Para blogger sudah memahami benar bagaimana sulitnya memprediksi perilakunya. Banyak yang sudah melakukan berbagai upaya namun page rank tak kunjung tiba. Sementara blog yang baru diluncurkan beberapa minggu sudah muncul pageranknya. Tampaknya lebih mudah menaikkan <strong>Alexa Traffic rank</strong> daripada meraih pagerank.<!--more--></p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Konon, pagerank suatu blog ditinjau setiap 3 bulan sekali yang dilakukan secara massal. Dalam tinjauan ini Google bisa memberikan pagerank terhadap blog yang statusnya masih N/A atau PR 0/10, menaikkan PR baru, menurunkan PR dan bahkan melenyapkan PR dari blog.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Blog ini sudah saya<em> demisionerkan</em> lebih dari 3 bulan dengan PR 0/10 bulan Agustus yang lalu. Sebelumnya memang pernah pagerank 2, lenyap, muncul lagi dan lenyap lagi. Namun tanpa diduga pada bulan Nopember 2009 ini muncul PR 4/10. Tentu hal ini mengherankan sekaligus mengundang pertanyaan. Mengapa blog yang sudah tidak diurus PRnya bisa naik secara signifikan dari 0 menjadi 4. Tentu Google sendiri yang mengetahui dengan segala macam aturan,ukuran dan hasil <em>crawling</em> mereka di blog.</p>

<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div class='snap_preview'><p>While the exact algorithm of each search engine is a closely guarded secret, search engine analysts believe that the search engine results (ranking) is some form of a multiplier factor of ‘Page Relevance’ and ‘PageRank’. Simply put, the formula would look something like:</p>
<p>PR (A) = (1-d) + d (PR (t1)/C (t1) + &#8230; + PR (tn)/C (tn))</p>
<p>That&#8217;s the equation that calculates a page&#8217;s PageRank. It&#8217;s the original one that was published when PageRank was being developed, and it is probable that Google uses a variation of it but they aren&#8217;t telling us what it is. It doesn&#8217;t matter though, as this equation is good enough.</p>
<p> In the equation &#8216;t1 &#8211; tn&#8217; are pages linking to page A, ‘C’ is the number of outbound links that a page has and ‘d’ is a damping factor, usually set to 0.85.</p>
<p>We can think of it in a simpler way:-</p>
<p>A page&#8217;s PageRank = 0.15 + 0.85 * (a “share” of the PageRank of every page that links to it) “share” = the linking page&#8217;s PageRank divided by the number of outbound links on the page.</p>
<p>A page “votes” an amount of PageRank onto each page that it links to. The amount of PageRank that it has to vote with is a little less than its own PageRank value (its own value * 0.85). This value is shared equally between all the pages that it links to.</p>
<p>From this, we could conclude that a link from a page with PR4 and 5 outbound links are worth more than a link from a page with PR8 and 100 outbound links. The PageRank of a page that links to yours is important but the number of links on that page is also important. The more links there are on a page, the less PageRank value your page will receive from it.</p>
<p>If the PageRank value differences between PR1, PR2 &#8230;PR10 were equal then that conclusion would hold up, but many people believe that the values between PR1 and PR10 (the maximum) are set on a logarithmic scale, and there is very good reason for believing it. Nobody outside Google knows for sure one way or the other, but the chances are high that the scale is logarithmic, or similar.</p>
<p>Whichever scale Google uses, we can be sure of one thing. A link from another site increases our site&#8217;s PageRank. Just remember to avoid links from link farms.</p>

