Sinopsis:

Para Tom, la vida es maravillosa: es sexy, triunfador, tiene éxito con las mujeres y sabe que siempre podrá confiar en su mejor amiga, la encantadora Hannah. Todo va bien hasta que Hannah se va seis semanas a Escocia por trabajo. Tom se da cuenta de que su vida está vacía sin ella y decide pedirle matrimonio cuando regrese de su viaje. El problema es que Hannah vuelve prometida y le pide a Tom que sea su “dama de honor”. Bueno, al menos siempre es más fácil parar una boda desde dentro.

Opinión:

Hollywood debe de tener una especie de maquina para pre-fabricar comedias románticas a tutiplen cada año, en las que casi siempre se repiten los mismos esquemas, los mismos clichés, las mismas bromas y por supuesto al final el chico acaba con la chica, por muchos impedimentos que le pongan. Y esta comedia no se sale de la linea ni por un milímetro. Y ante la falta de originalidad uno espera que por lo menos le divierta, pero si tampoco consigue eso, mal vamos.

El rompebragas y la mojigata

Vale, tanto Patrick Dempsey como Michelle Monaghan lo hacen bastante bien y por ahí tenemos a Sydney Pollack, grandioso como siempre, en su último papel antes de palmarla, y el resto de secundarios cumplen sin reparos, pero ¿y la gracia? ¿El humor? Es que nada de nada, y para colmo si la historia te la sabes de memoria y conoces como va a acabar, lo único que estas deseando es que llegue el final. Por no hablar del horripilante doblaje, ¿porque todos los escoceses hablan como Michael Robinson con resaca?

¡Azotame, perra!

Lo que esta claro es que este tipo de films tiene su publico fiel, y por tanto son comerciales al cien por cien. Pero uno sigue esperando a que le sorprendan de algún modo, y no ver la misma película con distintas caras.

Eu havia decidido que o próximo texto seria voltado à música, mas como ainda não consegui dar um jeito de por no WordPress aquele tocador online, vou falar um pouco mais do mesmo que já vem sendo dito aqui.

Embora o título possa, dependendo da maldade existente no pensamento de quem lê, não vou falar sobre garotas que ficam curiosas em saber como é se envolver com outras garotas ou que experimentam coisas inovadora quanto ao sexo, isso eu deixo para meus pensamentos. Falarei sobre algo que ouvi nos últimos dias. Ouvi comentários em relação a como as mulheres enxergam os homens, ou o que esperam quanto à forma que nós agimos. Uma das garotas, falando sobre um carinha que ela havia conhecido, disse-me que adorava o jeito dele porque ele a ignorava. “Adoro homem que me rejeita”. Dito assim, sem medo de ser feliz. Mas será que é isso mesmo? Um amigo meu disse que sim e que mulher gosta mesmo é de sofrer.

Eu não concordo.

A primeira coisa que deve ser dita é que a garota é realmente bonita, do tipo que até outras garotas admitiriam. Com certeza ela deve estar acostumada com os caras dando em cima dela, tentando se desdobrar para conseguir aquele fica o qual ele pode contar no dia seguinte para os amigos “eu peguei uma loira linda ontem…”

"Tudo pra você ficar comigo!"

A segunda coisa a ser dita é que, talvez seja até redundância, toda mulher é vaidosa. Se uma garota diz que fica ofendida ao ouvir uma piadinha ou uma buzinada de alguém que passou de carro ela está mentindo. Toda mulher gosta de ter atenção, e muitas vezes, de ser o próprio centro das atenções, principalmente daquele homem que ela pegaria fácil. Nós, homens, devemos encarar isso como algo estranho, até mesmo anormal? Óbvio que não. A vaidade da mulher é equivalente aos nossos egos marcadores de territórios.

O ponto mais importante dessa história não é o fato de ele a rejeitar, mas sim a curiosidade dela em entender porque que ele simplesmente não quer nada com ela. Basta a manifestação de desinteresse para que ela fique encanada, tentando entender se não é tão bonita ou tão inteligente ou tão interessante assim. Quando ela vê que ele não tem nada demais, que sequer é bonito, a dúvida pode se tornar ainda maior, despertando algo que em circunstâncias normais talvez não existisse: a atração pelo agente rejeitador.

Parece coerente? Para mim sim.

