Long before Adam Lambert did his risque act in the AMAs, we’ve seen much of crotch action from our favourite celebrities. So the question is, what’s so shocking and appalling with what Adam did, when we already know he’s going to do it?

We surely tolerated it when MJ grabbed whatever it is he’s grabbing back in the day.

Or when it was way out of control for Fergie to have it under control during a concert, we’re ok with it.

Pete Wentz certainly wasn’t ashamed when his Little Pete’s phone photos circulated over the net.

As subliminal as it was, we know what Mick Jagger wants when he did this.

We laughed with it when Andy Samberg and Justin Timberlake wrapped their d*cks in a box.

We all made jokes when Britney’s lips went over the top and under the cams.

And we all thought that this was the best impersonation of Borat courtesy of John Mayer.

As to the Adam Lambert brouhaha, is it immoral to show it at 11 in the evening? (argument: it was 11 AM in Manila)

Or maybe because an openly gay man did it that’s why it’s getting much slapping? Moral double standard is the issue perhaps?

Maybe. Maybe not.

This is not to say that Adam Lambert was right to show what he did on TV. Man, this guy likes publicity and he knows how to do it. (I would like to say that he is successful given the free publicity he gets from blogs like this one). It was inconsiderate of him, to say the least, I guess, because as a performer, he has to acknowledge the fact that he has 9 year old fans (courtesy of American Idol) and we don’t want them to think that it’s ok for them to simulate fellatio at such an early age. (Promise kids, you’ll get there, you just wait)

Although as much as there are things we shouldn’t show on TV (not because we’re not ready for it), but if it happens, we have to remember that there also are things that we should be teaching the children and teens which are of more importance rather than telling them what’s right or wrong. Because we already know what’s right and / or wrong – we just think that sometimes, a little open-mindedness (or sense of humour) is important as well.

Well, while pondering what I should write about I thought of a few things but it came down to this week’s Dexter episode, school, the follow up to my Fall Out Boy story and Mega64 . I’ll try to keep all short and sweet because we got things to do, like read other blogs and blog.

Well, i’ll start off with the Fall Out Boy album, as I mentioned it was their greatest hits collection and I checked the song list and knew most of the songs, so I hit up youtube to listen to the new singles “From Now on We’re Enemies”, “Yule Shoot Your Eye Out”, “Growing Up” as well as “alpha dog”. The songs were pretty good, some were actually supose to be on the bands last album “folie a deux”.  The song that stood out the most to me was “Growing up” It sounded alot like their old stuff which has a much “punkier” sound than their latest efforts.

Now next on today’s topic list is Mega64. Mega64 is an online website created by Rocco Botte, Derrick Acosta and Shawn Chatfeild. Mega64 is primarily these three and their friends who go into public and act out their favorite video games in public, and that’s not all they do! they have a weekly one hour podcast talking to you about their individual weeks, movie/game reviews and just …stories! this week was podcast 123 which was also their “Thankcast” (due to it being Thanksgiving this week in the States) I HIGHLY suggest you check these guys out and watch their podcast when you have an hour to spare or check out their little clips anytime you’re looking for a laugh. Next up is the latest episode of Dexter and my personal theories both small and big!

So far this season has been AMAZING the writing is just…WOW the comedy/comedic timing is far better this season than any, and if you’re not caught up this is your

***spoiler warning***

you’ll see the same thing but “Spoiler over” when the coast is clear, okay? Now this season has had love, twists and turns, new life and of course death, Micheal C. Hall back at it again as Dexter Morgan, this season a new husband and new father/step-father. Thus far this season has killed off fairly big characters and includes growth for the supporting cast such as Deborah, Angel and Maria to name a few. Lundy’s death was a huge shock for me I could’ve seen his character having a major conflict with Dexter and Deborah. Angel and Maria’s relationship which i’m not totally into this season, places far behind Dex and Deb’s stories as the begin to intertwine. As for Quinn, his relationship with Christine the reporter has been getting him in trouble this season, and that’s not even counting him stealing money from a crime scene. My suspicions on Christine MIGHT be right because I believe that she shot Deb and Lundy, under the “Trinity Killer” Arthur Mitchell (Her father) because Lundy knew to much, but even I kinda doubt that, don’t get me wrong I think she shot them, that just may’ve not been the motive, it’s too coincidental that she wants a story on the now stitched up Deb and Trinity saw Lundy at his next murder location so maybe Trinity used his daughter to kill Trinity? bah…i’m starting to lose myself now! we’ll end the Dexter talk this week, feel free to leave comments on your theories!