<p><em>PageRank relies on the uniquely democratic nature of the web by using its vast link structure as an Indicator of an individual page’s value. In essence, Google interprets a link from page A to page B as a vote, by page A, for page B. But, Google looks at more than the sheer volume of votes, or links a page receives; it also analyzes the page that casts the vote. Votes cast by pages that are themselves &#8220;important&#8221; weigh more heavily and help to make other pages &#8220;important.&#8221;</em></p>
<p><em>Important, high-quality sites receive a higher PageRank, which Google remembers each time it conducts a search. Of course, important pages mean nothing to you if they don&#8217;t match your query. So, Google combines PageRank with sophisticated text-matching techniques to find pages that are both important and relevant to your search. Google goes far beyond the number of times a term appears on a page and examines all aspects of the page&#8217;s content (and the content of the pages linking to it) to determine if it&#8217;s a good match for your query.</em></p>
<h3>The Google Toolbar</h3>
<p>You can download <em>Google Toolbar</em> (free) and install it in your Internet Explorer within minutes. Amongst other useful features, it displays the <em>PageRank</em> of each web page you visit.</p>
<p>The Google toolbar appears just below your Internet Explorer browser and can be used for making a search on the web from any page. Google toolbar displays the <em>PageRank</em> of each web page on a scale of 1-10. If you have the Google toolbar installed in your browser, you would be used to seeing each page&#8217;s PageRank as you browse the web. Google does not display the PageRank of web pages that it has not indexed. Please note that the Toolbar displays the PageRank of individual pages and not the site as a whole.</p>

Unfortunately Google has done a bit of flip flopping. Page rank info has been removed from the web master tools. So why?</p>
<p>Well pagerank is not as important as first thought. While it&#8217;s important, it should not be the central focus when building a new site. So content &#62; design &#62; PR? Just another part of the battle between SEO experts and search engines as they attempt to capture more of the advertising revenue. While it still holds an important status page rank is no different.</p>
<p>So the bottom line is: build a good site and page rank, search ranking, and money will naturally follow. Don&#8217;t let the SEO game slow you down and remember PageRank is just a number.</p>

<p>加利福尼亞州山景城（Mountain View）谷歌公司（Google，下稱谷歌）總部有一個43號大樓，該建築的中央大螢幕上顯示著一個與谷歌地球（Google Earth）相倣的世界地圖，一個轉動的地球上不停地閃動著五顏六色的光點，恍如羅馬宮廷的千萬燭燈，每一次閃動標誌著地球的這個角落一名谷歌用戶發起了一次新的搜索。這同時意味著谷歌又一次滿足了人們對未知資訊的好奇與渴望。</p>
<p>谷歌是與眾不同的。它的獨特不僅僅表現于革新的思維和充滿創意的應用（比如那個大堂裏的地球模型），更在於其有別常規的IT策略。從人們的常理來看，簡單的硬體商品和免費軟體是無法構建出一個帝國的，但是谷歌做到了。在性能調整後，谷歌把它們變成一個無可比擬的分佈式計算平臺，該平臺能夠支援大規模的搜索和不斷涌現的新興應用。我們原本認為這些應用都是個人消費級別的，但是谷歌改變了這一切。現在商業世界也在使用它們，這就令這家搜索公司顯得那麼與眾不同。</p>

<p>谷歌最大的IT優勢在於它能建造出既富於性價比（並非廉價）又能承受極高負載的高性能系統。因此IT顧問史蒂芬·阿諾德（Stephen Arnold）指出，谷歌與競爭對手，如亞馬遜網站（Amazon）、電子港灣公司（eBay）、微軟公司（Microsoft，下稱微軟）和雅虎公司（Yahoo，下稱雅虎）等公司相比，具有更大的成本優勢。谷歌程式員的效率比其他Web公司同行們高出50%～100%，原因是谷歌已經開發出了一整套專用於支援大規模並行系統編程的定制軟體庫。據他估算，其他競爭公司可能要花上四倍的時間才能獲得同等的效果。</p>
<p>谷歌究竟是怎樣做到這點的呢？其中一個手段，美林認為，&#8221;是因為我們自己動手打造硬體。&#8221;谷歌並不製造電腦系統，但它根據自己的參數定制硬體，然後像MTV 的節目&#8221;靚車打造&#8221;（Pimp My Ride）那樣自己安裝和調整硬體系統。開源程式經理克裏斯·迪博納（Chris DiBona）評論道：&#8221;我們很善於購買商業伺服器，並且改造他們為我們所用，最後把性能壓榨和發揮到極致，以致有時候他們熱得像要融化了似的。&#8221;</p>