Já que estou falando sobre curiosidade despertada, deixem-me falar sobre outro ponto. Uma vez eu conheci uma garota que dizia não confiar em suas amigas perto do seu namorado, principalmente pelo fato de ela ser muito bonita e ele não. A princípio eu não entendi, mas com dois minutos a mais de conversa eu entendi bem. Vocês já assistiram Namorada de Aluguel, aquele filme com o Patrick Dempsey, atual galã do Greys Anatomy? Se não, você não assistiu sessão da tarde suficiente; se já, clique no vídeo abaixo e tenha um momento nostálgico.

“É a dança do tamanduá africano!”

Resumindo: caso as amigas de uma garota a vejam com um cara com quem elas não a imaginariam, e não a vejam saindo de dentro de um carro zero lindo ou de uma loja chique cheia de presentes, a primeira coisa que elas vão se perguntar é “o que esse cara tem?”, da mesma forma que acontece no filme citado.

De repente é como se acendesse uma luz e ela percebesse que a amiga está com ele porque ele é um cara gentil, atencioso, mas ela nunca tinha notado porque se apegava ao superficial; ou então eles estão juntos por um motivo mais banal como o de ele ter 23 centímetros de pênis e ser um mago na cama. O importante é saber que ela vai querer ver o que ele tem de tão bom e que tem que provar para julgar se é mesmo tão bom assim. Estas não são palavras minhas, foram-me ditas. Eu apenas não pude discordar.

E as garotas, discordam?

Den evige ungkarlen Tom (Patrick Dempsey) inser inte att han älskar sin bästa vän Hannah (Michelle Monaghan), förrän hon är förlovad med en annan man. När hon ber honom att vara hennes brudtärna på bröllopet får han svårt att fullgöra sina åtaganden, men frågan är om han ska våga avslöja sina sanna känslor för bruden innan det är försent?

Rätt påkostad romantisk komedi som i och för sig inte är dålig, men som heller inte har tillräckligt för att sticka ut. Det blir tyvärr en rätt intetsägande bagatell som har svårt att, inom samma genre, mäta sig med exempelvis den betydligt bättre The Proposal.

¿Los cirujanos realmente usan pañales? Bueno, depende a quien le preguntes.

De cualquier forma, no fue algo tan lejano el decidir usar pañales. Nuestros doctores son rudos por naturaleza. Combinando eso con la amenaza que sienten por los residentes del Mercy West, podrán entender por qué harán todo por ganar.

Como Lexie le dice a Jackson, si ella necesita orinar en un pañal para ayudar a Derek a superar una cirugía imposible, ella orinará en un pañal. Lo cual, claro, pone a Cristina celosisima.

Cristina tenía un pie dentro para ganar ese concurso de meter un lapiz en un vaso…pero luego falló. Le pasa a los mejores de nosotros. Eso dejo a Owen teniendo que lidiar con el hecho de que su novia estaba deseando ponerse un pañal. Admitanlo, no es una imagen sexy.

Pero creo que hablando de la naturaleza general de Owen, él ha encontrado una manera de aceptar eso, aún regalandole a Cristina una maraton de cirugias para animarla.

Y luego, cuando Derek estropeo su plan, él fue muy sexy a enseñarle a Cristina una manera de trabajar con el microscopio. Debes admitirlo, el tipo es un novio bastante genial. (Javi; Hablando por mi, no lo creo asi xD)

Habalando de un novio genial… Lo siento, digo de un esposo genial…

Derek Shepherd.

Este episodio se sintió diferente. Como lo notaron probablemente, tratamos de experimentar más esta temporada. Y es probablemente incomodo para algunos de ustedes. Lo fue para mi.

En retrospectiva, estoy realmente encantado de haber contado esta historia de esta manera. Como Derek dice en la narración, lo que lo llevó a la cirugía fue la calma. La profunda, intensa, extensa concentración que requiere.

Y este episodio realmente refleja eso. Fue más calmado que un episodio tipico. Más de mente pequeña. Derek fue nuestro foco de atención. Y realmente, un excelente personaje del cual ver un episodio.

Mirar a Patrick Dempsey en tu pantalla y sin poder ayudar, ves lo mucho que dice sin decir nada. El tipo puede darte un soliloquio entero en una mirada.

Ese es un talento raro, y realmente quisimos usarlo como ventaja.

Eso además se junto con el tiempo perfecto para hacer nuestro episodio centrado en Derek, ya que, tuvimos muy poco tiempo para grabar a Ellen Pompeo (8 semanas y media tenia Ellen cuando se grabaron estas escenas).

Tipicamente, si Derek hará una cirugía unica en la vida, Meredith debia estar a su lado. Pero ya que fisicamente no podía, tuvimos que estar ahi para él en una manera distinta.

