A Monster Calls - Patrick Ness

This was a really enjoyable book that put into perspective the horror and pain of losing a loved one to such a dreadful illness. It portrayed how aching it is to watch the ones you love in pain and how much strength it takes to open your eyes and see situations for what they really are. 493 more words