Wow, uhm, as for the last to item on the list, i’ll talk about school . Well, where to start? it was pouring today, it wasn’t bad on the way to class, the way home is what sucked, it was a fairly humid day but leaving school was a different story. First period I had Civics which is only a 23 day course then i’m off in mornings, followed by living and working with children than last but not least a Math course, which oddly enough we’re watching a movie because the teacher isn’t there, good to see I’m getting an education huh? well, I chose to miss that course till the teacher comes back, civics and Living and working with children are pretty easy, once we finish work in civics, she lets us wander about the school, she writes a page of questions which I finish far too early then we can leave, I skipped school and failed, I didn’t do the work and failed, I’m not a moron, anyways, finished that up then onto my next class and I already printed my work, Ms. Stephanie has yet to mark anything, so I just sat and talked to Sorani, Diana and Sabrina all class, then went home after a long tediously boring morning, which should end Monday when my math teacher is back.

Sabrina and I walked to my bus stop, she went home, I hopped on the bus and came home and began to BLOG!~ well… thought of what to blog about that is baha… anyways people i’ll tell you about my day tomorrow, i’ll more than likely have my first manga review tomorrow if some come out early enough.
Same time tomorrow, okay?

I was searching something on youtube and saw a fall out boy song “alpha dog” (Video below) and I wanted to check if they had a new album on the way, I’m a huge fall out boy fan so this is big news for me. I ended up checking the band’s website, found out that it’s a greatest hits album, I was kinda caught off guard, I didn’t think they’ve been together for THAT long but I look back on the great singles released like “Grand Theft Autumn”  and “America’s Suite Hearts”  well, it seems that this album is a long time coming.

The band is taking a break for at least a year to take a breather from one another and rightfully so, being together for a long time with no band member doing anything on their own during that time period other that cameos and being featured in songs.

Pete Wentz the “unofficial” spokesperson for Fall Out Boy and credited for writing most of the band’s material went on record in an MTV interview saying “..and I wouldn’t use the term break up, we’re on a break, decompressing. I ‘m making up a new term, we’re decompressing right now.”

Personal Thoughts on my Story:

Though i’m kind of upset that they’re taking a small break, I do realize that it IS needed and this band is probably one of the few most deserving of a “decompression”.  Hey, if it inspires them to make better music than they already have, then more power to them. Ashlee Simpson-Wentz and Pete Wentz threw their son Bronx an awesome first birthday party on Saturday November 21. Bronx Mowgli who actually turned one on Friday November 20 was treated to a ‘SpongeBob SquarePants’ themed birthday bash at his grandparents Joe and Tina Simpson’s house in Encino, California, which even included an impersonator dressed as the goofy, yellow sea sponge known as Sponge Bob Square Pants.

Pete thanked his friends and family on Twitter for a “rad b-day for Bronx.”

The tot was joined by 30 family and friends which included his pop star aunt Jessica Simpson who tucked into birthday cake and played on a giant bouncy castle! LOL!

Last week, Pete revealed his plans behind opting for the cartoon theme.

He said: “Bronx likes Bob and he likes guitar which he calls ‘itar’ so we’re going to have a SpongeBob party for him.”

That is so cool!

El día de ayer fueron los American Music Awards y, como ya es costumbre cada que hay alfombra roja, siempre hay gente que sólo llega para que le tomen la foto. Por ejemplo, aunque estoy seguro que muchos confundieron a este ser con Lady Caca, en realidad se trata de un wey de octava llamado Bobby Trendy cuyo único mérito es haber sido amigo de Anna Nicole Smith. Aunque merece un leve reconocimiento por captar tan bien la esencia de Caca, es más, me tomó un buen rato notar la diferencia.

Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz reportedly celebrated their son Bronx Mowgli’s first birthday with a SpongeBob-themed party.

The party on November 21 took place at grandparents Joe and Tina Simpson’s house in Encino, Calif, and around 30 family and friends, including aunt Jessica Simpson, were there to celebrate.

“Bronx likes Bob and he likes guitar – which he calls ‘itar,’ so we’re going to have a SpongeBob party for him,” People magazine quoted Wentz, 30, as saying.

The party went well, according to Wentz, who thanked party planner Mindy Weiss and others on his Twitter page Saturday night for the “rad b-day for bronx”.

This last week has been crazy here in New York, there has been tons of fun events going on. You saw the video from the Nylon party that our friends TV/TV played at earlier and we hit up one more store opening in Times Square this week. It was a starlet filled event, with Gossip Girls Michelle Trachtenberg, Jessica Szohr, and a performance by Leighton Meester. Ashlee Simpson was also in attendance and some guy named Pete Wentz was the DJ. Leighton definitely pushed the style envelope in her crazy performace get up and she sang five songs including her summer hit with Cobra Starship. Wednesday night was my third MTVU Woodie Awards show at Roseland Ballroom and one of the most fun! We had a perfect spot near the artist lounge, enjoying a DJ set by Diplo and catching performances by Death Cab for Cutie, Passion Pit, Matt & Kim, The Dead Weather and more.

There was an interesting array of presenters including a ranting Zooey Deschanel, legendary Cyndi Lauper and Leighton Meester, Mary Louise Parker, 3OH!3 dressed like Lady Gaga, will.i.am in a snuggie, a drunk? Pete Wentz, and Janelle Monae channeling a robotic Grace Jones.

Friendly Fires post-Ninjasonik derailed interview

The day before the awards show we chatted with Friendly Fires at their Fred Perry party at SPiN NYC and they mentioned hoping that they didn’t get Kanye’d at the show. Pete Wentzék koncertműsorából kikerül a ‘Beat It’. Wentz vonatkozó nyilatkozatában elmondta, hogy a feldolgozást – mely egyébként felkerül a Fall Out Boy hamarosan megjelenő ‘Believers Never Die‘ című válogatásalbumára – annak idején afféle poénként, furcsaságként rögzítették. „Úgy döntöttük, hogy nem játsszuk többé. Ez az ő dala, nemde? Lemezre tesszük, mert klipes szám volt, de ez egész egyszerűen az ő dala és kész.” – mondta a zenész.

Ashlee Simpson pretende lançar uma linha de roupas com a sua assinatura. “O que ela tem em mente é algo inspirado em punk e acha que pode fazer sucesso com isso”, contou uma fonte ao Daily Star.

O seu marido, Pete Wentz, baixista do Fall Out Boy, já possui sua própria marca de roupas, a Clandestine, e assinou recentemente uma coleção especial para a DKNY, onde a linha de sportwear teve estampas inspiradas em suas tatuagens.

A tizennégy FOB sláger mellett két új dal is helyet kap a ‘Believers Never Die’ című anyagon, melyek közül az ‘Alpha Dog’-hoz most a banda elkészített egy elég egyszerű klipet is, ide kattintsatok érte!

Fall Out Boy member Pete Wentz has revealed that after his son Bronx Mowgli was born last November he was unable to write a song for six months.

Wentz, 30, who is married to Ashlee Simpson-Wentz, was amazed by how much parenthood affected his song writing, as he is now less selfish.

“For the first six months after Bronx was born, I couldn’t write at all, and then all of a sudden I started writing again. I think it made me look at the world in a different way,” Contactmusic quoted him as telling MusicRadar.

“We have a very selfish culture, and we all embrace it, and that’s what ‘I Don’t Care’ was supposed to be about, and what ‘America’s Sweethearts’ was supposed to be about.

“I hate explaining lyrics because it feels like ‘Whatever’ but ‘I Don’t Care’ was about looking at a picture of yourself in the mirror, like the ultimate form of narcissism,” he added.
