5393 sayılı Belediye Kanununun Belediye Zabıtası, İtfaiye ve Acil Durum Plânlaması başlıklı bölümünün 51.maddesinde;

“Zabıtanın görev ve yetkileri

MADDE 51.- Belediye zabıtası, beldede esenlik, huzur, sağlık ve düzenin sağlanmasıyla görevli olup bu amaçla, belediye meclisi tarafından alınan ve belediye zabıtası tarafından yerine getirilmesi gereken emir ve yasaklarla bunlara uymayanlar hakkında mevzuatta öngörülen ceza ve diğer yaptırımları uygular.

Görevini yaparken zabıtaya karşı gelenler, kolluk kuvvetlerine karşı gelenler gibi cezalandırılır.

Belediye zabıta teşkilâtının çalışma usûl ve esasları, çalışanların görev ve yetkileri, memurluğa alınması için taşımaları gereken nitelikler, alacakları meslek içi eğitim, görevde yükselme, meslekten çıkarılma, giyecekleri kıyafet ve savunma amaçlı olarak kullanacakları aletler ile zabıta teşkilâtında hizmet gereklerine göre oluşturulacak birimler, İçişleri Bakanlığı tarafından çıkarılacak yönetmelikle düzenlenir. Belediye, bu yönetmeliğe aykırı olmamak üzere ek düzenlemeler yapabilir.

Zabıta hizmetleri kesintisiz olarak yürütülür. Zabıta personelinin çalışma süresi ve saatleri 657 sayılı Devlet Memurları Kanununda belirtilen çalışma süre ve saatlerine bağlı olmaksızın, hizmetin aksatılmadan yürütülmesini sağlayacak şekilde düzenlenir. Belediye zabıta ve özel güvenlik hizmetlerinde fiilen çalışanlara, fazla mesai ücreti olarak yılı bütçe kanununda belirlenen üst sınırı aşmamak kaydıyla belediye meclisi kararı ile tespit edilen maktu tutar ödenir.”

Çalışma düzeni

MADDE 9 – (1) Belediye zabıta hizmetleri resmi tatil günleri de dâhil olmak üzere, günün 24 saati aksatılmadan sürdürülür. Zabıta personelinin çalışma süresi ve saatleri 14/7/1965 tarihli ve 657 sayılı Devlet Memurları Kanununda belirtilen çalışma süre ve saatlerine bağlı olmaksızın, hizmetin aksatılmadan yürütülmesini sağlayacak şekilde aynı Kanunun 101 inci maddesi gereğince Devlet Personel Başkanlığının uygun görüşü alındıktan sonra belediye zabıtasının en yüksek dereceli amirinin teklifi ve belediye başkanının onayı ile tespit olunur. Fazla çalışma ücretleri ile ilgili olarak 5393 sayılı Kanunda yer alan hükümler uygulanır.

(2) Zabıta personelinin çalışma saatleri vardiyalar halinde görevin gereğine göre 24 saat iş 48 saat istirahat veya 12 saat iş 24 saat istirahat şeklinde düzenlenebilir. Belediye zabıta memurlarının haftalık olağan çalışma saatleri 48 saati geçmeyecek şekilde düzenlenir. Ancak, personel sayısı az olan zabıtalarda 12 saat iş, 12 saat istirahat şeklinde düzenleme yapılabilir. Bu uygulamadan dolayı hizmetin sürekliliğini aksatmamak kaydıyla ve bir sıra dâhilinde personele 657 sayılı Kanunun 99 uncu maddesi göz önünde bulundurularak ayrıca haftada bir gün ilave izin verilebilir.

Belediye zabıta görevlilerine başka hizmet verilmesi

MADDE 42 – (1) Belediye zabıta görevlilerine zabıta hizmetleri dışında bir görev verilemez. Ancak, olağanüstü hallerde mülki amir veya belediye başkanının emri ile geçici olarak hizmetin gerektirdiği başka görevler de verilebilir.

2009 yılı Bütçe (K) Cetvelinde ;

“B. Aylık Maktu Fazla Çalışma Ücreti:   ..2. Belediyeler ile bunlara bağlı müstakil bütçeli kamu tüzel kişiliğini haiz kuruluşlarda (iktisadi işletmeler hariç), görevlerinin niteliği gereği 657 sayılı Kanunda belirtilen çalışma süre ve saatlerine bağlı olmaksızın zabıta ve itfaiye hizmetlerinde fiilen çalışan personel (destek hizmeti yürüten personel hariç) ile kadrolu olarak fiilen çalışan koruma ve güvenlik personeline belediye meclisi kararı ile tespit edilen miktar, fazla çalışma ücreti olarak maktuen ödenir.”

