1. KISAH MEUTYA HAFID-LETKOL BOBBY MEIDIANTO.

Ini adalah ulangan info ttg Kisah Cinta Meutya Hafid & Letkol Bobby Meidianto, dg segala permasalahannya yg membuat kami [Komando Payung Rasul Indonesia] menuliskan hal2 negatif kepada banyak Pejabat RI saat ini & saat lalu, baik di weblog kami sendiri maupun di weblog ini [Milik Letkol. KILAS CERITA:

Februari, Th. 2005, Secara singkat kami tulis disini, adalah saat sulit bagi Reporter Cewe ini, yang mendapatkan musibah di Irak dengan Menjadi sandera Mujahidin di sana. Singkat kata Reporter ini mendapatkan pertolongan Tuhan, melalui “tangan Nya” [kami pakai istilah Kristiani] yg kebetulan adalah seorang gembel pengamen di kota Solo. Aneh kan? Siapa Gembel itu? yah tiada lain dan tiada bukan adalah Letkol Bobby Meidianto diatas yg sejak tahun 1996 sudah pensiun, dan sejak tahun 2003 menjalani profesi sebagai Pengamen dan juga sekaligus sudah hidup sebagai Gelandangan [tidak pernah pulang lagi] sejak perceraiannya dengan Istri Pertamanya: SRI ANDRIARSI pada tahun 2002. Untuk lengkapnya anda perlu baca langsung bagaimana Operasi pembebasan Meutya Hafid yg sebenarnya di : Missions Impossible Operations Ninja 07. Dan semua itu di ketahui oleh banyak Pejabat Tinggi Negara ini saat itu, yg sebagian kami kirimi surat2 & Fax pemberitahuan sebagaimana halnya urusan penangkapan Teroris Imam Samodra Cs. Dan perlu anda tahu bahwa Letkol Bobby Meidianto tidak sendirian saat itu, & bahkan dalam hal ini juga menggunakan kemampuan supranatural segala, dan bahkan Letkol Bobby Mengetahui Posisi Meutya Hafid dg kontak batin /telepati mengobrol dg Meutya saat itu.

[Meutya Hafid saat di sandera di Irak, jelek, bad, ugly, mirip nenek sihir, maklum 7 hari ga mandi kan? idiiiiih sekarang congkaknyaaaaa!!!!!!!! udah jadi terkenal, ama suami sendiri lupa].

Namun apa yg terjadi setelah itu saudara2? Tidak serupiahpun dan sedikitpun jasa2 Letkol Bobby Meidianto yg saat itu sebelumnya [ 2000-2004 ] hanyalah mengaku sebagai seorang Militan yg pernah di rekruit oleh Jendral LB. Moerdhani namun juga akhirnya mengatakan bahwa dirinya adalah Mantan Anggota Detasemen Khusus Anti Teror. Namun yg membuat kami lebih sedih lagi adalah: Saran2 kami kepada mereka agar memberitahu Meutya Hafid tidak mereka Gubris, dan sampai 2007 Meutya Hafid tidak menemui Letkol Bobby Meidianto untuk sekadar Mengucapkan kata terima kasih. Sementara itu, tak bisa di tolak lagi , Bahwa Letkol Bobby Meidianto pun sejak saat 2005 itu sebenarnya sudah jatuh hati pada Meutya Hafid, namun karena statusnya yg kere & duda, ia merasa malu dan akhirnya berusaha memupus perasaannya dan tidak pedulikan lagi Meutya Hafid menemuinya ataukah tidak.

Tapi, entah mungkin saat itu Meutya Hafid ada yg beritahu ataukah memang ia itu tahu dari internet, sebab telah kami muat semua itu di banyak web waktu itu, termasuk di berbagai member Yahoo groups tentang Operations Ninja 07 itu, tahu2 pada tahun 2006 pertengahan Meutya Hafid memberikan bisikan [semacam kontak telepati] kepada Letkol Bobby Meidianto [cara ini sebenarnya adalah cara yg diajarkan oleh Letkol bobby itu saat Meutya Hafid disandera di Irak]. Meutya Hafid beritahu bahwa ia akan menerbitkan Buku tentang pengalamannya disandera di Irak. Tapi hal itu akhirnya dianggap angin lalu oleh Letkol Bobby karena tidak berlanjut pada pertemuan .

Th. 2007 [Ramadhan], saat Letkol Bobby Meidianto Ke Jakarta, ia yg semula karena putus asa, oleh situasi hidupnya, lalu berniat melamar Dua orang kekasihnya dari Den Harin, namun batal, karena yg ia inginkan adalah Meutya Hafid sebenarnya, dan akhirnya coba2 beritahu dg sebuah buku berisi catatan rancangan website [geocities.com/signalizer2001] yg diantaranya berisi beberapa kisah lucu & Operations Ninja 07 yg ia titipkan kepada satpam bernama IRFAN? di Metro TV, namun Meutya Hafid di tunggunya sampai 2 Minggu sehabis Idul Fitri 2007 tidak juga memberikan jawaban/respon untuk menemuinya. Hingga akhirnya Letkol Bobby Meidianto pulang ke Solo dg Tangan Hampa.

