I realize that there are larger issues at hand — such as health care coverage and wars in Iraq. This blog however, has always and will continue to fulfill one purpose — to entertain. With that in mind, I will go over my take on who the most attractive are in Hollywood, don’t judge.

10. Taylor Kitsch- There’s something about his rugged look, and his character in Friday Night Lights that just does me in. He’s from the South, he can whip up a good steak I’m sure, and isn’t too sore on the eyes.

9.  James Franco- I mean, he’s our generation’s James Dean. He’s sexy, talented, and has a college education. What more could you ask for?

8. Robert Pattinson- I really didn’t want to put Mr. Pattinson on my list, as attractive as I find him, merely because every other girl alive will agree with me on this which bothers me. His flannel shirts, Ray Bans, and unwashed hair just lures me into him, unfortunately his acting does not.

7. Penn Badgley- So, he’s been taken for quite a while now…. which makes me less interested in him. But I like him with Blake Lively — I can’t lie, I would like to take her place on their daily strolls through Greenwich while eating ice cream cones

6. John Legend- I really don’t even need to make my remarks, you already know…. <3

5. Justin Timberlake- He can sing, he makes clothing, he runs successful restaurants, and did I mention he is beautiful? I think he has the total package — I would love nothing more than to go for one of those early morning LA runs in the mountains with him, just substitute me for JBiel.

4. Tom Brady- He’s flipped flopped with the ladies, but that’s ok, I forgive him. He’s now with Giselle, making them the two most envied people in America. I’m sure their child is going to be ungodly … isn’t that how it always works? Keep repping Massachusetts in football and I will reconsider the duration of my stay.

3. Eric Dane- Granted, he’s gotten into his fair share of deep water this year (cough a threesome cough) but I will say this much — he looks DAMN good in surgical scrubs. Rock on Eric Dane, rock on.

2. Shia LaBeouf- Ok, so maybe he bugged the shit out of me in Even Stevens — the curly hair, the fart pranks, I just didn’t dig it. Something happened, when he went through puberty, he became unbelievably hot. Maybe it’s his chain smoking, or the slovenly dress, or perhaps the broken arms from car crashes – I don’t know what it is, but I am in love. Shia, call me.

1. Ashton Kutcher- I follow him on Twitter… I follow Demi on Twitter…. I look at their Twitpics and envy her more than I should. He is breathtaking, philanthropic, and innovative. He tops my list, without a doubt.

We have an update to the Jimmy Choo for H & M post from Friday: it was bedlam at most H&M stores when the collection went on sale Saturday.  In Vancouver shoppers camped outside the store.

Speaking of Gossip Girl, many of Ms. Trachtenberg’s costars were seen at last night’s private screening of ‘The Private Lives of Pippa Lee‘.

Blake Lively was at the screening, along with Keanu Reeves, Julianne Moore, Robin Wright Penn, director Rebecca Miller and Zoe Kazan.

It’s been unseasonably warm in NY but it’s definitely not as hot as Blake Lively thinks it is.  I mean, Penn’s got a knit cap on and she’s ready for the beach.

I am in love with the brocade jacket which is Marie Antoinette meets Madonna.  I just wish she would have realized that full on cleavage was enough and gone for a short or even long skirt.  The shoes?  No, I don’t care how warm it is, white shoes are banned in all seasons on COTS.

The dramatic television series Gossip Girl let’s us know the life and gossip of Manhatan’s elite through an anonymous blogger who calls herself “Gossip Girl. “ It’s main focus is on eight actors/actress’ that play the part of teenagers trying to survive in a world of wealthy socialites, money, romance, and of course brutal Gossip Girl watching their every move . Dan and Jenny Humphrey, along with Vanessa, live foreign lives (first season) in Brooklyn apart from the others. Blaire Waldorf, Chuck Bass, Nate Archibald, and Serena and Eric Vanderwoodsen live in wealth and mischief all over the Uppereastside of New York. All of the characters attend a private school together, but then they’re off to college and can you guess who follows? Gossip Girl!

