Pecan Coffee Baked Brie

This might have been my favorite thing on the table…  I’m a sucker for brie.  I used this awesome recipe form Noble Pig.  I couldn’t find a good size round of brie so I ended up using two triangles which resulted in an oozy mess in my baking dish, but the overall effect was the same, if not as pretty.   45 more words
