Dr. Drew Richardson, President of PADI’s Technical Diving Division, was part of a ten diver test team sponsored by the USA’s National Science Foundation and Smithsonian Institution in collaboration with the U.S. Navy’s Experimental Diving Unit (NEDU) earlier this year. They dived under the Antarctic Ross Ice Shelf which is 6 metres thick in minus 2°C water with bottom times up to 50 minutes in length. The number of internet users in the Middle East has grown by almost 3 million in the past six months, according to the latest figures from the Internet World Stats marketing research group.

By the end of June, the region was estimated to have 48 million internet users compared to 45.1 million at the turn of the year.

Internet penetration rose to 23.7% compared to the global average of 24.7%.

The U.A.E. has the highest national internet penetration at 59.6% with Qatar second on 52.3%.

Uterus pain can be caused by fibroid growths, tilting of the uterus, or a prolapsed uterus. Again, you need to see a doctor if this pain is consistent and severe.

All in all, one instance of pain during sex probably isn’t anything you need to worry about, but if sex is consistently painful and adding foreplay and lubrication into your routine don’t help, you should be seeking medical advice.