<p>谷歌喜歡規模化的伺服器運行方式。當有成百上千台機器時，定制伺服器的優勢也會成倍增加，效果也會更趨明顯。谷歌正在俄勒岡州哥倫比亞河邊的達勒斯市建造一個佔地30畝的數據中心，在那兒它可以獲得運算和降溫需要的低價水力電力能源（參見邊欄《谷歌數據中心自有一套》）。</p>
<p>谷歌以&#8221;單元&#8221;（Cell）的形式組織這些運行Linux作業系統的伺服器，迪博納把這種形式比喻成互聯網服務的&#8221;磁片驅動器&#8221;（但別和一直謠傳的谷歌存儲服務Gdrive混淆了，&#8221;並沒有Gdrive這回事。&#8221;一位谷歌女發言人明確表示。），公司的軟體程式都駐紮在這些並不昂貴的電腦機箱裏，由程式員決定它們的冗余工作量。這種由很多單元組成的文件系統代替了商業存儲設備；迪博納表示谷歌這些單元設備更易於建造和維護，他還暗示他們能處理更大規模的數據。</p>
<p>谷歌不會漏過對任何技術細節的關注。多年來，公司的工程師就在研究微處理器的內部工作機制，隨著谷歌規模的持續壯大，必然會用到特別定制和調節過的晶片。知名工程師路易斯·巴羅索（Luiz Barroso）去年在一篇發表在工業雜誌上的論文中證實，近年來谷歌的主要負荷都由單核設計的系統承擔著。但許多伺服器端的應用，如谷歌搜索索引服務，所需的並行計算在單核晶片的指令級別上執行得並不好。</p>
<p>曾在數據設備公司（Digital Equipment）和康柏公司（Compaq）當過晶片設計師的巴羅索認為，隨著AMD公司、英特爾公司（Intel）、太陽電腦系統公司（Sun）開始製造多核晶片，必將會出現越來越多晶片級別的並行計算。</p>

<p>正是從Sawzall這些工具裏體現出谷歌對計算效率的執著關注。並不是每家公司都能從底層去解決效率問題，但是對谷歌來說，為常規關係型數據庫無法容納的大規模數據集專門設計一種編程語言是完全合理的。即使其他編程工具可以解決問題，谷歌的工程師們仍然會為了追求效率而另外開發一套定制方案。谷歌工程師認為，Sawzall能與C++中的MapReduce相媲美，而且它更容易編寫一些。</p>
<p>谷歌對效率的關注使它不可能對標準Linux內核感到滿意；谷歌會根據自己的需要運行修改過的內核版本。通過調整Linux的底層性能，谷歌工程師們在提高了整體系統可靠性的基礎上，還一併解決了數據損壞和數據瓶頸等一系列棘手問題。對內核的修改也使谷歌的電腦集群系統因為通信效率的提高而運行得更快。中國經濟網 經濟博客H l N&#8221;Fg~V <br />當然，谷歌偶爾也會出現系統故障，情況一旦發生，無數的用戶就會受到影響了。三年前一次持續30分鐘的系統故障使20%的搜索流量受到影響。</p>
<p>谷歌開發了自己的網站伺服器卻沒有使用開源的Apache伺服器，儘管它在網站伺服器的市場佔有率超過60%。迪博納認為，谷歌的網站伺服器可以運行在更多數量的主機上，對谷歌站點上內容龐大又彼此互相依賴的應用程式來說，這種伺服器的負載均衡能力遠比Apache的能力更高。同時，在用標準公共網關介面（CGI）訪問數據庫動態網頁方面，谷歌伺服器的編程難度要比Apache更高，但是最終運行速度卻更快。&#8221;如果我們能夠壓榨出10%～20%的性能，我們就可以節省出更多系統資源、電量和人力了。&#8221;迪博納在總結中指出。 <br />谷歌還設計了自己的客戶關係管理（CRM）系統用於支援自己基於競價和點擊的互聯網廣告收費業務。但對是否需要設計自己的工具，谷歌的態度也不是一成不變的。比如在財會軟體上，它就使用了甲骨文公司（Oracle）的Financials軟體。</p>
<p>美林拿著一隻叉子舉例說明現成的產品也可以帶來價值。但在有些場合現成的軟體產品就不一定適用了。&#8221;我們的文化在各個層面對我們的運作都有深遠影響，&#8221;他表示，&#8221;所以我們不想讓購買所得的工具改變我們的工作方式和文化層面。&#8221;</p>
<p>谷歌沒有透露它在IT上的開銷。Susquehanna 金融集團（Susquehanna Financial Group）分析師瑪麗安·沃爾克（Marianne Wolk）估計今年上半年谷歌在IT上的花費高達三億美元，相當於在此期間谷歌全部收入的30%。而在過去幾年間，谷歌把全部收入的50%花在了IT上。現在，隨著公司的發展，IT開銷比例正在下降，其他領域如房地產業的投入正在增加。</p>