Tapi anehnya saat perjalanan pulang itulah Meutya Hafid kembali memakai kontak batin dan menemaninya sampai di Solo [mengajaknya ngobrol dan menghiburnya selama dalam perjalanan, bahkan duet nyanyi] setelah Letkol Bobby sampai di Bandung & kirimkan sebuah faxs:Baca: Sekali Peluk Ku Cium Mesra. [Juga duel Gaib antara Meutya Hafid vs Letkol Bobby yg di bilang oleh Meutya, sok Macho, belagak cueq padahal jatuh hati pada Meutya, n Meutya Inginkan Letkol Bobby akui Rasa cintanya itu, Ini kisah Letkol Bobby di Granat oleh Meutya n Lose <kalah>=mau akui kalau ia cintai Meutya Hafid]. Namun saat itu sudah mulai teror gaib juga dg cara yg sama dari kawan2 Meutya di Metro TV. Bahkan juga serangan gaib dari Presiden SBY yg membuat Bobby Meidianto heran, dan baru dpt ia ceritakan kepada rekan2 setelah sampai di SOLO, hal itu membuat Letkol Bobby curiga, bahwa sebenarnya SBY & Meutya Hafid selingkuh.

Tapi ada satu hal yg Letkol Bobby sembunyikan dan baru kami ketahui setelah Letkol Bobby Meidianto sembuh dari luka & sakitnya akibat usaha bunuh dirinya dg Harakiri, dan ia ditengok oleh Cynthia & Anita, yaitu: bahwa Letkol Bobby Meidianto sebenarnya telah menjumpai sungguh2 Meutya Hafid dg cara gaib sejak perjalanannya pulang ke Solo saat itu dan memadu kasih dg Meutya Hafid, bahkan hingga melakukan hubungan sex berulangkali [OLEH SEBAB KHILAF] dan Meutya Hafid mendesak Letkol Bobby Meidianto untuk segera melamarnya, segera, namun karena Saat itu Letkol Bobby hanya jumpai Meutya Hafid dalam keadaan berujud badan semu [menjadi dua] Letkol Bobby bilang, bahwa ia [badan jasadnya] sedang dalam perjalanan ke Solo dan baru akan Ke Jakarta Lagi untuk itu [melamar] Meutya Hafid bulan Januari. Dan bulan Januari 2008 Letkol Bobby Meidianto benar2 pergi lagi ke Jakarta sesuai dengan Janjinya.

Tapi sejak sampai di Solo sebelumnya, bulan Desember 2007 itu [seminggu sebelum Mantan Presiden Soeharto Opname] Letkol Bobby dapat teror gaib, dua kali di serang secara gaib, satu diantaranya dipukul kepalanya dari jarak jauh oleh Budianto pakai sebuah tongkat pusaka [galih asem?] hingga sampai mimisan dan hampir pingsan [gegar otak mungkin] [ini adalah kali kedua Letkol Bobby kena serangan gaib dg cara itu, kali pertama, ia juga di kemplang kepalanya juga bahkan pakai gada wesi kuning oleh Kanjeng Ratu Segara Kidul, tahun 1986, hingga hampir pingsan karena menolak di nikahkan dg Nawangsih Putri Kanjeng Ratu Segara Kidul <Love story Bobby Meidianto - Nawangsih>] .

Hal ini [Ulah si Haji Sundal itu] bikin Letkol Bobby & kami dari Komando Payung Rasul Indonesia menjadi berang. Namun belum lagi hal itu menjadi jelas persoalannya, masih ada lagi teror dari beberapa orang bernama Agus [termasuk Agus Harimurti], Termasuk juga kemungkinan besar dari webmaster SCTV juga sebab saat itu demi memberitahukan kepada Meutya Hafid sekali lagi kami kirimkan copy surat2 kami juga kepada / melalui semua Presenter SCTV & Web SCTV juga. Termasuk pemberitahuan soal Noordin Top kpd CIA & Kapolri Jendral Sutanto melalui e-mail masing2 yg kebetulan di situ kami ceritakan juga mengenai hubungan nya dg Meutya Hafid yg akan menikah dg Letkol Bobby Meidianto.

Hal itu bikin Letkol Bobby heran & penasaran & akhirnya mencoba cari tahu apakah Meutya Hafid sudah punya pacar/orang dekat sbelum itu. Sebab, Selama Letkol Bobby pacaran dg cara gaib itu belum pernah sekalipun tanyakan hal itu, sedangkan sejak saat sesudah sampai di Solo, ia tidak berani lagi gunakan kemampuan gaibnya menjadi dua, untuk menemui Meutya Hafid sebab, situasinya di SOLO lebih gawat khususnya berkenaan dg urusan Noordin Top, selain ia juga di marahi oleh Leluhurnya yg memberinya ilmu tsb. Dan tahulah ia tentang: Kapten.Inf. Agus Isrok Mikroj Si Pengedar Narkoba, anak Mantan KSAD Subagyo HS yg juga terkenal sebagai Koruptor yg sebenarnya terbukti bersalah namun kebal hukum, yg tertulis di beberapa website, telah menjadi pacar Meutya Hafid, bahkan ditulis berjasa atas terbebasnya Meutya Hafid.