Fazla Çalışmanın Uygulama Esaslarını Gösterir Yönetmeliğin kapsam başlıklı 1.maddesinde;  “Madde 1 – 657 sayılı Devlet Memurları Kanununun değişik 178 nci maddesi gereğince düzenlenen bu Yönetmelik hükümleri, aynı Kanuna tabi memurlar hakkında uygulanır.” Denilmektedir. Sayıştay kararlarında bu Yönetmeliğin “IV GENEL ESASLAR

Madde 4 – Fazla çalışmanın ücretle karşılanabilmesi için memurun kadrosuna ait görevini normal günlük çalışma saatleri dışında fiilen yapması gereklidir.” Maddesi de değerlendirilmeye alınmışsa da  657 sayılı Kanunun  “FAZLA ÇALIŞMA ÜCRETİ:

Madde 178 – A) 99 ve 100 üncü maddeler hükümleri uyarınca tespit olunan günlük çalışma saatleri dışında;

 a) Salgın hastalık ve tabii afetler gibi olağanüstü hallerin olması (Bu hallerin devamı süresince),

 b) Fabrika, atelye, şantiye, işletme gibi yerlerde İş Kanununa tabi olarak işçi çalıştıran kurumlarca hizmetin gereği olarak işçi ile birlikte çalışma saatleri ve günü dışında çalışmanın zorunlu bulunması.

 hallerine münhasır olmak üzere, yapılan fazla çalışmalar ücretle karşılanır.

 Yukarıda sayılan hallerde yaptırılacak fazla çalışmanın süresi ve saat başına ödenecek ücret Bakanlar Kurulu kararı ile belirlenir

 B) (İptal: Anayasa Mahkemesi’nin 14/02/1997 tarih ve E: 1997/20, K: 1997/32 sayılı Kararı ile; Yeniden düzenleme: 03/04/1998 – 4359/4. md.) Kurumlar gerektiği taktirde personelini günlük çalışma saatleri dışında fazla çalışma ücreti vermeksizin çalıştırabilirler. Bu durumda personele yaptırılacak fazla çalışmanın her sekiz saati için bir gün hesabı ile izin verilir. Ancak, bu suretle verilecek iznin en çok on günlük kısmı yıllık izinle birleştirilerek yılı içinde kullandırılabilir.

 Fazla çalışmanın uygulama esas ve usulleri Devlet Personel Başkanlığı ile Maliye Bakanlığınca müştereken belirlenir.” Maddesinde belirlenen zabıtalara ödenen fazla mesainin bu madde kapsamında olmadığı da açıktır. 

Konuya ilişkin Sayıştay Temyiz Kurulunun 29.04.2004 gün ve 27235 sayılı kararında  …….belediyesinde memur yetersizliği nedeniyle ……………….’ye Basın Müdür Vekilliği görevinin gördürülmesinden, bu personelin destek hizmeti gören personel olduğu dolayısıyla zabıta memurluğu görevini fiilen yerine getirmediği sonucu çıkarılamaz. Belediye zabıta biriminde destek hizmeti veren personelden, bu birimde görevli daktilograf, hizmetli, şoför, teknisyen gibi zabıta hizmetlerinin yerine getirilmesini kolaylaştırıcı hizmetler gören personeli anlamak gerekir. Adı geçen personelin basın müdür vekilliği görevini yerine getirdiği günlerde zabıta memurluğu görevini yerine getirmediğine ilişkin somut kanıtlayıcı belgede bulunmamaktadır
SONUÇ:

Yukarıdaki ilgili mevzuat bütün olarak değerlendirildiğinde fiilen zabıta hizmeti yapmak kavramının geniş bir niteliği olduğu, büroda zabıta kayıt, tahakkuk girilmesi, karşılama, rapor hazırlama vb onlarca hizmeti yapan personelin “fiilen zabıta hizmeti” yaptığı, nöbet vesaire puantaj tutulmasına gerek olmadığı, bu birim dışında görevlendirilen ve fiilen zabıta hizmeti yapmayan personelin ise maktu fazla mesai alamayacakları değerlendirilmiştir.

It was Friday the 13 Nov 2009 when my friend Lakshmi initiated a plan to skandagiri Trek. It was very short duration so we could not call all of our group, so we decided for a quick plan with limited numbers. Started to read reviews and came to know that it is the night trek and will be tremendous if it is a full moon day. Unfortunately 14 Nov was close to a new moon day (16 Nov was new moon day), so we could not even think of it. We decided to have an early morning trek, start here by 6:30 and return by evening. Lakshmi accepted to bring her car and our meeting point was decided as hebbal

Gowtham and me meet up at hebbal were on time, Lakshmi and Navya reached there at 6:45, we all got into car and headed towards Devanahalli. No one was visited before so no one knew the route exactly. I had taken print out of directions given by google and was freqently confusing about the route. All others were trusting local help than lifeless google server. We kept on asking people about the route. We finally reached by taking route, Hebbal->Devahalli->towards chickkaballapur, left deviation after a railway level crossing around 5-6 km before chikkaballapur. The deviation took us to village “Thinahalli” and then muddenahalli road to get into village “Kalavar”, yes skandagiri hills lies in village Kalavar, local peolple would usually identify it as Kalavar than skandagiri.