Gossip Girl is by FAR one of my favorite TV series! I have told you an extremely short synopsis of the Television series, nothing detailed about the first, second, or third seasons. I have seen both the first,second, some of the third, and hope to read the books for comparison. I recommend Gossip Girl to all that have never seen it before!

Miss Germanotta is skyrocketing to my television screen in less than a week. I can barely contain my excitement. On Monday’s Gossip Girl, appropriately titled “The Last Days of Disco Stick,” Gaga will be strutting her stuff as herself, performing her latest single “Bad Romance” in a dress featuring a 35-foot long train (and yes, there will be ladders). Her performance will play into the sequence of events from the November 9th episode in which Dan (Penn Badgley), Vanessa (Jessica Szohr), and Olivia (Hilary Duff)well… you know.

Rumor has it Gaga will take a trip to her alma mater as Blair attempts to gain popularity by presenting Gaga–known as Stefani Germanotta during her NYU years–to the theater kids, an event even Leighton Meester can only describe as a “cabaret” of sorts.

The NYC native is thrilled to bring a hint of burlesque to Gossip Girl.  ”I really sat down with the writers,” she said. “I was like, ‘Look, I want to do this, and the reason I want to do this is because I am trying to say something that is not mainstream in a mainstream capacity. So, if I can say it on your show, that would be, like, a real coup d’état for me as a performance artist.’”

I can’t wait to see Lady Fame climbing all over ladders, belting lyrics, and dancing suggestively on stage with gorgeous men. Until then I’ll keep replaying this clip from the upcoming episode.  Really, the suspense is killing me.  Oh, Lady Fame.  What would we do without you? This girl truly is a fame monster.

After that, LUX is done and OTH and GG will both be back in their regular spots for the rest of the season.

Today we begin with a topic of a serious nature (ahem) impacting almost everyone (not exactly) in the free world: Hello Kitty.

Please allow us to be among the first to proclaim our fondness for said Kitty. While not found on anyone’s list of Top Preppish Accessories, we still find her to be cute and cuddly, perhaps even a little cheeky. Our appreciation of Ms. Kitty comes as no surprise to readers who have suffered through occasional posts containing KRC (Kitty Related Content).  Perhaps the best that can be said about this practice is that we have been consistently inconsistent, writing about the Hello Kitty MAC collection here, sharing products from the upcoming 35th Anniversary Collection here….

…or talking about miscellaneous Kitty merchandise here.

We have even included some Kitty products in our Pretty in Pink category.

We haven’t always understood everything Kitty, like the Large Diamond Pendant necklace at Needless Neiman Marcus… or the Coffee Maker… or the Toaster.

The Daily Mail initially got their little journalistic paws on the photos, and their story explains their ultimate purpose:

“The images – by celebrated photographers Markus Klinko and Indrani  – will be featured on the cover of  the special, limited-edition reissue of GaGa’s hit album, The Fame.

The 23-year-old New Yorker… is reportedly giving away a lock of her hair with every sale of the box-set.

According to her website, it will also include a pair of 3D glasses to view ‘forthcoming Gaga visuals’ and the definitive ‘book of Gaga’.”

Not only is this a Help Us Understand, it is most assuredly an addition to the Anti-Prep Wall of Shame, don’t you think?  If anyone is capable of passing along some information or perspective on Miss Gaga, we would be most appreciative for your gentle guidance and educational assistance.

Como pode? Não imaginava o sucesso que seria o post sobre o Seth, parece que as meninas sentem falta dele. Resolvi então começar os post sobre Gossip Girl, para o Especial Seriados & Realities, com alguns dos personagens masculinos da série.

Dan Humphrey, o geek de New York que conquistou a garota mais popular do colégio (Ah isso lembra Seth? Pois é, lembra sim… acho que é sucesso garantido!!). Bom em termos de moda, jeans e camiseta  com manga dobrada são as peças mais usadas. Xadrez. E como NY tem um inverno rigoroso, alguns casacos. Casual e básico.

Nate Archibald já representa o garoto rico cheio de problemas, principalmente familiares. Seu estilo vária do básico com camisa/camiseta e jeans até o clássico com ternos e blazers de um modo mais informal.