Akhirnya setelah terhalang sebentar oleh meninggalnya Mantan Presiden Soeharto, Letkol Bobby Jadi juga berangkat lagi ke Jakarta untuk melamar Meutya Hafid itu. Satu hal yg bikin kami, & juga Letkol Bobby ruwet saat itu, adalah surat2 Palsu dari kawan2 Meutya Hafid melalui akun email & Friendster yg sama [Letkol Bobby sudah berikan e-mail addressnya di buku yg di berikan di Metro TV & dlm beberapa faxsnya, & Bulan Desember 2007 akhir itu, Letkol Bobby membuat account Friendsternya untuk lebih menjelaskan kepada Meutya Hafid sekaligus menemukan Account Meutya Hafid di Friendster itu juga].

Berulangkali Cynthia [Den Harin] & Kawan2 Kopral Indonesia pengurus YBPBIKM Solo, mencoba menghubungi & mendapatkan jawaban dari Meutya, isinya agar Meutya tidak mempermainkan Letkol Bobby, kalau cinta…ya… yg serius, kalau tidak cinta seharusnyalah Meutya Katakan terus terang TIDAK, agar Letkol Bobby yg sedang sakit sebenarnya [gara2 di serang kepalanya oleh Budianto itu] batal berangkat ke Jakarta [[kami masih belum tahu bahwa Letkol Bobby sudah menjalin cinta kilatnya dg Meutya Hafid, sebab masih dirahasiakan , juga sebab teror surat2 palsu Meutya Hafid dari kawan2 Meutya di Metro TV, Istana Negara & Wiranto [Hanura], & Blogger2 lainnya]].

Tapi sampai di Jakarta [rumah Meutya Hafid], Letkol Bobby kecelik karena Pembantu2 Meutya, mengatakan Meutya Pergi Ke Malaysia, dan baru pulang sehari lagi, dan masih begitu lagi besoknya, padahal Letkol Bobby sudah dapat info dari Rekan2 bahwa Meutya Ada di Metro TV saat itu.

Malah saat yg ke 3 kalinya amat sangat menyakitkan hati sebab saat itu, Letkol Bobby, di mintai KTP & sebelumnya sudah meninggalkan Kartu Pemilih Pemilu Nya [sebagai ganti KTP untuk agar Meutya Hafid yakin itu dirinya bukan Komplotan Noordin Top, Meutya sudah tahu dua kartu Pengenalnya tsb sebelumnya]. Maklum, soalnya Januari sebelum berangkat ke Jakarta itu mendadak Dulmatin mendatangi dirinya & hampir membunuhnya kalau ia tidak dalam keadaan siaga penuh & membaui hawa membunuh si Dulmatin sebelumnya.

Koq, tahu2 ia di suruh pergi gitu aja dan Meutya tidak mau menemuinya? bahkan beralasan [si pembantu laki2nya itu] kalau “Suaminya Meutya Hafid” tidak memperbolehkan Meutya bertemu Letkol Bobby? kami tahu Meutya Belum Menikah dg siapapun koq saat itu!

Bahkan saat baru datang hingga dua kali kedatangannya ke rumah Meutya Hafid, Letkol Bobby mendapat masalah di serang beberapa orang di sekitar kampung Meutya Hafid & terpaksa berkelahi.

Kami tahu dan melihat sendiri diantara kami bahwa Meutya Hafid benar2 menemui Letkol Bobby Meidianto di Dekat Ramayana Ciputat beberapa hari kemudian [22-24 Januari 2008] dan saat itulah kami tahu ia [mereka berdua] Melangsugkan NIKAH SIRRI Mereka dengan cara NIKAH BATIN ALA TAREKAT seperti yg banyak di lakukan d NTB. Dan kami tahu juga bahwa Pagi harinya setelah malam itu, Letkol Bobby Meidianto, antara pukul 6 pagi sudah berada di Jl. Lebak Bulus II, di depan pintu pagar Rumah Meutya Hafid dan duduk di situ hingga akhirnya sekitar jam sembilan pagi itu ia di temui [bertengkar dengan wanita yg Mirip Meutya Hafid namun lebih tua dan kalau itu ibunya koq lebih kurusan dan lebih tinggi? kata Letkol Bobby, dan kalau itu kakak Meutya Hafid kan kata orang SCTV dulu, di tulis di Internet kakak Meutya Hafid Meninggal sudah?].

Karena setelah itu Letkol Bobby kehilangan kontak dg Meutya Hafid & ia juga sebenarnya berulangkali sudah ke Metro TV, tetap tidak ketemu [dg ilmu gaib, menghilang dari pandangan orang/ aji Halimunan], maka ia Letkol Bobby memutuskan pulang ke Solo dg tangan hampa.

28 Februari 2008, Letkol Bobby, tahu2 di ketemukan hampir tewas, di Jl. Dr. Wahidin Sudiro Husodo Solo [50 m Selatan Tugu Lilin Penumping ], dengan bersimbah darah dan luka menganga di perut beserta sebilah pisau masih tertancap di situ. Ternyata dari pengakuannya sendiri ia memang melakukan HARAKIRI/SEPPUKU.