We reached base of hills. It was covered with mist and peak was not at all visible, we were so exited to start climbing and reach the peak before mist goes off. When we are about to park our vehicle, we heard the shocking news by one guy there. The news was that “TREKKING PROHIBITED FROM YESTERDAY”…… Hey how can this happen, no ways,,, Are we not climbing this exiting hills?? I had seen wikipeadia and it was updated on 9th Nov 2009 , which is so pretty latest but “Ban from yesterday??” how unlucky we are… Alternate feelings were there in the group like if it is prohibited why taking risk and others, let take risk and start climbing lets see what happens… Also he might be bluffing, we decided to talk to police and confirm it. We headed towards starting point in search of police. On the way other people also told it is prohibited and he would take us to a different route which is safer. We disagreed and continued to meet up police and know what the exact situation is. Two guys were coming back from the trek which gave us a ray of hope and asked them whether it is safe, they told we can go just half way but not allowed to go to peak. Finally reached starting point and everyone’s face became like this – by seeing the board “Prohibited area, No entry”.  We asked someone there that where can we find police, he replied, police will be there only till 6am and if we want to climb he would guide us half way through. We decided not to take risk and headed back. Just came one furlong and stopped to have breakfast which Lakshmi managed to prepare early in the morning and bring it for us. Viewing hills and just imagining how it would have been if we were on the top now we had our breakfast. Started back again still in dilemma. A small mud road gave us the break for the day. We stopped and went inside the path, a man was doing something and I asked if we can go on trek in this way, he told there is a way and we can go. I called up all others, parked the car there itself and started marching, we thought that man is not knowing about prohibition.

We decided to go for a very short distance and come back. We just wanted to have feel of trek at least. Navya was very scared and denying even to go for short distance, we somehow convinced her and started. We climbed for 20 mins and found some people were getting down. We asked them and came to know that we are allowed to trek after 6 am that is the reason they started trek at 6 am. Wow!! great, we can go till top, but still worried a bit, worry went off when see another 2 groups coming down. We understood why police goes back after 6 am, the guy there was just bluffing to act a guide and make some money by taking night prohibition as advantage. We were clear that we are going till the peak but we realized that we do not have anything except 2 small bottles of water. Luckily weather was cloudy and breakfast had give good energy to climb.

The peak is still covered with mist, a hope in our corners that there is a chance that mist still be there while we reach, we kept on seeing the mist covered peak and climbing, the scene around us was awesome, photography was banned by Lakshmi on our onward journey to save time and it was opened on return journey.

Mist went off , peak is clearly visible but the route was not, yeah we lost our way. But it was like okay we could manage to climb steps kind of support engraved on rocks. We reached one fort kind of thing which was one level. From there we could see the actual path and realized that we came through some other bit difficult path

Guess what?? Yesss you are right, we are on the peak,… Wow!! it was so exciting, weather was still cloudy but no mist. Scenes around us, weather, cool breeze made us forgot about the mist and cloud. What next – yes, its photography time.. Started to take artistic photographs, took few hundreds of photos. Gowtham experimented his photography ideas we being his test dummies. We started giving all kind of expressions, poses for photos, I went up on a small stone roof for posing to photos.

It become even colder weather turned misty, I think the peak was not visible from the base and we could not see it as we are close, far way hills were covered with mist. We convinced ourselves that we are inside the mist and achieved what we dreamt.

Gowtham: Everything went well. We would have missed this assuming it is banned. Great that we completed!!

Me: If the car is proper then we are done!!

