THE NEW IPHONE. BAM! Is it sexy or what? My first thought was, nyeh it could do better. But now I’m thinking I WANT THAT PIECE OF GORGEOUSNESS. It has a front HD camera, I mean like HD on the front?! Come on, my vain moments are gonna get so much better. It’s vertically longer than iPhone 4S, just a little, and its a sexy matte black colour at the back. Aha, but who am I kidding, the words NOT HAPPENING tend to appear whenever I think of how amazing would it be to own an iPhone 5 is. Well that’s okay, I’m happy with my 4S and the functions are pretty much the same. A few slight changes but both phones have iOS 6 now so it’s cool. OH, and the speakers on the iPhone 5 looks a little retarded though, lol.

• Anyway, I’m in school now. It is so boring, no one talks in this class, I just wanna die. And this noisy bugger keeps trying to get people to talk with his annoying fucked up sarcasm. Just stfu before I shoot you.

And before I forget! My Steve Madden Troopa Boots arrived! It came during dinner and the man who delivered obviously didn’t know how to ring a doorbell. He was shouting “HELLO? HELLO!”. Um awks, okay. It came real quick actually, well it should’ve for the amount I paid. I think I paid for Express Mail, it was RM181++, JUST FOR SHIPPING. … I KNOW. About the hesitating dots “…”, yeah i was just waiting for you to be like “WHAT?!”. Lol I’m so lame, I don’t think anyone even reads my blog. Hahah this funny and awkward kid. So the shoes costed about RM320+? And so the funk amount was 500+ bucks. Poo. But it was worth it, it’s really comfy, though the sole’s super slippery. :L

The first time I tasted Prince Cake & Choc Duo, I dropped down on my knees, started sobbing and thanked every imaginable God in the Universe for allowing me to experience such immense pleasure that was so potent that I felt supremely unworthy, almost as unworthy as the smallest, pimpliest kid in the whole school who gets invited to the McDonald’s birthday party of the prettiest, most popular kid in said school. I can’t even comprehend why I am writing this blogpost when I could be stuffing myself shamelessly with these perfect specimens of food that one might most aptly describe as “orgasmic”. I think it’s because I am a kindly human soul who wishes to share the beauty of all things with other kindly souls in the World.

LU stands for Lefèvre-Utile, and is a French biscuit manufacturer that was founded in 1846. Wow, they’re REALLY OLD! I mean, uhh, they’ve had some time to harness their craft. Personally, I think LU offers many quality products, but I love Prince because it’s especially targeted toward the wee (or wee-hearted) ones, with their small packets of biscuits or cakes that you can innocently slip into your (or your kid’s) pocket or backpack for some quality snack time later in the day. Ahhh, good times.

Mrrraaaaoooowwwrrrrrrrr…! (Yes, I was hungry when I wrote this post)

Man, I can’t remember the last time I felt so hangry (i.e., so hungry that I’m angry). My hands tremble and my knees shake as I finally rip open the fashionably silver paper with my teeth. I stuff the contents inside, and experience a whirlwind of emotions and thoughts. It’s so soft it’s a crime. It tastes kind of like chocolate muffin, but it’s not too sweet. The chocolate bits provide a delicious bite. I feel happy as a kid, alive and ready to take on the world.

Omnommeter: Prince Cake & Choc Duo tastes so friggin’ good that I find myself saving them for times when I feel slightly to profoundly miserable. They’re so Good that it makes you want to share them with other people! This cake will make you smile the smile of a child and thus help you reclaim some of the innocence you thought you had lost forever.

I should be spending my time doing something more productive like cleaning the house but I don’t want to. I want to write out all the amazing I am feeling. I want to put it here, where it belongs, for US to come back to and be reminded of what we are capable of being.

I don’t know how you know when I need to feel loved. I don’t know how you can snap be back to US so quickly. I don’t care how you do, I only care that you keep doing it.

When the lunch and the shower went forgotten I assumed it would become what it usually does, a frantic fuck session. No way was I expecting the soft, tender, love or the gentle, whisper like caresses. Your whispered love spoke straight to my soul, igniting a fire and snatching my breath. I spent almost an hour riding the dips and swells of orgasmic bliss.  

I know that there is no way that one amazing, soul grasping, orgasmic day could ‘fix’ US completely but I know that we are on the way. I know that no matter where the path leads US or what is put in our way we will be standing side by side, soul to soul, always.

Lately, I have been setting certain goals for myself. I’m going to run a 20 miles today or I’m going to finish a 5k in under 20 minutes, among others. I don’t beat myself up if I do not achieve these goals right away, I just try again the next time I lace up my running shoes. The trend in my running tends to be this: I can do ANY distance you throw my way (in fact, I’m hoping to run an ultramarathon in the next 2 years) but I have had enormous difficulty improving my speed. Now, obviously when I’m running 20 plus miles my pace will be slower, but I should be able to kick it up a notch on my shorter runs, right? True as that may be, I have not yet managed to run a 5k in under 20 minutes and, in fact, my pace has been getting progressively slower despite my efforts. 

Until today… Today while I was running something incredible happened. I found my sweet spot! I discovered the perfect form to run at amazing speeds without increasing my effort. By just pushing off my toes a little harder I turned my 8:00 minute pace into a 6:00 minute pace without feeling any additional duress. It was an incredible feeling to be moving that quickly and comfortably. I’ve never had that feeling before and I’m not sure it would be possible to describe it. If you ever see a runner who is cruising along laughing with glee, you can bet that runner has found the sweet spot.

I cannot wait to run again tomorrow morning. I think it’s going to be the day I finally achieve my next goal.

REVIEW:

Eragon, the first book in the Inheritance Cycle, packs in all the conventional fantasy elements: magic, quest, romance, revenge and an enemy who is just too evil and powerful for our innocent amateur hero. The language is extraordinary (not judging based on the fact he wrote it at sixteen!), though not very structured at times; often he gets too fancy in his portrayal of landscapes, characters’ faces, poses and what not! (and that would be fine with an epic fantasy novel but sometimes it does seem bit of a show-off; only Master Tolkien can pull that off with grace)

Plot wise, the book is highly captivating, as going forward digs up more of the past, which, in my humble opinion, seems more interesting than the present journey Eragon (the protagonist) is on. The story may seem too slow at times (you gotta deal with it in a fantasy) but the occasional thrills and an interesting ending (that ought to make you eager for the sequel) more than makes up for it.

Much of the epic elements in the book (elves, dwarves, dragon-riders, etc.) and the plot patterns (eragon’s journey, his unfolding relations with other characters, motives, etc.) are derived from or seem to be heavily inspired from other works such as Lord Of The Rings and The Star Wars, but it maintains its own originality.

On a final note, this book falls short of being a masterpiece epic like Lord Of The Rings (and I say this because the effort seems to be directed in that way) but still establishes the author as a genius and master storyteller.