Por fim, Rufus Humphrey, pai de Dan e Jenny, e com certeza o pai mais galã dos últimos tempos. Jaquetas de couro, algumas peças formais e outras informais completam o closet do personagem.

The Parents Television Council is after Gossip Girl for its soon-too-be legendary Ménage à trois. Gossip Girl has always been very controversial  and under attack by many prudish agencies, but the PTC (the wuh?) thinks this crosses the line. This is the letter from the PTC to the CW:

“Gossip Girl routinely depicts teenage characters engaging in promiscuous and consequence-free sexual behavior, and that’s bad enough. But will you now be complicit in establishing a precedent and expectation that teenagers should engage in behaviors heretofore associated primarily with adult films? Behaviors that not only increase health risks, but which are emotionally and psychologically damaging to participants, as well? I certainly hope not, and I’m sure members of your community and parents of children who watch your network expect more of you.

May I also remind you that it is the affiliate, not the CW network, that will bear the financial burden of an FCC fine should any of the content of the November 9th episode be found to violate broadcast decency laws.

Finally, you must ask yourself, how does airing this program serve your obligation to serve the public interest? In a declaratory ruling last year, the FCC affirmed affiliates’ ability to pre-empt any network programming that is “unsatisfactory or unsuitable or contrary to the public interest.” The record on this is clear: contracts between networks and their affiliates may not legally prevent preemption of programming that does not meet LOCAL COMMUNITY standards.”

This is my letter to the PTC: IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR KIDS TO WATCH THIS THEN DON’T LET THEM WATCH IT!!!! The CW isn’t the Disney Channel, and if there is no uncensored nudity than they can put on what they want! SO GO FUCK YOURSELVES!

And the CW doesn’t seem to care what the PTC says, so we’ll still get our much wanted Ménage á trois!

Yes. It’s official. There will be a threesome on Gossip girl. Now, this trailer needs to be analyzed for clues to find out WHO has a threesome. It seems that Serena and Tripp will most likely be in it, because you here Tripp’s voice say “This was a bad idea”. And if it wasn’t Tripp and Serena, than they will definitely will be hooking up anyway. And it seems that Georgina is back and Jenny and Nate will rekindle their relationship. So, who do you think is in this Ménage á trois????

O casal mais lindo de toooooooooooooooodo o mundo das famosidades, que me mataram de decepção no episódio que eles termiram…mas na vida real, Blake loves Penn! (L)

As we have heard, Lauren Conrad is making her first book, L.A. Candy, into a film. Even though the book is loosely based on Lauren Conrad and her old cast-mates from theHills, they can’t have the reality stars play their designated roles in the actual film. So, who will it be?

For Jane, I thought Blake Lively would be a good choice. While still being absolutely gorgeous, she has a very wholesome and innocent look and she can pull of the Southern California girl. Blake can definitely play the eager and enthusiastic Jane who gets more than she bargained for after joining L.A. Candy. (She also resembles Lauren a little bit too…)

As for Scarlett, I thought Sophia Bush would be a good fit. She has the looks and also has the brains. Like Scarlett, Sophia can go from the hot girl who has one night stands she doesn’t remember to the college freshman interested in philosophy.

Madison and Gaby were a little trickier. I chose Megan Fox for Madison and Taylor Swift for Gaby. Megan Fox has played the spoiled little rich girl before – she’s beautiful with a touch of evil – perfect for Madison. And even though Taylor Swift is not really an actress, I can see her playing the naive sidekick Gaby.

At first when I thought about Braden, I immediately thought of Penn Badgley. But then I remembered Blake is playing Jane, and we wouldn’t want another rendition of Gossip Girl. So then I thought about Shia LaBeouf. He’s cute but quirky at the same time – I could totally see him trying to be a Sci-Fi actor. (He was in Transformers…). And that leaves Jesse, who came to me first. I see Jesse as Robert Pattinson – the heart throb actor with the drug addiction past who falls for the homely new girl.

We are all very excited to see who the producers pick for each of the roles. But most importantly, who do you think could play each character?

I feel like it’s been a million years since I’ve last posted a blog. Wait!