Aún no hay señales de Izzie. Ella está aún en Dios sabe donde y no le dice a Alex donde es. Lo cual es severo. Claro, el tipo intenta pretender que no le importa donde esta o si se aparece o no para su tratamiento de I.L – 2, pero todos sabemos que es su manera de lidiar con sus problemas.

¿Quién no aparece para un tratamiento de I.L-2 que le está salvando la vida?

Por ultimo, pero no menos importante, me gustaría a aplaudirle a Chandra Wilson. Ella actua, canta, y ahora dirige…y a veces todo al mismo tiempo. Tengo el presentimiento de que Chandra es del tipo de persona que es buena en todo lo que hace. Ustedes saben, como del tipo de esa persona que eran u envidiaban en el colegio.

¿Habrá algo que no pueda hacer? el actor de Grey’s Anatomy, Patrick Dempsey, es un hombre con muchos talentos, y en el programa mostro sus habilidades para los malabares, en el programa de ABC, ‘Good Morning America’

El nativo de Maine, una vez aspiro a ser parte de un circo en su juventud, asi que es una pequeña sorpresa la que pudo mostrar, pero aún asi, les encantará.

En retrospectiva estoy muy orgulloso de haber contado la historia de esta forma. Tal como dice Derek en la reflexión, lo que le condujo a ser cirujano fue la calma. Centrarse profunda e intensamente, a su tiempo, algo requerido para lograr acabar una maratoniana cirugía donde cualquier error puede resultar la muerte. Y la verdad es que este episodio lo refleja. Es más tranquilo que uno cualquiera. Más centrado en uno mismo. Derek es nuestro único foco de atención. Y realmente, qué personaje tan increíble con el que pasar todo un capítulo. Ver a Patrick Dempsey en tu pantalla y no poder ayudar pero estar atrapado en cuanto él dice sin decir nada. El tío puede hacerte un soliloquio con sólo una mirada. Es un talento raro, y de verdad queríamos usarlo a nuestro favor en un episodio sobre quietud y paz.

Brody Jenner was on Live with Regis and Kelly Wednesday.  The show was radiating with dreamy guys as McDreamy himself, Patrick Dempsey, was also a guest.

Brody appeared on the show in dark denim jeans, a black dress shirt and tie, with a gray sport coat.  He finished the mixed look in typical Brody fashion, with black tennis shoes.

Last time Brody was on the show it was just ahead of his show Bromance airing, and Brody and Regis had a bromantic date in its honor.  Brody said he chose Luke on Bromance, but he’s no Regis Philbin.  Brody claims that Luke lives in LA now and he still hangs out with him.  We find that hard to believe.  Plus, wasn’t Luke supposed to be living in Brody’s condo?

Regis asked Brody how he felt about being one of the hottest bachelors (on someone’s list), and Brody blushed and felt uncomfortable.  But, when asked where this hot bachelor takes girls on first dates, he was completely in his zone, and said:

“Well, I met my girlfriend at the Playboy mansion, so that was a little different.  But obviously you follow it up with a nice dinner, and you do something where you can hang out with them.  I personally like to go out for the first date with a group of friends just in case it doesn’t go well.  It’s always good to have a backup plan, otherwise you’re stuck. “

On to theHills.  Regis still doesn’t get it.  He’ll never get the concept.  In his defense, no one really gets it these days.  After Brody’s next comment, you’ll be even more baffled.

“It’s real.  It really is real.  A lot of people have that question is it real is it fake. I think that’s what makes theHills so unique is they try to make it seem like a scripted show, but all the things that happen are real.”

Regis, still baffled asks whether there’s directions instructing them where they should be and go.  “No, not at all.  I have anxiety every time I go to work because now Kristin Cavallari’s on the show,” he said implying that the show is real and it invokes real emotions.

Reg and Kelly confirmed that Kristin was good looking and his ex-girlfriend and asked what was wrong with Kristin for letting the hottest bachelor go.  But we all know, it’s complicated.

Still not letting up, Regis asked when Brody says “he’s going to work”, is he going to a set?  Brody said no, but admitted the producers do tell them where to go sometimes.  “Aha!,” Regis said finally letting his mind rest assured that theHills is fake in at least some way.  Still, Brody invited Regis to be on theHills and hit up a club with him.  As for Kelly, Brody says she can be his girlfriend on the show.