We all had the left out breakfast, drank 2 bottles of water. Me and Gowtham waiting outside expecting car will be reversed and we will get in, but heard shocking news again by a voice inside the car… You already guessed it right – yes “Hey, its not starting, kanro”.. Oh no!! what happened, someone here did something to it, did anyone stole battery as it was unattended for more than 4 hours. Opened the bonnet to see battery there, one doubt is solved. We asked some two guys over there for any mechanics, they themselves came to see what has happened. He told by just seeing the batter that the battery has discharged completely and it is not charging because of the dust that came out of the battery and the connection to battery was lost. He asked us to pour water on it and remove the dust using a stick. He was a driver which helped us, very thanks to him. They also pushed and it ignited. Oh yes!! we did not take risk kill the engine till we reach a restaurant on the way. By this time battery was charged and was getting started. Had good lunch and drove back to Bangalore by 5:30…

Buat para personel Band Samson, mengkonsumsi gamat-nama lain teripang di Malaysia-bukan cerita baru. Sudah lebih dari setahun mereka rajin menelan gamat dalam bentuk jelly. Minimal satu sendok makan mentimun laut-julukan teripang-setiap hari dilahap para anggota Band Samsons. Masing-masing ibu mereka selalu mengingatkan agar anaknya tak lupa meminum jelly gamat.

Meminum jelly gamat kini ibarat sirup. Namun, saat pertama kali mencoba rasanya mau muntah, ujar mereka serempak. Rasa aneh itu tidak membuat jera para personel Samsons untuk rutin mengkonsumsi. Maklum, manfaatnya bagi tubuh langsung terasa. Meski harus manggung seharian penuh dan berpindah-pindah tempat, stamina mereka tetap terjaga.

Andre, manajer Band Samsons pun ikut tertarik mengkonsumsi. Itu bermula dari serangan virus biopasi di wajah Andre. Virus itu membuat setengah bagian muka Andre kaku. Menurut diagnosis dokter mungkin karena kecapaian kerja, ujar Andre. Selain menjalani fisioterapi di salah satu rumah sakit di Jakarta, ia rutin meminum gamat sebanyak 2 kali sehari agar sembuh. Hasilnya kini mulai tampak. Badan Andre tidak lekas capai. Yang terpenting wajah yang sebelumnya terasa lumpuh mulai bisa digerakkan.

Dari semua personil Samsons, Irvan adalah orang pertama yang merasakan gamat pada pertengahan 2005. Itu bermula saat selesai berlatih gitar dan mengarang lagu tenaga Irvan terkuras. Parahnya Irvan pun sering diserang penyakit lambung ketika kelelahan mendera. Untung sang Ibu, Fulia Sundari, memberikan gamat kepadanya. Ide itu timbul lantaran sebelumnya Fulia sembuh dari tumor payudara berkat gamat. Ayo nak, coba ini agar penyakit lambungmu tidak sering kambuh, ujar Fulia.

Sesendok makan jelly teripang itu diminum Irvan. Setelah beberapa hari mengkonsumsi, penyakit lambung akut yang diderita sejak di bangku SMA itu mulai jarang datang. Wah, tiba-tiba saja stamina jadi bagus meski harus main musik sampai tengah malam, ujar Irvan. Khasiat itu menambah keyakinan Irvan untuk terus mengkonsumsi gamat. Bahkan kini dosisnya ditingkatkan menjadi 2 kali sehari, diminum sehabis makan siang dan malam. Dari Irvan juga akhirnya keempat personel lain tergiur mencoba. Saya sampai dijuluki pak dokter, kata Irvan.
Konde mau menenggak jelly gamat setelah kulitnya yang sensitif terasa mulai menggangu aktivitas. Saat keringat membasahi tubuh, rasa gatal dan nyeri langsung menyerang. Kulit putihnya berubah kemerahan bak kepiting rebus.

Saran dokter Konde perlu menghindari kontak lama dengan sinar matahari. Namun, setelah rajin mengkonsumsi jelly gamat, keluhan itu berkurang. Bahkan kandungan kolagen dan omega 3 dari teripang itu kini membuat kulit Konde menjadi cerah.

Bagi Bams ungkapan ‘lebih baik sakit hati daripada sakit gigi’ nyaris tepat. Itu karena di penghujung 2005, ia mengalami sakit gigi geraham sehabis operasi. Gejalanya, gusi tampak membengkak. Itu membuat Bams menderita, apalagi saat bernyanyi. Makan pun jadi sulit sehingga tubuh Bams mudah lemas. Dari Irvan, Bams mau mencoba meminum gamat. Beberapa hari setelah mengkonsumsi rasa nyeri di gigi langsung hilang. Itu lantaran gamat bersifat analgesik, penahan rasa sakit.

Tak hanya itu, karena terlalu sering manggung Bams pernah mengalami gangguan pita suara. Suaranya menjadi serak bahkan nyaris hilang. Akibatnya, Bams absen manggung selama seminggu sebelum tur di Makassar. Saat absen manggung itu Bams mengobati pita suara dengan meminum jelly mentimun laut dan tentunya obat dokter. Hasilnya, Bams kini lantang bersuara di atas panggung.