<p>此外，谷歌的招聘跟蹤系統能自動聚合應聘者的各種資訊，為招聘經理提供候選人的工作簡歷，建議的面試問題，在招聘之後還會自動發送電子郵件詢問招聘方對應聘人選的意見。工作面試包括邏輯問題、編寫代碼、討論軟體架構，和其他任何可以使谷歌相信應聘者具有快速學習新技術能力的證明，因為谷歌是不會讓它的員工長時間只幹一件事情的。</p>
<p>許多小型和短期的項目意味著基於任務表的傳統項目管理方式的軟體不適用於谷歌。比如，他們的技術人員都不擅于總結自己的時間分配計劃。他們更擅長的是寫下每日工作相關的簡短介紹或是代碼片斷。這些內容會定期和小組領導提交的項目更新資訊一起彙編到數據庫裏，項目管理系統根據輸入內容的主題，加上標簽把它們轉發給相關人員。美林認為，&#8221;這樣的系統還算不上真正的人工智慧。&#8221;但是，除了谷歌還有哪家公司會這樣管理員工呢？</p>
<p>績效考核也採用了類似的技術機制。谷歌的&#8221;Perf績效&#8221;系統讓經理們寫電子郵件（當然還是先由電腦而非人工進行分析），郵件描述了員工在項目中表現的優劣。同事們則會收到另一封來自系統的電子郵件要求他們對比該員工與其他谷歌員工。Perf系統自動分析所有反饋資訊，對員工對比結果進行評估，並把結果公開。這正是美林想要的效果，技術讓工作關係變得更加透明和人性化。可以預見，雖然打開窗戶的同時也會放進蒼蠅，但美林表示凡事總有缺憾。&#8221;飛速發展的同時，還必須保護我們的企業文化，&#8221;他說，&#8221;這能讓我們保持清醒。&#8221;</p>
<p>對谷歌的方式，有人持不同意見。2004年因兼併加入谷歌市場部門的某工作人員，就由於缺乏資源和支援而辭職。&#8221;從IT工程師角度看，谷歌的確是個了不起的地方，&#8221;這位前僱員說，&#8221;但是，從商業或市場角度看，它就未見得如人們想像的那麼出色。&#8221;</p>