Setelah opname 3 kali dalam waktu sekitar 12 hari , ia sembuh total. lalu rekan2 Komando Payung Rasul Indonesia yg saat itu menggantikan tugasnya mengawasi akun e-mailnya, mendapati banyak hal yg di luar dugaan kami, yaitu surat2 teror, ancaman dll., yg ternyata berasal dari IP Address para TERSANGKA [Ini asli, misalnya: IP Address Istana Negara & Atau Kominfo, & HANURA], termasuk di sini foto2 bugil & adegan Sex SBY-Meutya Hafid dll termasuk Anisah Pohan dg Agus Harimurti.

Dari situ kami tahu yg terpenting kami tulis di sini:

-Surat Dari seseorang yg mengaku juga sebagai anggota Komando Payung Rasul Indonesia [beberapa dg alamat e-mail berbeda, berisi: Skandal Sex Meutya Hafid bahkan dg tokoh2 Politik & Pemerintahan Malaysia>Datok Abdullah<] [copynya kami kirimkan juga ke SCTV & Presenter2nya].

-Surat dari Jendral Wiranto yg bilang bahwa ia akan mengirimi uang Letkol Bobby 15 juta dengan catatan: Meutya Hafid akan ia kawinkan dg seorang diantara anak laki2nya.

-Surat Hinaan Dari Presiden SBY.

Sementara itu : CATATAN Perang/ serangan gaib kpd Letkol Bobby, saat Mantan Presiden Soeharto Opname juga ada [ Serangan gaib dari Taufik Kiemas, dari SBY, Dari <baru di ketahui beberapa bulan kemudian> seseorang bernama AVIAN TUMENGKOL dkk <bersama Budianto>, Ferry Yuliantono Komite Bangkit Indonesia <yg akhirnya tertangkap setelah demo & menusuk anggota Polisi>.

Akhirnya bersamaan dg membuat < memperbarui website lama: www.geocities.com/ cruseq91, & geocities.com/signalizer2001>, kami buat weblog ini & blogscafe.wordpress.com, serta kawan2 ikut nimbrung dg beberapa weblog anak dari weblog yg dua ini maupun bikin sendiri sekitar Maret 2008.

Hampir bersamaan dg kejadian Korban Wanita di Gunung Merbabu yg di terkam Macan dan Pembunuhan Wanita di Kopeng, Letkol Bobby kembali di racuni orang di Wedangan depan Dr. Cipto Solo. Dan mulai mendapat teror dari Komunitas Wedangan di situ yg tahu ttg weblog Letkol Bobby, saat Letkol Bobby membuka pendaftaran siswa baru untuk Padepokan Kuncara Manik Tunjung Seta nya.

Lalu tiba2 Letkol Bobby di beritakan di SUARA MERDEKA telah menteror Meutya Hafid, dan orang stress, namun tidak dimasukkan di SUARA MERDEKA ONLINE, hanya di Waspada online, inilah.com, & Detikinet.com.

Dari berita di internet yg bisa kami tahu hanyalah, Meutya Hafid jadi kandidat Golkar di Medan, dan tahu2 dikabarkan menikah dg AVIAN TUMENGKOL.

PERKAWINAN HARAM MEUTYA HAFID -ALVIAN TUMENGKOL.

Kira2 bulan July 2009, Letkol Bobby, membuka pendaftaran Padepokan Kuncara Manik lagi, dan Meutya entah dimana. Semua upaya untuk menghubungi Meutya Nihil, dan saat itu terjadi Pembunuhan Wanita di Kopeng Salatiga, itu setelah Letkol Bobby di jenguk Oleh Cynthia & Anita & sering berada di wedangan depan DR. Cipto Penumping Solo.

Tahu2 setelah itu Letkol Bobby dapat Info Meutya Hafid mencalonkan diri sebagai kandidat Golkar & yg paling mengejutkan adalah: berita tentang pernikahan Meutya Hafid -Alvian Tumengkol, Desember 2008.

DI BAWAH INI ADALAH FOTO MEREKA BERDUA ITU DAN DENGAN FOTO PERKAWINAN HARAM MEREKA: HAJJAH PENZINA & PELACUR> MEUTYA HAFID & SI ANAK HARAM, PECUNDANG & PENZINA> AVIAN TUMENGKOL.. Entah Benar atau tidak PERNIKAHAN MEREKA, namun yg jelas mereka berusaha untuk menutupi aktifitas Meutya Hafid sebagai Lontenya SBY, Wiranto, Surya Paloh Dll [para tersangka]. Kedua foto di bawah sepertinya berbeda orang, dan Letkol Bobby tahu wajah Avian di sebelah kiri memang mirip Ozy Hasan, ayah kawan Panji Ardhanarespati Putranya yg pernah membeli Lukisan miliknya, dan namun yg sebelah kanan entah [LETKOL Adigdo Korem 074 Solo apa Suhaebi?], tapi itu siapa Letkol Bobby & Kami tidak Pedulikan itu. Siapapun mereka akan kami libas, juga tuduhan kami thdp SBY, Wiranto dll, tidak akan pernah kami cabut. [DAN PADA HARI INI KAMI BARU TAHU BAHWA, LETKOL BOBBY BARU INGAT BAHWA, WAJAH ALVIAN SATUNYA YG PAKAI PAKAIAN PENGANTIN MIRIP SEKALI DG HENDRO PRIYONO, MANTAN KEPALA BIN]

JANUARI 2009 LETKOL BOBBY HAMPIR SAJA MEMBUNUH LEBIH DARI 15 JUTA PENDUDUK DKI JAKARTA & SEKITARNYA DG MELEDAKKAN NUKLIR DI SERPONG, TAPI UNTUNGLAH MENGALIHKAN SASARAN SERANGAN GAIBNYA DG PEDANG ASMARA MILIKNYA ITU, KE DEPO PERTAMINA, METRO TV & MEDIA INDONESIA SERTA RUMAH WIRANTO, KANTOR HANURA, RUMAH MEGAWATI, & ISTANA NEGARA.

