“Mad Men” star JON HAMM appeared on a recent episode of “Sesame Street”, where he and Elmo taught kids about sculptures.

Speaking of things that are sculpted, Jon Hamm’s infamous BULGE did not make an appearance mostly because “Sesame Street” wisely chose to film him from the waist up.

John actually has been doing a few appearances recently on children’s shows. He also voiced a character in the season premiere of PBS’s “Martha Speaks”.

A new trailer for the new Superman movie “Man of Steel” hit the web yesterday, and it’s more extensive than any we’ve seen so far.

It even gives us a quick glimpse of GENERAL ZOD!

The movie comes out June 14th.

Two bombs went off yesterday at the finish line of the Boston Marathon leaving 3 dead and over one hundred injured. It is the worst bombing on American soil since the 9/11 attacks.

Mike Morgan works for our sister station Mix in Boston, and one of his co-workers was even running in the yesterday’s marathon.

Mike talks to Phillips & Company about what is going on today in Boston and how the city is coping with yesterday’s tragedy.

Thirty skiers near Montreal pulled off a pretty cool trick on Sunday. . . by going over a jump together and doing a backflip while they all held hands. They were reportedly trying for a world record, but it hasn’t been confirmed by Guinness yet.

Somehow, none of them wiped out!

Julie is best known for her roles as Darla on “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “Angel” and Rita Bennett on “Dexter”. She has also starred on the series “Roswell” and “Desperate Housewives”.

She returns to Phillips & Company to talk about her new series “Defiance” on the SyFy Channel.

The series is set in a future St. Louis, and Phillips & Company ask her about what our future looks like after alines have attacked the earth.

Phillips & Company enter their sixth week of weight loss. So, how did they do.

Not too bad. Guy was the “big winner” again by losing 1.5 lbs, Courtney lost another pound. and Kevin, who lost last week, is down another 1/2 pound.

Since Jen didn’t lose or gain this week, she had to do this week’s challenge (her first time to do a challenge by the way) which is “Treadmill Trivia”.

The Spring Slim Down ends next Friday, so “Good Luck” and “Continued Weightloss Success” everybody!

Baseball started up last week, and so far the best catch of the season goes to a fan at the Astros-Mariners game on Wednesday night, who managed to catch a foul ball in his BEER. Then he of course chugged it, but it mostly ended up on his shirt.

Apparently this is becoming a “thing” at baseball games. Last year, some guy did it at a San Diego Padres game after a ball landed in his beer while it was sitting on the ground.

“Breaking Bad” gets a shout out in this Sunday’s opening credits for “The Simpsons”. Instead of the show’s infamous blue meth, it shows Marge baking blue cupcakes. And at the end, the real Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul show up.

Fox decided to drum up some publicity by posting it early on YouTube.

Another “after dentist” video has hit the web. This time it’s a girl who just woke up from oral surgery and insists she’s HANNAH MONTANA.

At the beginning, she asks her mom to turn the camera away, because quote, “The paparazzi can’t see me like this.” And when her mom laughs at her, she starts CRYING, and explains that Miley Cyrus is an imposter.

The best part is when she offers to sing a song and chooses “Party in the U.S.A.” Then she starts crying again, and complains about people who say her music videos are too slutty. Even if it’s partly an act, the crying seems real.

Have you ever wondered what happens when you cry in space? Me neither, but a Canadian astronaut on the International Space Station posted a video where he simulates it by pouring a little bit of water into his eye.

Obviously there’s no gravity, so the tears don’t stream down his face. Instead, they stick to his cheek and form a big ball of water next to his eye.

Some guy ran on the field at the Red Sox/Blue Jays game on Sunday, and of course they didn’t show it on TV. But there’s annoying cell phone footage of it that’s worth watching.

First he slid into second base, then sprinted into the outfield and tried to SCALE the center field wall. But three security guards got their hands on him right before he could get over it.

Louisville beat Michigan 82 to 76 in last night’s NCAA championship, and when the confetti cannons let loose inside the Georgia Dome, it clearly scared the crap out of Louisville coach RICK PITINO.

Because he ducked and covered his head as if he’d just walked past a car bomb. Although in his defense, they were insanely loud.

Another week down, and The Company keeps losing weight!

Guy was the big winner this week with over 4 lbs. lost, Courtney wasn’t too far behind with a little over 3 lbs. for the week, and Jen lost close to another 1.5 lbs.!

In case you missed it, a guy sitting in the center field bleachers at an Arizona Diamondbacks game jumped out of the way to avoid a home run ball on Tuesday night from Pete Kozma, and let it hit a woman directly in the FACE. (Probably his wife, judging by the wedding rings.)

Unfortunately, the video is from kind of far away. But apparently she was okay.

A woman in Brazil is lucky to be alive after jumping onto the tracks at a metro station to retrieve her cell phone.

It happened on March 26th. She managed to climb back on to the platform JUST before the train went by.

Jane Henson, who was married to Jim Henson and helped create the Muppets, passed away yesterday at age 78 after a long battle with cancer. (Jim died in 1990 due to complications from pneumonia.)

Coincidentally, there’s a new “supercut” making the rounds online that shows every time DEATH was mentioned on “Fraggle Rock”. Apparently it was a darker show than you might remember, because the montage is two minutes long.
