My baby ducks are here! After a long trip, they have arrived. They were born on Monday and shipped from Metzer Farms in California on the same day. After a couple of plane rides and a day and a half of travel, they arrived at my local post office on Wednesday morning. The post office called as soon as they arrived so that I could pick them up. While I was hesitant to ship live ducks, the whole process was very smooth. The ducklings arrived a little hungry and thirsty but otherwise in great condition. They enjoyed stretching their legs and splashing in some water after been cooped up for so long.