<p>甄選企業文化 <br />谷歌員工可以按照自己的需要和興趣選擇PC的作業系統，包括Linux、Mac OS和Windows。很多人使用公司自產的程式，如谷歌桌面（Google Desktop）、谷歌地圖、購並的線上Writely文字處理軟體，以及最近研發的谷歌電子數據表（Google Spreadsheets）。在一般情況下，如果公司的某位員工需要某種特定軟體，他不用費太多週折就可以通過公司內部網提出申請而獲准使用。</p>
<p>當被問及谷歌在使用哪些商業PC軟體時，美林閃爍其辭。&#8221;重要的不是我們在每台桌面電腦上安裝了什麼程式，而是我們對安裝了什麼電腦程式所持的態度，&#8221;他含糊地表示，</p>

<p>谷歌用內部開發的技術解決數據中心管理的一些難題。現在谷歌已擁有性能更佳的自製冷卻空氣擋板和機架伺服器的風扇安裝設計專利。美國專利與商標局已授予谷歌23項專利，還有14項專利申請待審批中。這還不包括那些通過購並獲得的專利以及美國以外的專利。</p>

<p>setelah sampai dikuburan, layon dipindahkan dari bade ke wadag untuk dilakukan prosesi ngaben bersama wadag tersebut. Wadag merupakan sebagai simbol kendaraan sang roh menuju ke alam roh (swah loka).</p>

<p>setelah menjalani berbagai tahap upacara ngaben barulah dilakukan pembakaran layon. Hindu percaya manusia terdiri dari 5 unsur(api,tanah,air,udara,ether) dan jika manusia tersebut meninggal maka harus dikembalikan seperti semula. Pembakaran layon merupakan prosesi untuk mengembalikan layon menjadi unsur api,tanah, dan udara.</p>

<p>First thing first, what is an SEO Backlink? How is it different from backlink?</p>
<p>Quoting the definition from Wikipedia, “Backlinks are incoming links to a website or web page.”</p>
<p>Technically, a backlink looks like this:</p>

<p>Backlinks are important, especially in determining the PageRank of your web page. But to rank high in organic search result, especially in Google, the most popular search engine, you need more than just backlink. You need SEO Backlink.</p>
<p>The difference?</p>
<p>Here’s my definition of SEO Backlink: “SEO backlinks are incoming links to a website or web page, with keywords in the link title (a.k.a anchor text).”</p>
<p>Technically, an SEO backlink looks like this:</p>

Actually, in the whole scheme of marketing your website on the net, <strong>PageRank counts big time</strong>. And in more ways than one.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">For years Google has been downplaying the important of PageRank and states it’s only one of about 200 ranking factors which determines how Google ranks its index for keywords. Obtaining top organic rankings for popular lucrative keywords in Google simply means money in the bank. Actually, even a movement of only one or two places on those first page SERPs (Search Engine Results Pages) can make a major difference to any online marketer’s bottom line.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Now while you can have a lower PR number and still rank above other higher PR pages for your chosen keywords, other might have even had many times when <strong>their PR drops but their actual SERPs rankings in Google goes up</strong>, mainly due to building related relevant backlinks. So <strong>PageRank counts little towards your keyword rankings</strong> but it can’t be totally dismissed.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Mainly because, even if <strong>PR is just one ranking factor</strong>, in close competitive keyword battles  just one ranking factor such as high <strong>PR can make the difference of whether or not you get to the top spot</strong>. Big dogs are still jumping and for those of us who know how to count, getting a number one spot in Google makes all the difference in the world.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;">Not only because Google controls roughly 80% of all search engine traffic, but more importantly Google has established unmatched credibility and brand recognition in the eyes of potential customers visiting your site. Web users trust Google. Web users look to Google for guidance and direction. Web users believe what Google is telling them. In the online world, rightly or wrongly, perception is everything. Google is king of online search and no other search engine even comes close to Google.</p>
<p style="text-align:justify;"><strong>PageRank is Google’s ranking system</strong>, and in the eyes of those who notice these things, it still wheels tremendous influence and power. By default, <strong>PageRank is Google’s opinion of your site</strong>, and web users can count (at least to 10) and if Google believes people are still not counting when it comes to PageRank, then they are fully mistaken.</p>