Even though Regis eventually cracked the code, we kind of respect Brody for trying to keep the integrity of the show in tact.  Although we appreciated Kristin and Lauren’s honesty in owning up to the faux aspects of the show, even though  Kristin may have taken it a little too far at times seeming to bite the hand that feeds. Even Audrina is taking the honesty approach going so far to say people shouldn’t even watch theHills.

“In the final act, all bets are off.” Says Patrick Dempsey’s Detective Kincaid in the third installment of the popular horror series Scream.

His character is joined by a handful of new characters for the new sequel. Dempsey’s Detective is on the case as a new killer is knocking off cast members of the fictional movie, “Stab 3″.

Familiar faces like Courtney Cox, David Arquette, Neve Campbell and Liev Schrieber all return for another go with the man in the spook mask. And one of these key characters will die before the movie is done.

This sequel of Scream is a lot more in tune with the original film then the second film. The second film had more gore and terror then this film. What made the first so enjoyable was its mixture of humor and horror.

And the humor seems to be back for this sequel. Putting aside the classic styled horror scene involving voluptuous Jenny McCarthy, Scream 3 has a lot of new horror gimmicks and surprises to offer.

As is important in all films that try to end with a trilogy, Scream 3 brings us full circle and back to Woodsboro. Diving deep into the mysterious past of Sidney Prescott’s mother, the film brings back the cast and a new secret. This secret is what is at the heart of the film.

What is great about Scream 3 was how it did return to its roots and didn’t hit us over the head with a ludicrous villain like in the second film.

All the new-comers to the trilogy aid to the chemistry and aren’t just fresh meat. Scream 3 is a great wrap up for the series.

Back from a long hiatus. What have I been watching thus far? Well…

The Proposal – Sandra Bullock is the fire-breathing, man-eating incarnation of Meryl Streep’s Miranda Priestly (The Devil Wears Prada), albeit a watered down, less scarier, version. She is a Canadian book editor who faces deportation if she does not fix her visa status soon. Enter nice book editor’s assistant, the secretly rich, quiet Ryan Reynolds who reluctantly agrees to marry her so she can get a spouse visa. Sparks fly. Dogs fly. Guess how it ends? Sidebar: I am sorry. I could not finish this. I just feel that Sandra Bullock is too old to be in romantic comedies. Why can she not be like other fortysomething Hollywood movie stars and star in a movie where she actually acts her age?!?

I Could Never Be Your Woman -  Michelle Pfeiffer is a successful TV executive producer and a single mom juggling between the responsibilities of work and home. Enter Paul Rudd as the young break out actor who falls for her. Sparks fly. Cute one-liners fly. Movie falls flat. Amy Heckerling directed this. So that makes you scratch your head. I do not know why this one has not done better. Perhaps it is because they were trying to pass Michelle Pfeiffer and Paul Rudd off as younger, trying to make a non-issue as an issue, trying to make a conflict out of nothing, trying to make a movie that just does not quite compute.

Garden State – Zach Braff plays a young struggling New York actor cum waiter who comes home for his mother’s funeral. Estranged from his father, alienated from his hometown, the character does not know what to do and I do not know what to make of this film as well. Natalie Portman is thrown in in the middle of the mix as a chronic liar with epileptic fits, but even her charm does not save this movie. The problem? Nothing happens. Literally nothing happens in the movie, the whole entire time.

The Sweetest Thing – I know this is an old one, but since I had to go through it, I might as well write about it. Cameron Diaz and her lady friends spend their time hanging out and hooking up (unfortunately not with each other). Apparently they all have issues. Cameron Diaz’s character is afraid of relationships, and her other two friends cannot just have enough sex (in fact, Selma Blair’s character’s jaw gets stuck in an uncompromising position while doing it) and…well, that’s it really.

The Heartbreak Kid – Ben Stiller has relationship issues. Encouraged by family and friends (note to self: never listen to family and friends), he proposes to the first woman he meets on the street and she turns out to be a total psycho (creepy that). On their honeymoon, he meets the perfect woman (Michelle Monaghan). Sparks fly. Lies fly. Fights ensue. This one is actually funny.

Made of Honor – Patrick Dempsey has relationship issues. He is bestfriends with Michelle Monaghan and is in love with her but does not realize it until she leaves for Scotland and comes back with a rich Scottish fiance. Sparks fly. Montages fly.  Guess how it ends?!?

The Ugly Truth – This one is actually more fun. Katherine Heigl (look how nicely she’s filled out since those “Roswell” days!) is a successful TV executive producer (aren’t they always?) with relationship issues. She has a crush on the neighborhood hottie but can’t quite work up the courage to ask him out. Enter totally un-PC, totally woman-hating Gerald Butler (without the “300″ get-up…so sad!) who teaches her how to play the dating game without looking like a total dork. Sparks fly. Vibrating panties fly (best scene that, actually. This redeems the movie for me). Happy endings for everyone.