SERANGAN KE DEPO PERTAMINA ITU ADALAH YG KEDUA KALINYA JUGA DALAM MINGGU ITU.

NAMUN HAL ITU YG JUGA TELAH KAMI BERITAHUKAN KEPADA PARA TERSANGKA MASIH SAJA DIANGGGAP REMEH & MEUTYA HAFID MASIH JUGA TIDAK MEREKA BERITAHU ATAU MASIH MEREKA SANDERA.

Hal2 diatas inilah yg membuat kami berperang melawan para pejabat2 yg kami sebut sebagai para tersangka dan bajingan sundal dlm weblog ini, dan sekaligus memuat nama2 para tersangka itu yg sebelumnya [bahkan sudah sejak th. 2000] mereka kami kirimi pemberitaan2 tentang Aktifitas Letkol Bobby Meidianto, namun koq malah menutupi dan ternyata mau menguntungkan diri mereka sendiri dan merugikan bagi Letkol Bobby Meidianto .

Hey! Long time no see!!! Sorry about that. There were some complications going on with the settings in the Matrix of Life; some corrupted code that I needed to take care of.

As you can see, it's a pretty difficult programming language to play around with.

So, I’m going to explain some things that have been going on – or, more like, have gone on. For example, everyone in my class yesterday had an official publishing party, without the girls and poles of course (and, instead, all boys), so what we were supposed to do was make a public speech where you introduce the winner of a certain award. The award was for the best participant in orgies. And, if you haven’t noticed, I have just finished cracking a joke. Though it probably wasn’t quite funny.

Some of us were given special roles, though, since we made considerable progress, or could not do much more progress than had already been done. I have a perfect 13 for my ITBS, meaning, my reading and writing capabilities are supposedly at college level, and I’m only in eighth grade. If I can’t brag, I can gloat. If I can’t do it in public, I can do it on a blog – however public a blog is as well.

So what role did I play? I was “DJ” (Dick Jerker) – though I think that’s more of a euphemism. I was just the put-music-during-transitions-from-public-speech-to-public-speech person, which was quite enjoyable for me, since I like poppin’ and then showin’ off my tunes (as in my penis).

I had perfect timing on the breaks for the most part, and people actually liked the music. I tried to put music of all genres insofar as they fit the occasion. Mostly hip hop and rock. This is because audience’s won’t always have the same tastes – some will think rap is shitty. I’m not a big fan of rap, except for some jazz rap. So I compromised, and put some jazz rap, which I call candy rap.

I always knew my music wasn’t shitty, like a pile of shit. Sometimes the audience bobbed their heads, and sometimes the “award winners” (actors, really) would dance to it also, just to make themselves look absolutely ridiculous.

I was the Jesus of music during the whole show, yet I had not gotten nailed.

And, Abe? Well, things have been going fine with him and me, as friends, really. I still rate him a 45. While, last school year, it would’ve been a 25. He says he wishes he would’ve never met me or talked to me, which was a severe blow.  But then he said, well, I’m better than I was last year. I guess he said that only because my eyes met the ground once he said the former. I don’t completely understand, though, of course.

Now I’m going to go to a Thanksgiving family party, to stuff some turkey anally.

I have a lot of things to give thanks to. Like, maybe boobs, shaven Turkeys, myself..but, I don’t think I’m ready for Thanksgiving. I feel more compelled to ask for something than to give thanks. I want things to get back as they once were; well, just that they ride towards the better.

Om knappt en halvtimma styr jag bilen till veterinären för att operera bort Dianas högra öga. Hon har som tidigare nämnt gråstarr. Det är en åkomma där man för katter står och väljer mellan att operera bort hela ögat, utföra en megadyr laseroperation (20-30 tusen), eller … avlivning. Det var en period jag funderade mycket över det sista alternativet, för att hon skulle slippa genomlida en operation, eventuella följder, och sen att förlora sin husse sen 9 år, samt en flytt till okända människor. Kan vara tufft för en 11-årig katt.

Men nu så är det slut på såna dumma tankar. Strax ska hon opereras. 4000-5000 kostar det, men då kommer hon att må bra, så det är inga pengar.

Sen återstår bara att finna ett bra hem åt min nyopererade lilla kisse.

En fotnot … jag vakna inatt efter en dröm om katterna. De hade båda av någon anledning behövt komma till veterinären och transplantera hela sin päls/hud. Både Kattis och Diana blev vita med en massa röd/bruna stora fläckar över pälsen. Väldigt fina men minns att jag var helt förtvivlad för att jag inte kunde se skillnad på dem längre. Sen vakna jag.

(Update: 3:30 p.m. PST, 11/25/09. Cat won’t be going home tonight; we’ll be staying another night here at Club Med. She’s fine; she’s just not recovered enough to leave. So tomorrow’s a Thanksgiving we won’t forget!)