<h3>Wat is de PageRank van een website?</h3>
<p>PageRank is een <strong>theoretisch waardeoordeel</strong> van je website. Het werd ontworpen door Larry Page van Google (vandaar &#8220;Page&#8221;-rank). Het geeft de <strong>populariteit</strong> van een site weer. Google gaat ervan uit dat een site van hoge waarde door veel mensen zal bezocht worden. Bovendien zijn er veel externe sites die links leggen naar waardevolle sites. Afhankelijk van de belangrijkheid geeft PageRank een cijfer tussen 0 en 10 aan een site.</p>
<h3>Waarom is PageRank belangrijk voor een website?</h3>
<p>Hoe hoger de waarde van een website, hoe gemakkelijker de site <strong>bovenaan de zoekresultaten</strong> zal worden weergegeven met de juiste zoekwoorden. Algemeen wordt aangenomen dat het positief effect van een goede PageRank begint vanaf PR-3. Sites met een lagere quotering hebben zeker een probleem. Websites met een ranking vanaf <strong>PR-3 of hoger</strong> krijgen een duidelijk voordeel voor hun werking met de zoekmachines ten opzichte van hun concurrenten die lager scoren. Daarom is het voor iedereen belangrijk om een zo hoog mogelijke PageRank na te streven</p>
<h3>Wat kun je doen om de PageRank te verbeteren van je website?</h3>
<p>Er zijn twee belangrijke domeinen waar je kan op werken om de PageRank van je website te verhogen: <strong>Inhoud en Populariteit</strong>. Deze beide zaken staan met elkaar in verband. Hoe waardevoller de inhoud, hoe meer bezoekers en links je site bekomt. M.a.w. automatisch verhoogt de populariteit. Dit zorgt voor een hogere PageRank. Prima sites krijg je met een PR vanaf 5 of 6. Hoe krijg je nu een hoog rankingcijfer.</p>
<h4>1. Zorg voor zoveel mogelijk links van en naar je site.</h4>
<p>Je kunt proberen <strong>zelf</strong> zo veel mogelijk <strong>links te leggen</strong> naar populaire websites. Dat is het eenvoudigste. Je kunt ook een aantal <strong>interne links</strong> leggen naar andere pagina&#8217;s van je eigen site. Veel belangrijker is het om zoveel mogelijk links van andere websites naar jouw site te krijgen. Dat zijn <strong>backlinks</strong>. Voor beide geldt het principe: hoe waardevoller de site is waarmee gelinkt wordt, hoe beter voor de ranking. En de links van externe sites naar jouw website zijn veel waardevoller dan links die je zelf legt.</p>
<p>Hoe krijg je links van andere websites naar de jouwe? Je kan je<strong> klanten en leveranciers</strong> vragen om een link naar je website te leggen. Per slot van rekening heb je gelijklopende belangen. Nog een prima idee is het aanmelden van je website op huub- of <strong>portaalwebsites</strong>. Deze worden immers door veel mensen bezocht en geven een goede score voor je PageRank. Op dergelijke manier links verzamelen is wel heel arbeidsintensief. Maar het loont.</p>
<p>Een aparte plaats neemt <strong>de webcatalogus dmoz</strong> in voor de ranking. Alle pagina&#8217;s die er in worden opgenomen zijn persoonlijk door de redacteurs gecontroleerd en goedgekeurd op hun relevantie. Daardoor hecht Google er grote waarde aan. Bovendien neemt Google alle links van dmoz automatisch over in haar eigen webgids. Websites die vermeld staan in <a href="http://dmoz.be/">dmoz.be</a> scoren zeker extra punten voor hun PageRank.</p>