Setahun lalu adalah masa kelabu bagi Aldri. Saat itu ia divonis memiliki tumor di telapak tangan. Aldri pun mesti menjalani operasi pengangkatan tumor. Ini masih ada bekasnya, tapi sudah membaik ujar Aldri. Dari Irvan, Aldri mencoba ginseng dari dasar laut itu. Tak hanya diminum, jelly itu juga dioles ke luka bekas operasi. Hasilnya, goresan pisau operasi cepat menutup rapat. Rupanya filum chinodermata itu memiliki kemampuan memperbaiki sel-sel yang rusak.

Berbeda dari rekan lainnya, Erik tidak memiliki masalah dengan kesehatan. Sampai saat ini kondisi tubuh saya baik, ujarnya. Namun, karena rasa penasaran ia mau mengkonsumsi gamat. is today.   There are a lot of ways at looking at turning 43.

I think it’s hard enough to get 18 right so I am letting the 18 year old out to take a look at his 43 year old counterpart.  Like any 18 year old the kid doesn’t have a lot of good things to say.  And of course the old man can stop realizing how skinny and naive the kid is.

One has his entire life ahead of him and the other….well the old man does too, in fact more than ever on this blue sky morning I do feel like my entire life is in front of me, and you should too would be my point.

To celebrate being 18 for the 25th time I am going to take my 14 year old daughter to see Bruce Springsteen and experience what REAL live rock and roll is.  My parents too me to see the Who, J Geils, Bob Segar, when I was a teenager and I want to keep the tradition alive.

How nice of The Boss to roll into town just to celebrate my 25 anniversary!

Although I love to capture people’s expressions, I don’t qualify myself as a portrait photographer per se. As a matter of fact, I have always been unable to focus my work on a single aspect (that is maybe the missing link in my life, but this is no the subject of this post) and there is not one morning when I don’t come up with a new idea that would take me to a new direction.

However, I recently acquired a used Nikon 85mm f1.4 lens that made me reinvent myself, again. This lens is known to be a portrait lens, for it allows to capture sharply the features of a face while rendering a soft background. A magical lens, as my friend Clif says. Truly.

Obélix et lui m’ont fait jubiler, tant par le comique de situation, l’humour gaulois plein de références, les jeux de mots dont Goscinny était si friand, le dessin précis et grotesque d’Uderzo, les citations latines (que j’apprenais au collège). Astérix a fait partie de mon apprentissage de futur créateur de BD, avec Franquin, Hergé, Morris, Gotlib, Tillieux et tous les autres. Je me suis amusé à le copier et le recopier sur des feuilles volantes et dans mes cahiers d’école. Grandir au coeur de l’Age d’Or de la BD franco-belge a été un privilège dont je ne pouvais pas mesurer l’importance à l’époque. Goscinny était omni-présent dans les BD que je lisais: Lucky Luke, Le Petit Nicolas, Les Dingodossiers, … J’adorais son humour. Sa disparition brutale à l’âge de 51 ans m’a beaucoup affecté. Depuis, pour moi, Astérix n’a plus jamais été ce qu’il était.
J’ai scanné quelques dessins d’époque. Ils sont tous datés. Le dernier est de mon cahier de textes latins.

Il y a des jours comme aujourd’hui où est-ce que je n’arrive pas à me concentrer sur ce que j’ai à faire parce que mes pensées vagabonde et se promène d’une maison à l’autre. Je pense aux gens de l’Église du Bon Berger. Cela est certainement une bonne chose et je pense à eux (vous) souvent, régulièrement même. Tout ce que je fais est en fin de compte d’une manière ou d’une autre orienté vers eux. Mais ce matin, comme il m’arrive parfois, c’est un peu différent. Mon cœur est plutôt lourd alors qu’il est porté vers certaines personnes et certains besoins. Il y a un mélange de peine et de frustration. Un mélange d’espoir et de découragement. Un mélange d’enthousiasme et d’un désir de laisser tomber.

Il devient parfois difficile de porter à la fois des joies et des peines. Bien que ceci soit vrai pour chacun d’entre nous qui sommes en relations les uns avec les autres, entant que pasteur cette réalité est multiplié. Simultanément se réjouir d’un côté et pleurer de l’autre. Simultanément être rempli d’espoir pour l’avenir d’un côté et la remettre en question d’un autre. Simultanément être excité à l’idée de demain d’un côté et se demander à quoi ça sert de l’autre. Simultanément être heureux de voir la croissance chez certains et dépassé par la confusion qui règne chez d’autres.

Comprenez bien, je ne suis pas entrain de me plaindre et je ne voudrais pas que ce soit autrement. Je ne suis pas surpris que ce soit ainsi. Je vous ouvre tout simplement la fenêtre un peu pour que vous puissiez voir ce qui est à l’intérieure.

