I have here a pair of tail light trim rings for a ‘65.5-’71 Dodge pickup truck. I would run them on my Custom cab ‘68, but to be plainly honest, I don’t like the look of them. The pair I have are in fair condition, with minor pitting, and a little blue overspray. One is missing a couple of the mounting studs, but still sat tight to the truck. $20 + shipping.

Note como outras mulheres se aproximam mais de você, sejam 5 ou 10 metros. Uma loira linda de olhos claros passa do lado do seu grupo, desacelera, quase para de andar e dá uma olhadinha pelo canto do olho pra você e continua o caminho.
Ela queria estar no teu grupo, é uma emoção que ela sentiu que quase a fez parar ali. Aproveite a situação e abra ela. Os IDIs já mostraram que você vai ser aceito.







Outro ponto importante é que as mulheres, vaidosas pela natureza como são, se preocupam muito com a aparência, e elas nem cogitam a idéia de não estarem bonitas na frente de alguém por quem estão interessadas. Então, quando ela sabe que você tá por perto e pode vê-la, consciente ou inconscientemente vai cuidar da aparência. É quando as mulheres fazem alguma coisa com o cabelo, qualquer coisa. Seja arrumar com a mão, seja prender ou soltar, jogar pra trás, ficar brincando, tanto faz. Esse é um IDI clássico, até quem não estuda pick-up conhece.
Ou então, ainda no quesito aparência, elas vão tocar no rosto, pescoço, bochechas, pulso, lábios. Fora o contato visual. Se vocês se olham e ela sustenta esse olhar por alguns segundos.


Outro IDI é a boa e velha atenção. Uma pessoa que você acabou de conhecer te dá mais atenção do que pra qualquer outra coisa? Se ela dá continuidade ou retoma a conversa quando você pára, se alguém tenta interromper, mas ela espera você acabar de falar ou fazer o que está fazendo pra prestar atenção em outra pessoa, se ela se inclina pra frente pra te escutar; se ela pergunta seu nome; são sinais de interesse claro.


Perceba também os movimentos. Se uma mulher de um determinado grupo olha pra você e depois cochicha alguma coisa com as amigas; se você tá andando por aí e elas te seguem; se todas as mulheres do grupo vão ao banheiro, mas só uma fica, ela quer ficar sozinha contigo; se você vai a algum outro lugar e ela te acompanha, não há necessidade pra isso, mas ela deixou que você a conduzisse; se você usa kino (contato físico) ou entra no seu espaço pessoal, mas ela permite.
Se ela te kinar também, quando a atração já tá construída, ela vai querer te tocar num sinal claro de interesse.


Sabe quando acontece te jogam shit-tests tipo ‘você é gay?’ e você responde de um jeito parecido com ‘não, não, eu sou muito macho, não tem ninguém nesse lugar que seja mais homem do que eu’. O seu valor cai se você responde assim. Por quê? Porque você está se qualificando pra ela, e a qualificação é um IDI.
Então use isso ao seu favor e faça perguntas que a façam se qualificar. Tipo ‘quais são as suas três melhores qualidades?’, ‘você é mais do que uma menina bonita (sim, diga menina, mesmo que ela tenha vinte e poucos anos)?’, e por aí vai.
Na verdade essas perguntas de qualificação entram mais em A3, mas eu uso já em A2, depois de uns dois IDIs.

-Ela te olha pelo canto do olho

-Ela se qualifica pra você

-Ela tenta ficar sozinha com você
-Ela te dá mais atenção do que o normal
-Ela esbarra em você ‘sem querer’
-Ela te elogia
-Ela te bate de brincadeira
-Ela te xinga carinhosamente (‘aah, seu bobo’, etc.)
-Ela te provoca de brincadeirinha (tipo quando você fala que não gosta de alguma coisa e ela faz isso)
-A perna dela toca a sua quando vocês estão sentados
-Ela pergunta se você tem namorada
-Ela evita mencionar o namorado
-Se você fala que gosta de alguma coisa e ela diz que gosta também (depois de certa calibração, você sente quando é mentira)

به گفته این منبع آگاه، در ابتدای عقد قرارداد «پلت‌فرم مشترک X90» که سواری تندر یکی از محصولات آن به حساب می‌آید، مقرر شده تا برندهای عمومی و تجاری سبک این پلت‌فرم ( U90 و R90)، در ایران خودرو و محصولات سواری آن مانند B90 (ساندرو)، در پارس‌خودرو به تولید برسد.