<h4>2. Zorg voor waardevolle, relevante inhoud.</h4>
<p>Hoe nuttiger de inhoud van je website, <strong>hoe vaker mensen</strong> je zullen bezoeken. Websites die heel waardevol zijn worden vaak bewaard bij de favorieten. Ze worden aanbevolen bij vrienden en ze kennen een hoge PageRank. Zorg er wel voor dat je <strong>inhoud up-to-date</strong> blijft. Het is dus zaak om constant te werken om een nuttige inhoud te bekomen en te behouden.</p>
<p>Zorg er ook voor dat je inhoud goed gestructureerd wordt weergegeven. Verzorg bijzonder goed je <strong>HTML structuur</strong>. In de eerste paragraaf zet je inhoud waar veel gebruikte zoekwoorden in verwerkt worden. De opbouw van je teksten moet een duidelijk H1, H2, H3 patroon hebben. Foto&#8217;s worden niet gelezen door zoekmachines. Bijschriften echter wel. Zorg er voor dat ze duidelijk, wervend en altijd aanwezig zijn.</p>
<p>Let er wel op dat zoekmachines <strong>graag evoluties zien</strong>, nooit revoluties. Het is aan te bevelen om constant je teksten bij te werken, uit te breiden, nieuwe inhoud toe te voegen, enz. Vermijd echter om alle inhoud plots te vervangen door een volledig nieuwe. Dan moet je weer terug beginnen met historiek op te bouwen bij de zoekrobots. En dat kost tijd. Daarom laat je website constant evolueren.</p>
<h4>3. Voer 1x per jaar een technisch onderhoud aan je website door.</h4>
<p>Een hoge PageRank krijg je enkel als je website <strong>technisch prima werkt</strong>. Verdwenen pagina&#8217;s of afgebroken links leveren strafpunten op doordat de spiders of indexprogramma&#8217;s vastlopen. Om zeker te zijn dat je website ook technisch in orde blijft, is een jaarlijks technisch onderhoud aangewezen. Je laat je wagen toch ook regelmatig keuren bij de technische controle.</p>
<p>Voor een <strong>jaarlijks technisch onderhoud</strong> controleren wij vooreerst of alle links nog werken. Zowel de links naar andere websites als deze tussen de pagina&#8217;s onderling. We kijken de backlinks na en controleren de sitemap. Broken links en pagina&#8217;s worden verwijderd. We kijken de ingebouwde zoekwoorden na en actualiseren deze lijst indien nodig. Eventueel wordt de beschijving voor de website bijgewerkt. Tot slot melden wij de website terug aan bij de voornaamste Belgische zoekmachines.</p>
<p>Voor <strong>CMS websites</strong> is een jaarlijks technisch onderhoud een noodzaak. Naast een broken link controle updaten wij het basisprogramma. We brengen het dan terug in de meest actuele versie. Alle security updates worden geïnstalleerd. We zuiveren de databanken uit en we ledigen de cache geheugens. Hierdoor wordt de CMS website telkens gemoderniseerd en versnelt de werking terug.</p>
<h3>Besluit.</h3>
<p>Een hoge PageRank is noodzakelijk indien je website <strong>hoog wilt scoren</strong> in de zoekresultaten. Om dit bekomen moet je constant werken aan een waardevolle inhoud en aan een zo groot mogelijke populariteit. En ook een jaarlijks technisch onderhoud is belangrijk en onmisbaar voor een goede website.</p>