C’est juste qu’il y a des moments, comme celui-ci, où mon esprit vagabonde un peu plus entre les extrêmes et trouve difficile de s’ancrer d’un côté ou d’un autre. Alors que mes pensées passent d’un individu à un autre, d’une situation à une autre, et d’un défi à un autre; je n’arrive pas à m’arrêter pour être soit joyeux ou triste, rempli d’espoir ou découragé, content ou frustrer. Je suis entre les deux.

Je vous porte dans mon cœur avec tout ce que cela comporte et j’aime ça comme cela.

Bon, je retourne à mes pensées ou bien mon travail. Ou bien les deux. Dans le fond, l’un est l’autre.

da güven sorunları olsa gerek.

Yonetici  seçimine yanaşmayan işletmeler diğer yandan çalışan personel seçiminde de yeterli

özeni gosteremiyorlar.

Çoğu aile sirketi ve isin basindakiler yeterli egitime sahip degil. İşe  alım aile

fertleri dışında  da yine akraba ve hemsehrilik esasına  göre  oluyor.

Eğer akraba yada hemsehriden tanidik bulamazlarsa yabanci eleman aliyorlar. Ancak bu eleman her zaman bu firmalarda tutunup kalamiyor.

Çünkü  bu eleman ne kadar iyi olsa da  firma içinde bu firmayı  koruma içgüdüsündeki personelin negatif tavrını  aşamamakta .

Burada  firmalara mesajim bir yabanci firmaniza zarar verse hukuki olarak hesap sormaniz

daha  kolaydır.

Oysa akrabanızın verdiği zararlardan dolayi cogu zamana hukuki bir süreçte

başlatamıyorsunuz.

Ve firmaniza beceriksiz akraba alarak daha cok kendiniz zarar vermektesiniz. Ve yabancı elemani isten  cikarirken nedense ona neden cikarildigini soyleme konusunda fazla durust olunamıyor.

gidemiyor.

Bu konuda ; isteyen bu belgeye sahip firmaları ,önceden haber vermeden  rastgele  denetlesin,

Görülecektir   ki bu belgelerin coğu hak etmeden para yada tanidikla alinmistir.

Amélie et moi avions une petite discussion hier soir au sujet de la prière. La prière, comme bien d’autres sujets, nous laisse parfois avec plus de questions que de réponses lorsque nous essayons de comprendre. Je vous partage brièvement la discussion que nous avons eux. Je vous averti que nous n’avons pas tiré de conclusion bien claire alors vous n’en aurez pas ici non plus, du moins pas pour le moment. Nous sommes intéressés à vos pensées là-dessus. Certains seront peut-être embêté par certaines questions. Je suis désolé si c’est le cas.

Notre discussion à commencé après avoir lu l’histoire d’une dame qui racontait qu’un jour elle avait l’impression qu’elle devait prier pour sa fille qui était sorti avec une amie. Elle a donc prié pour la sécurité de sa fille. Quelque temps après elle apprends que sa fille et son amie ont été impliqué dans un accident de voiture. Pas de blessure grave. Le plus étonnant est que la voiture s’est arrêté à quelques pieds d’un précipice de plusieurs centaine de pieds. Il n’y avait pas de garde-fou pour empêcher la voiture de tomber.

Alors les questions. Est-ce que la voiture s’est tout simplement arrêtée? Est-ce qu’un ange à servi de garde-fou? Est-ce que la prière de la mère est venue au secours de sa fille? Si la maman n’avait pas prié, la voiture serait-elle tombée dans le précipice?

Nous ne pouvons connaître les réponses à ces questions mais elles sont tout-de-même les questions qui nous passent par la tête dans des situations comme celle-là.

Nous avons ensuite continué la discussion un peu en s’interrogeant sur la nature de l’intervention de Dieu dans nos prières. Nous savons que Dieu est souverain, qu’il voit tout, qu’il sait tout. Rien ne lui échappe. La vie étant ce qu’elle est, rempli de difficulté, détruite par le mal, souvent incompréhensible, il devient évident que Dieu laisse les choses se dérouler naturellement. Nous savons qu’au fond l’histoire se dirige d’après le plan de Dieu même si plusieurs choses qui se passent dans le monde ne sont pas en ce moment selon son désir pour la création et pour l’humanité.

Est-ce que le déroulement de ma vie est entièrement prédéterminé par Dieu? Ou bien peut-être qu’il y a des possibilités qui reste indéterminé. Ce n’est pas pour dire que ce sont des possibilités en dehors du contrôle de Dieu mais seulement qu’elles ne sont pas déterminé entièrement tant et aussi longtemps que je n’ai pas pris de décision, d’actions. Est-ce qu’il y aurait certains événements fixé par Dieu alors que d’autres seraient « ouvert »?

