comments, attacks and backlash I’ve had so far to my postings trying to help people to become LEGAL – SAFE & INSURED I am actually inclined not to waste my time on such a project..

Anyhow heres the copy and paste of what I posted on Alan Whitton’s Facebook Wall today…

Jame’s, in case your so busy that you’ve missed all the FREE information I’ve given out over recent weeks concerning Street Hypnosis, Laws, Licenses and INsurance etc then perhaps you should check out all these links ALL ADVICE IS 100% FREE.. You don’t have to buy anything…..

AND IF YOU DON’T READ ANY OF THE ABOVE (WHICH YOU SHOULD) -

Then at the very least do yourself and the general public a huge favour and read every word of this FREE infomration

06) http://roylehypnotist.wordpress.com/stage-street-hypnosis-the-laws-regualtions-red-tape-legal-insurance-issues-surrounding-such-things-as-the-manchurian-approach-street-trance-zap-hypnotism-inductions-a/

The stuff at above link is still only around 75% of what you all need to know to be legal, licensed, insured and OPERATE LAWFULLY as a stage and street hypnotist, indeed the Licensing Act 2003 (and other laws) have altered some of the above, some things are now easier and many are harder to do legally,

But and this is a big but if I ever decide to reveal on a large basis how to lawfully and legally do street & stage hypnosis 100% legally and insured in the present climate and based on current laws, I’d only ever do so for people who have first an understanding and acceptance of the information imparted above (ESPECIALLY THAT AT LINK NUMBER SIX)

To date I have only revealed that other 25% of information to my very high paying (and I mean high paying) personal one ot one students and those who I have advised for TV shows and such like.

But if I keep getting responses like this (from James Rolph/Tripp and others) then I most likely will never reveal the other 25% and to be honest its that 25% that makes the difference and that difference is being insured and legal as both a stage and even street (yes even on the street) hypnotist..

Currently I’d stake my life on it that no UK Street Hypnotist has the correct insurance, and I’d stake my life on it that they are currently (up to now at least) breaking the law in many manners….

If only they’d get a full understanding of THE FREE INSIGHT’S above, take it on board and then respect the fact that I am trying to help everyone in the industry then, well then I might seriously consider revealing that other 25%

- the 25% which would make you all insured, licensed and legal..

In otherwords the actions of some (James for example) are just convincing me more and more that I have been wasting my time trying to help everyone.

It also amazes me that despite the evidence I have put forward at the above links (read every word and also all of the comments I make after each of the postings) including letters from Local UK Councils, The Chairman of The Federation of Ethical Stage Hpynotists, Copies of actual Hypnosis Laws and much more, that many still are DENYING THE VERY REAL TRUTH of what I have stated and on many forums still INCORRECTLY feel that Street Hypnosis is Legal in UK

THE SIMPLE FACT IS – It’s not Legal in UK to do either Stage or Street Hypnosis anywhere without the correct License/Permission from Local Authority, Without having the correct insurance (and its very different for Street work than stage where insurance is concerned)…

THE TRUTH IS – That potentially breaking such laws and doing Street Hypnosis incorrectly could lead to you being found guilty of CRIMINAL ASSAULT and negligence..

It was my intention to perhaps explain this all further and in-depth so that everyone can put the information to use in order to operate LEGALLY and LAWFULLY at all times, however frankly why should I keep revealing all this information 100% FREE of any Charges, when it seems most are simply ignoring the very real truths that are in front of their face…

BOTTOM LINE – THIS IS EVERYONE’S LAST CHANCE

I truly desire to help everyone involved in this industry operate in a 100% Legal & Lawful manner whereby (where legally required) they have in place all of the correct licenses/permissions, abvide by all relevant laws and health & safety best practice and are also insured for their activities.

I have this desire to a) protect the general public at large and b) to protect the industry and prevent any negative media articles or legal trials against UK hypnotists occuring in the future..

Indeed on many levels the Legal (and other) information I have to impart is also relevant to Europe, America and Australia on some levels, yes indeed I want to help, but as Doctors often say YOU CAN’T HELP PEOPLE UNLESS THEY WANT TO BE HELPED…

So before I give up completely on my quest to HELP (and thats why I’ve been giving away so much valuable information for free) I’ll give you all one last chance to show that you WANT TO BE HELPED by simply leaving a comment reply to this blog posting to indicate that it would be worth my many months of work to do such for everyones benefit.

