On this week’s Yashimmanman on SBS, Suh In-young prepared a special performance for her sonbae and popdiva, Uhm Jung-hwa wearing 15 cm platform heels, and a strange outfit that is a mix of tissue roses and dingy gym t-shirt cinched with a belt. Strangely enough, the outfit doesn’t look half as bad as what she’s worn before.

Actress Choi Jung-won wears a simple hot pink dress to the press conference for her new movie, Smile Babo.

It’s been a while since a dress looked so good on someone. The hot pink complements her pale pink skin and jet black hair. And the sexy strappy shoes are a nice touch. Also her makeup is natural and flawless and the same applies to her nails. Wow. And Bravo.

She looks absolutely radiant in this baby pink satin dress with plunging v-neckline! Her model height (at 178cm) and long lean legs gives her the ideal frame for this dress. Also, the accessories are simple and elegant – a diamond pendant hanging at the perfect length – right above her “cleavage”. And the silver heels complement the overall look. This should be a hint for the other female stars that you don’t need to have your boobs or butt hang out to get attention.

Over the top singer, Chae Yeon at the 100th Mnet Countdown Special wants to work at a room salon. But unfortunately the girls who work at the RS would not be caught dead in such an outfit – patent knee high boots, garter, frilly black underpants, and piny lace.

Does she exude sexiness or trashiness?

Whoever recommended these hanboks to these tennis stars should be shot. Maria Kirilenko is practically swimming in her oversized white hanbok that makes her look twice as pale, while Venus Williams looks twice as dark in her dark green, gold, red hanbok. If anything, they should have given these girls a pastel colored hanbok to bring out their natural skin tones and the beauty of hanbok. Now they look like clueless tourists trying on hanboks at some random cafe by Hongdae. What do you think?

Yangpa bought a box of extra-large Glad garbage bags from the states so she can wear it as a dress one day. First, she poked a hole at the bottom of the bag to stick her head out, then tied a string around her waist to keep it in place. She looks so proud to be wearing her DIY dress, but wearing a garbage bag is a flop, no matter how you accessorize it. What do you think?

For someone who is called “Korea’s Barbie”, the real barbie would probably never be caught dead in this bag of a dress. Han Chae-young wore such a dress at the press conference for her new movie, “Are you living with the people you love?” (trans: 지금 사랑하는 사람과 살고 있습니까?”. She cannot pull off this dress because she is top heavy and it makes her look preggers. Also the combination of the fabric and big fat flowers makes the dress look thick, like a winter blanket. This outfit is flop in our books.

So Ji Sub is growing out his hair for his new drama role, but look what it did to his face! He’s totally unrecognizable and you have to stare at it for a while to finally conclude that the man in the picture is in fact So Ji Sub and not some Native American taking a photo-shoot in Korea. (How unlikely is that?) Anyways, I originally opted not to post this picture in hopes that he’ll cut it after reading some truthful/blunt/mean comments from Korean netizens, but based on the recent pics from the airport, it looks like “I wanna be Johnny Depp” hair-do will stay for a while. Do you guys dig So’s long hair-do?

Actress, Kong Hyo-jin wears a light blue mini-dress that seems inspired by the French maid look with frills and a white apron in the front. That’s all fine and dandy, but what’s up with the flowers as ears? I am a huge fan of the simple elegance that a single flower can bring to an overall look- just behind the ear, but on top of one’s head? I know she was trying to copy the runway look, but this is a definitely fashion faux pas. Her unconventional fashion sense could use a some fine tuning.

Is this anything new? No, not really. But her fashion sense never ceases to amaze me. This time, she wear her signature stringy cut-offs with a white skirt(?), paired with ugly fish net knee-highs and accessorized with a tongue(?) necklace? Ugh fug! fug ugh.
