Shinsaibashi today!

The best location in Osaka. Who doesn’t want to live in Shinsaibashi? Between Nanba and Honmachi, next to the busiest and most active shopping streets, Crysta Nagahori shopping center, Soemoncho night district, Americamura, night clubs, trendy eateries, brand shops…

The famous Presence series is finishing a new apartment house in Shinsaibashi, very close to Tokyu Hands (Nagahori) and the shotengai (shopping street). You can move in next month, but you can come to see the model rooms already.

There are 7 types of rooms: basically, 1K type to 1LDK type.

The charming point of these apartments, apart from the fact that you will be the first person to live there and can enjoy all the advantages of a fresh newly built house, is the kitchen. Usually, for 1K type apartments consisting on 6-7 tatami size rooms (around 22-25 meters), there is only one cooker. In this case you have a pretty nice kitchen and a large space for a tall fridge. A house easy to live in, and pretty.

It is so close to Utsubo park that the trees which almost enter inside your balcony are those from the park itself. It is like having a house in the park, really. There is no way a house can be closer.

As most properties close to Utsubo Park, pets are allowed. When I went to see the house, I couldn’t stop thinking I wanted a cat in it. It should come with a cat included.

Over a very interesting floor plan, the house has been completely reformed. An impressive interior light, tiled floor and kitchen and the latest trend in Japanese designer’s mansions: see-through bathroom.