<p>Antes de começar, o mais importante onde seu blog vai ser hospedado, no final do texto procure a palavra chave blogs.Vamos ao que realmente importa!</p>
<p>1º &#8211; Defina claramente seu nicho ou público alvo, se você não sabe o que é um nicho ou público alvo, ai vai um luz: Um segmento pequeno de pessoas ou organizações que demandam uma oferta específica de produto, serviço ou conteúdo. <strong>Um breve exemplo</strong>: o  nicho do nosso blog é um grupo de pessoas que possuem uma empresa ou negócio, e tem interesse em promover seu produto ou serviço, faz isso sozinho e usa a internet para isto. <p>3º &#8211; Defina o tema  que o blog vai tratar, <strong>com base no seu nicho e objetivos</strong>, pesquise o tema em buscadores, encontre os principais blogs sobre o tema ou tema paralelo. <strong>Um breve exemplo: </strong>Já que nosso público alvo são empresários ou micro empresários e nossos objetivos são leva-los a <a href="http://www.orkut.com.br/Main#Community?cmm=95012691" target="_blank">participar da nossa comunidade</a> e promover no Orkut ou traze-los a promover na internet, então nosso tema é promoção virtual e divulgação na internet, pesquisei no http://blogsearch.google.com.br/ o termo &#8220;promoção virtual&#8221; e obtive 54 blogs que de alguma maneira citaram esse termo em seus posts.</p>
<p>4º Defina como vai <strong>promover seu blog</strong>, é ótimo escrever sobre alguma coisa, <span style="text-decoration:underline;">mas quem vai ler?</span> Li esses dias em uma das minhas viagem na rede, mas não me lembro bem onde!  (acho que na rede de blogs publicados pelo pessoal da MEDIA FACTORY) uma dica que dizia o seguinte:&#8221; <em>é mais fácil ser encontrado, do que tentar ser achado</em>,&#8221; se você escrever bem o conteúdo, seu público alvo vai encontra-lo, mas mesmo assim existem algumas dicas:</p>
<p>- Ganhe um ponto na <strong>determinação do PageRank</strong> , todas as vezes que você posta um comentário em um blog ou site, isso gera um link para seu blog e isso faz você ganhar um ponto a mais nos buscadores, quem tiver mais pontos <span style="text-decoration:underline;">aparece entre os primeiros lugares nas buscas</span>. Para entender melhor esse sistema visite o link listado no final do post na palavra chave PageRank.</p>
<p>- Participe das r<strong>edes sociais</strong>, existem muitas redes hoje em dia, e cada uma para <span style="text-decoration:underline;">um universo de pessoas diferentes</span>, procure uma para interagir com <em>o seu público alvo</em>, participe ativamente e marque sua presença (dá um trabalhão e leva tempo) criando comunidades, fazendo amizades e criando <span style="text-decoration:underline;">relações de troca, </span>seja de conteúdo, conhecimento ou influência ( Jefrey Gitomer já escreveu: &#8220;<em>A maneira mais fácil de conseguir o que se quer, é dar aos outros o que eles querem</em>&#8220;) No final do post veja os links da palavra chave redes sociais.</p>
<p>Uma breve conclusão: Não estamos aqui para discutir a importância dos blogs, mas o que era antes uma ferramenta juvenil, transformou-se em uma <em>ferramenta de comunicação para dialogar com diversos públicos de maneira simples, fácil, prática e dinâmica.</em></p>
<p>Portanto se a sua empresa ou negócio pretende influenciar a decisão de compra, fortalecer uma marca, lançar tendências ou simplesmente ser lembrado, esta é uma excelente maneira &#8220;blogar&#8221;.</p>

Devo dire che, ultimamente,  questa curiosità è ripagata da tante soluzioni inattese che trovo installate. Se prima ci si trovava sempre davanti a Internet Explorer classico, ora i browser iniziano ad essere davvero tanti o arricchiti da tool e funzionalità diverse tra loro.</p>
<p>In particolare uno dei browser al momento più diffusi è Mozilla Firefox, davvero più elegante di Explorer e soprattutto ricco di funzionalità e add-on scaricabili gratuitamente.</p>
<p>Per noi che abbiamo a che fare con PageRank, indicizzazioni, link a ritroso, google trends e cose simili per Mozilla Firefox esiste un tool facilmente scaricabile che si chiama <a href="http://training.seobook.com/" target="_blank">Seobook</a>, che consente di avere sulla barra dei menù del browser una serie di indici SEO già molto utili, oltre ad offrire training e risorse per il webmarketing disponibili sul sito stesso.</p>
