Misschien had je het al gezien, maar de ADE Special van Click in de Westerunie belooft wel heel dik te worden. In de line-up staan onder andere The Advent & Industrialyzer, Slam, Funk D’void, Paul Ritch, Heiko Laux, Joel Mull, Shinedoe, Steve Rachmad, Wouter de Moor en aardig wat talent.

Het feest is op vrijdag 23 oktober, nog even geduld dus.

Monumental heeft een aantal officiële video’s online gezet van Awakefest, onder andere van Joris Voorn, Trentemoller, Stacey Pullen en Paul Ritch. Vooral leuk om te zien is de video van Joris Voorn, die precies start bij zijn live mash-up van Let’s Go Juno en Spastik.

So I finally got around to launching a podcast series..  and Ok Ok.. don’t flame me just yet because I haven’t set up the feed properly.. but I’m workin on it! Ondu/Caress es el titulo del nuevo trabajo de la Berlinesa Ellen Fraatz, más conocida por todos como Ellen Allien, por supuesto publicado por su propio sello Bpitch Control creado en 1999.

La referencia BPC186, está compuesta por 4 tracks de techno abstracto y totalmente experimental, 2 cortes que hicieron su aparicion en la referencia numero 175 (Sool)  llamados Ondu y Caress , más dos remezclas de los mismos a cargo de Paul Ritch y Chaim quien es el hijo adoptivo de la familia Bpitch.

Oscuros pasajes y un mutante desarrollo son las señas de identidad de Ondu, mientras que Caress es un corte totalmente alienígena que símplemente nos transmite terror por sus oscuras tendencias.

Just Two / It Wasn’t True es la octava referencia de Mindshake Records el sello español radicado en Barcelona dirigido por el reconocido artista español Paco Osuna. Una cara corre por cuenta del joven parisino Paul Ritch, mientras que de la otra se encarga el propio capo del sello.

Paul Ritch recibe su primer tocadisco a los 17 años y desde allí­ comienza su colección con una amplia selección de techno, electro y techno house. Paso a la fama en 2007 después de su debut en Resopal Schallware un año atrás donde presento Samba. Actualmente es uno de los artistas favoritos de Richie Hawtin. Paul se parece cada vez más al héroe del futuro: ritmos sintéticos, burbujeantes, funkies, a la vez latinos y electrosos, están ayudando a liderar la evolución del minimal hacia un terreno seriamente divertido.

El Barcelonés Paco Osuna comienza su particular romance con los platos a una edad temprana. En sus sesiones Paco luce una excelente técnica en el manejo de tres platos junto a la utilización del módulo de efectos Kaos Pad y un arriesgado estilo que apuntan a convertirle en una de las estrellas emergentes del nuevo milenio. Creador de Shake Records en el que se ha lanzado a la aventura de gestionar un label propio y  producir con artistas muy cercanos a su estilo –sobretodo los que encarnan la escena napolitana- como David Squillace y Markantonio