Okay, I’m back. Chris Meloni was on TV for a second. I LOVE Chris Meloni. But moving on…

I don’t have much to discuss, aside from a few movies and some cool costume sighting on Hallowe’en. Let’s start with Friday, shall we? It was my coworkers last day at work, and since she left the country two days later, it was a pretty sad day. I’ll probably never see her again, but I enjoyed our time together. Thanks, Tara! Today was spent training the new girl – and that will be my week, pretty much. I feel so important and knowledgeable. That never happens, yo.

I kept to my plans – for once – and saw September Issue on Friday night. And I absolutely loved it! The clothes! The cattiness! The close-ups of Anna’s wrinkled face! Love! I’m not going to lie, the movie kind of made me wish I were a girl for a minute. I mean, fashion is so damn fun for females. I want to wear feathers, too. Okay, I’m over it. But the movie was pretty interesting.

Imagine waking up to that every morning? I would die. D-I-E. I love her, but she scares me. A lot.

And then I saw Anna Wintour in real life! Not really. But I saw a guy dressed as Anna in drag and it was amazing! A-MAY-ZING. Yes, three syllables. I went to two small parties on Saturday night but it was a closed-down Church street that served up the best treats. Other notable costumes: 7,963 Lady Gagas, 2,289 Amy Winehouses (so last year), way too many Jon &  Kates, a collection of H1N1 wannabes, Diego & Dora (!), a couple of Jolly Green Giants, and the Jetsons. Too many hot guys in drag for my tastes, but I went home feeling a bit sad I didn’t dress up this year. Maybe next.

I saw yet another movie Sunday with my good friend Anorexia. Er, Jason. We were the only two in the theatre. And that was probably a good thing, because our running commentary was the only thing that made The Stepfather bearable.

Some thoughts: Dylan Walsh is hot, but he was a killer so it was kind of hard to enjoy him. Penn Badgley is also hot, but Jason’s comments about his penis-nose distracted me. Sela Ward has too much botox. There were lesbians. Hot lesbians. There was also one ugly kid who didn’t really fit into the family. Oh yeah, and the movie is terrible. The best part was trying to guess which actress was actually the “Diedre Lovejoy” we saw in the opening credits. I wanna lovejoy your mother, by the way.

Okay, I’m almost done, but first I want to talk about two things.

1) How excited am I to see Precious? Fat ladies? Yeah. Black people? Hell yeah. Illiteracy and abuse? Uh huh. Hi, Oscar. In all seriousness, though, the fact that I want to see this movie despite Mariah Carey’s presence should say something. I’m pumped. Thank you, Church of Oprah.

2) I joined a new dating site. I used to be on like 7 million sites, and I’m sure my profile still lingers many places I’d rather it not, but I’ve been super lonely lately and it’s not easy being green. I mean gay. I can’t just hit on men in random places like grocery stores and in line at Starbucks. Okay, I do hit on them, but most of the time they are married. Which is hot. But not dateable. So, I’m now on a new site and – at the very least – it should provide for some blog fodder. I went up last night and already I have had five guys message me. Unfortunately, three were Gaysians (not my type, I’m sorry!) and two were very ugly (one of them didn’t even live in Toronto).

The turtleneck partially shown above was just removed from storage and placed back on the shelf for another season of wear, despite the fact many might refer to it as ‘vintage clothing’.  It could be 25 to 30 years old, we really don’t recall, we only know it is très comfy and also retains a high snuggle factor, imperatives here at the Prepatorium.

Back to the issue at hand: the wretched retailer opened its first store in Italy last week, only its second in Europe. On hand for the festivities surrounding the grand opening?

Kellan Lutz ficou HOT de Robin. Só nos resta saber se a parte de baixo da fantasia é uma saruel mesmo ou se a costureira da comunidadje dele errou na modelagem.

Zachary Quinto arrasou com essa fantasia de esqueleto, pena que não achei fotos mais legais pra postar aqui.

Doug Reinhardt, boph da Paris Hilton, foi de Fada dos Dentes. Adorei!!!

O super top Luke Worrall foi de matching costume com sua namorada Kelly Osbourne. Egg ‘n Bacon.