این موضوع در شرایطی است که مدیر ارشد کیفیت رنو، روز گذشته عنوان کرده که با توجه به کیفیت بالای محصولات پارس‌خودرو، رنو خواستار تولید وانت تندر-90 در این شرکت، بدون هیچ‌تردیدی است. فیلیپ مارتین در تایید گفته‌های خود مبنی‌بر کیفیت تولید در پارس‌خودرو، تندر-90 این شرکت را مثال زده و عنوان کرده که نمره منفی محصولات تولیدی پارس‌خودرو، از استاندارد جهانی رنو نیز پایین‌تر است.

اما واگذاری حق تولید وانت تندر-90 به پارس‌خودرو، جدای از آنکه از دید ایران خودرویی‌ها، خلاف توافقات اولیه به حساب می‌آید، شاید از جنبه‌ای دیگر باعث نگرانی نیز باشد، بدین معنی که اگر پارس‌خودرو U90 را با قیمتی زیر 10‌میلیون تومان تولید و عرضه کند، قطعا سهم قابل‌توجهی از بازار وانت پیکان پر فروش ایران خودرو نصیب U90 خواهد شد؛ چراکه پلت‌فرم تندر، هم از ایمنی بالا و مناسبی برخوردار است و هم مصرف سوخت پایین‌تری در مقایسه با وانت پیکان دارد.

در این زمینه البته برخی کارشناسان معتقدند، پارس‌خودرو به احتمال فراوان و با توجه به حذف وانت نیسان زامیاد از چرخه تولید و همچنین ضررده بودن تولید سواری‌های تندر، نرخ کارخانه‌ای U90 را بالای 10‌میلیون تومان در نظر می‌گیرد و از آن سو با حذف تدریجی نیسان پیکاپ خود، بازار وانت‌های تجاری سبک در محدوده قیمتی بالای 10‌میلیون تومان را به تنهایی در دست خواهد گرفت. واگذاری U90 به پارس‌خودرو در شرایطی است که این شرکت به احتمال فراوان، چندی دیگر ساندرو را نیز به عنوان یکی دیگر از برندهای پلت‌فرم X90 میهمان خط تولید خود می‌کند.

Keine Worte - Nur Tränen

Living without access to a vehicle most of the time has definitely been a challenge.  Especially for an always-on-the-go-can’t-stay-in-one-place-for-twenty-minutes person like myself.  It’s taken a lot of patience and a lot of adjustment.  No sacrifice is too great to be able to stay home and raise my son, but of all the sacrifices I could have made, giving up my vehicle and the freedom and independence that come with it was probably the most difficult for me. 

Luckily we are within bike riding distance of both Lyons and Mill City, and on warm summer days Owen and I had a wonderful time feeling the air rush past us.  Owen liked to imitate my heavy breathing when I got tired (it’s 12 miles round trip to town and back).  A motorcycle would be more suited to my personality, but I can get going pretty fast on my bike coming down the hill from our house!   This is also when Owen learned to say, “Wee!”.

There are many good memories even though it was a challenging time.  Yes, I said WAS!  That’s right, that old beater of a Toyota pickup is running again!!!  We still need to get it registered and get the insurance started, which will take us a little bit longer to save up for, but it runs!  I still can’t quite believe I’m typing that!  I’m not sure it’s really quite sunk in yet.  I heard it start, I saw it start, and I rode in it, but it all still feels like a dream! 

In a few more weeks I’ll get to drive it myself, and I’ll write a super awesome blog about it!

History

Lairs first commenced as study groups soon after Ross Jeffries released his first products and began teaching sometime in the early 90s. They became widely known after the release of The Game : Penetrating the Secret Society of Pickup Artists by Neil Strauss. Dallas pua den is one of the more famous after the book came out.
One of the first lairs in the world was the one based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada which was set up by Clifford Lee of Clifflist.com, Frank B Kermit of Franktalks.com, Steve’ToeCutter’ Celeste and Doc who was featured on several products by David DeAngelo. The den’s constitution, written by Frank B Kermit, became a template for many of the successive lairs around the globe. Dallas pua lair has modeled itself closely to this one.

There are claimed to be hundreds of lairs all over the world.

A lair typically involves two elements : an online forum and group meetings. Dallas pua lair has entire sections of it’s active forum devoted to this.
Lairs are usually places that seduction gurus shall visit to plug their wares by talking and advising the group as is mentioned by Neil Strauss in The Game.
Official meetings are one of the 2 primary methods for members of a lair to interact with each other. The frequency of meetings, their format and length all vary widely from lair to lair.

the simplest format for a lair meeting is that of a question and answer, which often takes on the form of a discussion. In this format, an affiliate in attendance presents a question or problem to the floor and asks for feedback or advice from other members. Depending on the guidelines of the den, there may or may not be a cutoff point for any given question to permit time for other inquiries to be asked.

the online forum is the other method of communication for lair members. The web forum allows for the posting of questions between meetings and also help other activities that are crucial for the members in their attempts to learn to achieve success with girls.