(This post is a continuation of my last four or five posts.)

Why won’t the nurses who are taking care of my wife give me drugs, too? For her they’re concocting Morphine Delight milkshakes, and filling her with Percocets like she’s Nummo, the Pain-Killing Pez dispenser. Meanwhile, I’m stuck popping Skittles from a vending machine in the parking garage. How is that fair?

“This cot you gave me is not that soft,” I said. “Lying on it has made my shoulder pretty sore. Ow.” But the nurse only turned her back on me, and continued screwing into Cat’s I.V. tube the kind of drugs Houdini probably used for his own private disappearing act.

“Oh, come on,” I said. “Just squirt a little into my broth here.”

“And will you please stop eating your wife’s food?” snapped Nurse Attitude.

You know, for a group afflicted with such tragic fashion sense, you’d think nurses would develop better people skills. I hope there’s something in Obama’s health care plan that addresses this serious problem, which I’m sure every day affects tens of thousands of spouses of patients.

In the meantime, I’ll just have to wait. And, of course, take the opportunity of my wife napping just now to find out what all those buttons do on the wall panel next to her bed.

(Ha, ha; is drug humor ever not funny? Oh. Well, good time to get serious, then: Cat’s fine. Actually, she’s having a bit of a rough go of it. She may not get to go home today as originally planned. The amount of blood she lost yesterday has left her pretty anemic today—which has left her unable to walk, and to do some of the breathing exercises and other such things she needs to in order to avoid developing pneumonia and a whole assortment of other post-operative maladies lurking for a chance to take hold. So she may have to get a transfusion, and then stay another night for monitoring. It’ll depend on how the next four or five hours go. But basically she’s good; it’ll work out. Poor thing. This has been a rough ride. She’s napping right now. And she’s been asleep now for at least ten minutes—which means it’s absolutely certain that within moments someone will burst in here to do anything from taking her blood to taking away the linens. I’m deeply awed by the number and range of miracles that I know are happening every moment throughout this hospital—not to mention the ones happening right now in this room—but dang, I wish they could let a girl sleep for more than five minutes straight. It’s weird: out in the real world, everyone knows that one of the best ways to heal is to sleep. But trying to sleep in a hospital is like trying to play badminton in a sandstorm. Oh, well. Once I get her home, I’ll let her sleep like the angel she is.

Hey, thank you all for the love, prayers, and wonderful thoughts you’ve been sending our way. I’ve read and re-read everything you’ve written us. Bless you guys for taking the time to send us your love. We sure do appreciate it.)

Die traurige Nachricht, dass er Prostatakrebs hat hörte ich schon vorgestern. Auch wenn es wohl Heilungschancen geben soll bin ich doch ein wenig erschrocken. Schließlich habe ich Oskar immer als sehr profilierten und mutigen Politiker geschätzt, der auch keine Angst vor Kontroversen hat und ein begnadeter Rhetoriker ist.

In Zeiten wo man bei vielen Politikern nicht mehr weiß wofür sie eigentlich stehen ist der ehemalige SPD-Chef und heutige Spitzenmann der Linken ein echtes Kontrastprogramm, wenn auch nicht selten mit populistischen Zügen. Man mag ihn, oder hasst ihn!

We Give Thanks!!

1Timothy 1:12 I thank Christ, who hath enabled me, in that he accounted me faithful, having put me into the ministry.

My latest blessing was to return 3 yr old David Larty to his family in Ghana.

David had been in the USA for surgery to repair bilateral hip displacement suffered at his breech birth. He also needed a bone to be shortened in his left leg. After all these donated procedures being completed it was time for his foster family to part with this sweet courageous boy. David not being able to walk, crawl, sit or scoot since birth; now after 12 months in the USA he was able to run to his family who met us at the airport in Ghana. God is so Good!

October was a month of blessing for another boy we have in the USA for medical attention. 10 yr old, Wisdom received a heart catheterization to correct a birth defect. The large patent ductus arteriosus; a vessel failed to close after birth causing abnormal blood circulation between heart and lungs was corrected at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital. He also received hearing aid devices that allow him to hear at 100%. After a few months of speech therapy he will be returning to his family in Gomoa Fetteh. I know Wisdom’s foster parents will miss him dearly but are excited that he will be re united with his mother and live a productive life in West Africa.

The National Missionary Convention was held just last week and we met with friends from all over the world. African Hope is continually asked to speak through out the USA and has also been petitioned to visit several additional African nations. Invitations to share include the 4 corners of the USA any many cities in between;

You know that you have met people that have truly suffered when their life’s endurance is so clearly reflected in a simple portrait photograph. It is not a question of having the skill to capture a fleeting moment when they betray their horrific memories, but it is permanently engrained on their wind-swept, sun-gnarled, often grossly disfigured faces. Faces devoid of joy, where survival doesn’t seem important.

I travelled to the Terai region of Nepal for 6 weeks in February 2009 to photograph at Lalgadh Leprosy Services Centre (LLSC) on behalf of the Nepal Leprosy Trust. By the end of my six weeks there I decided to start a photographic project about leprosy across the world.