Cheers

Jonathan (Alex Smith) Royle

PS: BE WARNED – It will take a lot of you to convince me to reveal this information, I’m not being funny but Lot’s of you have been attacking my me both on my blog comments here and also on forums etc so it will take some serious convincing for me to be convinced to change my mind which currently to be honest has all but given up on the idea of trying to help you all.

PPS: You can find me on facebook as “Jonathan Royle” and also under my private name of “Alex William Smith” – I’ve jus thought what would be best is for you to JOIN ME ON FACEBOOK and leave a comment on my Facebook Wall confirming that YOU WANT ME TO REVEAL THE EXTRA 25% which will enable all Stage and Street Hypnotists to OPERATE 100% LEGALLY & LAWFULLY anytime, anyplace, anywhere (and that means anywhere in the world)….

Yes JOIN ME ON FACEBOOK and leave a comment on my wall and if enough of you do that and also enough of you leave positive comments in reply to this blog posting then I may seriously consider revealing that final 25% inlcuding the cheapest sources for THE CORRECT insurance cover for Stage & Street Hpynosis Work…

The AP is reporting that as world markets absorbed the shock of Dubai’s debt crisis, the ruler

The AP is reporting that as world markets absorbed the shock of Dubai’s debt crisis, the ruler of the once-booming city-state left town for an important meeting in a desert palace. His hosts: the leaders of neighboring Abu Dhabi whose balance sheets are flush with oil revenue.

It’s not known what promises were made inside the halls in Al Ain during the parade of visitors for an important Islamic feast day on Friday. But their new relationship is clear. Abu Dhabi has the cash and cache to be Dubai’s white knight — in a Gulf version of a too-big-to-fail bailout or to help calm markets with promises to intervene if Dubai’s fiscal mess deepens.

Asian markets have followed Europe in a slide amid fears about Dubai’s massive debt, which have also driven the U.S. dollar lower. South Korea’s KOSPI lost 4.7 percent and Hong Kong’s Hang Seng dropped 4.8 percent.

Investors are worried that a default by a government investment company in Dubai over $60 billion in debt payments could have a ripple effect in world financial markets. The fear is that losses in the small emirate, which has drawn wealthy tourists from around the globe in the past decade with its Las Vegas-in-the-Middle East appeal, could imperil a nascent economic rebound…CBS news reports.

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2009/11/27/business/main5799521.shtml

Christopher Davidson, an expert in Emirate affairs at Britain’s Durham University, wondered if Abu Dhabi wanted to become too deeply involved in lifting Dubai from its fiscal wreckage.

“There is no point throwing good money into Dubai’s black holes,” Davidson said. “These are mistakes of Sheik Mohammed and he needs to deal with them.”

I guess that what goes up, must sometimes come down.I hope for better days in Dubai….

Who was that again? A local tv station brought a presentation from a seminar, maybe it was on innovation? After I heard ‘3M’ I remembered: the Post-It inventor!

The way 3M innovates has been described in many (management) books: give your employees some free times to spend on a project of their liking. After I found this video I heard Mr Fry say: “there are very few things that people need, but endless thinks that people want”. This could have been a marketeer talking! He also mentions the control-trust paradox related to innovation and ends very humbly. Watch the retro video!

Since it is now almost inevitable that my thesis will be about Open Innovation, I have decided to blog about it in English. Makes more sense, Dutch people can read Denglish anyway and my changes for responses really will increase! And maybe my spelling as well…

Freedom, it does taste so sweet. My aunt and I are now safe and sound back home. The sky has never seemed so blue. The TV has never been more interesting. The floor that I sleep upon (not unusual in Korea) has never felt so comfortable.

My mother is here as well, staying at Aunt #3’s house (my mom came to get knee surgery since operations are a whole lot cheaper in Korea). We all gathered for lunch yesterday, and my mom prepared the shrimp and roast beef that she had smuggled in from the U.S. Yum, yum, indeed.

After getting more than hours of sleep last night, the whole hospital sojourn is already starting to feel like a faraway dream we all had. And now that I’m no longer there, it doesn’t seem so bad in retrospect. I did feel very useful, especially with my current unemployed-bum status. And I did get in some quality reading on that tiny green bed next to my aunt’s. So, I present the latest edition of the Tommyland Book Reviews!