Ford introduced the Econoline series in 1961 and ran it until 1967 when the style changed. It was based on the Falcon and was quite economical. Ford built Econoline vans, station buses and trucks. I read that the rear quarter windows seen in this model were an option. I can’t really tell what year this truck is but I guessed 1964 because it is in the middle of the range. Direct Natural Game is Defined as

An approach to pickup at woman where the PUA shows direct interest in a target, rather than hiding or implicitly stating his intentions, as in indirect game.

Direct game is probably the most powerful way of approaching woman, because it cuts out all the bullshit and makes you vulnerable to rejection, which is attractive to the girl you are trying to pickup.  The reason I like it is because It saves you a lot of time, If a girl isnt interested she will bat you right from the begining- there is no wasting time on an interaction that isn’t going anywhere.

Direct game often begins right with the Direct Opener. (Rather than using an opinion opener or some other indirect opener) to start a conversation about some random topic, in direct game, the pick up artist will often make their intentions known right from the get go. A typical direct opener might go something like:

“Hey, Im Tom- Nice to Meet you?”

or

“Hey, I noticed you from across the room, I wanted to come say hi”

A big factor of direct game is Body Language- Body Language is the make or break when you directly go up to a girl and open her. It is also possible for a PUA to use seductive eye contact to open a girl and let her know that he is interested in her sexually, and immediately begin kino escalating.

When is Direct Game Most Effecive?

Direct game is usually most effective during the day (i.e Day Game)! when women are not usually approached by random guys, rather than night game, where girls are often hit on directly by drunk men all night. Most PUAs consider direct game to be just one of the many tools in their pickup arsenal, and use it according to the social situation.

I personally recommend Direct Game over Indirect Game any day of the week!

Pickup on South Street – 1953

Director – Samuel Fuller

Starring – Richard Widmark, Jean Peters, and Thelma Ritter

Samuel Fuller’s Pickup on South Street is an unapologetic genre movie, and I don’t mean that in a negative way!  To the contrary, Pickup on South Street is a breath of fresh air.  Unlike Pickpocket, a film which was comparable in terms of subject matter and timeframe, Fuller’s story about a New York pickpocket who happens upon the wrong mark is a much more fully realized piece of work (though that isn’t meant to discount the value or impact that Pickpocket has had).  Not only does the film know exactly what it is and what it’s trying to be, but it gains strength from that knowledge.  Where Pickpocket was an art film experiment, Pickup on South Street is a brazen, brash, grab you by the throat type of thrill ride that never lets down.

The movie opens on a crowded subway train car, where we see Candy (Peters) getting her valuables lifted by our main character, Skip (Widmark).  She doesn’t notice, unfortunately for him, the couple of policemen that are watching Candy, do see the exchange, although they are too late to catch him before he gets off the train.  It turns out that Candy is the unwitting courier for a sensitive piece of microfilm that the Communists are anxious to get their hands on.  Now, Skip has the whole police force as well as some very determined Communist agents on his tail, willing to kill to get that film back.

Some of the beauty of this film resides in the acting of the three leads, Widmark, Peters, and Ritter all give life to some fantastically textured characters.  Skip is a three-time loser destined to be caught again, but determined to continue his life of crime, Candy is a pretty young lady, who acts boldly, but isn’t the brightest bulb around, and Moe is the stoolie, selling information in order to put money away for a fancy funeral (if she doesn’t, who else will?).  Hearing these three con, bribe, and be caught by one another is where the magic of the film lies.  Truly the film is fueled by the witty and cutting dialogue, especially Widmark who has a talent for playing characters with nothing to lose or gain.  It’s a wonder I’ve only recently heard of this guy (He played the fantastic villain in the original Kiss of Death), but now that I have, I aim to seek out more of his body of work.

New York hasn’t appealed to me this much on-screen since I first saw Woody Allen’s Manhattan, or Walter Hill’s The Warriors.  The nights are black, and the shadows are long, yet it seems familiar and somehow comfortable.  The characters know their surroundings, and act appropriately in them, yet even though the sets are limited they never grow old or boring.

My one criticism of the film would have to be in the last 10 minutes of the film.  The way Skip ends up (his attitude towards how things end up, and towards himself, Candy, and the police) seems a little tacked on, and un-natural.  I suppose despite the subversive nature of the characters ambivalence towards the threat of communism, the film was still produced in a time where a very definite stance (anti) on communism needed to be taken if only for political reasons.

All in all, Pickup on South Street is a fantastic film that deserves attention.  Richard Widmark and Samuel Fuller are each also deserving of attention, and I look forward to seeing more from both in the future.