Leprosy is a curable air-borne (in water droplets) bacterial disease that affects the peripheral nervous system and the skin. The loss of sensation can lead to severe disability, including the loss of digits and limbs, blindness and drop-foot.  Equally as devastating for those affected is the stigma that surrounds the disease. Discovery that a person has leprosy can lead to complete social exclusion.

Leprosy is not a new disease; it is an ancient one. So old that most of the world, certainly the developed world, has forgotten it exists. Indeed, the World Health Organisation sets the point at which elimination officially occurs at 1 case in 10,000 people, and according to official statistics, all countries – except Nepal, Brazil and Timor-Leste – have this status. The assumption of the public in the West that it is practically non-existent is therefore understandable. Yet leprosy remains a huge problem in countries all over the globe today.

In 2007, the WHO counted 17 countries that had over a thousand new cases of Leprosy. However, these figures are likely to be – in some cases large – underestimates. These countries have been under a great deal of pressure to reach the target of ‘elimination’. Official figures are often tampered with in order to meet criteria; for example, immigrants with the disease may not be registered. In cases like in Nigeria, doctors I have met say that the numbers of cases they have seen simply don’t match up to figures that have been recorded.

 Soon Nepal will reach the official elimination figure, joining all the other countries that have supposedly conquered the problem. But even if the figures were correct, there still remains in these countries a humanitarian crisis. “Elimination” does not mean “no leprosy”; rather, it means that it is no longer a “public health problem”.

The definition of “leprosy” is confined to those in whom the bacteria are active. Once treatment is completed, they are not – officially – leprosy sufferers anymore. This is true from a medical perspective, yet the ulcers continue to develop and disabilities and deformities remain. And so the sufferer is still very much a ‘leper’, still vulnerable to intense stigma from the unsophisticated societies whose margins they inhabit.

 It’s a crisis because people affected by leprosy stand at risk of isolation. It’s a crisis because the unaffected world now believes there is no longer a problem of leprosy – it has been “eliminated”. It’s a crisis because people don’t perceive any need to put money into a problem they have been led to believe no longer exists – no need to support places like Lalgadh. Future funding in Nepal is being cut as it nears “elimination” status, just as it has been in other countries around the world.

The situation for charities like The Leprosy Mission (TLM) and the Nepal Leprosy Trust (NLT) has got even worse in recent times due to the recession. I was in Nigeria for 5 weeks from July 2009 and in that time TLM Nigeria had to sack 6 (of their 50-odd) full-time staff because of budget cuts due to lack of donations.

Part of the reason leprosy does not get the attention it deserves is because it does not affect western society – actually that’s not quite true; there are currently around 5000 cases of leprosy in the United States. Still, leprosy is only present in very poor societies where a poor diet and lack of sanitation mean a poor immune system; allowing the leprosy to infiltrate the body. As it (generally) doesn’t affect the west very little money has been put into it compared with what it needs to stamp out the bacteria, marginalisation and to care for current disabilities.

Khokana, a Leprosy colony outside Kathmandu is an example of the inhuman segregation that the leprosy stigma causes. There are around 250 people living on the colony, 160 of which have a disability caused by leprosy. The rest are family who have no choice but be brought up on the colony. It’s only funding comes from the government. Each ‘leper’ gets 400 rupees (about £3.40) per month to live off. Even in Nepal this is nowhere near enough to live on. The fact that a government funds (very poorly) a society to prevent reintegration (which supports the public notion that leprosy is incurable and very contagious) is as far as I can see totally inhumane.

Dr. Hugh Cross (of ALM) told me once of a woman he met in Nepal. He mentions her in the introduction to a collection of stories he gathered from a number of interviews with leprosy-affected individuals from Nepal:

“A character who was not included is one who probably had the most profound influence on the conception [of this compilation of interviews]. It was through her that I began to see beyond my own interpretation of suffering. She is a small woman called Thamini Majhini. She is an illiterate hill woman, shrivelled by hardship.  Her amputated foot is obvious to the onlooker, but was not mentioned by her as being disabling so I asked her about it. It transpired that she had leprosy for many years and was not treated. The leprosy left her with an anaesthetised foot which developed an ulcer. Because of the ulcer the villagers ostracised her, leaving her to catch fish and range through the jungle for food.  She will tell you that hunger and pain are not real hardships, they are a way of life for everybody (in her world at least) as is the rain that causes her shack to fall in year after year. Hardship is being excluded from the quarrels and intimacies of family; it is being snagged out from the flimsy fabric of village society. These she could not tolerate.  Such was her sense of desolation that one day she accosted two men on their way to cut bamboo. Having cunningly convinced them to lend her a khukri (a heavy, curved multi-purpose metal knife) to cut a branch she walked over to a fallen tree trunk, put her foot on the tree and hacked it off with the borrowed blade.”

I’ve seen begging many times before. In Kathmandu I saw beggars that had deformities from diseases like polio, TB and leprosy. I do not condone begging, though I had to admit that the only begging I’d seen until Nigeria was in touristy cities like London, Prague and Kathmandu.

One of the last places I visited in Nigeria was a town called Kuta. There I met an old man called Mohammed Damargo; he has one arm with half a hand with no fingers, no toes, and worn away palette and lips so he can’t speak clearly. Each day his son takes him to market in a wheelbarrow to beg. He has little control over his mouth and lips, and finds it nigh on impossible to eat anything else other than dried maize corn. His life is begging to fellow Nigerians barely better-off than he, in a very poor town at the wrong end of a country with alarmingly unfair wealth distribution. Yet because of his poor uneducated background and severe disabilities, Mohammed has no other way of finding money to live on.

