Q: What is the latest research on Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD)? I started dialysis at age 42 and received a nonliving donor transplant 4 years later. I have two daughters, ages 25 and 22, and I am hoping for a better future for them. PKD runs in my mother’s side of the family.