Mary and Max – Eight-year old Mary from Australia, and 40something obese man from New York, Max, strike up a friendship as pen pals. The story chronicles how each one go through life. A touching, bittersweet, heartfelt animated film.

Zombieland – Funny take on zombie movies, with Woody Harrelson starring, with funny cameo from comedian Bill Murray. Mixes tongue-in-cheek humor with indie sensibility. Winning formula! Now a hit in the USA.

En esta ocasión, deberá operar un tumor innoperable de un tecnico del hospital, se peleará con el Jefe al respecto, y lo hará de todas formas.

¿Que creen? ¿Logrará salvarlo o…pasará lo mismo que con Jen?

A young quartet of gangsters with Christian Slater and Patrick Dempsey, only in the film world can this happen.

The film focuses primarily on Luciano and Lansky as they rise from petty criminals and bootleggers to push aside the old guard of the Mafia and eventually establish The Commission, which set up the New York Mafia into five separate families. Bugsy Siegel (Richard Grieco) and Frank Costello (Costas Mandylor) control the physical elements of the operation, while Lucky Luciano (Christian Slater) and Meyer Lansky (Patrick Dempsey) bring up the business end.

This is basically every mafia movie cliche that you have ever seen in one film. There are obvious scenes that are just total rip-offs from The Godfather and Scarface, that after awhile I was just bored and would rather watch paint dry.

The historical inaccuracy of this movie is an insult. I don’t mind movies changing history for dramatic purposes when they are well-made. The movie doesn’t just embellish facts; it completely makes them up. Almost none of the events are portrayed as they actually happened, but even this would have been forgivable if the reinvented events were remotely plausible. Instead you get these fantastical “hero saves the day” action sequences that you would expect to see in a Steven Segal film. And for some inexplicable reason the movie changes the name of the famous gangster Maranzano to Faranzano, despite the fact that every other character’s name is accurate.

I didn’t quite care for these mobsters especially after the first 20 minutes where the film starts to glamorize the life of a mobster. In Goodfellas, at times they glamorized but also showed effects of being a mob member and there not pretty. In Mobsters they kill normal innocent people and were supposed to like them?

The plot is so complicated, that in order to kill this guy we have to get his trust and in order to get his trust we have to fake trying to kill him and if we protect him long enough we can kill him. This also goes basically throughout the whole film.

If there is any good thing about this film is that has to be Christian Slater who is very convincing in his role, and although he has a horrible script to play with he still tries to make the best of it, and does a fine job.

Consensus: The film felt more like a parody with a horrible script, obvious inaccuracies, and cliches beyond belief. A Mobster film for a younger audience but even they may find it boring.

Retomando lo anterior…

Dia 20 luego de la muerte de George. Clara está bien, hasta que se entera de que tiene una infeccion en su colon. Ella colapsa al pensar en otra cirugía, la cual Cristina le dice que no es una opcion, y la rechaza. Por lo que Bailey se desquita con Cristina, y le dice que debe ser más cuidadosa con sus palabras, más empatica.

Callie sigue enojada con el Jefe y consigue un trabajo en el Mercy West.

El día 22, Izzie, Meredith y Cristina hablan sobre los problemas de Alex y sobre George. Bueno, al menos Cristina. Ella está aún más desubicasa de lo normal, pero resulta un tanto divertido.

Callie le pide a Lexie y Mark un consejo de moda para su primer dia en el Mercy West. Luego se cambia de ropa frente a ellos, como si fuera la cosa más natural del mundo. Lexie se pone un tanto celosa por esto.

El Jefe practica el discurso que le presentara a la Junta, mientras maneja, y en el final del discurso, no nota la luz roja y un auto lo choca, pero nada grave le pasa.

Es llevado al Mercy West, y claro, se encuentra con Torres. Ella le dice a uno de sus internos que le suture la pierna.El jefe le pregunta al interno sobre el programa del hospital, y el le responde “No es tan malo.” Richard comienza a generar un plan.

El día 23, Owen y Cristina le hablan a la Dra. Wyatt, y Cristina está ansiosa de probarle que son una pareja normal. Pero la Dra. Wyatt la interrumpe y le dice que solo quiere que él se sienta comodo con ella.

