De nuevo te encuentras hospitalizado, tus locuras te volvieron a dejar en este lugar…

No sabes la preocupación que me causa tu estancia aquí. Cada vez que camino por este inmaculado edificio entre pacientes, doctores y familiares ocasionan regresiones ambiguas sobre los lutos que he tenido que pasar. Entro con tanto pavor de encontrarte pálido, decaído y triste como la última vez.

Camino por los pasillos buscando tu habitación… decenas de puertas, camillas y aparatos antes de llegar a ti. Una ventana y un ramo de tulipanes es lo único que alegra el ambiente.

He venido a cuidarte, a velar tus sueños, a llenarte de mimos y a obligarte a descansar. Ya has pasado mucho dolor y ahora tienes que sanar tus heridas. Tu cuerpo lastimado está.

Me recuesto en el sillón al pie de tu cama y te observo respirar, te ves tan calmado … no puedo evitarlo, me acerco y con suavidad toco tus labios con los mios…

No sé que pasó, sería mi olor? la textura de mi boca? …

Me besas y aprisionas con tus brazos, invitándome a acurrucarme contigo debajo de las sábanas. Sabemos que esto es el comienzo de otra de tus fantasías…

Sin pensarlo más te consentiré y me dejaré llevar por la situación…

Ja, men än död kan man knappast vara och det är väl vad man kan kalla silly season kring löven just nu. Å andra sidan har vi ju svaret här om varför liemannen regerar just nu och kommer att regera fram till den 20:e i första hand. Med andra ord kan vi andra ta semester vi också. Vad gör man då på semestern? Fiske kanske?  Med sommarens viktigaste inköp kan det väl knappast misslyckas. Alla förstår förståss att det rör sig om “Löven-spinnaren”. Snyggaste fiskedraget i mannaminne. Att säljaren saluför den som att den “alltid levererar” och “TOP OF THE LINE” gör ju saken inte sämre. : )

Anton Edlund till Piteå? Kan mycket väl bli så. Känns dock som att Piteå lurar sig lite själva: -Han är 22 år och var i stort sett ordinarie förra säsongen då han bland annat spelade i Lövens power play... Nja… låter som en sanning med modifikation… ordinare? ehh… jo, men så hade vi bara sex backar…. sedan fick väl alla spelare testa PP? Division 1 känns i alla fall som rätt nivå för Hassy Jr.

All members are professional musicians who work with the likes of Elton John, Rod Stewart, Boy George, Jools Holland, Tony Hadley, ABC, James Taylor Quartet to name but a few. 2005 saw the band entertain over 20,000 guests at more than 70 gigs. These bookings covered the entire UK, from Inverness on the north coast of Scotland to Jersey and Guernsey in the Channel Islands Their sets include songs from the 60’s right up to the modern grooves of the new millennium with all the classics in between.

Peoples Popular Pub Band – at Windsor

The PFJ are an exciting pub band from Berkshire who play late 70’s, 80’s and 90’s retro rock from Aha to ZZ Top – stuff like “I Will Survive” to “Ace Of Spades”, with a bit of “Teen Spirit” and “Tiger Feet” thrown in.

AdPontes-Staines saw them at the Rising Sun, Slough and, even though they had to squeeze into a tiny corner, the boys managed to play a ‘full-on’ rock concert with sounds, lights, and electrifying energy.

The PFJ take their name from the Peoples Front of Judea (not to be confused with the Judean peoples popular front etc. etc. from Life of Brian) And, as the name suggests, the band oozes fun and humour as well as not a little musical talent.

Their choices (for the set list) is a head-bangers wet dream including some very old favourites like Ace Of Spades (Motorhead) and Paranoid (Sabbath) but mixed with some highly original (and hilarious) covers like I Will Survive (Gloria Gaynor) or Crazy Horses (Osmonds). When you add songs like Turning Japanese (The Vapours)and Video Killed the Radio Star ( Buggles) into the mix you realise that you are witnessing a highly innovative fun-time band.

The PFJ squeeze out every possible sound from their 6 piece outfit, featuring vocals, 2 guitars, bass, drums and even a stage dancer. Just to add to the party spirit, the PFJ come out in their patented Judean costumes and even tend to do some costume-changes during their set.

I went to see them again last Sunday at The Old Ticket Hall, Windsor but, unfortunately, the band were on after the rugby semi-final and I couldn’t be bothered to wait around until about 10:30pm to see them…

Since forming in 2000, the PFJ have won over crowds of drunks on a regular basis… make sure you catch their amazing live show at the old Ticket Hall WINDSOR on the 20th to put you in the Christmas Spirit!