** THE BRIDGE OF SAN LUIS REY – Thorton Wilder **

Okay, I actually read this book back when I was in California. It was the last book I read before getting on the plane; sorry for the late review. It’s kind of a theological treatise, as a Peruvian friar analyzes the circumstances of a purely random, tragic accident (the collapse of the eponymous bridge and the resulting deaths of five people that happened to be on it) to see if he couldn’t discern a deeper reason that would indicate God’s will at play. The story essentially boils down to the whole free will vs. determinism debate that people have wondered about for ages (personally, I’m not sure, but I tend to think that in this world, it’s pretty much ‘S*it happens,’ but God makes it up to us big-time in the afterlife).

So does the book shed light on this age-old issue? To be honest, I have to say a big, fat “No.” The friar never fully comes to understand why the victims had to die–especially a female assistant and a young boy whose voices are pretty much neglected altogether. So that came as a big letdown. However, the three main stories that make up the book are fascinating once you stop looking for philosophical enlightenment and just look at them as mere stories. Wilder has a way with characterization and describing complex relationships–his depiction of a mother that loves her daughter so much that the daughter ends up hating her is painfully on point. So, to sum up the book: Enlightenment 0, Engrossment 1.

** THE FOREIGN STUDENT – Susan Choi **

A mysterious foreigner with dark secrets from his homeland. A young woman whose flightiness is a front for a penchant for making rash and destructive decisions. They meet on a college campus, and their lives intertwine in a way neither of them ever expected. The set-up sounds pretty awesome, exactly the kind of book that I would be drawn to. Unfortunately, it doesn’t quite work. I like Choi’s writing style, which is a bit eerie almost, lending a lot of scenes a cool, dreamlike quality. But the main character of Chang (aka “Chuck”) never quite fully takes shape. He is supposed to be haunted by his horrific experiences (torture, upheaval, betrayal during the Korean War), but he comes off a timid simpleton too much of the time to grab your interest. The woman and her back story (dysfunctional family, statutory rape) are far more interesting, and the unbalance leaves the two characters’ relationship rather unfulfilling.

** OPEN – Andre Agassi (and one gosh-darn good ghostwriter) **

My mom brought this one from America and gave me to me at the hospital. It’s pretty sizable, but I ended up finishing it in a day. Yes, it is indeed that good. Up to this point, I thought Martina Navratilova’s autobiography, Martina, was the best tennis biography ever, but it’s time to move over, Martina. Shockingly, Andre Agassi–yes, THE Andre famous for crowing “Image is everything”–casts all caution to the wind and lays everything out there for the world to judge.

First, let’s talk about the serious stuff. Andre’s father was, and presumably is, pretty much a psycho who decided before Andre was born that Andre would be a tennis player, don’t question me and do what I tell you, son. Andre, while obviously talented, hated, hated, hated living his life for tennis, and it led him to have all kinds of issues. Fortunately, he went on to find a new father figure in trainer Gil Reyes, and Andre later found his greatest happinesses by becoming a father and building a school for underprivileged children.

It all makes for fascinating stuff, but what makes Open great and not just good is in the surreal, often gossipy details of Andre’s superstar life. I won’t spill too many details, but Andre’s stories of his teenage pranks at the Bolletieri Tennis Academy, reasons why he couldn’t stand rivals Becker, Chang, and Connors, his hairpiece issues, Gil laying the whoop-ass on people who dare smack about Andre, his seemingly pre-destined union with Steffi Graf, and my personal favorite story of what happened when Andre’s dad and Steffi’s equally combative father finally met each other for the first time. Trust me, the pages are practically gonna turn themselves (I should also mention Andre’s ex, Brooke Shields, who comes off a poignant and surprisingly perceptive figure).

I was never a big fan of Andre (he did do and say a lot of bratty-stupid things back in the days he had hair), but I have to say, I did develop a new respect for him. He’s being pretty much slaughtered in the press for his crystal meth use, but I’d urge people to read the whole book before they come to any judgment. It’s definitely a troubling aspect of his journey, but no one could deny that it’s a journey well worth writing (and reading) about.

An offshore company is simple and easy to form. With increase in the demand for this type of company

An offshore company is simple and easy to form. With increase in the demand for this type of company, many corporations have come up to make the formation of these companies easy and simple. The companies are formed outside the countries of jurisdiction for the following reasons. They are formed to help those with dire need to have a faster formation and development of companies in other nations easier. This is mostly done when the company sees some possibility of profit making in a given nation easy. Historically, offshore companies have been known to provide many services. This is determined by the reason for choosing a certain jurisdiction. The major reason for starting these companies is to help other companies acquire the assets of a subsidiary on its liquidation.