Cuando el trauma y todo los problemas de él sobre la guerra son hablados, en conjunto con el incidente de la asfixia, Cristina se da cuenta. La terapeuta les dice que el problema es que ellos no hablan sobre el problema, y les pide que esperen para tener relaciones.

Lexie le lee un mail a su paciente, el cual pretende enviarle a su madre. La paciente la llama una perra y demanda que no lo envie.

De vuelta al Mercy West, Andy (el niño que nadie puede diagnosticar) es referido por Arizona a Callie, y la mamá del niño está enojada porque nadie parece saber que esta mal con su hijo.

Yang y Bailey pelean dutante la operación a Clara. Bailey echa a Cristina del quirofano.

Derek le informa a Mark que el Jefe lo hará a él Jefe -porque se esta retirando… pero solo esra una BROMA.

Callie regresa a casa y Arizona la espera con vino y cigarros, porque sabe que la retaran. Callie le dice que lo que hizo fue inapropiado y manipulador -pero aún asi, lo hizo. El escanner, aunque no mostró nada.

Lexie regresa a su casa, y se encuentra con Meredith y Derek haciendolo en la cocina. Ultimamente lo hacen en todaspartes, todo el tiempo…

Alex está distanciado de Izzie en el trailer. Ella le dice que desea por un tumor cerebral, para asi poder ver y hablar con George. Es horrible. Alex se siente insultado,pero como es él, le dice “Extraño aGeorge. Realmente seductor” burlandose de ella cuando le dice que extraña a George.

Shepherd va a la oficina del Jefe para preguntarle si hay algo que él deba saber. El Jefe lo echa. Arizona corre donde Derek,, diciéndole que necesita que le haga un examen a su paciente. Derek acepta.

Mientras tanto, Clara empieza a aprender a caminar con sus protesis. Pero se cuestiona, para que vivir asi.

Arizona le dice a Derek que ahora comprende porque le dicen McDreamy(Da para interpretaciones de que esta coqueteando, pero recuerden, ella es lesbiana de toda la vida.) Derek le dice a Karev, quien le dice a Arizona que él y Meredith ni siquiera están casados, que consuman su matrimonio todo el tiempo, no como Karev. Esa le dolio.

Gracias a la insistencia de Arizona, el niño sin diagnosticar por fin recibe un buen diagnostico. Y Derek lo opera.

Izzie y Alex son referidos a otro doctor porque Swender aparentemente no se interesa mas por el problema de Izzie, porque ya no es grave, lo cual es bueno. El cancer de Izzie dejó de crecer.

Día 37. El Dr. Shepherd opera al niño, e insiste en que Arizona haga el primer corte, porque fue gracias a ella que el niño crecera sin problemas.

Lexie le dice a Clara que las personas le están diciendo ceviche -lo cual ella encuentra gracioso, y ambas se rien.

El día 39, Amanda continua en el banco fuera del hospital, por lo que Izzie va a hablar con ella. Le dice que debe tener algo de respeto por George y conseguir una vida. Porque ella vivió y el murió. Y la amenaza.

En otra sesión con la Dra. Wyatt, Cristina hace una broma sobre el  incidente de la asfixia. Las cosas se ponen series, y Owen le aclara que no trataba de lastimarla, que estaba tratando de salvar su vida en su sueño.

La Dra. Wyatt les dice que ha  progresado: “Han hecho un avance.”

Clara, mientras tanto, da su primer paso con sus protesis, y le dice a Lexie que ahora está lista para que llamen a su madre.

Lexie se va a vivir con Mark. Alex llega a casa, y se encuentra con un monton de velas. Izzie le ordena que se quite los pantalones, pero él le dice que está asustado porque ella murió en sus brazos.

Derek alcanza a Miranda en el ascensor. Bailey dice que debe dejar de preocuparse tanto por estas personas, como George e Izzie, porque necesita guardar esas emociones para su hijo, quien la necesita.

Owen le dice a Cristina que no quiere lastimarla. Cristina le dice que puede dormir en la tina.

Meredith ve que se llevan las cosas de George, mientras narra “En el minuto que piensas que lo has superado, comienza todo de nuevo.”

Cristina dice luego de tener relaciones – “George O’Malley murió” – finalmente se da cuenta y llora. Luego de todo este tiempo.

Es eldía 40, y el Jefe, aparentemente sobrevivio a la hacha de la Junta, le dice a los miembros del Seattle Grace que se fusionarán con el Mercy West,y que no hay tantos trabajos, por lo que algunos deberán ser despedidos.

Es una crisis economica, despues de todo, lo sabemos.
