It is the Pixlr-o-matic by Autodesk Inc.. I usually do not like over the top edited photos, but this app makes it fun for me. This app allows the user to edit a new and old photos.

This app has effects that the user can apply to their photos.  The user has choices from either using the default effects or downloading free effects like soft, subtle, too old or unicolor.

This app also has overlays that can have nice effects like bokeh, canvas, chemical burn, color correction, fireworks, flame, leaking hd, leaks,  light paint, neon, paper, retro poster, smoke, space, tie dye and vignette.

This app also has boarders that the user can apply to their photo. There are the default, film, grunge, ink, pattern, ripped aper, rounded corner, squared and white ripped.

Then when you are all done you can see the final product and share it with the world or just keep it for yourself.

I would recommend anyone with an Android phone to download this app. Have fun! :)
