All eyes and ears are on Chris Brown as he readies his upcoming single that will serve as a follow up to “Fine China”. Not only are his fans looking to hear consistency between the two tracks, but they are also intrigued by the fact that Chris Brown will be featuring unreleased Aaliyah vocals on his next single. The title of the track will be called “They Don’t Know” and today Chris released the cover art for the record that shows a tatted up Chris reflected in the shape of an X. Ironically enough, his upcoming album that is set to release on July 16 will also be titled X. Stay tuned for the official single when it drops soon!

On my way to the tennis club at 7.50 I got a text ” I’m at the club” . At 8.00 he called my mobile and said “I’m here”. I replied ” I’m here too” jeezus Christ I thought. I Get on the court in the hazy early London morning . It was beautiful and clear and empty and the birds were singing. He / my 3rd opponent in my league tournament does not even say hello. He is 50-55 years old and said : ” I need to leave at 9.00″. With that he confirmed that he had a very importen job and that he means business .

Long story short he did not play much better than me but had a better serve and more experience so he won 6-1 and 5-3 ( he had to leave when the alarm rang at 9.00 am) I was just amazed how someone could be so unpleasant. I was really feeling sorry for his wife.

I had a fantastic lunch after that with my girls from Contemporary art Society where we were discussing the next fundraising and the board of directors and the up end coming trip to the Venice Biennale.

Home to pack for south of France and then the last Tennis match at 19.00 with rain delays and too many players it took 2.30 hours and well home I was not really understanding the first episode of the ” Killing”…. I was too tired …

This morning when I was done and packed and prepared and all 3 kids dressed and each one carrying a bag , I noticed that Yves was still in his tennis gear from the match he had in the morning. Long way from ready. I had a minor nervous breakdown and hysterical fit. I can not understand how a man ( 43!!!!!!!! years old) can not learn how to pack in advance / prepare in advance/ be on time and ready when his family is. I don’t believe it either because he worked for Goldman Sachs and you have to be a bit with it to get in there.

Got on the Eurostar. Arrived fine . I will always travel alone with the kids and no deluded partner, from now on. Staying with friends and heading to St Maxim tmrw. Give us some good weather.

MINNEAPOLIS (WCCO) – According to a study out of UCLA, 5,000 same-sex Minnesota couples are expected to get married in the next three years.

And that’s translating into a bit of a boom on the business side of the industry.

At Hell’s Kitchen in Minneapolis, they have four weddings booked for August and September.

Same sex weddings in Minnesota are expected to bring in $42 million, and increased tax revenues of $3 million.

“This isn’t going just something that’s going to be a quick, ‘Let’s jump on the bandwagon and do this’ thing,” said Eliesa Johnson of Photogen Inc. “It really is going to affect the industry for the long-term.”

In talking with a number of wedding vendors, it doesn’t appear there will be a huge rush of August or September weddings, but it’s clear the vendors are planning for the future.

“It’s just been doing gangbusters for our business,” Stephen Rocheford said.

The sales force at Lavender magazine has been getting 10 calls or emails an hour. They expect their next Pride issue to break advertising records.

They say vendors want the business of a readership whose income averages $90,000 a year.

“It’s a practical thing for businesses,” Rocheford said. “They need to stake out a claim in the gay market.”

There is still some confusion within each county about when same sex couples will be able to apply for their marriage licenses — before Aug. 1 or not.

County departments are meeting this week and next to figure out the logistics.

They made me consider my blessings, and the little things in my life that bring me joy, and that is inspiring. If I look back at these pictures years from now, I know that I’ll see little things, little moments that will make me smile. Priceless.

The older I get, the more I value the people in my life. Each relationship in one’s life is a choice (family, friends, romances) and I so value the relationships I have chosen and chosen to nurture in my life. Free will and the choices we make, those are truly priceless. I feel like my rings are a reminder of not only my marriage, but my choices and all of the people in my life, everyday.

I don’t have a “lucky” anything. But if I need something, I never forget to wear my necklace. It comforts me to have it on. It comforts me to reach up and feel it there and fiddle with the pendants. It’s not exactly luck, but it’s as close as I get.

What is perfect? Nothing I know of. But I do love this pair of socks! (And I’m not so much with the socks.)

My father has lived in the same apartment for the past 25 years or so, and for all of that time there’s been this intercom on the wall. For the most part it never really worked, but it’s still on the wall when you walk in. Now I have the exact same intercom on my wall (which only half works), and every time I walk by it, I have a little flashback.

Nothing is as refreshing as a lemon, I think.

These particular photos were taken last year at my son’s birthday party. They have outdoor party rooms with BBQs for hire. Although it was cold (and a little wet) we had a great day.

My son has also visited the centre earlier this year. He attended for a school program where they completed an indoor educational session as well as spent time on the track. He loved it! He also loved telling everyone about his party.