I do not wish this documentary to be just a record for the future. It must be used to change the present situation in these countries and making the extent and seriousness of a disease that can cause complete social exclusion known to the western world is the first step in truly fighting it.  Perhaps it is naive to think that photographs can have a positive effect on the situation, but I always remind myself of what the humanitarian documentary photographer W. Eugene Smith said: “Photo is a small voice, at best, but sometimes – just sometimes – one photograph or a group of them can lure our senses into awareness. Much depends upon the viewer; in some, photographs can summon enough emotion to be a catalyst to thought.”

I have photographed leprosy in Nepal and Nigeria so far, but I want to visit another 6 countries over the next few years to show how leprosy affects individuals in a variety of societies. Leprosy is curable, and there is no reason why it should still be present today.

Cat’s insane about Christmas. And I’m talking … deeply disturbed. Starting about Dec. 26 of every year, she begins to ask me a minimum of three times a week, “Is it Christmas yet?” Her entire relationship to Christmas is just beyond telling. Anyway, we’re thinking this year’s should be one of our all-time greatest Christmases ever. Got a room at the Disneyland Grand Californian for the night of Dec. 23rd and everything.

It’s such a disorienting thing, to watch your wife’s energy seriously fade over the course of two or so years. This operation should finally whisk that evil specter away.

When I met Cat in the fall of 1978 she was 24 years old. And that’s exactly the age she remained until about two years ago.

And suddenly we were old.

And the poor girl was always so very, very tired, and sick with one thing or another. She stopped exercising. She stopped wanting to go out. Life became less something to enjoy than endure.

And now here we are, hoping the shower-capped gods of modern medicine will give us a do-over.

Thanksgiving.

No kidding.

Det är mycket med det fysiska nu.

Jag är opererad för kroniskt kompartmentsyndrom i underbenen (många årsedan). Det visade sig att min morfar också var opererad för det och min mamma fick diagnosen efter mig. OBS, det är inget ärftligt tillstånd sägs det. Vi råkar bara vara en mycket ovanlig familj?

Ingen av oss var särskilt fysiskt aktiva då vi drabbades men det är ändå klassat som en idrottsskada.

När jag blev akut dålig 1999 i samband med en brännbollsmatch fick jag uppsöka akutortopeden pga kraftiga lårsmärtor, kunde knappt gå. Min första fråga var, kompartmentsyndrom i låren? Det kändes ju likadant fast mycket värre.

Svaret var att det är omöjligt, det är heeeeelt omöjligt. Man kan INTE ha det i den muskeln (framsida lår).

Tio år senare då exakt samma problematik kvarstår googlar jag på just detta ämne. Vad hittar jag???

Man KAN ha det i låren (framsidan) visst. Det är inte så vanligt men det förekommer. TVÅ ortopeder har sagt att det är omöjligt. Båda har helt avfärdat det jag sagt.

Blir en sån som jag arg när man upptäcker sånt här? Jag som alltid eldar upp mig över ingenting? Det kan man nog påstå att jag blir och då är arg en underdrift.

Försöker hitta en privatpraktiserande tillgänglig ortoped som inte råkar vara någon av dem som tidigare har undersökt mig. Mission impossible!

Ursäkta mig för att jag är en sådan gnällspik!

Jag är så trött på sjukvården, alla dessa klåpare, idioter och nötter!

Kan man leja någon att bajsa i ett kuvert och skicka till alla läkare som har behandlat mig som skit? Det skulle inte stå i proportion till det jag utsatts för genom åren men det skulle vara en början.

Wife Cat due at hospital this morning for operation at 7 o’clock. (Thanks for loving notes yesterday!!) Me, up. Check. Dressed. Check. Wearing lucky shoes. Check. Not feeling sacrilegious due to declaring the possession of lucky shoes. Check. Lined up and ready to go: laptop, Sedaris book, wallet, watch, glasses, camera, phone, DVD’s, headphones: check, check, check, allrightallready.

Breakfast of scrambled eggs with bell peppers and onions in stomach: check, even though bizarre cuz Cat can’t eat. (She’s upstairs showering with some weird Sani-Soap she had to lather up with and then stand there for five minutes before she can rinse off, a process for which she’s turned on the heat in our place, temporarily turning me here in the kitchen into Lawrence of Lelabia, though I’m not sure that’s spelled right.)

Peppercorns sprayed all over kitchen and dining room because I brought this pepper-grinder combo thing at Trader Joe’s and then tore it open like a maniac about two minutes ago because I wanted pepper on my eggs  and now I’m sitting in the middle of all these pepper balls feeling like a cobb salad gone berserk.

Identification with lettuce-based entrée. Check.

Okay, don’t panic! We’re leaving in a half hour! I have to go! I don’t know if I’ll be able to connect with the outside world once we’re there! If I can, I will! If not I won’t! Life’s like that! Whaddaya gonna do! We’re out of control! Everything’s up to God! We all die anyway! But let’s not think about that right now! LOVE TO YOU ALL!