En revenant à la prière et à l’exemple de l’accident de voiture (nous pourrions prendre bien des exemples alors il suffit de substituer), il est évident que bien des accidents de voiture ont lieu et que Dieu n’intervient pas pour toutes les arrêter. Si les événements sont fixés, est-ce que la prière de la maman a changé quelque chose? Si les événements s ne sont pas pleinement fixés et que la mère n’avait pas prié, l’accident aurait-elle été pire?

En autres mots. Lorsque nous parlons de la puissance de la prière et de la prière du juste qui est d’une grande efficacité, est-ce que nous voulons dire que nos prières servent à « inciter » Dieu à agir en notre faveur dans des situations qu’il aurait « peut-être » autrement laissé se dérouler différemment? Bien sur nous voulons qu’en toutes choses la volonté de Dieu soit faite. La volonté de Dieu n’est pas toujours de répondre favorablement à nos intercessions mais lorsqu’il le fait, le fait-il parce que c’était ordonné d’avance et que peut-importe notre prière il en aurait été ainsi, ou bien le fait-il parce que nous lui avons demandé et qu’il a décidé de nous accorder notre requête alors que sans notre prière, il ne l’aurait pas nécessairement fait?

Peut-être que tu n’aimes pas ce genre de questions et de discussions. Peut-importe les réponses et les non-réponses à nos questions, je me repose sur plusieurs choses que je sais : Dieu est souverain, il est bon et juste. Il m’aime, m’entend et m’écoute. Il veut mon bien mais cela n’empêche pas que je dois vivre la vie. La vie est ce qu’elle est mais elle s’en va là ou Dieu permet. Je veux prier parce que Dieu me le demande et me dis que mes prières sont efficaces. Je veux croire que mes prières ne sont pas en vain même si je ne comprends pas toujours de quelle manière elles « fonctionne » dans l’ensemble des choses, le « big picture ».

Mon fils aîné reçoit une petite revue à tous les mois qui s’appelle: “Le petit messager”.

Nous avons lu ensemble un petit article que j’ai trouvé bon. Je vous le partage sur le blog.

L’histoire m’est revenue en tête parce que cette semaine c’est une grosse semaine pour moi avec plein de chose au menu! Une amie (une maman avec ses enfants) m’a demandé si j’étais disponible pour que l’on se voit…hum…j’étais tenté de dire non mais j’ai pensé au citronier…il donne et ne s’appauvrit pas!

As-tu déjà vu un citronnier? Tu connais sans doute son fruit, le citron. Le citronnier est un arbre remarquable qui donne beaucoup de fruits. Sa floraison et sa production s’échelonnent sur toute l’année. Il est donc possible de trouver des fleurs et des fruits, en même temps, sur le même arbre!

Il est bien différent du pommier qui fleurit au printemps, donne ses pommes à l’automne et finalement perd ses feuilles avant l’hiver. Le citronnier ne se lasse pas de fleurir et de produire des fruits. La cueillette des fruits ne l’appauvrit pas, car déjà de nouvelles fleurs sont en route.

As-tu l’impression de t’enrichir lorsque tu donnes?

C’est pourtant ce qui se passe avec Dieu. Que tu donnes de ton temps ou de ton énergie ou de ton argent ou autre pour Lui, Il te récompensera.

Pendant qu’il porte du fruit dans sa vie, le chrétien, bien disposé peut continuer à “fleurir comme un citronnier” pour le service de Dieu.

What was once an open book has become a parliamentary meeting behind closed doors. Openness has ended up in sharing brief details that seemingly do not matter. It’s weird, to say the least.

I’ve always been somebody that said what i felt and thought. But during these past years i’ve changed into this creature i’ve now begun to fear. I feel like my rationality has taken over my whole being. That whilst on the inside i am screaming to just feel. Just feel. And scream. Very fucking loud.

i have not left any room for my emotions to be expressed. And it looks like this has resulted in a complete shut down on whatever lies in my heart.
I’ve not been able to share crap.
Fucking crap that has been haunting me day and night. Every bloody moment i took a breath. Every time my heart didn’t stop beating.

I’ve tried. God knows. I’ve bloody tried. I’ve tried telling people i call friends. People i love. And even people i normally couldn’t care less about. But i couldn’t. I fucking tried in a manner that would seemingly ease the burden. That would make the weight a lit less to carry. But i simply couldn’t. Fuck no.i couldn’t.

There’s this mental stop i’ve apparently built in, this shitty reluctance to talk about shit that matters.

I know that till some extend it is clear madness, but a certain part of me knows that in the end it will be me that will have to deal with it. On my own. And stand all alone. Alone.