Relentless Rock n Roll – in Staines

Four Wheel Drive is a band that exists to play live. They deliver what can only be described as a relentless onslaught of good time, balls out Rock ‘N’ Roll. Ben Austwick and Paddy Achtelik provide rhythm guitar interplay that constantly bombards the audience from both sides of the stage; while Ben also hits you with incendiary, gut-wrenching, Blues-based lead guitar.

The rhythm section generates a force capable of knocking down walls, yet with enough control to retain the R’n'B feel of ’70s Aerosmith and Rolling Stones. The band have been clocked at close to 120 decibels in rehearsals, almost earning the Guitar Institute their first ASBO!

This musical force of nature is topped and led by Jamie’s vocals. Switching between a sleazy drawl and a ball-busting scream, the vocals compliment both the Rhythm ‘n’ Blues and Rock elements of the band. Tightly rehearsed vocal harmonies add an extra dimension to the songs, giving the live performances the same depth as the recordings.

The songs have always been written with the live show in mind and the delivery is enough to get anybody’s mouth away from their pint. Four Wheel Drive is made up of a highly “driven” collection of individuals whose lives are designed around the band to make sure it is constantly moving forward. New material is always being written and they can, and do, play any night of the week.

Fratilor, inevitabilul s-a produs. Anuntam prin noiembrie retragerea de pe internet. Am revenit asupra deciziei, dar iata ca acum, va anunt -si de data asta este definitiva decizia- ca incepand cu a doua saptamana a lui aprilie, acest blog, precum si celelalte site-uri, nu vor mai fi actualizate. De asemenea, voi sterge si adresa de mail, asa incat nu va mai obositi sa-mi trimiteti nici un mesaj, de nici un fel. Voi continua insa, colaborarea cu revistele Credinta Ortodoxa si Gand si Slova Ortodoxe, in masura in care voi putea.

Nu s-au facut nici un fel de presiuni asupra mea si NU regret nimic din ceea ce am scris. Imi cer totusi iertare fata de toti care i-as fi putut ofensa prin comentariile postate pe acest blog. SUSTIN in continuare implicarea mirenilor in VIATA BISERICII si imi pare rau ca acest lucru nu se intampla. De asemenea, sustin, desi cu anumite rezerve, si implicarea preotilor in politica, cu toata “mizeria” din acest spatiu.

Am lucrat din dragoste si cu dragoste la acest blog, asa cum am facut-o si cu celelalte site-uri. N-am facut nimic din mandrie sau pentru popularitate, dragostea de Adevar – care in crestinism nu este un principiu abstract ci este o Persoana, Hristos Dumnezeu-Omul – si dragostea fata de aproapele (numai asa putem ajunge la Dumnezeu) au fost singurele motive care m-au motivat in asemenea actiuni. Incredintez pe mai deprate fraiele campaniei celor de la Razboi intru Cuvant si lui Claudiu Tarziu, fara de care nu as fi putut realiza nimic, eu contribuind mai mult cu ideea si niste drafturi jalnice. Ca tot veni vorba, vreau sa le multumesc tuturor pentru sprijinul acordat, atat exprimat prin comentarii aici, cat si prin faptul ca m-ati vizitat. De asemeni, un cuvant special de multumire se cuvine celor de la Razboi intru Cuvant care m-au sprijinit prin linkuri inca de la bun inceput, dar si tuturor celorlalti.

Pana la inchiderea definitiva, care spre deosebire de luna noiembrie, chiar va fi definitiva, voi termina serialul despre Explicarea Sfintei Liturghii si voi mai face, sper, mici update-uri pe eresulcatolic.

Imi exprim dezamagirea atat fata de lasitatea din Biserica noastra cat si fata de neimplicarea mirenilor in viata Bisericii, in general fata de indiferenta cu care tratam aceste vremuri din urma, precum si despre mentalitatea inapoiata a unora care aleg sa bage capul in nisip si sa sa amageasca. Multi m-au judecat in fel si chip pentru cele scrise si intreprinse, insa timpul va trece si veti vedea toti ca am avut dreptate. Sa nu fie prea tarziu…

Nu-i usor sa ma despart de ceea ce am construit de-a lungul anilor si fac acest lucru cu multumirea ca daca macar un singur sufletel s-a folosit din tot acest amalgam de articole, atunci munca mea n-a fost in zadar. Va invit sa cititi scrierile Sfintilor Parinti (colectia PSB a BOR) precum si Filocaliile si Sfanta Scriptura pentru a ajunge la masura barbatului desavarsit cum se spune si pentru a ne inchina nu numai in adevar, cat si in duh. De asemenea va invit sa vizitati si celelalte site-uri si sa salvati materialele care va par folositoare, in caz ca, pe viitor, nu vor mai fi.
