All six drill holes have intersected numerous zones of gold mineralisation of ≥1 g/t gold over mineable widths. ORG	Origin noted the announcement by Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services (S&P’s) that it has revised the criteria it uses to assign equity content to hybrid capital instruments. As a result of the change in the criteria by S&P’s, the $900 million Origin Energy Subordinated Notes due 2071 (Subordinated Notes) traded on the ASX, and the €500 million Capital Securities due 2071 (Capital Securities) traded on the LSE, will no longer qualify for high (100 per cent) equity content. The Capital Securities will also no longer have a mandatory deferral trigger. The change in the equity content is a Rating Event under the terms and conditions of the Capital Securities and a Capital Event under the terms and conditions of the Subordinated Notes. As a consequence, Origin has the right to redeem the Capital Securities and Subordinated Notes in accordance with the respective terms and conditions of the securities. Origin will consider whether it will exercise its early redemption rights and will provide an update after the equity content ascribed to the Subordinated Notes and the Capital Securities is confirmed by S&P’s. Sometimes, it’s just the graphics of a thing that catches me eye.

I was walking up Royal Street one night, when I happened to look up and saw the light on. I noticed the fan in the window which seems to say a lot about New Orleans and the coming summer. You know the summer. The one that we have in New Orleans is usually pretty unbearable. I doubt this fan will do much damage to a hot room when the temperature is about 90 degrees and the humidity is so high that you can steam iron your clothes without using the steam. I think, like last summer, I’m going to have to figure a way to get out-of-town. And head north. Way up north. Or, at least get to a beach that isn’t in the Gulf of Mexico. And, not in the Caribbean because, after all, summer is both the rainy season and hurricane season. But, where? I’m not certain.

There? See the stream of consciousness an open window with a fan can provoke? I bet y’all didn’t think such a thing could happen. That makes all of us. I didn’t either.

As far as the picture… goes. It could have been point and shoot. But, it wasn’t. I actually like the scene and I worked it. I made tight pictures. I made loose pictures. I made even looser picture. I made horizontal pictures. And, vertical pictures. It wasn’t until I got back home and into the studio that I actually saw the picture that did it for me. This one. The one you are looking at. The funny thing is this. Despite the fact that I was working at night I had to darken the picture to get it to say what I wanted it to say.

Wordpress Blocks Empower Network Links Even Though it is on Wordpress. How Crazy is That? Why?

Yah, I’m just ranting here…I have been using WordPress.com for years and many of my “members” and followers are from my WordPress .com blog. I have also been using WordPress.org for years as well.

I can’t get over that WordPress blocks WordPress…it’s blocking itself, just because the Empower Network is on it.

WordPress strips out and deletes any links to the Empower Network blog, even though it is on WORDPRESS.

That’s is just silly and back-ass-words to me.

I am sure there must a logical explanation, or maybe a reason that I am not aware of…but the explanation is beyond me, and the reasoning – whatever it may be - is something I can’t figure out.

Yes, I know…Wordpress says that it won’t allow affiliate links.

Like we are (us online marketers, that is) some really bad greedy shady people.

But, c’mon… blocking your own users just doesn’t make sense to me.

Why does WordPress provide service to the Empower Network anyway? If they don’t like what we do, they should boot us off and stop taking our money, and tell us to use Blogger or some other blogging platform.

But don’t take my money in your collection basket, and then stand at the pulpit and tell me I’m not the kind of people you like to associate with.

WordPress blocking WordPress, is like a race track not allowing race-fans inside because they get drunk and rowdy.

We are professional business people from all walks of life representing all industries and from many different countries. Just because we market our respective businesses online, does that make us bad?

8 out of 10 businesses today that have products and online services offer “Affiliate” or “Referral” opportunities.

The Empower Network is more of a business system, like a franchise, rather than just a mere affiliate opportunity. If you don’t know about it, maybe you and your business could benefit from it. Learn more about it here.

(If that link didn’t work, it’s because it was stripped out by WordPress, which this blog that you are reading is on, and which the link you were clicking is on too. See how crazy that is? WordPress is blocking WordPress. If it did work, then they did strip it but I caught it and used my super-secret technique to get the link to work still.)

WordPress.com is the free part of WordPress. They want to “keep the blog-platform free” and “free of affiliate crap and businessy stuff”.

Fine, whatever. I’ve been using it free for my business for years.

WordPress.org is the part of WordPress that you have to spend money to get. You have to buy it, or buy hosting in order to get it. There’s more functions and features. I get it. I’ve been a customer for years.

So out of one side of their mouth they are saying “We’re all about community, open-source crap… for the betterment of free publishing for the world. Kiss, hug, share…” Blah, blah, blah.

Then, out of the other side of their mouth, they explicitly say (on their free blogging platform) that you have to buy the PRO plan or upgrade if you want other cool features and functions.

Well that aint all “keeping it free and innocent” to me. You draw me in for free…then you try to get me to buy upgraded features and functions so things will work better? That’s pretty damn capitalistic and opportunistic - something we lowly affiliate marketers and direct sellers are often accused of being.

So Who looks greedy and shady now?

“I am proud to be an affiliate marketing business-professional. I have made a great living so far and I know so many people who live lifestyles beyond imagination because of it, especially here on the Empower Network.”

To WordPress: I chose to create my blog on WordPress because your service and product is really good. You made me pay (which I did gladly) for my wordpress.org blogs. I was really happy that Empower Network chose WordPress, but why won’t you let me link my wordpress.com blogs to it?

“It just doesn’t make any sense whatsoever.”

Ok.

I’m done ranting.

Please, someone, explain to me the logic and the thinking behind this. (comment below)

I don’t care if they fix it or not.

WordPress can keep blocking Empower Network links. It won’t stop my business!

Plus, I’ll keep using my secret-squirrel technique of linking anyway.

If they do fix it, then it’ll save me some time posting my blogs.

I just wanted to vent about the issue cuz I thinks its stupid.