But even with that in mind i need to get this off my chest. Desperately. Seriously. I’ve just had enough with this paralyzing, enough with this suffocating, enough with this fucked shit.

There will not be any changes to this road that lies ahead. At least the end of it all. No fucking way. No change.
And that’s just it.
All this will end. This road will stop. This heart will stop beating.
I will stop living.
And that all because of this shit called cancer.

Depuis une semaine plus particulièrement, j’a du bon temps avec ma fille. J’ai plus de temps avec elle depuis que mon fils aîné à commencé l’école. J’apprends à la connaître davantage…nous sommes si différente elle et moi!

L’après-midi nous faisons un repos. Nous ne dormont pas toujours mais nous nous reposons pour un temps. La semaine passée, je suis aller faire mon repos avec ma Kyria dans son lit à deux reprises…Quels beaux moments j’ai passé avec elle! Nous nous sommes couchées dans son lit. Elle était toute excitée que je sois là avec elle. Elle m’a dit avec un grand sourire: “maman, tu veux un bonbon?”(elle est tellement créative et elle aime le monde imaginaire). Elle prends son toutou brebie qui a un petit trou près de l’oreille. Elle entre son beau grand doigt et fouille dans le trou…Et nous jasons sur les couleurs, les formes, les saveurs des différents bonbons qui existent. Et ensuite je passe ma commande et là elle me regarde avec ses grands yeux ronds…Elle me regarde avec tellement d’anticipation….Elle se demande quelle expression faciale je vais faire en dégustant mon fameux bonbon. Et ensuite c’est à son tour. Ensuite, elle prend plaisir à m’habriller avec ses doudous préférées. Elle s’assure que je suis très confortable. Elle s’allonge à côté de moi sous les couvertures. Un des moments que j’aime le plus c’est quand elle prends ma main et qu’elle ferme ses beaux grands yeux. J’ouvre ensuite les miens juste un petit peu pour la regarder s’endormir. Et à ce moment, des larmes me montent aux yeux. Je savoure ce “precious moment” et me redis combien le temps passe vite… Je remercie le Seigneur d’avoir le privilège d’avoir trois beaux enfants et d’être à la maison pour jouir de chaque moments.

Pour moi la routine du dimanche matin est importante. On entend souvent les athlètes parler de leur routine d’avant match. Certain on des routines très élaboré alors que d’autres on simplement une ou deux petites choses qu’ils aiment faire avant un match.

Un peu dans le même principe, sauf que je suis loin d’être un athlète, j’ai ma routine du dimanche matin avant le rencontre de l’église lorsque j’apporte la prédication.

Alors voici un p’tit aperçu de la routine d’un pasteur le dimanche matin :

J’aime me lever entre 6hr et 6h30. La cafetière est préparé la veille alors il suffit que de peser sur le bouton et le café se prépare. Ensuite je m’installe sur ma chaise de lecture et j’ouvre mon ordinateur. Je passe environ une heure à réviser mes notes et les améliorer un peu. Peut importe le nombre d’heure que j’investi dans la préparation d’une prédication pendant la semaine, ma meilleure heure de préparation est celle du dimanche matin. Je relis le texte biblique. Je relis mes notes. Je lis d’autres prédications sur le même passage. J’ajoute, je supprime, j’améliore mes notes. Pendant ce temps je bois 2-3 tasses de café.

Par la suite, je range mon ordinateur et c’est le temps de la douche. Pendant ce temps là je prie et je révise la prédication de mémoire dans ma tête.

Amélie s’occupe de préparer les enfants. Ensuite les enfants écoute un peu de télé pendant qu’Amélie et moi nous terminons de nous préparer.

J’aime que nous soyons au bâtiment de l’église pour 9hr (9h15 au plus tard). Notre rencontre commence à 10h00. En arrivant, je m’installe au bureau pour imprimer mes notes et les réviser une dernière fois.

Puis, pendant le temps qui reste avant le début de la réunion j’accueille les gens en écoutant et en observant ce qui se passe et ce que les gens disent. J’utilise ces choses pour m’enligner et discerner, autant que possible, ce que l’Esprit de Dieu fait dans le cœur des gens.

Pendant le temps de louange je fais la même chose. J’observe et j’écoute. Je prie pour les gens. Je prie pour la prédication. Puis, vient le temps de la prédication. Je m’avance et ma prière est celle-ci : « Seigneur, utilise ma bouche, agis au travers mes faiblesses et manquements, et fais ce que tu veux. »

Un travail de recherche riche en articles, interviews et témoignages sur un aspect peu connu de la Shoah. Le rire existait-il? Sous quelle forme? Ou est-il encore un sujet tabou?