To form an offshore company, there are set rules and procedures that must be followed to legally own such companies. The following must therefore be taken into account during the formation of such companies:
- A memorandum and articles of association or the set bylaws must be given in a properly detailed document. This shows all the rights that an individual has as a member of that company. The set objectives and goals of the company and the internal activities must be clearly outlined in the Memorandum.
- Certificate of Incorporation which is issued by the Company Registry Board must be given. This serves as a proof that the company is registered and is has a good business standing.
- Appointment of an agent in the country in which the company has been formed. This helps in cases of official communications with the registry board. The agent is allowed to carry out some official duties in company.
- The official address of the company must be provided. This will act as a legal provisional for the company correspondences.
- The legal owners of the company must be identified. This is done by giving the list of shareholders of other members that have a legal link to the business or company. These are only people who are meant to directly benefit from the company.
- The names of the directors, managers and members who will be involved in the daily running of the company must be provided. This comprises of all directors, shadow directors and company secretaries.
- Finally, during the formation of offshore companies, the type of offshore company that is to be formed must clearly be shown. This is because offshore companies are found in different major types namely: an Offshore Company with a share capital, an offshore company limited by guarantee, hybrid type which is a combination of the two and finally protected cell company.

An example of an established offshore company jurisdiction is Belize. This is because it has a government registered company called Belize Offshore Formation Ltd which deals mainly in offshore company formation and registration. This company is guided by the standard set rules IBC. From this Act, an individual or group of people is able to incorporate a company. The Offshore Company Act in Belize does not allow a residence of Belize to conduct business.

We provide the following company formation services, Seychelles Company Formation |Belize Company Formation|BVI Company Formation as well as the opening of bank accounts for clients worldwide.

This feeling is becoming familiar. This wistful feeling: it is settling in my bones. Countless times

This feeling is becoming familiar. This wistful feeling: it is settling in my bones. Countless times my hand travels to my face and rubs it, while a sigh breathes from my lips. This feeling: I know it can go away, but it always comes back. Can it never disappear? Will it remain forever to taunt me, to tease me with promises that only a fool would trust. The silence is what I desire. Is it a time for me to listen to my thoughts? There’s nothing there. I can only hear the night, the night and that vacancy which I try to fill, which is consumed at times by pleasures, but always, always returns to that state.

This is laughable. Everything is worth being laughed at. Hasn’t this happened already? Will it happen again and again? It makes no sense. Why oh why? They are the only futile words that I can ask. What else can I do? The hesitation…I can’t allow it anymore. I’m following my impulses, but they seem to bring pain, then desperation, then despondency. This is the cycle that trails after me, forever, for forever has come and gone. The endless moments have already come. I want to forget. I want to forget. I want to heal, to be nurtured. But it seems that plans in my head don’t influence reality, for change has come, but not in the form that I desire, never in the form that I desire. I can only continue to write words, words that don’t make me feel better, but make me…

I don’t even know. I’m so confused. I’m so little. I feel small but strong, yet chained. And at the end, I feel like I…

need to calm down.

Don’t you just hate it when you’re trying to open a trash bag, and it just won’t open? Well, here’s a simple solution that never fails. Wash your hands.

The reason it becomes hard to open the trash bag is that during the course of the day, oil from the fingers builds up. The oil is especially slippery when it rubs against the plastic. When you wash your hands, it removes the oil from your skin, making it tacky enough to open the bag without slipping.

This has worked with all the trash bags I’ve tested, even the hard to open bags.

Enjoy,

Allen

It’s called Gobblepalooza, where shoppers will enjoy great deals (50% off all outerwear, $15 sweaters for the entire family and buy 2 t-shirts get one free) and fun in-store festivities (Rock Band anyone?). Also, The first customers in line will receive a free Rock Band guitar! Plus everyone can enter to win a $200 shopping spree.

And starting Black Friday, Old Navy will open at 3 a.m. until midnight. For more details on participating stores and hours, click here.

With inventory levels expected to be low this year, according to industry research firm IBISWorld, savvy shoppers will need a leg-up on the season to ensure they get all the gifts on their list. Otherwise, the last-minute shopper could be left in the dust.
